本考案の水車形は上段発電機に1輪及び下段発電機に1輪取り付け、初動は上段の水車形へ鉄球等を落下させて、上段の水車形を回転させて発電機を高速回転させて発電を可能にし、引き続き下段の水車形に鉄球等を落下させることにより2台の発電機を同時に回転して発電を可能にしている(約2倍の発電が可能な能力になる。)
下段の水車形の回転を容易にするのは、上段水車形から落下した鉄球等が落下する距離がより長くなり約2倍になる事により、下段水車形を回転させる落下エルネキーはより強力になり発電機を高速回転させて発電する装置になる。
