Description

The present invention relates to a packaging case that is assembled by folding cardboard along a fold line.

The present applicant has developed and applied for a packaging case disclosed in Patent Document 1 as a packaging case for storing a packaged item inside. In this packing case, the storage space is formed by bending the corrugated cardboard along the folding line, and one of the two flaps facing each other is folded inward so as to cover the storage space. Then, the other flap is folded inward so as to cover this flap, and the insertion piece projecting from the other flap is inserted into the insertion hole of one flap from the outside so that the package is accommodated in the accommodation space. Yes.

In this packing case, after the package is stored in the storage space, the insertion hole is formed in a substantially arc-shaped slit so that the insertion piece does not come out of the insertion hole, and the insertion piece is formed along the shape of the insertion hole. It is inserted into the insertion hole while being deformed, and the insertion piece that has passed through the insertion hole is returned to its original shape and locked to the periphery of the insertion hole from the back side.

However, in Patent Document 1 described above, depending on the hardness of the cardboard and the shape of the insertion hole, when inserting the insertion piece into the insertion hole, it is difficult for the insertion piece to deform along the shape of the insertion hole, requiring a technique. It is done. In addition, the insertion piece that has passed through the insertion hole may be difficult to return to its original shape, and the locking state of the insertion piece to the periphery of the insertion hole becomes unstable, and the insertion piece comes out of the insertion hole due to vibration or impact. It is also possible that the flap will open easily.

The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging case that can easily insert the insertion piece into the insertion hole and is difficult to remove once inserted and can stably secure the packaging state. Is to provide.

The packaging material according to the present invention is a packaging case that is assembled by folding corrugated cardboard along a fold line, and is a rectangular tube-shaped case body that is composed of four first to fourth peripheral surface portions and in which an accommodation space is formed. And two outer flaps formed on the first and third peripheral surface portions of the case main body facing each other, and two inner flaps formed on the second and fourth peripheral surface portions of the case main body facing each other. An insertion piece projects from one of the two outer flaps, and a slit-like insertion hole into which the insertion piece is inserted is formed on the other outer flap. The inner flap is formed with a locking portion for locking the insertion piece, and the locking portions are mutually folded in a state where the two inner flaps are folded inward so as to cover the accommodation space. In this state, the outer flap having the insertion hole is folded inward so as to cover the two inner flaps, and further, the outer flap having the insertion piece is inwardly covered so as to cover the outer flap. It bends, the insertion piece is inserted into the insertion hole from the outside, and the locking portion is passed while being pressed to lock the locking portion from the back side.

According to this, there is no need to deform the insertion piece as in Patent Document 1 along the shape of the insertion hole, and the insertion piece simply passes through the insertion hole while pressing the locking portion. Because it is locked to the stop from the back side, it is easy to insert the insertion piece into the insertion hole regardless of the cardboard hardness and the shape of the insertion hole. can do. Moreover, since the latching location of an insertion piece is not visible from the outside, it becomes a security measure.

In this case, it is desirable that the two inner flaps have a cut portion so that the locking portion is easily bent.

According to this, the insertion piece smoothly passes between the locking portions, the pushing operation of the insertion piece becomes easy, and the locking of the insertion piece to the locking portion is ensured.

The width of the insertion piece is preferably larger than the interval between the locking portions.

According to these, once the insertion piece is locked to the locking portion, it becomes difficult to come off.

According to the present invention, the insertion piece can be easily inserted into the insertion hole regardless of the hardness of the cardboard or the shape of the insertion hole. Furthermore, it is difficult to come off even if there is vibration or impact, and the packaging state can be stabilized. In addition, the locking portion of the insertion piece is not visible from the outside, which also serves as a security measure.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In addition, this invention is not limited to the following embodiment.

9 and 11 show the packaging case 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. The packaging case 1 is assembled by folding cardboard made of, for example, paper cardboard or polypropylene plastic cardboard (plastic cardboard). Examples of the package accommodated in the packaging case 1 include elongate members (products) such as a main charger, a transfer charger, a toner cartridge, and a rubber roller in the image forming apparatus, but are not limited thereto.

The packaging case 1 includes a rectangular tube-shaped case main body 6 including four first to fourth peripheral surface portions 2 to 5, and an accommodation space S is formed inside the case main body 6.

FIG. 1 is an exploded view of the packing case 1, and a bonding margin portion 5 a is attached to the fourth peripheral surface portion 5. Bonded to the boundary between the first peripheral surface portion 2 and the second peripheral surface portion 3, the boundary between the second peripheral surface portion 3 and the third peripheral surface portion 4, the boundary between the third peripheral surface portion 4 and the fourth peripheral surface portion 5, and the fourth peripheral surface portion 5 A broken line 7 is formed at the boundary with the surrogate portion 5a. Then, the first to fourth peripheral surface portions 2 to 5 and the bonding margin portion 5a are bent along the four folding lines 7, respectively, and the bonding margin portion 5a is adhered to the inner surface of the first peripheral surface portion 2 by gluing or the like. The case body 6 having the accommodation space S is assembled into a rectangular tube shape (see FIG. 3). In this assembled state, the first peripheral surface portion 2 and the third peripheral surface portion 4 face each other, and the second peripheral surface portion 3 and the fourth peripheral surface portion 5 face each other.

Two outer flaps 8 and 9 are formed at one end (the lower end in FIGS. 1 to 3) of the first and third peripheral surface portions 2 and 4. Two inner flaps 10 and 11 are formed at one end (the lower end in FIGS. 1 to 3) of the second and fourth peripheral surface portions 3 and 5. A broken line 12 is also formed at the boundary between the outer flaps 8 and 9 and the inner flaps 10 and 11 and the first to fourth peripheral surface portions 2 to 5. Then, the inner flaps 10 and 11 are folded inside the case main body 6 so as to cover the accommodation space S along the folding line 12, and the outer flaps 8 and 9 are further covered along the folding line 12 so as to cover the two inner flaps 10 and 11. The case body 6 is bent to the inside, and then the outer flaps 8 and 9 are bonded together by gluing or the like to close one opening of the case body 6 (see FIG. 4).

On the other hand, two outer flaps 13 and 14 are also formed at the other ends (upper ends in FIGS. 1 to 3) of the first and third peripheral surface portions 2 and 4. Two inner flaps 15 and 16 are also formed at the other ends (the upper ends in FIGS. 1 to 3) of the second and fourth peripheral surface portions 3 and 5. A broken line 17 is also formed at the boundary between the outer flaps 13 and 14 and the inner flaps 15 and 16 and the first to fourth peripheral surface portions 2 to 5.

As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, a substantially T-shaped insertion piece 18 projects from one of the two outer flaps 13, 14 (on the first circumferential surface portion 2 side). A slit-like insertion hole 19 into which the insertion piece 18 is inserted is formed in the outer flap 14 on the other side (the third circumferential surface portion 4 side) straight in the lateral direction. Further, the outer flap 14 is formed in two rows with the breaking lines 20 along the insertion holes 19, and a breaking portion 21 is formed between the two breaking lines 20.

The two inner flaps 15 and 16 are each formed with a locking portion 22 for locking the insertion piece 18, and a cut portion 23 is formed so that the locking portion 22 is easily bent. The locking portions 22 of the two inner flaps 15 and 16 are opposed to each other with a space therebetween in a state where the inner flaps 15 and 16 are folded inside the case body 6 so as to cover the accommodation space S, as shown in FIG. The width W1 of the insertion piece 18 is set to be larger than the interval W2 between the locking portions 22.

Then, in a state where the inner flaps 15, 16 are folded along the folding line 17 so as to cover the accommodation space S (see FIG. 5), the outer flap 13 having the insertion piece 18 is moved along the folding line 17. The case body 6 is folded inside so as to cover the inner flaps 15, 16 (see FIG. 7).

Further, the outer flap 14 having the insertion hole 19 is folded inward along the fold line 17 so as to cover the outer flap 13 (see FIG. 8). Thereby, the other opening of the case body 6 is also closed, and the assembly of the packaging case 1 is completed.

When opening the packing case 1 and taking out the package, as shown in FIG. 9, the breaking portion 21 is pulled away from the breaking line 20, and the outer flap 13 with the outer flap 14 and the tip portion 14a remaining is removed. After raising (see FIG. 10), the inner flaps 15 and 16 are raised to open the packing case 1, and the package is taken out from the packing case 1 (case body 6).

Further, when a new package is taken out from the packing case 1 and replaced with a used member, the used member can be stored in the packing case 1 after unpacking. At this time, contrary to FIGS. 7 and 8, the outer flap 14 is first bent inward so as to cover the inner flaps 15, 16, and the outer flap 13 is bent so as to cover the outer flap 14. Then, the insertion piece 18 is inserted into the insertion hole 19 from the outside, and the two engagement portions 22 are passed while being pressed to be engaged with the engagement portion 22 from the back side (see FIGS. 11 to 13). Thereby, the other opening of case body 6 can be closed again. Therefore, the used member can be stored using the unpacked packing case 1 without requiring an extra member, and can be easily collected or disposed of.

By the way, in order to prevent the insertion piece from coming out of the insertion hole, the insertion hole is formed in a substantially arc-shaped slit, and the insertion piece is inserted into the insertion hole while being deformed along the shape of the insertion hole, and the insertion piece has passed through the insertion hole. If you insert the insertion piece into the insertion hole depending on the hardness of the cardboard or the shape of the insertion hole, the insertion piece will follow the shape of the insertion hole. It is difficult to deform and may require technique.

However, in this embodiment, in a state where the two inner flaps 15 and 16 are folded inward so as to cover the accommodation space S, the outer flap 14 having the insertion hole 19 is folded to cover the two inner flaps 15 and 16. Further, the outer flap 13 having the insertion piece 18 is folded inward so as to cover the outer flap 14, and the insertion piece 18 is inserted into the insertion hole 19 from the outside, so that the locking portions 22 are opposed to each other with two intervals. Is passed while being pressed, and is locked to the locking portion 22 from the back side.

Therefore, since the insertion piece 18 is simply inserted into the insertion hole 19 and locked to the back side of the locking portion 22, it is not necessary to deform the insertion piece as described above along the shape of the insertion hole, and the cardboard hardness and insertion Regardless of the shape of the hole, it is easy to insert the insertion piece 18 into the insertion hole 19, and once inserted, it is difficult to come out even if there is vibration or impact, and the packaging state can be reliably stabilized. Moreover, the locking location of the insertion piece 18 is not visible from the outside, and security measures can be taken.

Further, when the insertion piece 18 presses the locking portion 22, the locking portion 22 is easily bent due to the cut portion 23. Thereby, the insertion piece 18 can smoothly pass between the locking portions 22, the insertion piece 18 can be pushed easily, and the insertion piece 18 can be reliably locked to the locking portion 22.

Furthermore, since the width W1 of the width insertion piece 18 is larger than the interval W2 of the locking portion 22, it is possible to prevent the insertion piece 18 from being unexpectedly detached from the locking portion 22.

As described above, the present invention is useful for a packaging case that is assembled by folding cardboard along a fold line.
