Description
Claims (13)
- 検査対象者のMRI脳画像を入力する画像情報入力部、
前記MRI脳画像に基づいて前記検査対象者の生物学的脳年齢の算出作業を制御する脳年齢算出制御部、
前記MRI脳画像で領域別の脳皮質厚さを測定する脳厚さ測定部、および
測定された前記脳皮質厚さを年齢別の脳厚さ正常範囲にマッチングして、前記検査対象者の生物学的脳年齢を算出する脳年齢算出部
を含むことを特徴とする生物学的脳年齢の算出装置。 - 前記脳年齢算出制御部と連結され、正常対照群の年齢別の脳厚さ情報、脳疾患別の脳厚さ侵犯領域情報、前記検査対象者の基本情報、前記検査対象者のMRI脳画像情報、前記検査対象者の健康問診表情報のうち少なくともいずれか1つ以上の情報を格納する脳年齢情報部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出装置。
- 前記脳年齢算出制御部と連結され、検査対象者の基本情報および健康問診表情報を入力する検査対象者情報入力部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出装置。
- 前記脳年齢算出部は、
年齢と脳皮質厚さに応じた脳萎縮程度を推定統計学的方法で適用した回帰式に検査対象者の脳皮質厚さを適用して検査対象者の脳年齢を算出することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出装置。 - 前記脳年齢算出制御部と連結され、前記脳年齢算出部により算出された検査対象者の脳年齢に応じた予測される特定脳疾患情報を提供する脳疾患予測部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出装置。
- 前記脳疾患予測部は、
予測された前記特定脳疾患情報に応じて前記検査対象者の健康問診表上での脳厚さの悪化を招く個人別の生活習慣因子を導き出し、特定脳疾患を予防するための生活指針情報を提供することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出装置。 - 前記脳年齢算出制御部と連結され、検査対象者の脳年齢算出過程を外部に表示する算出結果表示部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出装置。
- (a)検査対象者情報入力部を用いて、検査対象者の基本情報および健康問診表情報を入力するステップ、
(b)画像情報入力部を用いて、検査対象者のMRI脳画像を入力するステップ、
(c)脳厚さ測定部を用いて、前記MRI脳画像で領域別の脳皮質厚さを測定するステップ、および
(d)脳年齢算出部を用いて、測定された前記脳皮質厚さを年齢別の脳厚さ正常範囲にマッチングして、前記検査対象者の生物学的脳年齢を算出するステップ
を含むことを特徴とする生物学的脳年齢の算出方法。 - 前記(d)ステップは、
年齢と脳皮質厚さに応じた脳萎縮程度を推定統計学的方法で適用した回帰式に検査対象者の脳皮質厚さを適用して検査対象者の脳年齢を算出するステップであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出方法。 - 前記(d)ステップ後に、
(e)脳疾患予測部を用いて、前記(d)ステップで算出された検査対象者の脳年齢に応じた予測される特定脳疾患情報を提供するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出方法。 - 前記(e)ステップは、
(e−1)予測された前記特定脳疾患情報に応じて前記検査対象者の健康問診表上での脳厚さの悪化を招く個人別の生活習慣因子を導き出すステップ、および
(e−2)特定脳疾患を予防するための生活指針情報を提供するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出方法。 - 前記(e)ステップ後に、
(g)算出結果表示部に検査対象者の算出された脳年齢と予測される特定脳疾患情報を表示するステップ、および
(g)前記脳年齢情報部に算出された脳年齢と予測される特定脳疾患情報を格納するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出方法。 - 前記(a)ステップ前に、
(g)脳年齢情報部を用いて、正常対照群の年齢別、性別、学歴別の脳厚さ情報と脳疾患別の脳厚さ侵犯領域情報を格納するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の生物学的脳年齢の算出方法。
