粉体塗装ブース内で被塗装物に塗装ガンから粉体塗料を吹き付けて被塗装物を粉体塗料にて塗装を行い、被塗装物に付着しなかったオーバースプレー粉を回収し、回収した回収粉を使用して粉体塗装を行う塗装ラインで、使用する粉体塗料をA色からB色に色替えを行うに際し、A色の付着した塗装ラインを清掃し、その後にB色の粉体塗料を使用してB色の色替え塗装を行う粉体塗装方法において、色替え後に回収したB色の回収粉を被塗装物に吹き付けて塗装を行った下塗り塗装面の表面に、B色の新粉又は混色比率が所定値以下の低混色回収粉を被塗装物に吹き付けて上塗り塗装面を形成することを特徴とする粉体塗装方法。   In the powder coating booth, powder paint is sprayed from the painting gun to the object to be coated, and the object to be coated is coated with the powder paint, and the overspray powder that has not adhered to the object is recovered and recovered.
