前記指止め輪は、弾性弁と弾性ベルトを有し、
前記弾性弁は、１本の辺が前記底部に連結し、他の辺が前記底部から切り離され、
前記弾性ベルトは、２本の対向する辺が前記弾性弁に連結されており、他の２本の対向する辺が前記弾性弁から切り離され、
前記弾性ベルトは、前記ケース本体の長辺に平行である、
