Claims (1)
- ビデオ符号化方法であって、
複数のベースレイヤピクチャと、複数の対応するエンハンスメントレイヤピクチャとを含んでいるビデオビットストリームを生成するステップと、
前記エンハンスメントレイヤピクチャの1つに関連付けられた予測ユニット(PU)を識別するステップと、
前記PUが参照ピクチャとしてレイヤ間参照ピクチャを使用するかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記PUが前記参照ピクチャとして前記レイヤ間参照ピクチャを使用するという条件で、
前記PUに関連付けられた動きベクトル情報を、動きゼロを示す値に設定するステップと、
前記PUに関連付けられた、動きゼロを示す前記動きベクトル情報を送信するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とするビデオ符号化方法。
