Description

The present invention relates to a connector for electrically connecting a cable, and more particularly to a structure for preventing a core wire from coming off a connector for inserting and connecting a cable core wire.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a terminal block in which a core wire of a cable is inserted and connected at two locations of a sandwiching portion and a wedge portion. However, the strength of the core wire can be increased by increasing the restoring force of the wedge portion. However, it has a conflicting technical problem that the insertion work of the core wire is difficult.
Accordingly, the present inventors have studied to prevent the core wire from being pulled out while ensuring the insertion connectivity of the core wire, and to improve the connection reliability, and have reached the present invention.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-245862

It is an object of the present invention to provide a connector having excellent connection reliability of a cable and having a restricting means for a cable pulling direction and having high connection reliability.

The connector according to the present invention is a connector for cable connection, a terminal terminal for inserting and electrically connecting a core wire of the cable, and an elastic member for biasing the inserted core wire toward the terminal terminal; The elastic member includes a base and a locking piece that is arranged to cross from the base toward the distal end side of the inserted core wire, and the distal end side of the locking piece is a free end, and the base It has a latching | locking part for latching to the side part of the said core wire toward this, and has the standing-up control part which controlled that the said locking piece moved to a standing-up direction.
Here, inserting the core wire of the cable means that the insulation coating portion at the tip of the cable is peeled to expose the core wire, and this core wire is placed between the terminal terminal and the locking portion of the locking piece provided on the elastic member. To insert like a plug.
In the present invention, the core wire into which the locking piece is inserted is arranged so as to intersect in the direction of the distal end of the core wire, and the distal end of the locking piece is a free end. A locking portion is provided in the middle.
As a result, a force in the pulling direction is applied to the cable, and when the locking piece moves so as to rise in an upright direction from an oblique state, the terminal terminal and the locking portion are opened and the core wire of the cable is easily pulled out. Then, since the movement restricting movement (turning) so that the locking piece stands up is restricted by the standing up restricting portion, the core wire has a high resistance against dropping.

In the present invention, the standing restriction portion may be a slope portion that is inclined inward from the free end side of the locking piece toward the direction of the core wire removal.
In this way, a force in the pulling direction is applied to the core wire, and the locking piece tries to move so as to rise in the standing direction. However, the free end side of the locking piece hits the sloped portion that constitutes the above-mentioned rising restriction portion. The component force which contacts and presses a latching part toward the terminal side works.

Moreover, in this invention, the said latching | locking part may be an edge part which bend | folded the latching | locking part side of the said locking piece in the pulling-out direction side of the said core wire.
If it does in this way, it will act so that an edge-shaped latching part may get into the side part of a core wire, and also the latching force with respect to the removal direction of a core wire will work.

In the connector according to the present invention, even if a force in the pulling-out direction of the core wire is applied to the connected cable, the standing restricting portion restricts the rising of the locking piece arranged obliquely in the standing direction, and the movement is suppressed. Prevents the core wire from coming off.

Sectional drawing of the connector which concerns on this invention is shown. The perspective view of the terminal terminal and elastic member which concern on this invention is shown.

Hereinafter, a structural example of the connector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

The connector according to the present invention can be used to electrically connect cables to various power supply devices and electronic devices.
For example, it can be used as a connector for connecting a power cable to a power conditioner in the field of photovoltaic power generation or the like.

FIG. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a connector according to the present invention.
The resin-made housing 10 has an insertion hole 12 for the core wire 1a of the cable 1. Correspondingly, a terminal terminal 20 for electrical connection is pressed inside, and the core wire of the cable is pressed from the side toward the terminal terminal. The elastic member 30 for energizing is incorporated.
In this embodiment, the base portion 31 of the elastic member 30 is mounted on the mounting portion 15 of the housing so as to be sandwiched between the lower surface of the terminal terminal 20 and the housing 10, and the folded portion 32 folded back from the base portion 31 in FIG. , And a locking piece 33 is formed with its tip folded back obliquely upward toward the back side inside the connector.
In the present embodiment, a first elastic piece 32a is provided that is folded back toward the insertion hole 12 from the inner side to the lower side of the base portion 31, and is folded back of a second elastic piece 32b that is folded back further upward. The elastic member 30 is not limited to this embodiment as long as the elastic member 30 has an inserted core wire and a locking piece 33 that obliquely intersects toward the tip end side.
The second elastic piece folded back obliquely constitutes the locking piece 33 in the present invention, and the upper end of the locking piece 33 is a free end 34, and the locking portion 33 a is in the middle of the locking piece 33. Have
As a method for forming the locking portion 33a, a configuration in which the locking portion 33a is projected from the locking piece 33 to the side, a shape in which a side portion of the locking piece 33 is cut into a substantially U shape, or the like But you can.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the middle of the locking piece 33 is cut out in a substantially square shape to form a gate-like insertion portion 32c, and when the core wire 1a is inserted and inserted into this insertion portion 32c, the opening portion is formed. In this example, the upper edge portion is a locking portion 33a that locks to the side portion of the core wire 1a.
Thus, when the core wire 1 a of the cable 1 is inserted into the insertion portion 32 c via the insertion hole 12 of the housing 10, it is inserted between the upper surface of the terminal terminal 20 and the locking portion 33 a provided on the locking piece 33. The core wire 1a is elastically locked by the downward restoring force of the locking piece 33.
When the core wire 1a is inserted, the first elastic piece 32a is elastically deformed upward, and the gap between the locking portion 33a and the upper surface of the terminal terminal 20 is increased, so that the core wire 1a can be easily inserted. However, a mechanism (means) for slightly pushing up the first elastic piece 32a from the lower surface side may be provided.
The terminal terminal 20 is for connecting to a substrate or other equipment. In this embodiment, the terminal terminal 20 has a side wall portion 22 and a connection terminal 21 as shown in FIG.

The locking piece 33 is disposed so as to cross at an oblique angle toward the distal end side of the core wire 1 a inserted from the folded portion 32 on the base portion 31 side, and the distal end side becomes a free end portion 34, and the middle of the locking piece 33 Since the locking portion 33a is formed on the core wire 1a, when a force in the pulling direction is applied to the core wire 1a, the operation is as follows.
A force is generated in which the locking portion 33a that is locked to the side portion of the core wire 1a moves toward the insertion hole 12 (in the direction of drawing out the core wire).
As a result, the locking piece 33 pivots and moves so as to rise in the upright direction, and the gap between the locking portion 33a and the upper surface of the terminal terminal 20 may be opened, and the core wire 1a may be easily pulled out. In order to prevent the stop piece 33 from rising, the housing 10 is provided with an upright restricting portion 11 with which the free end portion 34 abuts.
In the present embodiment, an example is provided in which the standing restricting portion 11 formed of an inclined surface integrally with the housing is provided inside the housing 10, but the structure is not limited as long as the locking piece can be prevented from standing up.
The standing restricting portion 11 is formed on a slope portion inclined inward from the free end portion 34 side of the locking piece 33 toward the cable insertion hole 12 side. When the free end 34 of 33 abuts, as shown by the arrow in FIG. 1, a component force is generated to press the locking portion 33a toward the core wire 1a, and the locking force of the core wire 1a is increased.
In the present embodiment, an arc-shaped bent portion 34a is formed in the free end portion 34, and a downward component force is easily generated on the slope portion.
The locking portion 33a is an edge-shaped locking portion 33a in which a bent portion 33b is formed by slightly bending the upper edge of the insertion portion 32c toward the insertion hole 12 side. It is easy to insert the side of the core wire difficult to rise.
Furthermore, a confirmation window 13 for confirming insertion of the core wire 1 a is formed in the housing 10.
