Description

The present invention relates to a holding device that holds an X-ray tube or an X-ray detector, and more particularly, to a technique for preventing liquid from entering the cover of the X-ray tube or the X-ray detector.

A conventional X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus includes an X-ray tube, a C-arm that holds the X-ray detector opposite to each other, an X-ray tube cover that covers the X-ray tube, and an X-ray detector that covers the X-ray detector or its control unit. A line detector cover (for example, Patent Document 1).
When a conventional X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus is used in an operating room or an angiography room, a subject's blood, physiological saline, contrast medium, or the like may be applied to the X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus. Pathogens and other miscellaneous bacteria may propagate, and the bacteria may infect other subjects and surgeons. Therefore, it is necessary to wipe off all the liquid such as blood adhering to the X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus after the examination is completed.

However, in conventional X-ray fluoroscopic apparatuses, liquid may infiltrate into the inside through the gap between the X-ray tube cover and the X-ray detector cover along the wall of the C arm. These covers could not be opened by hospital personnel and it was difficult to clean the inside. For this reason, pathogens and other germs have a problem of breeding inside the cover.
In addition, in order to solve this problem, resin caulking may be applied to the gap portion from the outside of the cover so as to close the gap. However, since the cover and the C-arm are bonded, the resin caulking prevents the X-ray tube cover and the X-ray detector cover from being opened and closed during maintenance of the X-ray tube and the X-ray detector. There was a problem.
An object of the present invention is to provide a holding device for an X-ray tube or an X-ray detector that solves the above-described problems and has both easy cleaning and maintainability.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention includes an arm that holds an X-ray tube and a waterproof member that is in close contact with at least one surface of the arm, and the waterproof member is a material that does not permeate liquid. The X-ray tube is covered with a cover, and the waterproof member is fixed to only one of the arm and the cover.
By the above-mentioned means, the intrusion of the liquid traveling on one surface of the arm can be prevented by the waterproof member, so that cleaning becomes easy. In addition, since it does not affect the attachment / detachment of the cover, maintainability can be maintained.

The arm is a C-type arm, and the waterproof member is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the arm.
In the case of the C-arm, since the liquid often travels along the inner peripheral surface, the intrusion of the liquid can be effectively prevented by closely attaching the waterproof member to the inner peripheral surface.

The C-shaped arm has four surfaces, an outer peripheral surface, an inner peripheral surface, and both side surfaces, and the waterproof member is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface and both side surfaces of the arm. It is characterized by that.
The liquid dammed up by the waterproof member along the inner peripheral surface of the C arm may escape to the side surface, and at that time, depending on the orientation of the C arm, the liquid may enter the inside of the cover. If the waterproof member extends to both side surfaces, the liquid can be prevented from entering more effectively.

The waterproof member is also in close contact with the inner wall surface of the cover.
Thereby, it is possible to prevent the liquid from entering over the waterproof member, and thus it is possible to prevent the liquid from entering particularly effectively.

Furthermore, the X-ray detector holding device of the present invention has an arm that holds the X-ray detector and a waterproof member that is in close contact with at least one surface of the arm, and the waterproof member itself does not transmit liquid. The waterproof member and the X-ray detector are covered with a cover.
The same effect as in the case of an X-ray tube is achieved.

According to the X-ray tube or X-ray detector holding device of the present invention, both ease of cleaning and maintainability can be achieved.

It is a figure which shows the whole image of the X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus containing the X-ray tube holding | maintenance apparatus of this invention. It is an enlarged view near the X-ray tube in the X-ray tube holding device of the present invention. It is a figure which shows the internal structure which opened the X-ray tube cover in the X-ray tube holding | maintenance apparatus of this invention. It is a figure which shows the structure of C arm in the X-ray tube holding | maintenance apparatus of this invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, a holding device 1 according to the present invention includes a C arm 2 held in a state where it can be rotated and translated with respect to a main body, and an X-ray detector 3 held at one end of the C arm 2. The X-ray tube 4 is held at the other end, the X-ray tube cover 5 covers the X-ray tube, and the X-ray detector cover 7 covers a part of the X-ray detector. Note that the entire apparatus shown in FIG. 1 including the holding apparatus 1 is generally called an X-ray fluoroscopic apparatus.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view around the X-ray tube cover 5. An X-ray tube 4 is attached to the end of the C arm 2, and a cover 5 is attached thereon. In the present embodiment, since the voltage booster circuit is attached to the X-ray tube 4 (generally referred to as a mono tank type), the X-ray tube 4 protrudes downward greatly, but is not particularly limited to this type of configuration.

FIG. 3 is a view showing a state in which the X-ray tube cover 5 of FIG. 2 is opened. An X-ray tube 4 and a collimator 9 for narrowing the X-ray bundle are attached to the end of the C-arm 2. Further, a substantially U-shaped silicone resin waterproofing member 8 is fixed to the C arm 2 with screws 7M from both side surfaces of the C arm 2.

An enlarged view of the waterproof member 8 alone is shown in the lower right of FIG. The waterproof member 8 is brought into close contact with the C arm 2 so that liquid does not enter the X-ray tube 4. For example, by tightening the screw 7M while pulling the waterproof member 8, the waterproof member 8 is pressed against the surface of the C arm 2 by elasticity, so that the close contact state can be maintained. In addition, the case where the waterproof member 8 and the C arm 2 are fixed with an adhesive or grease is interposed is also included in the “contact”. More generally, the “close contact” in the present invention means that there is no gap between the waterproof member and the arm surface to allow liquid to enter.

C-arm 2 in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, has an inner peripheral surface 2i, and the outer peripheral surface 2o, and side 2 L and 2 r. Further, the waterproof member 8, as shown in the lower right 3, has a U-shaped, and the inner peripheral surface 2i, mounted so as to be in close contact with the side surface 2 L and 2 r. Thus, the liquid that has flowed along the inner circumferential surface 2i is dammed up by the waterproof member 8 flows down along the side 2 L or 2 r to the floor. Therefore, liquid does not accumulate and cleaning can be performed without opening and closing the X-ray tube cover 5.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the X-ray tube cover 5 and the waterproof member with respect to the C arm 2 at a position where the inner wall surface 5 k at the end of the X-ray tube cover 5 and the edge 8 k of the waterproof member 8 contact each other. By attaching 8, it is possible to prevent liquid from entering from the gap between the X-ray tube cover 5 and the waterproof member 8.

In the present embodiment, the waterproof member is made of resin. However, the waterproof member is not particularly limited as long as the member itself does not transmit moisture. However, if it is a member having elasticity, it is easy to ensure adhesion even if there are some unevenness on the cover or arm, and it is possible to absorb each mounting position error of the arm, cover, waterproof member, so it is suitable It is.

In this embodiment, the waterproof member 8 is arranged on the X-ray tube 4 side. However, the waterproof member may be arranged on the X-ray detector 3 side by the same configuration.

Further, in the present embodiment, the waterproof member 8 has a U-shaped, and the inner peripheral surface 2i, it is assumed that mounted so as to be in close contact with the side surface 2 L and 2 r, only any one side Even so, it is possible to prevent liquid from entering through the surface. The waterproof member may be attached to the cover side instead of the arm side. In that case, if the waterproof member is not fixed to the arm, the cover can be attached and detached. However, when a waterproof member is attached to the cover side, further processing accuracy and attachment accuracy are required to ensure close contact with the arm. Therefore, it is desirable to attach the waterproof member to the arm side. The cover may be attached to an arm or an X-ray tube.

In the present embodiment, the waterproof member 8 is provided at a position covered with the X-ray tube cover 5, but may be disposed outside the X-ray tube cover 5. However, in order to prevent liquid from entering the inside of the X-ray tube cover 5, it is desirable to arrange the surface facing the edge 8 k of the waterproof member 8 and the outer wall of the X-ray tube cover 5. .
However, it is more preferable that the waterproof member 8 is covered with the X-ray tube cover 5 because the inner peripheral surface 2i of the C arm 2 to which the liquid adheres becomes flat and easy to clean, and also looks clean. .

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the C-arm is exemplified as the arm, but it may be a linear arm, such as a ceiling-suspended X-ray tube holding device, and is a mechanism that holds only the X-ray tube. Also good. Furthermore, the present invention can also be applied to an arm or a column that holds only the X-ray detector, such as a standing bucky device.
In addition, the embodiment can be variously modified as long as it is an arm that holds an X-ray tube or an X-ray detector and includes a cover that covers at least a part of the X-ray tube or the X-ray detector. .
