Description

The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, specifically a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which a plurality of strip-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes are affixed in parallel to a paper that is cut to cut off the paper. The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet that allows a release paper to be cut and removed neatly along the cut when the paper is cut and removed.

Conventionally, as a method for fixing an indwelling needle, tube, gauze, absorbent cotton, etc. to the skin surface, a roll-shaped adhesive bandage (roll bond) is generally used. In a frequently used place such as a hospital, a number of pieces of wound ties are cut in advance to an appropriate length with scissors or a hand, and these fixed pieces are quickly fixed and treated.
Such a winding bond is usually obtained by winding a long tape formed by forming an adhesive layer on one side of a support obtained by peeling the back surface in a roll shape so that the adhesive layer adheres to the back surface. There is no release paper for covering and protecting the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. For this reason, in use, there is a possibility that the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is directly touched with scissors, fingers, and the like, thereby causing contamination or reducing the adhesiveness. In the case of medical use, the contamination of the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a serious problem in terms of hygiene, especially for wound dressings directly applied to wounds and skin sutures, skin suture tapes, and reinforcing tapes after skin sutures. Also, in treatments for dialysis patients and post-surgical procedures, the above-mentioned wound bond is usually cut while wearing thin rubber gloves, so that the adhesive layer adheres to the rubber gloves, resulting in poor handling. The problem is also pointed out.
In order to solve such a problem, a long sheet in which release paper is laminated on the surface of an adhesive layer has also been proposed. However, when cutting a long sheet with scissors, the adhesive exposed on the cut surface may adhere to the scissors, making it difficult to cut to a fixed size, and peeling the release paper from the surface of the adhesive layer will cause skin The problem that a finger touches the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet when pasted on the surface has not been solved.
Therefore, in order to prevent the finger from touching the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, for example, in order to peel off the rectangular strip-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with a separator (release paper) as a gripping part attached to the end. For release papers with perforations, such as sheet-like adhesives with cut lines at both ends of the separator and adhesive sheets with perforations that cross the rectangular adhesive sheet near the general part of the separator Various pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets obtained by pasting rectangular pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes cut in advance to a predetermined length have been proposed (Patent Documents 1 and 2).

When the release sheet is cut at the score line or perforation at the time of use, the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet can expose paper fibers or the like from a part of the release paper that is torn by cutting, and this fiber is the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. When it is used as a medical tape, it can be a cause for contamination by adhering to the surface. Furthermore, the adhesion of the fibers or the like has also been a problem that the adhesiveness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be reduced. For such a problem, as another form of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, in the above-mentioned score line and perforation, only the both ends of the release paper are set as non-cutting parts, including the part where the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is pasted, all other than the both ends A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet using a release paper obtained by cutting the part is also conceivable. However, in the form of such an adhesive sheet, the part where the release paper is cut (the cut part) is large, and it is easy for foreign matters to get caught in this part during manufacture, and depending on the type of the release paper, The strength becomes weak, and there is a concern that manufacturing problems such as peeling of the release paper from the cut portion may occur in the process of attaching the adhesive tape to the release paper at the time of manufacture.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention has good hand-cutting properties at the time of cutting the release paper in use, and no pieces of release paper (fibers, etc.) adhere to the adhesive tape even after the release paper is cut. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet including a release paper having a strength that does not cause clogging of foreign matters or the like at the time of manufacture and does not cause paper breakage.

As a result of earnest research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventors of the present invention have developed a cutting line portion formed by alternately and continuously forming a cut line that cuts the release paper and a non-cut portion that does not cut the release paper. The above-mentioned problem is solved by configuring the cutting line portion so as to be cut at both ends of the portion where the adhesive tape is pasted at the cutting line portion at least in the cutting line portion. I found out.

[Adhesive sheet]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings showing preferred embodiments of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a view showing one embodiment of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a view showing another embodiment of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention. FIG. 1 (a) and FIG. Fig. 1 (b) and Fig. 2 (b) show a rear view of the adhesive sheet, Fig. 1 (c) or Fig. 2 (c) shows Fig. 1 (a) or Fig. 2 (a) A. -A sectional view is shown in FIG. 1 (d) or FIG. 2 (d), and a BB sectional view at the cutting line portion 4 in FIG. 1 (a) or FIG. 2 (a) is shown, respectively.
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 2A, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 of the present invention has a plurality of (three in FIGS. 1 and 2) strip-shaped pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes 2 on one side of a release paper 3 in parallel. It is affixed to.
In the present invention, the release paper 3 has a linear cutting line portion 4 that is divided by applying a tensile force to the release paper so as to intersect the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape 2 (FIGS. 1 and 2 is provided 2).
As shown in FIG.1 (c) and FIG.2 (c), the adhesive sheet 1 of this invention has the adhesive tape 2 stuck on the release paper 3, and the adhesive tape 2 adheres with the support body 21 mentioned later. The agent layer 22 is laminated.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 2B and FIGS. 1D and 2D, the cutting line portion 4 does not cut the release paper 3 and the cut line 41 that cuts the release paper 3. Non-cut portions 42 are alternately and continuously formed, and at least the ends 4a (4a1, 4a2, 4a3) of the cut line portions 4 to which the adhesive tape 2 is attached are both formed by cuts. Yes.
Here, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the portion 4 a (4 a 1, 4 a 2, 4 a 3) to which the adhesive tape 2 is attached is formed of only the cut line 41 in the cutting line portion 4.
Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the portion 4a (4a1, 4a2, 4a3) to which the adhesive tape 2 is attached has one or more uncut portions 42 (two in FIG. 2). .
In the preferred embodiment, the cut line portion 4 is constituted by cut lines 41 at both ends.

As shown in both FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the cut line portion 4 has a cut 41 and a non-cut portion 42 at a portion 4 b (4 b 1, 4 b 2, 4 b 3, 4 b 4) where the adhesive tape is not attached. And 1 to 3 uncut portions 42 are provided in each of the portions 4b1, 4b2, 4b3, and 4b4 where the adhesive tape 2 is not attached. And each length of the non-cut | disconnected part 42 provided in each said part 4b1, 4b2, 4b3, and 4b4 (length in the transversal direction of an adhesive sheet) is 5% long It is preferable that it is thru | or 40% length, and specifically, it is preferable that each length of the non-cut | disconnecting part 42 is about 0.3 mm-2.0 mm.
Moreover, the said cutting line part 4 WHEREIN: In each of each part 4b1, 4b2, 4b3, and 4b4 where the said adhesive tape 2 is not stuck, the total length of the non-cutting part 42 is 0.5 mm-2.5 mm. preferable.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the aspect having the non-cut portion 42 in the portion 4 a to which the adhesive tape 2 is attached, the non-cut portion 42 is provided in the portions 4 a 1, 4 a 2 and 4 a 3 to which the adhesive tape 2 is attached. Is preferably 0.2 to 0.6 mm, and more preferably 0.2 to 0.4 mm. In the case of 0.6 mm or more, fibers may remain on the tape.
In one cutting line portion 4, the length of the cutting line portion 4 (corresponding to the width W1 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2) of the non-cutting portion 42 provided there The total length is preferably 10% to 25%, and particularly preferably 12% to 20%.
Maintaining within the above-mentioned numerical range for the length of the non-cut portion and the total length of the non-cut portion is a strength that does not cause separation (paper break) at the non-cut portion at the time of manufacturing the adhesive sheet. On the other hand, when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is used, it is a necessary condition for determining the strength so that the non-cut portion can be easily and neatly divided. The inventors of the present invention are that the tensile force acts in different directions of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet during the production and use of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, specifically, the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (release paper) during the production. On the other hand, a tensile force acts on the non-cut portion. On the other hand, in use, the adhesive sheet (release paper) is pulled up (or down) diagonally (or down), or the adhesive sheet (release paper) is non-cut. Pay attention to the tensile force acting on the non-cutting part in the direction of twisting the adhesive sheet (release paper) with respect to the vicinity of the cutting part, and as a result of earnest research, if it is kept in the above numerical range, different directions It has been found that it is possible to realize a strength that prevents paper breakage and can be easily cut by hand with respect to the pulling force at. In other words, when the value is kept within the above numerical range, even if the tensile force is applied from different directions, the effect that the paper is hardly cut and can be easily divided by hand is obtained.
Therefore, when the length of each of these non-cut portions and the total length of the non-cut portions are shorter than the above set range, depending on the type of the release paper, the release paper is likely to be cut off at the cutting line portion when the adhesive sheet is manufactured ( In addition, there may be a manufacturing problem such that foreign matter is likely to be caught from the cut line at the time of manufacture. Also, if it is longer than the above range, even when the release paper is pulled at the time of use, it will not be cut cleanly, when the fiber of the paper or the piece of film or the release paper is composed of laminated sheets from the cross section of the release paper May cause an exfoliation of the peeled piece of the laminated portion, and these may adhere to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and cause a contamination or a decrease in the adhesive strength.

In addition, although the magnitude | size of the adhesive sheet 1 and the adhesive tape 2 of this invention is not specifically limited, For example, the width W1 20mm thru | or 80mm of the adhesive sheet 1, length L1 30mm thru | or 120mm, the width W2 of adhesive tape 2 3mm thru | or 20mm, long The length L2 may be 10 mm to 100 mm.

In FIG.1 and FIG.2, although the aspect in which the three adhesive tapes 2 were affixed in parallel on the adhesive sheet 1 is shown, the number of the adhesive tapes 2 affixed is not specifically limited, For example, 2 in parallel The adhesive tape 2 of about 5 thru | or may be stuck side by side, and you may stick the adhesive tape 2 side by side not only in parallel but in multiple stages, such as two steps or three steps. Moreover, in the release paper 3 of this adhesive sheet 1, in the part (part corresponding to 4b in the cutting line part 4) where the adhesive tape 2 is not stuck, the adhesive tape 1 can be separated individually. A mode in which perforations are provided in the longitudinal direction can also be adopted.
Further, at least one cutting line portion 4 provided so as to cross the adhesive tape 2 may be provided for one adhesive tape 2. For example, two to four cutting line portions 4 may be provided for one adhesive tape 2. You may provide the cutting line part 4 of a book.
The adhesive tape 2 of the present invention has a strip shape as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the shape is not only a rectangle as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, but also an oblique shape and a parallelogram. The shape may be a quadrangular shape such as, or a shape including irregularities in a part of the sides of the quadrilateral.

[Release paper]
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, the release paper to which the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is attached is not particularly limited as long as it can be divided by applying a tensile force at the cutting line portion. For example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, unstretched polypropylene, stretched polypropylene, polyethylene, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, and other plastic films; processed sheets obtained by subjecting the above plastic films to release treatment; paper; paper Laminating paper in which plastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene and processed sheets subjected to release treatment are laminated; aluminum foil; laminated films or sheets in which these films or sheets are laminated with each other, colorless or It can be used color sheets.
Among them, from the viewpoint of reliably and beautifully dividing only the cutting line portion by applying a tensile force, a release paper made of paper, a release paper made of laminated paper in which a plastic film is laminated on paper, A release paper that has been subjected to a release treatment with a silicone resin, a fluororesin, or the like can be used on one or both of these surfaces.
The thickness of the release paper is not particularly limited, but is usually in the range of 10 μm to 1 mm, for example, 20 μm to 500 μm, preferably 40 μm to 200 μm.

As described above, the release paper according to the present invention is provided with a linear cutting line portion that is divided by applying a tensile force. At the cutting line portion, the release paper has a breakage of 15 N / 38 mm or more. It is preferable to have strength. Moreover, as the upper limit, it is preferable that it is 45 N / 38mm or less, and it is more preferable that it is 40 N / 38mm or less.
If the breaking strength at the cutting line portion is less than 15 N / 38 mm, the cutting line portion is likely to be broken during the production of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, which may lead to a decrease in the production efficiency of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. Also, when the breaking strength exceeds 45 N / 38 mm, it becomes difficult to divide even if the release paper is pulled when using the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and therefore, the fiber of the paper or a piece of film may be exposed from the cross section of the release paper. May adhere to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and contribute to contamination or a decrease in the adhesive strength.

[Adhesive tape]
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface of the support.

<支持体>
<Support>
Examples of the support include paper such as impregnated paper, coated paper, fine paper, kraft paper, Japanese paper, and glassine paper; polyester films such as polyethylene terephthalate and polybutylene terephthalate; polyolefin films such as polyethylene and polypropylene; Examples thereof include plastic films such as vinyl film, polycarbonate film, polyurethane film and cellophane film; foams; fabrics such as nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics and knitted fabrics; and laminates of these two or more types. As the material of the fabrics, natural materials, synthetic resin materials, recycled resin materials, and various materials in which these are appropriately combined can be used. Among them, polyester, polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide, acrylic resin, etc. are used as raw materials. Nonwoven fabric, woven fabric, knitted fabric or the like can be used.
Among them, a flexible material that can adhere to the skin and can follow the movement of the skin, and a material that can suppress the occurrence of skin irritation after being applied for a long time are preferable. Nonwoven fabrics are preferred in that they are excellent in followability to the movement of the surface, and moreover, the strength is easily maintained when wetted with water and the self-back surface adhesive strength becomes stronger, and polyester nonwoven fabrics are particularly preferred.

The thickness of the support can be appropriately selected in consideration of physical properties such as elongation, tensile strength, workability, touch at the time of sticking, sealing of the affected area, and the like, but is usually about 5 μm to 1 mm. In addition, when the thickness of the support is as thin as about 5 μm to 30 μm, it will be described later on a surface (hereinafter referred to as the other side) opposite to the one side of the support provided with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. A carrier film may be provided.
When the support is a fabric, the thickness is preferably 50 μm to 1 mm, more preferably 100 μm to 800 μm, still more preferably 200 μm to 700 μm, and the basis weight is 300 g / m 2 or less from the viewpoint of followability to the skin. Is more preferable, more preferably 200 g / m 2 or less, still more preferably 150 g / m 2 or less.
Moreover, when a support body is a plastic film, the thickness becomes like this. Preferably it is 10 micrometers-300 micrometers, More preferably, they are 12 micrometers-200 micrometers, More preferably, they are 15 micrometers-150 micrometers. When the support is a film, for the purpose of improving the anchoring properties of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the support, one surface or the other surface of the support, or both surfaces are subjected to sandblast treatment, corona treatment, etc. You may perform the process of.
If the thickness of the support is less than 5 μm, the strength and handleability of the adhesive tape will be reduced, making it difficult to apply to the skin, and it may be broken by contact with other members, etc. May come off the skin in a short time by contact. Also, if the thickness of the support is too large (more than 1 mm), the adhesive tape will hardly follow the movement of the skin, and it will be easy to form a trigger that peels off the edge of the adhesive tape. There is a risk of increasing discomfort during application.

Among these, when a nonwoven fabric is used as the support, the basis weight is usually 10 g / m 2 to 100 g / m 2 , and preferably 15 g from the viewpoint of improving the moisture permeability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and maintaining the strength easy to stick to the skin. / M 2 to 80 g / m 2 , more preferably 20 g / m 2 to 60 g / m 2 . When the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is less than 10 g / m 2 , the stretchability of the nonwoven fabric becomes too large, and the handleability of the adhesive tape may be deteriorated on the contrary, and the adhesive may be on the other side of the support (nonwoven fabric). There is a possibility of seeping into the surface. If the basis weight exceeds 100 g / m 2 , the stretchability of the nonwoven fabric is too small and the handleability is poor, the moisture permeability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape may be reduced, and the skin irritation may be increased. May cause discomfort.

In these supports, JISZ0208,40 ℃, the moisture permeability measured at 90% RH, preferably to 1,000g / m 2 · 24h, more preferably 2,000g / m 2 · 24h or more 3,000 g / m 2 · 24 h or more is particularly preferable. By setting the moisture permeability to 1,000 g / m 2 · 24 h or more, there is little swelling when applied to the skin, and skin irritation and itchiness during application are less likely to occur. The higher the moisture permeability, the better. The upper limit of the preferred moisture permeability is not particularly limited, but is usually 30,000 g / m 2 · 24 h or less.

Further, in order to adjust the expansion and contraction of the adhesive tape in a predetermined direction, for example, it is difficult to extend in the longitudinal direction, and in order to easily extend in the short direction, on the other side surface and / or one side surface, It is also possible to provide a plurality of resin stripes extending in the longitudinal direction (or short direction) and to form a support having resin stripes. Such resin stripes are not particularly limited, but for example, resin stripes of acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymers, resin stripes of ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymers, etc. are preferable, and these copolymers (resins) are known methods. By applying on the surface of the support, a resin stripe can be formed.

In order to prevent the adhesive tape from becoming conspicuous at the time of application, the support (and the resin stripe in the above-described embodiment including the resin stripe) is colored with a colorant such as a pigment, an organic pigment, or a natural pigment, and the color tone such as skin color. By coloring, the difference from the skin color at the time of sticking can be reduced. Further, when a plastic film having excellent transparency is used for the support, it becomes easy to see through the color tone of the skin under the sticking, so that the conspicuousness of the adhesive tape can be reduced.

As the carrier film that can be provided on the other surface of the support, a known film can be used, for example, polyurethane, polyethylene, polypropylene, ionomer, polyamide, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinylidene chloride, ethylene vinyl acetate. It is preferable to use various films made of various thermoplastic resins such as a copolymer, a thermoplastic polyester, and polytetrafluoroethylene. The various films may be laminated on paper.
The carrier film formed from these various films or the like is desirably thick or made of a strong material. Although the thickness of a carrier film can be set suitably, it is 10 micrometers or more normally, Preferably it is 20 micrometers or more, and the upper limit is about 500 micrometers.

Further, the support may contain additives such as an antistatic agent and an ultraviolet ray inhibitor so as not to inhibit the effects of the present invention. Examples of the antistatic agent include surfactants (anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants) and the like. With the antistatic agent, the anchoring property of the support and the problems in the process can be solved.

<Adhesive layer>
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be composed of a single pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, or may be configured by laminating a plurality of pressure-sensitive adhesive layers. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a structure formed by laminating a plurality of pressure-sensitive adhesive layers, different types of pressure-sensitive adhesive layers can be laminated.
Moreover, although the adhesive layer may be formed over the whole surface of the one side of a support body, unless the effect of this invention is impaired, it may be partially formed in this one side surface. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is partially formed, any form such as a lattice shape, a net shape, a granular shape, or an arabesque pattern can be selected. By partially forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in this way, the air permeability and moisture permeability of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be further improved, and the stimulus at the time of peeling from the skin can be adjusted (reduced).

In the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing at least one selected from the group consisting of an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, a urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, and a silicone-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. These pressure-sensitive adhesives may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive is preferable from the viewpoint of sufficient adhesiveness to the skin surface, little irritation to the skin, and high moisture permeability.

Examples of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive include homopolymers of (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester monomers such as butyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, and isononyl acrylate, copolymers of these monomers, and (meth) acrylic. Other monomers copolymerizable with the above (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester monomers, such as acids, hydroxyalkyl esters of (meth) acrylic acid, vinyl acetate, styrene, vinylpyrrolidone, (meth) acrylamide, and alkoxyalkyl (meth) acrylates And a pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a copolymer thereof.

The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is usually 10 μm to 200 μm, preferably 20 μm to 100 μm.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape according to the present invention preferably has a moisture permeability of 1,000 g / m 2 · 24 hr or more (measured at JISZ0208, 40 ° C., 90% RH). By setting the moisture permeability to such a range, there is little swelling when applied to the skin, and skin irritation and itchiness during application are less likely to occur. Among them, more preferably the moisture permeability the adhesive tape is 2,000g / m 2 · 24hr or more, further preferably 3,000g / m 2 · 24hr or more. The upper limit of moisture permeability in the adhesive tape is, for example, 30,000 g / m 2 · 24 hr or less.

<Manufacturing method>
The method for producing the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet targeted by the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, a hot melt method, a calendar method, a welding method, or the like, which is a general method for producing a patch, can be employed.
For example, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer can be formed by supplying the pressure-sensitive adhesive to one upper surface of the support or release paper by a method such as a coating method or an extrusion method. Moreover, it can manufacture also by supplying an adhesive between a support body and a release paper, or coextruding a support body and an adhesive layer. In particular, in the present invention, it is preferable to employ a method in which a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the support to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer from the viewpoint of easily producing a stable quality pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. The adhesive coating method is not particularly limited, such as a spread coating method, a hot-melt coating method, or an emulsion coating method, but the melt coating method is adopted particularly when a thin pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of 50 μm or less is obtained. It is preferable.

Usually, after adding the cutting line part to the release paper, the adhesive sheet is attached to the release paper, and the punching blade is aligned from the adhesive tape side and cut into the shape of the adhesive tape. It is preferable to manufacture by the method of removing, and when this manufacturing method is used, the effect of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is particularly exerted, and paper breakage hardly occurs during manufacturing.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is used as a medical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, for example, skin suture or a reinforcing tape after skin suture, a tube or catheter fixing tape, or a household pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. In the absorbent cotton fixing tape, it can be suitably used.

As shown in Table 1, in Examples 1 to 3 and 5 to 8, in the part where the release paper was adhered to the adhesive tape, no debris of the release paper was confirmed on the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape Although it was excellent in the hand cutting property of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet (release paper), in each of Comparative Examples 1 to 3, fragments of the release paper were confirmed in the pressure sensitive adhesive layer of the pressure sensitive adhesive tape, and the pressure sensitive adhesive tape. As a result, debris adhered to the surface of the adhesive layer.
In any of Examples 1 to 8 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, the production was interrupted because the foreign material was caught on the cut portion of the release paper during the production of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, or the foreign material was on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. There was no problem in terms of production and quality, such as that the product quality of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet could not be maintained due to adhesion to the sheet, or that the non-cut portion was cut off.
