Description
従って、従来の流動性電解液電池に関する多くの前記課題を解消し又は軽減する必要がある。
成形空洞の第2の端部から溢流槽を切断する工程とを含むことが好ましい。
Claims (16)
- 電池片積層体の複数の電池片の毛細開口に対し開口する成形空洞を電池片積層体に隣接して形成する工程と、
ピンの端部領域を毛細開口に隣接させて、成形空洞に複数のピンを配置する工程と、
成形空洞の第1の端部内に溶融材料を導入し、成形空洞の第2の端部から溶融材料を排出して成形空洞を予備加熱する工程と、
成形空洞に溶融材料を充填する工程とを含むことを特徴とする流動性電解液電池の電池片積層体に隣接する一体型多岐管の形成法。 - 複数のピンを冷却する工程を更に含む請求項1に記載の形成法。
- 多岐管空洞を形成する成形空洞内に多岐管殻を配置して、多岐管殻に複数のピンを挿入して配置する工程を更に含む請求項1に記載の形成法。
- 多岐管殻の第1の端部内に冷却流体を導入し、多岐管殻の第2の端部から冷却流体を排出して、複数のピンを冷却する工程を更に含む請求項3に記載の形成法。
- 電池片積層体の上方に型枠を配置して上部開口を形成し、電池片積層体の下方に型枠を配置して底部開口を形成する工程を更に含む請求項1に記載の形成法。
- 成形空洞を充填する間に使用する溶融材料と同一の溶融材料を予備加熱の間に使用する請求項1に記載の形成法。
- 上部開口に湯道と湯口を連結する請求項5に記載の形成法。
- 融液が流動可能に湯道を成形空洞に接続し、融液が流動可能に湯口を多岐管空洞に接続する請求項7に記載の形成法。
- 成形空洞の第2の端部に溢流槽又は弁を接続する請求項8に記載の形成法。
- 湯口を通過して冷却流体を多岐管殻の第1の端部内に導入し、多岐管殻の第2の端部から冷却流体を排出して、複数のピンを冷却する工程を更に含み、
成形空洞の第1の端部内に溶融材料を導入し、成形空洞の第2の端部から溶融材料を排出する工程は、湯道内に溶融材料を導入し、成形空洞を通過して溢流槽内に溶融材料を導入する工程を含む請求項9に記載の形成法。 - 成形空洞の第1の端部内に溶融材料を導入し、成形空洞の第2の端部から溶融材料を排出する工程と同時に、湯口を通過して冷却流体を多岐管殻の第1の端部内に導入し、多岐管殻の第2の端部から冷却流体を排出する工程を実行する請求項10に記載の形成法。
- 成形空洞の予備加熱の間、成形空洞内部の圧力は、1MPa(10bar)を超えない請求項1に記載の形成法。
- 溶融材料で成形空洞を充填する間、成形空洞内部の圧力は、3MPa(30bar)を超えない請求項1に記載の形成法。
- 予備加熱の間に、成形空洞の第2の端部から溶融材料を10秒未満で排出する請求項1に記載の形成法。
- 成形空洞の第1の端部から湯道又は湯口を切断する工程と、
成形空洞の第2の端部から溢流槽を切断する工程とを更に含む請求項1に記載の形成法。 - 請求項1に記載の形成法により形成したことを特徴とする流動性電解液電池用一体型多岐管。
