図64及び図65は、任意の素材の基布(34)及び感熱接着剤(35)で構成された任意の形状の部材の感熱接着剤(35)の表面に接着剤(36)、両面テープ等の取付け手段により任意の形状の磁石(25)を取付け、留め具(5)としての任意の形状の磁石を備えた構造からなる襟固定器具を示している。基布(34)の素材は任意であるが綿等がある。感熱接着剤(35)の素材は任意であるがナイロン系接着樹脂等がある。この使い方は、シャツの襟(20)の裏面に本発明の感熱接着剤(35)の面を押し当て、アイロン等で基布の表面から熱圧着して磁石(25)を取り付け、シャツ本体(21)の内側から留め具(5)として磁石を使用する方法である。アイロン等でシャツの襟(20)の裏面に熱圧着した磁石(25)は、洗濯等でも取れないので、襟固定器具として使用することができる。この場合も、留め具(5)として使用する磁石の代わりに磁石に吸引される性質を持つ金属を使用してもよい。また、アイロン等で熱圧着してシャツの襟(20)の裏面に取り付けるものを磁石に吸引される性質を持つ金属とし、磁石を留め具(5)としてもよい。感熱接着剤(35)の表面に磁石(25)を動かないように取付けるのはアイロン等で磁石(25)をシャツの襟(20)の裏面に熱圧着する場合に取り付けやすくするためであるが、取付けなくても作業はしにくいが襟(20)の裏面に熱圧着することはできる。しかし、磁石(25)は動かないように感熱接着剤(35)の表面に固定する方が作業がしやすいので望ましい。本発明を試作した例を図66に示した。基布(34)と感熱接着剤(35)で構成された部材の感熱接着剤(35)の表面に磁石(25)が接着されて固定されている。この場合の基布(34)は綿で感熱接着剤(35)の裏側に配置されている。本発明の大きさを比較するために1円玉を一緒に示した。図67には本発明を使用した例を示している。シャツの襟(20)の裏面に本発明が熱圧着されて取り付けられていることが分かる。アイロン等により感熱接着剤(35)で熱圧着された本発明は、洗濯等でも取れることがない。図68は、シャツの本体(21)の内側から留め具(5)としての磁石を使いシャツの襟(20)を固定している状態を示している。図69は本発明を人が実際に使用した状態を示しているが、シャツの襟(20)が横にだらりと広がらずに、美観良く立ち、実に整然としていることが分かる。本発明によりアイロン等を使用してボタンダウンやスナップダウンでない普通のシャツを簡単にクールビズに最適なシャツに変更することができる。 64 and 65 show an adhesive (36) and a double-sided tape on the surface of a heat-sensitive adhesive (35) of a member having an arbitrary shape composed of a base fabric (34) and a heat-sensitive adhesive (35) made of any material. According to the present invention, an ordinary shirt that is not button-down or snap-down can be easily changed to an optimum shirt for cool biz using an iron or the like.
