Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to ensuring worker safety and work efficiency from scattered objects during mowing work.

  Since the protective cover of the preceding product is made for metal blades, using a nylon cutter is very dangerous because a large amount of scattered objects fly toward the operator.

  Since most of the preceding products are fixed, it may be difficult to respond flexibly to the situation and topography of the site.

  Since the protective cover of the preceding product is made for metal blades, using a nylon cutter is very dangerous because a large amount of scattered objects fly toward the operator.

  The protective cover of the preceding product is fixed, so it may be difficult to work with ground bumps or obstacles.

  There are many products with a disk-shaped object on top like Patent Publication 2004-89169, but they are not protected from the side.

  Even though the flying objects are only from the left side of the operator, they are symmetric.

  Since scattered objects concentrate on the left side of the operator, a fog (FIG. 1- (6)) that spreads toward the top is provided at the upper part to focus on the left side and the upper part, and the shape shown in FIG.

  The right side (viewed by the operator) has no scattered objects, so it is cut and lightened to improve work efficiency and reduce the burden on the shoulder.

  The protective cover (FIG. 1- (2)) is moved up and down with the screw (FIG. 1- (3)) of the support body (FIG. 1- (1)) as a fulcrum.

  The lower end of the protective cover is rounded so that the protective cover (FIG. 1- (2)) moves according to the unevenness and obstacles on the ground. (Figure 1- (7))

  If it is not necessary to move the protective cover up and down, insert a split pin in Fig. 1- (4) or fix it with screws and nuts, or support body (Fig. 1- (1)) and protective cover (Fig. 1- (2) )) Can be separated and only the protective cover (Fig. 1- (2)) can be directly attached to the brush cutter (Fig. 5)

  The protective cover moves flexibly against terrain and obstacles, making it easier to work.

  By making the protective cover (Fig. 1- (2)) the left half when viewed from the operator, the burden on the shoulder is lightly reduced and work efficiency is good.

  Since it can be made non-movable depending on the situation at the site, it is widely adaptable.

  For many years, during the cutting of citrus orchards, trials and errors were repeated, and the points that I noticed every day were corrected each time and the present invention was completed and used, so the effect has been proven in the field.

Claims (3)

  The protective cover moves up and down according to the terrain and obstacles.   The protective cover has a “fog” that spreads out at the top, and the product on the left half as viewed from the operator.   The main body and protective cover can be separated and only the protective cover can be directly attached to the brush cutter.
