In addition, this embodiment shows an example of this invention and this invention is not limited to this embodiment. In addition, various changes or improvements can be added to the present embodiment, and forms to which such changes or improvements are added can also be included in the present invention.
For example, in the present embodiment, a plate-shaped decorative material (decorative plate) has been described as an example, but the shape of the decorative material of the present invention is not limited to a plate shape, and a decorative image on which a printed image is formed. Any shape may be used as long as the paper impregnated body 10 (decorative paper) is provided on the surface of the base material. For example, the shape of the decorative material (that is, the shape of the base material) may be a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a spherical shape, a cone shape, a column shape, or the like.
Further, in the present specification, when the impregnated resin is described as “not cured”, it means that the impregnated resin is crosslinked to a maximum degree of crosslinking of 65% (preferably a maximum of 30%). The method for determining the degree of crosslinking is as follows.
The decorative paper impregnated body is cut to obtain a test piece having an area of 100 cm 2 , and its mass is measured, which is defined as “mass before extraction” (unit: “g”). Next, after immersing the test piece in 100 mL of N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) at room temperature for 30 to 35 minutes, the test piece is taken out from the DMF. DMF is wiped off from the surface of the test piece and dried at 120 ° C. for 90 minutes. The mass of the test piece is measured after cooling, and this is defined as “mass after extraction” (unit: “g”).
The mass (initial mass) of the impregnating resin in the decorative paper-impregnated body before dipping is calculated by the following formula.
Initial mass (g) = mass before extraction (g) -basis weight of base paper (g / m 2 ) × area of test piece (cm 2 ) / 10000
Moreover, the mass (final mass) of the impregnation resin in the decorative paper impregnated body after immersion is calculated by the following formula.
Final mass (g) = mass after extraction (g) -basis weight of base paper (g / m 2 ) × area of test piece (cm 2 ) / 10000
Then, the degree of crosslinking is calculated by the following formula.
Crosslinking degree (%) = final mass (g) / initial mass (g) × 100
〔Example〕
The present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the following examples and comparative examples.
Example 1
An ink receiving layer was provided on the surface of the base paper impregnated with the impregnating resin to produce a decorative paper impregnated body for ink jet printing. As the base paper (titanium paper), a white base paper for printing (KW-1001P manufactured by KJ Special Paper Co., Ltd.) having a basis weight of 100 g / m 2 was used. In addition, as the coating liquid for the ink receiving layer, one prepared as follows was used.
That is, in 75 g of water, 35 g of calcium carbonate (Shiraishi Hana PZ made by Shiraishi Calcium Co., Ltd.) having an average particle size of 3.3 μm in the volume-based particle size distribution and a cationic emulsion (FK-820 made by Japan Coating Resin Co., Ltd.) 38.43 g was added, and this was stirred with a stirrer to obtain a coating solution.
This coating solution was applied onto the surface of the base paper using a gravure printing machine, and then dried by heating to 200 ° C. in an oven. As a result, a decorative paper impregnated body in which an ink receiving layer was coated on the surface of the base paper was obtained. The weight applied to the base paper of the ink receiving layer is 7.5 g / m 2 . The content of calcium carbonate in the ink receiving layer is 70% by mass.
The decorative paper impregnated body thus obtained was printed with an inkjet printer using a water-based pigment inkjet ink (LIOJET manufactured by Toyo Ink Co., Ltd.), and a printed image was formed on the ink receiving layer with a resolution of 1200 × 1200 dpi. The pattern of the printed image that was printed was solid printing of yellow, magenta, cyan, and black.

(Evaluation of impregnation of thermosetting resin)
Two sheets of core paper impregnated with phenol formaldehyde resin are stacked on the overlay paper impregnated with melamine formaldehyde resin, and the decorative paper impregnated body of Example or Comparative Example is laminated thereon, and further melamine formaldehyde is formed thereon. An overlay paper impregnated with resin was laminated. And the decorative board was obtained by heat-pressing with a heat press machine, and the external appearance of the surface of the decorative board was evaluated. The results are shown in Table 1.
In Table 1, when there is no appearance defect such as blisters on the surface of the decorative plate, the performance is indicated as “◯” as good performance, and when appearance defects such as blisters occur, the performance is insufficient. As indicated by “×”.
(Evaluation of ink reflection density)
In the same manner as in the evaluation of the impregnation property of the thermosetting resin, a decorative board was produced using the decorative paper impregnated body. Then, the reflection density of the printed image was measured using a spectrocolorimeter (eXact manufactured by X-Rite). The results are shown in Table 1. If the reflection density is 1.0 or more, the performance is good, and if the reflection density is less than 1.0, the performance is insufficient.
