Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a structure for connecting a duct for piping to cover a refrigerant pipe for an air conditioner laid on the roof of a building.
In building air conditioning equipment, indoor units are generally installed in each room of a building, and a large number of outdoor units connected to each indoor unit by refrigerant piping are arranged side by side in a predetermined section on the roof of the building. For this reason, the refrigerant pipes connecting the indoor and outdoor units are gathered together in a pipe shaft that penetrates the building in the height direction, and the pipe opening of the pipe drawer building (commonly called pigeon hut) installed on the rooftop It is pulled out from the club to the rooftop. The refrigerant pipe drawn out to the roof is covered and laid by a duct for protecting the refrigerant pipe itself and the heat insulating material covering the refrigerant pipe.
In this case, the connection structure of the duct for piping to the building (the pigeon hut) connects the piping to the opening for piping using a connector, and prevents rainwater from entering the building and the duct for piping. Therefore, caulking is performed between the connection tool and the wall surface around the opening for piping. Moreover, since this coking has a problem that it deteriorates as the direct sunlight and wind and rain are strong, there are some measures that prevent such deterioration. For example, the thing of
However, the above prior art has the following problems. In the device described in
The present invention has been made in view of the problems in the prior art, and has a structure for connecting a duct for piping applicable to buildings in general, which has a high water-stopping performance and can be easily visually checked for coking at any time. The purpose is to provide.
A connection structure for a duct for piping that solves the above problems includes a connector for connecting the duct for piping to the opening for piping of the building, and a bowl-shaped roof covering the upper side of the connector. A hood-like cover, and the connector has a caulking target portion for caulking between the upper and side outer peripheral ends with the wall surface around the piping opening, and the hood-like cover comprises: The frame has a frame fixed to the wall surface for supporting the roof body, the frame body has a caulking target portion for caulking with the wall surface, and the roof body is attached to the wall surface. It is characterized by being detachably attached to the attached frame.
According to the connection structure of the piping duct having such a configuration to the building, the roof of the hood-like cover can reduce direct sunlight and wind and rain hitting the caulk between the connector and the wall surface from above. . Thereby, while being able to maintain a water stop performance highly, deterioration of the caulking of a connection tool can be suppressed and a water stop performance can be maintained high. Further, the hood-like cover is provided on the outer peripheral side of the connection tool, and can be easily installed in a building without a fence, so that it has versatility applicable to any building. Further, since the roof body of the hood-like cover can be removed while the frame body of the hood-like cover is attached to the wall surface, the state of each coking can be easily visually confirmed at the time of completion of construction and periodic maintenance. The water stoppage on the wall of the building is doubly formed by the caulking between the connector and the wall and the caulking between the frame and the wall. The performance can be increased. In addition, without removing the roof body, the caulking between the connector located below the roof body and the wall surface is confirmed by checking the deterioration state of the coking applied between the frame body and the wall surface. There is also the convenience that it is possible to estimate the deterioration state of the.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said roof body is formed in the inclination part at which a front-end | tip part inclines toward the front downward direction.
According to such a configuration, rainwater hardly collects in the roof body. Therefore, when the roof body is made of metal, the progress of corrosion can be delayed.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said roof body is extended to the position from which the front-end | tip becomes lower than the caulking object part of the upper outer periphery edge part in the said connection tool.
According to such a structure, the direct sunlight with respect to the caulking object part of the upper outer peripheral edge part in a connection tool can be interrupted. Moreover, the hit of the wind and rain with respect to this coking object part can be reduced significantly.
In addition, the caulking target portion of the frame body is a bent portion in which the tip of a plate-like portion that is in close contact with the wall surface is bent forward so as to form a groove portion for caulking work having a square cross section with the wall surface. It is preferable that
According to such a structure, since square coking can be used for the caulking object part of a frame, water stop performance becomes favorable.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said roof body is detachably attached with respect to the said frame body so that the rear part of the said roof body may not cover the upper surface of the said groove part.
According to such a structure, in the state which attached the roof body, the caulking performed to the caulking object part of a frame upper part can be visually confirmed without removing a roof body. Further, the mounting of the roof body is not hindered by caulking.
Further, the frame body has a horizontal frame portion that supports the roof body, the horizontal frame portion has an extending portion that extends forward from the bent portion, and the roof body has the extension portion. The mounting surface portion is fixed to the mounting portion, and the mounting surface portion is detachably fixed to the extending portion by fixing means so that the rear end portion of the mounting surface portion does not cover the upper surface of the groove portion, It is preferable that it is detachably attached to the frame.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to visually confirm the caulking applied to the caulking target portion at the upper part of the frame without removing the roof body, and realize a configuration in which the roof body can be detachably attached with a simple structure. can do.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said roof body is detachably attached with respect to the said frame body so that the rear part of the said roof body may cover the upper surface of the said groove part, without interfering with the caulking of the said frame body.
If comprised in this way, a roof body can be attached, without waiting for the drying of the coking given to a groove part. Further, direct sunlight and wind and rain can be prevented against this coking. Therefore, the lifetime of this coking can be extended. In addition, when confirming the state of this caulking, it can confirm visually easily by removing a roof body.
The frame body has a side frame portion located on a side of the connector, and the side frame portion has an extending portion extending forward with respect to the wall surface. It is preferable that it is configured so as to reduce direct sunlight to the caulking target portion of the outer peripheral end portion on the side of the connection tool.
If comprised in this way, since a frame has a side frame part, the flow of the wind and rain to the caulking of the side outer periphery edge part in a connector can be suppressed by the caulking given to a side frame part. Moreover, since the direct sunlight to the caulking of the side outer peripheral end portion of the connecting tool can be reduced by the extending portion of the side frame portion, the deterioration of the caulking of the side outer peripheral end portion of the connecting tool is suppressed. Can do.
According to the connection structure of the duct for piping to the building, it is possible to maintain a high water-stopping performance, have versatility to the building, and easy to install the hood-like cover. Moreover, the state of caulking of the hood-like cover and the connecting device can be easily visually confirmed at any time.
Hereinafter, the connection structure to the building of the duct for piping which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. In addition, this invention is not limited to the illustration described below, but is shown by a claim, and it is intended that all the changes within the meaning and range equivalent to a claim are included. The
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the piping duct connection structure according to the present embodiment connects the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, the
Although not specifically shown, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
Before the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
When the
Next, the hood-shaped
The hood-
The hood-
As shown in FIG. 6, the
The
Moreover, the
The
As shown in FIG. 6, a total of nine
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The side part of the
As shown in FIG. 6, five
As shown in FIG. 4, the hood-shaped

When the attachment of the
According to the connection structure to the building of the
In the above, the
Since the
(Effect of this embodiment)
Since the connection structure to the building of the duct for piping which concerns on this Embodiment is comprised as mentioned above, there can exist the following effects.
(1) The
(2) Further, the hood-
(3) Since the
(4) The water stoppage on the
(5) The
(6) Since the
(7) In this case, since the
(8) The tip of the
(9) Since the
(10) The
(11) Since the
(12) The
