Description

The present invention relates to a flooring joint structure for flooring having a male part and a female part, and a construction method for the structure.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a flooring joint structure in which a male real part and a female real part are provided, a means for closing a gap formed at a joint is provided (for example, Patent Document 1).

In Patent Document 1, a projecting piece is provided above the mating male and female parts, and when the mating and joining are performed, a joint is formed on the floor material surface by the projecting piece to close the gap. It is shown.

In the above conventional flooring material, although the gap is closed by the protruding piece, the protruding piece is greatly exposed on the surface side of the flooring material and is conspicuous as a joint. For this reason, it is considered preferable to apply the surface coating of the floor material to the front end of the protruding piece. However, in this case, there arises a problem that various restrictions are imposed when the floor material is manufactured.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and a floor material joint structure that can close a gap between surfaces generated in a joint portion of a floor material so as not to be conspicuous with a simple structure and construction of the same structure Provide a method.

A flooring joint structure according to the present invention is a flooring joint structure in which a male part and a female part that are fitted to each other are provided on opposite facets of adjacent flooring members. A recess lacking along the male real part and the female real part is formed on the opposite face of the mouth part above the real part and the female real part, and the surface of the floor material on both sides is formed by the opposing recesses. A space is formed below the interstices formed between them, and includes a flexible sheet member that closes the interstices from below along the inner upper surface of the space, and the sheet member has a cross-sectionally bent shape, It is characterized by closing the gap near the top of the mountain.

Further, in the flooring joint structure construction method of the present invention, in the flooring joint structure, the space has a triangular cross section, and the inner upper surface of each of the opposing recesses is formed as an inclined surface, The member is an elastic material, and is a construction method of a floor material joint structure that is separated from the floor material and is in a state along the inclined surfaces on both sides, and is accommodated in the space. Is inserted into the space through the gaps, and the inserted sheet member is deformed so that the mountain shape is widened by the elastic restoring force in the space, and is in a state along the inclined surfaces on both sides. It is characterized by becoming.

With the above configuration, it is possible to close the gap between the surfaces generated at the joint portion of the flooring so as not to be conspicuous with a simple structure.

(Embodiment 1)
The present embodiment will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the floor material joint structure according to the first embodiment.
FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of the sheet member 9 according to the first embodiment.
3A and 3B are modifications of the space 8 according to the first embodiment.

In the floor material joining structure according to the present embodiment, a male part 3 and a female part 5 that are fitted to each other are provided on opposite facets of a floor material 1 that is laid adjacent to each other. The flooring 1 is provided with a male part 3 on one end and a female part 5 on the other end. The female real part 5 of the flooring 1 is fitted to the male real part 3 of the flooring 1 on the side to be joined. Recessed portions 6A and 6B that are absent along the male real part 3 and the female real part 5, respectively, are formed in the opposite upper end surfaces 2A and 2B above the male real part 3 and the female real part 5. A space 8 is formed below the gap 7 formed between the surfaces 11 of the flooring 1 on both sides by the opposing recesses 6A and 6B. The space 8 includes a flexible sheet member 9 that covers the gap 7 from below along the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B. The sheet member 9 has a cross-sectionally bent shape and is near the top of the mountain shape. Then close the gap 7.

The surface 11 of the flooring 1 is preferably provided with a surface decorative material 12.

The male part 3 is provided slightly below the center in the thickness direction of the flooring 1 on the end face. A recess 6 </ b> A that is missing along the male part 3 is formed on the upper end surface 2 </ b> A above the male part 3. Moreover, it is preferable that chamfering is given to the surface 11 of the flooring material at the upper end of the upper end face 2A.

The lower side end 4A below the male part 3 is formed so that the surface is inclined more than 90 degrees with respect to the lower surface of the flooring 1, but may be perpendicular. In addition, the lower end face 4A is located on the distal end side of the male part 3 from the upper end face 2A, and when joined, the lower end face below the female end part 5 facing the lower end face 4A. It is preferable that the gap is provided between 4B. Thereby, when driving a nail from the upper surface of the male solid part 3, even if it is driven at a large angle of about 65 degrees, for example, the male solid part 3 is hardly cracked and the allowable range of the nail driving angle can be widened.

The female real part 5 is provided at a position slightly lower than the center in the thickness direction of the floor material in correspondence with the male real part 3 on the end face.
A recess 6 </ b> B is formed along the female real part 5 on the upper end surface 2 </ b> B above the female real part 5. It is preferable that the surface 11 of the flooring 1 at the upper end of the upper end face 2B is chamfered in the same manner as the male part 3 side. Moreover, it is preferable that the lower end of the lower cuff surface 4B below the female real part 5 is also shaped to be easily joined to the male real part 3 by chamfering.

In addition, about the shape of the male real part 3 and the female real part 5, in this Embodiment, the upper surface of the male real part 3 and the female real part 5 is formed in parallel with the lower surface of the flooring 1, and the male real part 3 and The lower surface of the female real part 5 is formed to be an inclined surface with respect to the lower surface of the flooring 1, but the shape of the male real part 3 and the female real part 5 can be as long as they can be fitted together. It is not limited to the embodiment.

When the flooring materials 1 are joined together, a space 8 is formed above the joint of the male part 3 and the female part 5 by the recess 6A on the male part 3 side and the recess 6B on the female part 5 side. Is formed. The space 8 is located below the gap 7 formed between the surfaces 11 of the flooring 1.

The sheet member 9 is provided in a space 8 formed by the opposite recesses 6A and 6B, and is disposed so as to block the gap 7 from below along the inner upper surface of at least one of the recesses 6A and 6B. As shown in FIG. 2, the sheet member 9 has a rectangular shape, and the longitudinal direction has the same length as the side where the male real part 3 and the female real part 5 of the flooring 1 are provided. In addition, the sheet member 9 has a shape that is bent in two in the lateral direction and the cross section is bent in a mountain shape. At this time, the sheet member 9 is preferably a flexible material so that the angle of the mountain shape can be deformed along the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B. For example, olefin, paper, resin, or the like is used. It is done. The thickness of the sheet is preferably 0.1 mm to 0.25 mm.

The sheet member 9 in the present embodiment is provided separately from the floor material 1, and the vicinity of the top of the mountain shape is positioned in the gap 7 and is accommodated so as to close the gap 7. At this time, the sheet member 9 fills the gap generated in the gap 7 by opening the angle of the mountain shape along the shape of the recesses 6 </ b> A and 6 </ b> B by the restoring force of flexibility. Accordingly, the upper portions of the recesses 6A and 6B are preferably tapered so that the mountain shape of the sheet member 9 is provided along the recesses 6A and 6B. By closing the gap 7 from below using the sheet member 9, it is possible to close the gap 7 so as not to be noticeable with a simple structure without impairing the appearance of the surface 11 of the flooring 1.

Moreover, it is preferable that the upper surface of the sheet member 9 is formed in the same color pattern as the surface decorative material 12 applied to the surface 11 of the flooring 1. By forming the surface 11 in the same manner as the surface 11 of the flooring 1, the gap 7 generated on the surface 11 of the flooring 1 is hardly recognized as the opening 7.

The space 8 preferably has a triangular cross section, and the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B are formed as inclined surfaces 10A and 10B.

For example, the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B are respectively formed as downward inclined surfaces 10A and 10B that are inclined upward from the male real part 3 and the female real part 5 toward the surface 11 of the flooring. The cross section of the space 8 is formed by the inclined surfaces 10A and 10B and the upper surface on the male part 3 side when joined, and has a triangular shape with the gap 7 as a vertex.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the upper end portions of the recess 6A provided on the male real part 3 side and the recess 6B provided on the female real part 5 side have the same height when joined. Formed to be. Further, the upper ends of the recesses 6A and 6B are formed at a position about one fifth of the entire thickness of the flooring 1 from the surface 11 of the flooring 1 so as to ensure the strength at the joint. Good. The upper surface of the sheet member 9 is disposed in the space 8 along the downward inclined surface 10A above the male real part 3 and the downward inclined surface 10B above the female real part 5 which are the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B.

At this time, it is preferable that the sheet member 9 is made of an elastic material, and at least a part thereof is elastically in contact with the inclined surfaces 10A and 10B serving as the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B. For example, vinyl chloride resin or the like is used. Since the elastic restoring force due to the bending of the sheet member 9 works, the sheet member 9 is installed along the inner upper surface of the recesses 6A and 6B regardless of the angle of the mountain shape. Even if the gap 7 is displaced during joining or use, it can be deformed corresponding to the shape of the gap 7 or the space 8, and the gap 7 is closed without a gap.

In addition, the shape of the cross section of the space 8 formed by the recesses 6A and 6B and the recesses 6A and 6B may be a shape as illustrated in FIGS.

The construction method of the sheet member 9 will be specifically described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the sheet member 9 is provided separately from the floor material 1. In the flooring 1, the male real part 3 and the female real part 5 are fitted and adjacently joined. The sheet member 9 is mountain-folded according to the width of the gap 7 generated between the surfaces 11 of the flooring 1 and inserted into the space 8 from the gap 7 on the surface 11 side of the flooring 1. The sheet member 9 is positioned in the vicinity of the top of the mountain shape and is disposed so as to close the gap 7. The angle in the vicinity of the top of the mountain shape of the inserted sheet member 9 is deformed by the elastic restoring force along the shape of the space 8. Similarly, the sheet member 9 is spread by the elastic restoring force and is accommodated along the inclined surfaces 10A and 10B on both sides.

Thus, by being able to insert later, it is possible to insert only in the portion generated in the gap 7, so the work load is reduced.

In addition, about the construction method of the sheet | seat member 9, when joining the flooring 1, you may insert previously.

As described above, the floor material joining structure in which the male part 3 and the female part 5 that are fitted to each other are provided on the opposite end surfaces of the floor material 1 that are laid adjacent to each other in the present embodiment. Are formed in recesses 6A, 6B that are missing along the male part 3 and the female part 5 on the opposite upper end surfaces 2A, 2B above the male part 3 and the female part 5. A space 8 is formed below the gap 7 formed between the surfaces 11 of the flooring 1 on both sides by the opposing recesses 6A and 6B. The space 8 extends along the inner upper surface of the recesses 6A and 6B. A flexible sheet member 9 that closes the gap from below is provided, and the sheet member 9 has a cross-sectionally bent shape and closes the gap 7 near the top of the mountain shape.

Thereby, since the flooring 1 and the sheet | seat member 9 can be manufactured separately, the effort of the coating process at the time of flooring 1 formation can be reduced. Further, the gap 7 generated on the surface 11 of the flooring 1 is blocked from below by providing the sheet member 9 in the space 8 formed below the surface 11 of the flooring 1. It is possible to close the gaps 7 without conspicuous with a simple structure without impairing the appearance of the surface 11 of the first. In addition, since the sheet member 9 has a mountain shape and is flexibly disposed along the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B, the sheet member 9 is difficult to be removed even if a vacuum cleaner or the like is used once inserted.

Moreover, it is preferable that the upper surface side joined to the gap 7 is formed in the same aspect as the surface 11 of the flooring 1 of the sheet member 9.

Thereby, since it can form in the aspect more integral with the surface 11 of the flooring 1, the conspicuousness of the space | gap 7 can be suppressed further.

Further, in the space 8, it is preferable that the inner upper surfaces of the recesses 6A and 6B are inclined surfaces 10A and 10B, respectively, and the cross section is triangular.

Thereby, the shape of the upper part of the sheet member 9 and the space 8 becomes the same mountain shape, and when the sheet member 9 is inserted into the gap, the surface of the mountain shape of the sheet member 9 and the recesses 6A and 6B. The inclined surfaces 10A and 10B, which are the inner upper surfaces, can be arranged in close contact with each other. Therefore, the gap between the sheet member 9 and the inclined surfaces 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B is reduced, and the sheet member 9 is stably disposed in the space 8.

Moreover, it is preferable that the sheet | seat member 9 is an elastic member, and at least one part is elastically contacting along inclined surface 10A, 10B.

Thereby, when joined, the elastic restoring force can be installed along the shape of the space 8 regardless of the angle of the mountain shape, so even if the gap 7 is displaced at the time of joining or use, By deforming corresponding to the shape of the gap 7 and the space 8, the gap 7 can be closed without a gap.

In addition, the sheet member 9 is preferably separated from the flooring 1 and accommodated in the space 8.

Further, in the construction method of the floor material joint structure in the present embodiment, the sheet member 9 is elastically deformed so that the mountain shape is sandwiched, and is inserted into the space from the gap 7. 8 is deformed so that the mountain shape spreads by the elastic restoring force, and is constructed so as to be in a state along the inclined surfaces 10A and 10B.

Thereby, after joining the flooring 1 or the flooring 1 that has already been used, it can be inserted later, and the sheet member 9 has to be inserted only at the location where the gap 7 is generated. Can be reduced.

(Embodiment 2)
Next, the second embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
Note that only matters different from the first embodiment will be described here, and other matters (configuration, operational effects, etc.) are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore, the same reference numerals are given in the drawings. The description is omitted. As shown in FIG. 4, the sheet member 9 according to the second embodiment is an embodiment in that the side 13 of the mountain shape is fixed to the side end of the flooring 1 and is integrated with the flooring 1. Different from 1.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the floor material joint structure according to the second embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 4, the floor joint structure according to the present embodiment is similar to the first embodiment in that the inner surfaces of the recesses 6 </ b> A and 6 </ b> B have the recesses 6 </ b> A of the male real part 3 and the female real part 5. Downwardly inclined surfaces 10A and 10B that are upwardly inclined from 6B toward the upper end surfaces 2A and 2B are formed, respectively. The cross section of the space 8 is formed by the inclined surfaces 10 </ b> A and 10 </ b> B and the upper surface of the male part 3 when joined, and has a triangular shape with the gap 7 as a vertex.

The installation of the sheet member 9 will be specifically described.
In the sheet member 9, one side 13 of the mountain shape is attached to the side end portion of the flooring 1 integrally with the flooring 1. The other side 14 of the mountain shape is accommodated in the space 8 along the inclined surface 10A of the recess 6A opposite to the fixed flooring 1.

Specifically, one side 13 of the sheet member 9 is fixed above the recess 6 </ b> B on the female real part 5 side and attached integrally with the flooring 1. When the flooring materials 1 are joined together, the other side 14 of the sheet member 9 closes the gap 7 along the inclined surface 10A of the male part 3 by an elastic restoring force. At this time, it is preferable that the peak of the mountain shape is positioned corresponding to the gap 7.

Thus, the sheet member 9 is formed integrally with the flooring 1, thereby eliminating the trouble of inserting the sheet member 9 at the time of joining. In addition, there is no concern that the sheet member 9 is detached from the gap 7.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a floor material joining structure showing a modification of the sheet member 9 according to the second embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 5, the sheet member 9 may have a structure in which only a part of one side 13 is attached to the flooring 1. The seal member 9 is bent so that the width of one side 13 is longer than the width of the other side 14. A part of the side 13 is attached to the side end on the male part 3 side. When the other side 14 is joined, the other side 14 is accommodated in the space 8 along the inclined surface 10 </ b> B on the opposite side of the female real part 5.

As described above, in the floor material joining structure according to the present embodiment, the sheet member 9 is formed such that one side 13 of the mountain shape is fixed to the side edge of the floor material 1, and is integrated with the floor material 1. 14 is accommodated in the space 8 along the inclined surface.

Thereby, the sheet member 9 is preliminarily integrated and attached to the flooring 1 to reduce the labor of the work, and the appearance of the surface 11 of the flooring 1 is impaired by closing the gap 7 from below the flooring 1. Therefore, the conspicuousness of the gap 7 can be suppressed.

In addition, the side edge part which fixes the sheet | seat member 9 may be either the male real part 3 side or the female real part 5 side, and the thing which can block the gap | interval 7 also about the position to fix. For example, the present embodiment is not limited to this.
