Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stacked heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a refrigerant of a refrigeration cycle and a heat medium.
In the stacked heat exchanger described in
When the offset fin is punched into a portion corresponding to the fluid inlet or the fluid outlet of the heat transfer plate, the fluid flow path is crushed. For this reason, it is necessary to make the periphery of the site | part in which the hole is formed in an inner fin into the straight fin structure in which the cut and raised part is not formed in the wall surface.
However, in the straight fin, the fluid flows along the wall surface of the fin, so that the diffusibility of the fluid deteriorates around the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. As a result, the heat exchange performance of the stacked heat exchanger decreases.
In view of the above points, an object of the present invention is to improve fluid diffusibility and heat exchange performance in a stacked heat exchanger in which inner fins are provided in a fluid flow path.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to
In this way, by providing the dividing portion around the through hole, the cooling water is circulated not only in the direction along the extending direction of the wall portion and the top portion but also in the direction intersecting with the extending direction of the wall portion and the top portion. And the diffusibility of the heat medium can be improved. Further, by providing the dividing portion at a portion where the extending direction of the wall portion and the top portion does not intersect with the inner peripheral portion of the through hole, it is possible to prevent the divided portion from being crushed when the through hole is punched into the inner fin. .

As shown in FIG. 3, the plate-

The refrigerant

As shown by the broken line arrows in FIG. 4, in the cooling
The cooling water
The cooling water
The main

The dividing

The cooling water
The inflow / outflow through
The dividing
As described above, in the peripheral
The non-intersecting region H1 is a region where the
As shown in FIG. 7, the dividing
According to the present embodiment described above, the cooling water
Further, in the present embodiment, in the peripheral
In the present embodiment, the dividing

(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the second embodiment, only parts different from the first embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIG. 9, in the second embodiment, a diffusion through hole 40e is formed in each of the plurality of

(Third embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the third embodiment, only parts different from the above embodiments will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in the third embodiment, a
As shown in FIG. 10, the
In the third embodiment, in the dividing
