Abstract
Description
本発明は、携帯用液体注射装置に取り付けるための装置に関する。具体的には、本発明の装置は、いわゆるインシュリンペンに取り付けるためのものである。
更に、本発明は、本発明の装置を含む携帯用液体注射装置に関する。特にインシュリンペン、に関する。
多くの薬物は、胃腸管で十分に吸収されないか又は分解されないので、経口的に投与され得る。典型的な例は、インシュリンのようなペプチド薬物を含む。そのため、以下では、本発明はインシュリンペンの文脈で記載される。しかし、他の薬物送達装置及び薬物に及ぶ。

本発明は、携帯用液体注射装置への取り付けのための装置(取り付け装置)であって、前記装置が注射装置の薬物リザーバを完全に封入するように設計されている、装置を提供する。更に、前記装置は、注射装置の薬物リザーバの一部、特に全体積、に電場を適用することができる少なくとも2つの平坦な導体電極を有する。

午前中、患者は、第1のペンで長く続くインシュリンの投薬量を注射する。一日に、患者は、更に、各食事前に迅速作用インシュリンの複数の投薬を注射する。タイミング及び投薬は、典型的には、同一患者には毎日同じである。このパターンからの逸脱は危険であろう。誤ったペンが使用され、又は誤った投薬量が注射され、あるいは、注射が忘れられる又は二重になることもあり得る。エラーのすべての場合において、例えば薬物リザーバの充填レベルに関する最新のデータを有し、典型的な一日投薬パターンを理想的に学習した本発明の装置は、逸脱を認識し、患者に用心させることができる。次いで、患者は、装置について彼の医師と連絡し、又はエラー修正するためにグルコースもしくはインシュリンを投与して、低血糖ショック又は危険な高血糖状態を避けることができる。例えば長く続きかつ迅速に作用するインシュリンを用いる2つの異なったペンのこの場合には、2つの本発明の装置が、それぞれ各1個使用される。2つの装置は、他のペン由来の投薬情報を含む完全な投薬情報を入手し、調査するために、無線で通信することができる。1つの装置は、ディスプレイ等のような追加の特徴を有するマスターでよく、一方、他の装置はスレイブ(slave)装置としての変形体でよい。
Claims (16)
- 携帯用液体注射装置、特にいわゆるインシュリンペン、に取り付けるための装置であって、前記装置(21;31)が前記注射装置の薬物リザーバ(23;33)を完全に封入するように設計されており、前記装置が、電場を、前記注射装置の薬物リザーバの全容積に適用できるようにする、少なくとも2つの平坦な導体電極(22;32)を有する、装置。
- 電極(22;32)が細長い電極であり、好ましくは前記電極の最長寸法が注入装置の軸に並行になるように、特にインシュリンペンの縦軸に並行であるように備えられている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 電極(22;32)が、コンデンサーを形成するための特に前記装置の周囲に沿って、対で備えられ、ここで、n≧1の場合に総数2nの電極をもたらし、好ましくはnは1〜10である、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 電極(32)及び/又は電極対が電場を修飾するために別箇に切り替えられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、スリーブ又はキャップの形態、特にインシュリンペンのキャップの形態にある、1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が取り外し可能である、1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置(61)が外側静電遮蔽板(62)を有する、1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が配電回路を含み、特に前記電極が取り付けられている、1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が少なくとも1つの電源、特に電池を含む、1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの追加のガード電極(43)が別個の配電回路に取り付けられている、1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置がインピーダンス計測回路を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置がフレキシブルプリント回路基板(PCB)(91)、好ましくは筒状に巻き上げられたフレキシブルPCBを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記フレキシブルPCBがスリーブ様又はキャップ様要素に適合され、好ましくは前記フレキシブルPCBが前記スリーブ様又はキャップ様に形づくられるか又は取り付けられる、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が少なくとも1つのディスプレイを含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、少なくとも1つの既存のキャップを既存のインシュリンペンと置換するように設計される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の装置を含む、特にインシュリンペンを含み、好ましくは前記装置が前記注射装置、特にインシュリンペンに取り付けられている、取り外し可能な液体注入装置。
