Description

The present invention relates to an improvement in flooring laid indoors.

For example, an insulation board used as a flooring matrix like a tatami floor in a tatami mat is a wood fiber board, and is generally made by a wet papermaking method. Specifically, it is produced by drying a wet mat obtained by dispersing a wood fiber, a binder, a drug, and the like in a large amount of water and drawing it with a wire mesh.

Here, since the water in the system is circulated and used in the manufacturing process of the wood fiber board as described above, the eluate from the wood fiber, the medicine not fixed to the product, etc. accumulate in the water in the system. It becomes like this. When the water in the system is circulated for a long time, a unique odor is generated due to accumulation of the drug and the like, decay and fermentation of the accumulated drug, etc., and the odor remains on the paper-made wood fiberboard. Although there is a difference in the degree of feeling depending on the person, generally the odor is not a pleasant odor. For this reason, when the said odor is remarkable, a complaint and a complaint may generate | occur | produce after constructing a wooden fiber board as a tatami floor.

In the past, moss with a unique strong fragrance was used as a tatami mat, so the smell of the wooden fiberboard that became the tatami floor was hardly noticeable, but the odorless tube that twisted the paper as a tatami mat Such problems have become apparent since the fiber-like yarn has been frequently used.
Therefore, as a countermeasure against the odor as described above, the following Patent Document 1 (Japan, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-199553) applies a deodorant and a fragrance to a wooden fiberboard, Techniques for reducing or suppressing odor are disclosed.

When the deodorant or fragrance is directly applied to the wood fiber board as a countermeasure against odor as in the above prior art, a high odor reduction or suppression effect is exhibited immediately after application, and the effect continues for a predetermined period while gradually decreasing. To do. Therefore, the effect cannot be exhibited when it is constructed after being manufactured and stocked for a long time at a store.
Under such circumstances, there is a need to further extend the period during which the odor of wood fiberboard used as flooring can be reduced or suppressed, but deodorants and fragrances are directly applied to the wood fiberboard. In order to extend such a period, it is necessary to increase the amount of deodorant or fragrance to be applied. Then, especially when a fragrance is used, a fairly strong fragrance will be emitted immediately after application, and although the odor reduction or suppression effect is high, it is said that a new discomfort is given by the unintended fragrance fragrance. Problems and cost increases.

Therefore, a main object of the present invention is to provide a flooring material capable of continuously reducing or suppressing the odor emitted from the wood fiber board as a flooring material matrix for a long period of time. Furthermore, the present invention is to provide a flooring material capable of effectively exhibiting the effect of the functional material imparted to the wood fiber board for a long period of time without being limited to the reduction or suppression of the odor.

In order to achieve the above object, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, in the present invention, a flooring 10 made of a wood fiber board 12 is configured as follows.
That is, the microcapsule 14 in which at least one functional material selected from the group consisting of a deodorant, a fragrance, an essential oil, a fragrance, an insect repellent, and an antibacterial agent is included as a core substance on at least the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12. Is disposed.

The present invention has the following effects.
Since at least one functional material selected from the group consisting of deodorant, fragrance, essential oil, fragrance, insect repellent and antibacterial agent is contained in the microcapsule 14 as a core substance, the microcapsule 14 is made of a wood fiber board. The functional material can be gradually released immediately after the floor material 10 made of the wood fiber board 12 is constructed as a floor material, and immediately after walking on the floor material. Therefore, the functional material is not released even if stocked in the warehouse for a long time after production, and the microcapsule 14 is present without being ruptured, which is effective immediately after a person walks after construction and the microcapsule 14 ruptures. As long as the effect continues. In addition, since the microcapsules 14 are disposed on at least the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12, the use efficiency of the functional material that is gradually released from the wood fiber board 12 when the flooring 10 is used is maximized. It can be made.

In the present invention, it is preferable that the average particle diameter of the microcapsules 14 measured by a laser diffraction / scattering method is 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less. When the average particle diameter of the microcapsules 14 is less than 50 μm, the film thickness becomes relatively large. Therefore, the microcapsules 14 are caused by compressive stress generated when a person walks on the flooring 10. When the average particle size of the microcapsule 14 exceeds 500 μm, it is difficult to rupture, so that it can be easily ruptured by the compressive stress so that the internal functional material can be released gradually. However, when the microcapsule 14 is disposed on the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 without using a binder, the microcapsule 14 is placed on the wood fiber board 12 when the flooring 10 is transported to the construction site. This is because it easily drops off from the surface side and the yield deteriorates.

Moreover, the flooring 10 according to the second invention is characterized in that, in addition to the above-described invention, the surface of the wood fiber board 12 is covered with a surface covering material 18 having air permeability. In particular, it is preferable that the covering material 18 is a tatami mat and the wood fiber board 12 is a tatami floor, that is, the flooring 10 is a tatami mat.

In addition, it is preferable to add the specific structure described in embodiment mentioned later to this invention.

According to the present invention, the effect of the functional material imparted to the wooden fiberboard can be effectively improved over a long period of time, because the odor emitted from the wooden fiberboard serving as the matrix of the flooring can be continuously reduced or suppressed for a long period of time. The flooring which can be made to exhibit can be provided.

It is a schematic diagram which shows the flooring of one Embodiment of this invention.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of a flooring 10 of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the flooring 10 of the present invention has a wood fiber board 12.
In the present embodiment (illustrated embodiment), the floor material 10 is configured as a tatami mat.

The wood fiber board 12 serves as a matrix of the flooring 10 and is a board material obtained by molding and hardening wood fibers obtained by steaming and defibrating wood chips. Examples thereof include medium density fiberboard (MDF) and hardboard. Among them, the insulation board and the hard board are manufactured by a wet method using water as a medium when forming a wood fiber mat, and the medium density fiber board is a dry type that uses an air flow when forming a wood fiber mat. Generally, it is manufactured by the method.
In addition, when the flooring 10 is a tatami mat as in the illustrated embodiment, it is particularly preferable to use an insulation board having a relatively low density and a high cushioning property as the wood fiber board 12 serving as a tatami floor. is there.
Microcapsules 14 are disposed on at least the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12.

The microcapsule 14 is for imparting to the wood fiber board 12 at least one functional material selected from the group consisting of deodorant, fragrance, essential oil, fragrance, insect repellent and antibacterial agent. This is a completely closed type resin capsule in which a core material is used as a core material, and the core material is wrapped with a wall material (coating material) made of gelatin, urea resin, melamine resin, urethane resin, polyurea resin or the like.
The size of the microcapsule 14 is preferably such that the average particle diameter measured by the laser diffraction / scattering method is in the range of 50 μm to 500 μm, more preferably in the range of 100 μm to 400 μm. When the average particle size of the microcapsules 14 is less than 50 μm, the film thickness becomes relatively large, so that the microcapsules 14 are ruptured by a compressive stress generated when a person walks on the flooring 10. On the contrary, when the average particle diameter of the microcapsules 14 exceeds 500 μm, when the microcapsules 14 are disposed on the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 without using a binder, flooring This is because the microcapsule 14 easily falls off from the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 when the 10 is transported to the construction site, and the yield deteriorates.
The functional material serving as the core substance of the microcapsule 14, that is, at least one selected from the group consisting of deodorant, fragrance, essential oil, fragrance, insect repellent, and antibacterial agent may be natural. However, it may be chemically synthesized.

The amount of the microcapsule 14 applied to the wood fiber board 12 is not particularly limited, and is appropriately set according to the type of functional material serving as a core substance and the type of wood fiber board 12 to be applied. As a method of disposing the microcapsules 14 on the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12, first, a dispersion liquid in which the microcapsules 14 are dispersed at a predetermined concentration in a dispersion medium such as water is prepared. The liquid is applied to the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 by a known method such as spray, brush or roll coater. Then, the dispersion medium penetrates into the interior of the wood fiber board 12 due to the capillary phenomenon of the wood fibers constituting the wood fiber board 12, and the microcapsule 14 (with the dispersion medium) moves accordingly, and the wood fibers are entangled. It enters into the gap formed by. Thereafter, the dispersion medium is removed by drying or the like, whereby the arrangement of the microcapsules 14 on the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 is completed. In the above-described example, the functional material dispersion liquid is a dispersion medium in which only the functional material is dispersed. However, other chemicals such as a binder may be blended as necessary.

When the flooring 10 of the present invention is used as a flooring finishing base material or the like, the flooring 10 is completed if the microcapsules 14 are disposed on the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 as described above. However, since the flooring 10 of the present embodiment is “tatami”, the cushion material 16 and the tatami surface 18A are placed in this order on the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 on which the microcapsules 14 are disposed.

The cushion material 16 is a sheet-like member that is disposed as necessary to provide further cushioning to the tatami mat that is the floor material 10 and to protect the upper surface of the tatami floor. As the cushion material 16, a nonwoven fabric such as a needle punch nonwoven fabric or a thermal bond nonwoven fabric that is bulky, flexible, and breathable is preferably used.

The tatami surface 18A is a typical “breathable surface material 18”, and is a sheet-like member that becomes a tatami surface material obtained by weaving cylindrical fiber yarn twisted with grass or paper. is there. In the illustrated embodiment, the outer edge of the tatami table 18A is bent along the side surface of the wood fiber board 12, and the tip thereof is fixed on the lower surface of the wood fiber board 12 with a fixing tool such as a stapler.
In the illustrated embodiment, the tatami mat is completed in the above-described state, but a tatami rim may be attached to the outer edge of the tatami mat, or the anti-slip sheet may be provided on the lower surface side of the wood fiber board 12 serving as a tatami floor. Etc. may be attached.
In the illustrated embodiment, the tatami floor is formed by one layer of the wood fiber boards 12, but a plurality of the wood fiber boards 12 may be laminated, or the wood fiber boards 12 of the plurality of layers may be laminated. Different plate materials such as polystyrene foam may be laminated between them. In these cases, it is sufficient that the microcapsules 14 are disposed at least on the upper surface side of the wood fiber board 12 of the uppermost layer.

Further, in the illustrated embodiment, there is nothing to cover them other than the tatami surface 18A from the side surface of the wood fiber board 12 to the lower surface, but the whole from the side surface of the wood fiber board 12 to the lower surface is made of metal foil or resin. You may make it coat | cover with air-impermeable or hardly air-permeable sheets (not shown), such as a film. By doing so, it can reduce that the functional material discharged by bursting the microcapsule 14 flows out from the side surface or the lower surface side of the wood fiber board 12. In addition, when a slight air permeability is required in the whole from the side surface to the lower surface of the wood fiber board 12, a flash spun nonwoven cloth represented by Tyvek (registered trademark) manufactured by DuPont is used as a non-air-permeable sheet. It is particularly preferred to use it.

According to the flooring 10 of the present embodiment, the upper surface of the wood fiber board 12 on which the microcapsules 14 are disposed is covered with the tatami surface 18A. When 14 bursts and the functional material inside is released, it is immediately absorbed into the tatami mat 18A. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the released functional material from adhering to the foot and get dirty, and the functional material can be gradually released through the tatami surface 18A for a longer period of time.

Moreover, according to the flooring 10 of the present embodiment, the odor emitted from the wood fiberboard 12 serving as a matrix of the flooring 10 can be continuously reduced or suppressed for a long period of time, and is given to the wood fiberboard 12. Although the effect of the functional material can be exhibited efficiently for a long period of time, the inventors confirmed the effect by the following experiment.

[experimental method]
Prepare microcapsules with an average particle size (laser diffraction / scattering method) of 300 μm using essential oil extracted from cypress as a core substance and urea resin as a wall material. The microcapsules have a solid content of 40% by weight. To obtain a dispersion. This dispersion was applied to the surface of the insulation board by spraying so that the amount applied was 15 g / m 2 and then air-dried at room temperature.
A polyester thermal bond nonwoven fabric having a basis weight of 150 g / m 2 is placed as a cushioning material on the upper surface of the insulation board on which the dispersion is dried and the microcapsules are arranged on the upper surface side. The entire surface from the side surface to the lower surface was covered with an aluminum foil having a thickness of 25 μm.
And on the upper surface of the insulation board, a tatami mat (product number: clear stream 01 silver white) made by Daiken Kogyo Co., Ltd. formed by weaving cylindrical fiber yarn is placed, and the end of the tatami mat is placed The tatami mat for the experiment was completed by winding on the lower surface side of the insulation board and stapling.

After confirming that the fragrance of cypress is emitted by tapping the 15cm square of this tatami mat from the top of the tatami surface, the cypress fragrance is maintained for about a week when left in an open space. The odor from the insulation board was masked.
In the above state, about 500 times of foot compression is applied every month when the fragrance of cypress becomes weak, and the strength of the fragrance is restored every time. The fragrance drifts. That is, it was confirmed that the effect of the functional material applied to the insulation board can still be exhibited.

On the other hand, the essential oil extracted from cypress is applied directly to the surface of the insulation board without enclosing it in a microcapsule, and otherwise, in the experimental tatami mat produced in the same manner, after the aroma of cypress burned out within one week, The fragrance did not recover even after the foot compression.
