前記回動レバーは、
当該回動レバーの先端部側に係止部が設けられている一方、当該回動レバーの基端部側には、バンド巻付部と、回動軸部とが設けられ、
前記バンド巻付部には、
前記回動レバーの先端部側から前記樹脂バンドの一端を通すバンド挿通孔と、
前記回動軸部の回転中心より回動レバーの先端部側に位置して、回動レバーを開放状態からロック状態へ回動させた際に前記樹脂バンドが巻付き当該樹脂バンドの一端側を引っ張ることにより当該樹脂バンドに引張力を付与するバンド引張部とが設けられている一方、
