Abstract
Description
a)所定の波長範囲で透明であると共にその上面上に構造化セクションを含む、第1の部分体を提供するステップと、
b)光学有効構造を形成するために、構造化セクション上に所定の波長範囲で光学的に有効なコーティングを施すステップと、
c)熱可塑性材料及び/又は熱硬化性材料をキャストすることによって、第1の部分体の上面上に所定の波長範囲で透明な保護層を施すステップと
を含む。
Claims (15)
- 光学有効構造が埋め込まれる、所定の波長範囲で透明な物体を含む光学エレメントを製造する方法であって、
a)前記所定の波長範囲で透明であると共にその上面上に構造化セクションを含む、第1の部分体を提供するステップと、
b)前記光学有効構造を形成するために、前記構造化セクション上に前記所定の波長範囲で光学的に有効なコーティングを施すステップと、
c)熱可塑性材料及び/又はデュロプラスチック材料をキャストすることによって、前記第1の部分体の上面上に、前記所定の波長範囲で透明なカバー層を施すステップと
を含む、光学エレメントを製造する方法。 - ステップb)の後で、かつステップc)の前に、デュロプラスチック材料で作製された保護層が、キャスティングによって前記光学的に有効なコーティングに施される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ステップc)において、前記保護層を含む前記第1の部分体の上面全体上に、前記カバー層が形成される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分体は第1のポリマー材料から形成され、
ステップc)において、前記カバー層を施すために、第2のポリマー材料が前記第1の部分体の上面上に施され、前記第1のポリマー材料への前記第2のポリマー材料の化学結合が行われる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - ステップc)において、前記熱可塑性材料が射出成形プロセスによって施される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップc)において、前記デュロプラスチック材料がRIMプロセスによって施される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ステップa)において、前記第1の部分体を提供するために、前記第1の部分体がRIMプロセスによってデュロプラスチック材料から形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記デュロプラスチック材料の適用は、少なくとも2つの連続的な部分ステップにおいて、前記RIMプロセスによって行われる、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記所定の波長範囲の波長での屈折率差が0.005以下である材料が、第1及び第2のポリマー材料として使用される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の部分体から離れる方向を向く前記カバー層の境界表面が前記光学エレメントの境界表面を形成するように、ステップc)の前記カバー層が形成される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光学有効構造が前記透明体内に完全に埋め込まれるように、ステップa)〜c)が行われる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光学有効構造が互いに離間した反射表面ピースを含むように、ステップa)〜c)が行われる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 透明体(20、28)を含む光学エレメントであって、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のステップによって作製される光学有効構造(14)が埋め込まれる、光学エレメント。
- 請求項13に記載の光学エレメントであって、
前記光学エレメントは、表示デバイス(2)用の眼鏡レンズとして形成され、
前記表示デバイス(2)は、
ユーザの頭部に取付け可能であると共にイメージを生成し、
フロント面(11)及びリア面(12)と、
結合入射セクション(16)及び該結合入射セクション(16)から離間した結合出射セクション(14)と、
前記光学エレメント(1)の前記結合入射セクション(16)を介して前記光学エレメント(1)に結合入射する前記生成イメージのピクセルの光束(9)を、前記光学エレメント(1)内において、前記光学エレメント(1)から結合出射する前記結合出射セクション(14)に導くのに好適な導光チャネル(17)と
を備え、
前記結合出射セクション(14)は、前記光束(9)の偏向を引き起こして結合出射する前記光学有効構造を含む、光学エレメント。 - ユーザの頭部に取付け可能なホルダー(3)と、
