Description

The present invention relates to a drainage pipe structure for introducing drainage discharged from a newly installed new facility into an existing drainage pipe, a new attachment member used in the drainage pipe structure, and a drainage pipe method.

For example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is well known that an existing drainage pipe is conventionally provided with an inspection port opened to the ground. Furthermore, a lid is arranged on the inspection port after a lid frame is mounted, and the inspection port is closed by the lid except during inspection and cleaning, and odors are prevented from leaking to the ground. .

In some cases, a flush toilet is temporarily installed in the house. In addition, when a disaster such as an earthquake occurs, a temporary toilet may be temporarily installed in a facility such as a park.

However, although various methods for treating sewage of newly installed facilities such as simple toilets and temporary toilets can be studied, it is expensive, and it takes time to install a device for treating sewage. There is a problem. In addition, new facilities such as temporary toilets are often removed after fulfilling their roles due to their characteristics, and a configuration that can be easily restored to the original state is required.

Therefore, the present invention can easily introduce the drainage from the new equipment into the existing drainage pipe when installing the new equipment, and even when removing the new equipment, it returns to the original structure with minimal effort. It aims at providing the drainage piping structure which can be made to be used, the novel attachment member used for this drainage piping structure, and the drainage piping method.

According to the present invention, drainage water flowing out from a new facility flows into an existing pipe connected to a standing pipe having an inspection port to which a cover frame to which a cover is detachably attached is connected, through the inside of the cover frame. In the drainage pipe structure, a new attachment member different from the lid is attached to the lid frame. The new attachment member includes a new attachment member main body having a hollow portion formed in a penetrating manner, and the new attachment member body. A fitting portion that is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member main body and that fits into a portion of the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame to which the lid is attached in a state where the new mounting member is attached to the lid frame; The hollow portion of the new mounting member is opened on the upstream side and the downstream side, respectively, and the new mounting member is mounted on the upstream side opening of the new mounting member body. Drainage characterized by being connected to the upstream piping on the equipment side It is a piping structure.

In such a configuration, the waste water flowing out from the new equipment is guided into the existing piping through the new mounting member. Therefore, the drainage treatment of the new equipment can be performed without excavating the ground around the existing pipe, and the construction time and cost can be greatly reduced. Of course, if a new facility is to be removed, the drainage pipe that has become unnecessary may be removed together with the new mounting member, and a lid without a hole may be attached to the inspection port, so minimal effort is required. It can be easily restored to its original structure. In addition, the new equipment in the present invention includes a portable toilet, a temporary toilet, a rainwater drainage facility provided in a temporary house, etc., and in short, it is newly installed that needs to guide the drainage to the sewage main. Drainage equipment is applicable.

Here, in existing piping actually constructed, lid frames of various dimensions and inner peripheral surface shape are used. For example, when installing new equipment such as a temporary toilet, it is close to the installation location. It is assumed that it is necessary to confirm whether or not the fitting portion of the new attachment member to be attached properly matches the lid frame that is already installed at the position. In particular, when installing new equipment, it may be urgent, and it is desirable that construction can be performed quickly even when the size and shape of the fitting portion of the new mounting member are different from the size and shape of the lid frame to be attached.

Therefore, drainage piping from which drainage that has flowed out from the new equipment flows into the existing piping connected to a standing pipe having an inspection port to which a lid is attached so that the lid is detachably attached via the inside of the lid frame A new attachment member different from the lid is attached to the lid frame, and the new attachment member includes a new attachment member body having a hollow portion formed in a penetrating manner, and the new attachment member. A fitting portion that is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body and that fits to a portion to which the lid is attached, of the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame in a state where the new attachment member is attached to the lid frame; With the new mounting member attached to the lid frame, the hollow portions of the new mounting member are opened on the upstream side and the downstream side, respectively, and the upstream side of the new mounting member main body is opened on the new equipment side. The upstream pipe is connected, and the fitting portion has the A cutting line portion is provided that allows the outer peripheral edge portion of the joint portion to be excised, and the fitting portion obtained by cutting the outer peripheral edge portion with respect to the cutting line portion is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame. A drainage pipe structure characterized by the above is proposed.

By adopting such a configuration, for example, the lid frame to which the new mounting member is to be attached is formed in advance so as to be suitable for different types of lid frames even when lid frames having different inner peripheral surface shapes are used. By cutting out the outer peripheral edge with reference to the cutting line portion that has been made, it is possible to obtain a new mounting member that matches the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame. There is no need to keep it.

Further, in a state where the new attachment member is attached to the lid frame, a seal member is disposed in an elastic state between the outer peripheral surface of the new attachment member main body and the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame. It is desirable to become.

By setting it as this structure, it can prevent that the odor in existing piping leaks outside between the said cover frame and the said new attachment member. In addition, when the internal structure of the existing lid frame and the fitting part shape of the new attachment member to be newly attached do not coincide with each other, a slight gap generated between them can be blocked by the seal member. .

In addition, a stepped portion is formed on an inner peripheral surface surrounding the hollow portion of the new mounting member main body so as to protrude toward the axis of the hollow portion of the new mounting member main body, and further downstream of the new mounting member main body. It is preferable that a downstream pipe disposed in the vertical pipe is connected to the opening on the side, and a lower end of the upstream pipe and an upper end of the downstream pipe are abutted against the stepped portion.

In such a configuration, the upstream pipe and the downstream pipe are prevented from being directly abutted against each other by the stepped portion, so that the upstream pipe or the downstream pipe is the other pipe at the time of piping construction. Can be prevented from falling off the new mounting member. In addition, if the downstream pipe is provided, it is possible to suppress as much as possible that the waste water from the new facility is scattered on the inner wall surface of the vertical pipe and contaminates the inner wall surface. For this reason, the sanitary environment of the inspection port is suitably maintained.

The present invention is also a novel attachment member used in the drainage pipe structure, wherein the outer diameter of the fitting portion can be changed by cutting the outer peripheral edge portion with reference to the cutting line portion of the fitting portion. This is a new mounting member.

In such a configuration, the drainage pipe structure can be disposed on different types of lid frames using a kind of new mounting member.

Furthermore, the present invention is a drainage piping method for constructing the drainage piping structure, the step of removing the lid from the lid frame, the step of attaching the new attachment member to the lid frame from which the lid has been removed, And a step of connecting an upstream side pipe to the new mounting member.

In such a configuration, even if a new facility is urgently installed, the drainage pipe structure can be quickly arranged.

The present invention is also a drainage pipe method for constructing the drainage pipe structure, the step of removing the lid from the lid frame, and the fitting part of the new mounting member, wherein the cutting line part is used as a reference. The step of cutting the outer peripheral edge portion from the fitting portion and the new attachment member having the fitting portion having the outer peripheral edge portion cut off so that the fitting portion fits the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame In addition, the drainage piping method includes a step of attaching to the lid frame and a step of connecting an upstream side pipe to the new attachment member.

In such a configuration, the inner peripheral surface shape of the lid frame is attached to the lid frame by attaching the new mounting member obtained by excising the outer peripheral edge portion of the fitting portion in accordance with the inner peripheral surface shape of the lid frame. Regardless of this, it is possible to provide a drainage piping method corresponding to a plurality of types of lid frames with one type of new mounting member.

The drainage pipe structure according to the present invention can easily introduce the drainage from the new equipment into the existing drainage pipe when installing the new equipment, and also requires minimal effort when removing the new equipment. There is an advantage that the original structure can be easily restored.

In addition, since the drainage pipe structure having a new mounting member provided with a cutting line portion in the fitting portion can be a new mounting member that matches the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame, a large number of new mounting members in advance There is an advantage that there is no need to prepare.

Moreover, there exists an advantage which can construct | assemble the said drain piping structure with respect to the existing piping structure by using the novel attachment member of this invention.

Moreover, the drainage piping method of the present invention has an advantage that the drainage piping structure can be easily constructed.

In addition, when constructing a drainage pipe structure for attaching a new attachment member to a different type of lid frame, the work can be smoothly performed by cutting the outer peripheral edge with reference to the cutting line portion of the new attachment member. .

Hereinafter, embodiments embodying the drainage pipe structure of the present invention, the new mounting member used in the drainage pipe structure, and the drainage pipe method will be described in detail. In addition, this invention is not limited to the Example shown below, A design change is possible suitably.

[Example 1]
As shown in FIG. 1, when a portable toilet 4 as a new facility is newly installed in an existing building 2, drainage discharged from the portable toilet 4 is buried in the ground outside the building 2. It is proposed to construct a drain piping structure 1A to be introduced into the existing piping 5.

Hereinafter, the drain piping structure 1A will be described.
A pipe 10 for guiding sewage is connected to the portable toilet 4, and the pipe 10 is connected to a vacuum drainage unit 11 installed outdoors via the floor 3 and the wall 9. Further, a straight pipe 13 for guiding sewage to the existing pipe 5 is connected to the vacuum drainage unit 11.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a standing pipe 8 is connected to the existing pipe 5, and an inspection port 7 </ b> A is formed at the upper end of the standing pipe 8. Further, a lid frame 20A is attached to the inspection port 7A, and a joint 30A as a new attachment member mainly composed of a tubular body is attached to the lid frame 20A. As will be described later, the lid frame 20A is originally provided with a lid 6 (see FIG. 4a) that closes the opening 21A of the lid frame 20A.

Further, an annular packing 15 as a sealing member is disposed in an elastic state between the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame 20A and the joint 30A.

An elbow pipe 14 is connected to the straight pipe 13 connected to the vacuum drainage unit 11, and the elbow pipe 14 and the upstream pipe end of the joint 30 </ b> A are connected by an upstream straight pipe 16.

The pipe 10, the vacuum drainage unit 11, the straight pipe 13, the elbow pipe 14, and the upstream straight pipe 16 constitute an upstream pipe according to the present invention.

Further, a downstream straight pipe 17 disposed in the vertical pipe 8 is connected to the downstream pipe end of the joint 30A. The lower end of the downstream straight pipe 17 is disposed in the vicinity of the lower end portion of the vertical pipe 8.

The downstream straight pipe 17 constitutes the downstream pipe of the present invention.

With the above configuration, the waste water that has flowed out of the portable toilet 4 is guided into the joint 30 </ b> A through the upstream straight pipe 16, and into the existing pipe 5 from the downstream port of the downstream straight pipe 17. be introduced. The pipe 5 includes an existing drainage basin to which the vertical pipe 8 is connected and an existing pipe material connected to the drainage basin.

Next, the joint 30A will be described in detail.
The joint 30A includes, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a), (b), (c), and (d), a joint body 35 as a new attachment member body that is tubular and has a hollow portion formed therein, At the upper end of the joint body 35, a flange portion 31 as a fitting portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the joint body 35 is provided.

On the inner peripheral surface of the joint main body 35, a step portion 38 that protrudes toward the axis of the hollow portion of the joint main body 35 and is formed around the axis is provided. As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end 16a of the upstream straight pipe 16 is abutted on the upper side of the step portion 38 (on the flange portion 31 side). On the other hand, the upper end 17a of the downstream straight pipe 17 is abutted on the lower side of the step portion 38. When the downstream straight pipe 17 is provided in this way, it is suppressed as much as possible that the waste water scatters on the inner wall surface of the vertical pipe 8 and soils the inner wall surface. The environment is favorably maintained.

Further, in the joint main body 35, an upstream tapered portion 41 whose inner diameter is reduced toward the stepped portion 38 is provided on the inner peripheral surface on the upstream side of the stepped portion 38. On the other hand, on the inner peripheral surface on the downstream side of the step portion 38, a downstream taper portion 42 whose inner diameter is reduced toward the step portion 38 is provided. With this configuration, the pipes can be easily connected.

An upper surface 36 which is an outer peripheral surface of the flange portion 31 and serves as an upper end surface of the joint 30A has a flat shape, and a groove-shaped cutting line portion 37 is centered on the axis on the upper surface 36. It is provided in a circumferential shape. The cutting line portion 37 will be described later.

Further, the lower outer peripheral surface 32 of the flange portion 31 has a tapered shape that expands toward the upper side so as to correspond to the shape of the portion of the inner peripheral surface 22A of the lid frame 20A to which the lid 6 is attached. Yes.

Next, the construction procedure of the drain piping structure 1A will be described with reference to FIGS.
Before the portable toilet 4 as a new facility is installed, as shown in FIG. 4A, the inspection port 7A of the existing pipe 5 is completely shielded by the lid 6 that is detachably attached to the lid frame 20A. ing. Then, as the portable toilet 4 is newly installed, the lid 6 is removed from the lid frame 20A (step 1).

Next, as shown in FIG. 4B, the downstream straight pipe 17 is connected to the opening at the lower end of the joint 30A corresponding to the lid frame 20A (step 2). At this time, the downstream straight pipe 17 is inserted into the joint 30A until the upper end 17a of the downstream straight pipe 17 abuts on the step portion 38 of the joint 30A. The joint 30A and the downstream straight pipe 17 may be joined with an adhesive or the like.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, the joint 30A to which the downstream straight pipe 17 is connected is attached to the lid frame 20A from which the lid 6 has been removed (step 3). At this time, the packing 15 is attached to the joint body 35 of the joint 30A in advance. The gap between the outer peripheral surface of the joint 30A and the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame 20A can be eliminated by the packing 15, and leakage of odor in the pipe 5 to the outside can be suppressed. Further, since the portion of the inner peripheral surface 22A of the lid frame 20A to which the lid 6 is attached and the lower outer peripheral surface 32 of the joint 30A have shapes corresponding to each other, they can be fitted appropriately without rattling. be able to. However, the packing 15 does not have to be attached on site, and may be attached to the joint 30A in advance, for example, at a factory.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5B, the upstream straight pipe 16 to which the elbow pipe 14 is connected is connected to the opening at the upper end of the joint 30A (step 4). At this time, the upstream straight pipe 16 is inserted into the joint 30A until the lower end 16a of the upstream straight pipe 16 abuts on the step portion 38 of the joint 30A. In this way, the upstream straight pipe 16 and the downstream straight pipe 17 are prevented from being directly abutted against each other by the step portion 38, so the upstream straight pipe 16 or the downstream straight pipe 17. Will not be pushed out of the other straight pipe and fall off from the joint 30A. The joint 30A and the upstream straight pipe 16 may be joined with an adhesive or the like. Further, the elbow pipe 14 may be connected to the upstream straight pipe 16 after the upstream straight pipe 16 is connected to the joint 30A.

And the drain piping structure 1A as shown in FIG. 2 is constructed | assembled by the process 1-4 mentioned above.

The drainage piping method including the steps 1 to 4 described so far includes excavating the ground around the inspection port 7A to install the portable toilet 4 or peeling the concrete around the building 2 and the like. Since no process is required, construction time and cost can be greatly reduced. Further, even if the portable toilet 4 is not required and the drainage pipe structure 1A is removed, it is not necessary to excavate the ground again, and after removing the unnecessary joint 30A and the like, the original lid 6 is removed. If it is reattached, it can be easily restored to its original structure. In addition, the attachment order of each pipe material can be suitably changed according to the situation of the construction site. Moreover, when using each pipe material, according to the condition of a construction site, it can cut | disconnect and use to an appropriate length at the said construction site. Further, for example, the elbow pipe 14 and the joint 30A may be directly connected.

By the way, when trying to construct the drain piping structure 1A for draining the sewage of the portable toilet 4, a prepared joint is prepared for the lid frame 20A attached to the inspection port 7A to which drainage is to be introduced. There is a case where 30A cannot be used as it is. Hereinafter, the drainage pipe structure 1B to be constructed using the joint 30A on the lid frame 20B having a shape different from that of the lid frame 20A will be described.

As shown in FIG. 6, unlike the lid frame 20A, the lid frame 20B has a substantially vertical inner peripheral surface 22B.

In such a case, in the joint 30 </ b> A, the outer peripheral edge portion of the flange portion 31 is cut along the cutting line portion 37 using a tool such as a sander. And the lower outer peripheral surface 32 corresponding to the inner peripheral surface 22B of the said cover frame 20B is formed in the lower outer peripheral surface 32 of this flange part 31 as shown in FIG.3 (e). Thus, the joint 30A can change the outer diameter D1 (see FIG. 3d) of the flange portion 31 to an outer diameter D2 smaller than that by cutting the outer peripheral edge portion of the flange portion 31. It is possible. With such a configuration, the drainage pipe structure 1B can be constructed by appropriately attaching the joint 30A to the lid frame 20B.

In addition, when constructing the drainage pipe structure 1B in which the lid frame 20B is used, the step of cutting the outer peripheral edge from the flange portion 31 of the joint 30A is performed before attaching the joint 30A to the lid frame 20B. do it.

By adopting such a configuration, for example, even if a cover frame 20B having a different inner peripheral surface shape from the cover frame 20A is adopted in the existing pipe 5 into which drainage is to be introduced, it is formed in advance so as to be suitable for the cover frame 20B. By cutting off the outer peripheral edge of the flange portion 31 with reference to the cut line portion 37, the joint 30A can be made to match the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the lid frame 20B. There is no need to prepare a joint. In particular, when installing a new facility, an emergency may be required, and a configuration that can be quickly constructed is desired.

Moreover, in the Example described so far, the shape of the said cutting line part 37 is not limited to groove shape, The parameter | index which shows the part to be excised may be displayed. Further, the outer shape of the flange portion 31 of the joint 30A is not limited to a disc shape, and may be an outer shape of another shape according to the lid frames 20A and 20B. Further, a single cutting line portion 37 may be provided for the joint 30A, or a plurality of cutting line portions 37 may be provided.

Moreover, the arrangement | positioning position of the packing 15 is not limited to the position of the said structure, It can change suitably. Moreover, although the pipe material which comprises drainage piping structure 1A, 1B can employ | adopt suitably the thing made from vinyl chloride, it is not specifically limited, A hose etc. may be substituted. Moreover, although it is desirable that the lower end of the downstream straight pipe 17 is disposed up to the vicinity of the lower end of the existing pipe 5, it is not limited to such a configuration.

[Example 2]
A joint 30B according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the thing similar to the said Example 1 attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and shall simplify description.

In the joint 30B according to the present embodiment, unlike the joint 30A, the cutting line portion 37 is not provided. In the joint 30B, when it is clear that the cover frame 20A in which the flange portion 31 is fitted as it is is applied, the drainage pipe structure 1A can be quickly constructed.

The drainage pipe structures 1A and 1B described so far are naturally applicable to drainage or rainwater.

Moreover, although the joint 30A was illustrated and demonstrated as a new attachment member, a plate-shaped cover body may be sufficient as a new attachment member. For example, the hole may open at the center of the lid, and the upstream straight pipe 16 may be connected to the hole. In such a case, the outer peripheral portion of the lid may correspond to a fitting portion, and a cutting line portion 37 may be provided on the outer peripheral portion.
