Description

The present invention relates to a suspension type vibration isolator, and more particularly to a suspension vibration isolator that is interposed in a suspension bolt that suspends a vibration device such as an air conditioner indoor unit and prevents propagation of vibration of the vibration device. The installation work to the bolt can be performed quickly and smoothly, and the fall prevention can be surely performed, which is related to a highly safe vibration isolator.

A vibration device such as an air conditioner indoor unit installed on a ceiling has a structure in which a metal ear hook attached to a side surface of the vibration device is hooked on a suspension bolt and suspended. This ear metal has a notch groove considering workability compared to a round hole, and a turn back for preventing the suspension bolt from dropping from the notch groove.

In the case of the above-described metal ear brace, there is no problem when the suspension bolt is directly fixed with a nut, but in order to reduce the influence of vibration, a cylindrical vibration-proof material such as a rubber vibration-proof material or a spring vibration-proof material is used. The use of such anti-vibration material can provide a vibration-proofing effect that utilizes the deflection of the anti-vibration material, but the vibration device hangs from the notch groove beyond the fold due to shaking during an earthquake. There was a problem of falling off with the bolts.

As a prior art document for solving such a problem, according to an investigation by the applicant, there is JP 2014-55714 A (Patent Document 1).

This patent document 1 relates to a drop-off prevention device. According to claim 1 and the description of FIGS. 3 and 4, a pair of horizontal plates 2, 3 facing each other and one end of the pair of horizontal plates. The connection portion 4 that connects the first ends and the pair of horizontal plates that extend in a direction from the second end located on the opposite side of the first end toward the first end, respectively. A branch plate 2a, 2b formed by bifurcation by the portion 5, and a first protrusion formed by projecting toward at least one of the branch plate portions toward the branch plate portion opposed in the vertical direction The first projecting portion has a slope that gradually increases the projecting amount along the direction from the second end portion to the first end portion. The gap with the branch plate portion facing in the direction is the horizontal mounting plate 80 of the hanging bracket 80. The pair of horizontal plates are inserted so that the pair of horizontal plates sandwich the horizontal mounting plate 80a of the hanging bracket between the mounting plate 80a and the bent piece 80b of the hanging bracket. Then, the first projecting portion reaches the opening of the mounting cutout groove 80c to be locked (reference numeral is attached for reference).

However, this drop-off prevention device does not use a cylindrical vibration-proof material, but is directly attached with bolts and nuts, so the problem described in 0003 has not been solved. In addition, the mechanism for preventing the dropout is complicated, the manufacture thereof is not easy, and the workability is not always good.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Drawing 1 is an explanatory view showing the use state (attachment state) of the suspension type vibration isolator concerning one embodiment. In the figure, AC is an indoor air conditioner as a vibration device that generates vibrations, and this indoor air conditioner AC is provided with suspension bolts B provided by hanging four corners on a concrete slab CS on the upper floor which is a structural frame. Suspended by and supported. As the suspension bolt B, a full screw bolt is used. D indicates the ceiling.

In FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 showing the X portion of FIG. 1 in an enlarged manner, reference numeral 1 denotes a vibration isolator. The air-conditioning indoor unit AC is elastically supported via the air-conditioning indoor unit so that the vertical vibration component of the vibration generated from the air-conditioning indoor unit is mainly absorbed to prevent the vibration from propagating to the concrete slab CS. doing.

As shown in FIG. 9, the metal ear E for the air conditioner indoor unit AC to which the vibration isolator 1 is attached includes a metal fitting body E1 attached to the side surface of the indoor unit main body, and horizontally bent and extends from the upper end of the metal fitting body. A mounting notch groove for a suspension bolt B having a mounting piece E2 and a bent piece E3 that is bent and extended downward from the tip of the mounting piece and extends from the lower end of the bent piece E3 to the center of the mounting piece E2. F is formed in a substantially T shape in a plan view, and a suspension bolt B is attached to the notch groove for attachment, which is generally used per se. In the shape of the ear metal E, the attachment piece E2 does not necessarily extend from the upper end of the metal fitting body E1, and the position of the attachment piece E2 can be changed somewhat if it is the upper end.

The vibration isolator 1 has a structure in which a drop-off preventing member 2 and a coil spring 3 as a cylindrical vibration isolator are integrated. That is, the vibration isolator 1 is a metal drop-off prevention member 2 that is inserted and attached to the attachment piece E2 between the metal fitting body E1 and the bent piece E3 from the horizontal direction and has a drop-off prevention function. The metal coil spring 3 is provided so that the suspension bolt B can be inserted into the member and absorbs the vibration of the air conditioning indoor unit AC.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the drop-off prevention member 2 includes a rectangular horizontal plate portion 2a and a horizontal plate portion 2b that are opposed in parallel at a predetermined interval, and one of the short sides of the horizontal plate portion and the horizontal plate portion. A connecting portion 2c for connecting the end portions, and is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section. The other ends of the short sides of the horizontal plate portion 2a and the horizontal plate portion 2b opposite to the connection portion 2c are open, and the open ends are formed in the insertion portion 2d that is expanded outward. The reason why the insertion portion 2d is formed in an expanded shape is to facilitate insertion into the mounting piece E2. In this example, the insertion portion 2d is formed to be bent outward at an angle of about 15 ° on one side with respect to the horizontal line when viewed from the front. In addition, the corners of the horizontal plate portion 2a and the horizontal plate portion 2b are bent inward at an angle of about 15 ° on one side with respect to the extended line of the long side in plan view. This is to eliminate the corners so that the operator is not damaged, but may be formed in a round shape.

Circular holes 5 and 6 through which the suspension bolts B are inserted are formed concentrically at opposite positions in the center of the horizontal plate portion 2a and the horizontal plate portion 2b. The hole 6 on the horizontal plate portion 2b side has a larger diameter than the hole 5 on the horizontal plate portion 2a side. Further, a rectangular recess 8 is formed by integrally forming a step forming portion 7 that protrudes outward in the short side direction of the horizontal plate portion 2b around the holes 6 on both sides so as to sandwich the hole 6. The upper part of the coil spring 3 can be received in the recess. The recess depth of the recess 8 is set so that the top surface of the upper portion of the coil spring 3 is substantially flush with the inner surface of the horizontal plate portion 2b of the drop-off prevention member 2 in a state where the upper portion of the coil spring 3 is received in the recess 8. Has been formed.

In addition, a pressing piece 9 is provided near the hole 5 of the horizontal plate portion 2a so as to be integrally formed by cutting and raising so that the mounting piece E2 can be fitted when inserted into the mounting piece E2 of the ear metal E when being attached to the metal ear E. Yes. The holding piece 9 is a downward-facing piece in which the base end side in contact with the horizontal plate portion 2a is bent at an angle of about 30 ° with respect to the plate surface, and the distal end extending therefrom is bent substantially parallel to the plate surface. . In addition to the above-described fitting action, the pressing piece 9 also has a temporary locking action. In addition, the space | interval of the holding piece 9 and the horizontal plate part 2b is set to the arbitrary preferable value suitably in relation to the thickness of the attachment piece E2 to insert.

As shown in FIG. 8, the coil spring 3 is a tapered coil spring formed so that the coil diameter gradually decreases as the coil diameter moves away from the drop-off prevention member 2, that is, as it goes downward. The spring constant of the taper coil spring is set within a range that does not resonate with the frequency around 20 Hz generated by the air conditioning indoor unit AC (for example, 14 Hz or less, preferably about 3 to 6 Hz). The coil spring 3 is provided with a rubber cap 10 at the top, and a circular hole 11 into which the suspension bolt B can be inserted is formed in the cap. The coil spring 3 is attached to the drop-off prevention member 2 through the rubber cap 10, and an upper nut 12 and a lower nut that are screwed into the suspension bolt B into the suspension bolts B inserted into the holes 5, 6 and the hole 11. 13 (FIG. 10), the vibration transmitted from the air conditioning indoor unit AC is absorbed and not transmitted to the suspension bolt B. As shown in the drawing, the nuts 12 and 13 to be fastened are double nuts so as not to loosen over time due to vibration or the like. In FIG. 10, 15 is a rubber bush.

The rubber cap 10 is made of an elastic resin (rubber material) such as ethylene propylene diene copolymer rubber (EPDM resin), an engagement groove 16 is formed on the outer periphery of the upper portion thereof, and a lower portion covers the upper portion of the coil spring 3. (Cap shape). This rubber cap 10 is engaged with the edge of the hole by inserting the upper engaging groove 16 into the hole 6 in the horizontal plate part 2b forming the recess 8 of the drop-off preventing member 2 by pressing from below. As a result, the upper portion is housed in the recess 8. Further, by covering the upper part of the coil spring 3, the horizontal displacement of the upper part of the coil spring is prevented.

A rubber boot 17 is provided below the rubber cap 10 so as to cover the lower part of the coil spring 3. The rubber boot 17 is made of an elastic resin (rubber material), has an inverted truncated cone shape as a whole, is formed in a bag shape (boot shape) that opens upward and covers the entire coil spring 3, and is connected to the rubber cap 10. The bellows portion 17b is formed so as to be able to follow the expansion and contraction of the coil spring 3 from the bottom to the bottom surface of the fitting allowance 17a, and the bottom portion 17c prevents wear due to sliding contact with a metal part such as a nut. A reinforcing plain washer 17d is fitted. The flat washer 17d has a hole through which the suspension bolt B can be inserted.

The rubber boot 17 accommodates the coil spring 3 and is fitted inside the lower portion of the rubber cap 10, and is fixed to the lower end of the above-described suspension bolt with the lower nut 13 to inhibit the elasticity of the coil spring 3. Instead, the vibration transmission to the suspension bolt B is reduced by being interposed between the suspension bolt B and the coil spring 3. Further, by covering the entire outside of the coil spring 3, it is possible to prevent the anti-vibration effect from being hindered by the foreign matter and improve the safety.

In the embodiment, the rubber boot 17 covers the entire outside of the coil spring 3. However, the shape is not necessarily such that the rubber cap 10 and the rubber boot 17 cover the coil spring 3 in half each other. It is good also as a simple shape.

<Installation procedure>
In order to attach the coil spring 3 as a vibration-proof material to the fall-off prevention member 2, the upper part of the rubber cap 10 covering the upper part of the coil spring 3 is press-fitted into the hole 6 in the horizontal plate portion 2b of the fall-off prevention member 2 from below. insert. By this insertion, when the upper portion of the rubber cap 10 enters the recess 8 and the engagement groove 16 engages with the edge of the hole 6, the upper portion of the rubber cap 10 is stored in the recess 8 and is stored in the coil spring 3. Is attached to the drop-off prevention member 2. FIG. 8 shows this state, and from now on, it will proceed to the mounting of the drop-off prevention member 2 with the vibration isolating material to the metal ear E attached to the side surface of the air conditioning indoor unit AC and the mounting to the suspension bolt B. Become. In addition, since attachment of the drop-off prevention member 2 and the coil spring 3 is necessary in advance for attachment of the vibration isolator 1 described below, it is convenient to attach and assemble it beforehand.

The attachment procedure of the vibration isolator 1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 10, the upper nut 12 is screwed and attached to the lower end portion of the suspension bolt B hanging from the concrete slab CS which is a structural frame. Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the drop-off prevention member 2 in which the coil spring 3 is covered with the rubber cap 10 and the rubber boot 17 is attached to the attachment piece E2 of the ear metal E attached to the side surface of the air conditioning indoor unit AC. (The air-conditioning indoor unit AC is omitted in the figure), and the insertion piece E2 is manually inserted in the horizontal direction so as to be sandwiched between the horizontal plate portion 2a and the horizontal plate portion 2b as indicated by an arrow from the opening insertion portion 2D side. insert. Then, when the attachment piece E2 pushes up the holding piece 9 and reaches the connecting portion 2c side, as shown in FIG. 2, due to the action of the holding piece 9 pushed up so that its tip comes into contact with the inner surface of the horizontal plate portion 2a. It will be in the state fitted to the inner surface of the horizontal plate part 2b, and the upper end surface of the rubber cap 10 of the coil spring 3. FIG. And if it comes to an insertion position between the inner surfaces of both horizontal plate parts 2a and 2b, temporary attachment (temporary stop) will be completed. After that, as shown in FIG. 10, the bush 15 is mounted by fitting the lower end protrusions into the holes 5 and 6 of the horizontal plate portions 2a and 2b of the drop-off prevention member 2, and the bush 15 of the drop-off prevention member 2 and the coil spring. 3, the suspension bolt B is sequentially passed through, and the lower nut 13 is screwed and attached from the lower end of the suspension bolt B. After adjusting the level, the lower nut 13 and the upper nut 12 are fastened. When the fastening with the nuts is completed, the attachment of the vibration isolator 1 is completed. In addition, although the bush 15 was used here, it is not essential and is used as needed.

<Effect>
According to the suspension type vibration isolator 1 according to the embodiment described above, the vibration isolation effect can be surely exhibited by the action of the coil spring 3 that is a vibration isolation material.

Further, since the rubber cap 10 and the rubber boot 17 cover the entire coil spring 3, when the coil spring 3 is installed and the lower nut 13 is tightened, foreign matter such as a hand or a tool is mistakenly sandwiched between the coils. Nothing will happen. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the anti-vibration effect from being trapped by the foreign matter and improve the safety of the mounting operation.

Further, the vibration isolator 1 capable of exhibiting the vibration isolating effect by the coil spring 3 includes the drop-off preventing member 2, and even in the case of the above-described conventionally used ear metal E, Since the horizontal plate portion 2a and the horizontal plate portion 2b are inserted into the mounting piece E2 of the ear metal E from the insertion portion 2d, and the suspension bolt B is inserted into the holes 5, 6 and the like provided in the both plate portions. Even when an earthquake occurs, the suspension bolt B can be prevented from falling out of the notch groove F for mounting the ear metal E, and it is possible to prevent accidental drop accidents caused by earthquake shaking as in the past. can do.

In addition, the structure of the drop-off prevention member 2 which is a mechanism for preventing the drop-off is not complicated, and since the structure is simple, the manufacture to the suspension bolt B is quick and smooth in addition to easy manufacture. It can be done and its workability is also very good.

Furthermore, the work for attaching the vibration isolator 1 to the suspension bolt B can be efficiently performed, the labor for attaching the vibration isolator 1 can be saved, and the installation cost of the indoor air conditioner AC can be reduced.

<Another Example 1>
FIG. 11 shows another example of the vibration isolator. In this example, a cylindrical rubber 21 is employed instead of the coil spring 3 as described above. The cylindrical rubber 21 has a cylindrical main body 22, and a circular hole 23 through which the suspension bolt B is inserted is formed in the central portion in the axial direction of the main body, and an engagement groove 24 is formed on the outer periphery of the upper part. Is formed. At the time of attachment, it is almost the same as in the case of the coil spring 3, and the upper part of the cylindrical main body 22 is press-fitted into the hole 6 in the horizontal plate part 2b from below, and the upper part enters the recess 8 by this insertion. When the engaging groove 24 is locked to the edge of the hole 6, the upper portion is located in the recess 8 and is stored. Even when such a cylindrical rubber 21 is used, the same effects as those of the coil spring 3 can be obtained.

<Another Example 2>
FIG. 12 shows still another example of the vibration isolator. In this example, a rubber bush 26 is employed instead of the coil spring 3 as described above. The rubber bush 26 is formed with a circular hole 28 through which the suspension bolt B is inserted at the axial center of the main body 27 whose axial length, that is, the overall height is lower than that of the cylindrical rubber 21. An engagement groove 29 is formed on the outer periphery of the. The rubber bush 26 is attached in substantially the same manner as the cylindrical rubber 21. Even when the rubber bush 26 is used, the same effects as those of the coil spring 3 and the cylindrical rubber 21 can be obtained.

In addition, the shape, structure, etc. of each structural member shown in the drawings as the suspension-type vibration isolator according to the embodiment show a preferable example to the last, and the design can be changed as appropriate within the scope of the claims. Needless to say. For example, in the embodiment, the anti-vibration material is provided in the drop-off prevention member so that the upper portion thereof is received in the recess. Alternatively, the upper portion of the anti-vibration material may be provided directly on the horizontal plate portion of the drop-off prevention member Alternatively, it may be provided by vulcanization adhesion or caulking. In addition, the air conditioning indoor unit is an example of a vibration device, and of course, other vibration devices may be targeted.
