Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle power supply system.
Conventionally, a vehicle power supply system including a lead battery and a lithium ion battery is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this vehicle power supply system, the lead battery and the lithium ion battery are connected to an alternator to which engine power is transmitted, and are charged by recovering the power generation energy output by the alternator.
By the way, in the above technology, when the power consumption of the load mounted on the vehicle becomes larger than the power generated by the alternator, the lithium ion battery is continuously discharged (hereinafter also referred to as “continuous discharge”), which is insufficient. May be supplied to the load.
However, since the output decreases when the lithium ion battery is continuously discharged, for example, when the power supplied from the alternator fails after the continuous discharge, the output of the lithium ion battery is lower than the power necessary for operating the backup load. There is a case.
Then, in view of the said subject, it aims at providing the power supply system for vehicles which can suppress that the output of a lithium ion battery is less than the electric power required for the action | operation of a backup load.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The vehicle power supply system of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a vehicle power supply system according to the present embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle power supply system includes a
The
The
The DC /
The
As shown in FIG. 2A, the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2B, the
The
The
The
The

ECU22は、マイクロコンピュータ、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)、入出力インタフェース等を有する制御装置の一例である。

The
Further, the

The
Based on the LiB state signal, the
The
The
The
The
By the way, when the power consumption of the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the
Thereby, it can suppress that the output of the
Hereinafter, specific operations of the vehicle power supply system of the present embodiment will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the operation of the vehicle power supply system of this embodiment. FIG. 4 is a graph showing changes in battery voltage when the discharge current of the lithium ion battery is changed. FIG. 4 (a) shows the relationship between time and current, and FIG. 4 (b) shows time and voltage. Shows the relationship. FIG. 5 is a graph showing the relationship between the discharge current of the lithium ion battery and the battery voltage.
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the
When it is determined in step S2 that the
The continuous discharge of the
In Step S2, when it is determined that the
If it is determined in step S4 that the predetermined time has elapsed, the
In step S6, the
In step S6, the
In step S6, the LiB current is changed so that the average value of the LiB current in the period in which the LiB current is changed (hereinafter also referred to as “measurement time”) is equal to the LiB current in the period in which the LiB current is not changed. It is preferable to change the current. Thereby, the characteristic change and deterioration of the
If it is determined in step S4 that the predetermined time has not elapsed, step S4 is repeated.
Next, the
Note that the slope a in the relational expression indicating the relationship between the LiB current and the LiB voltage changes depending on the deterioration degree of the
Next, the
In step S10, when it is determined that the LiB output possible current of the
As described above, in the vehicular power supply system of the present embodiment, the
Thereby, it can suppress that the output of the
The vehicle power supply system has been described above by way of the embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications and improvements can be made within the scope of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, the LiB output possible current is estimated based on the actually measured values of the LiB current and the LiB voltage, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, instead of the actual measurement value, the LiB output possible current may be estimated based on a combination of the actual measurement value and an estimation result based on a predetermined map. In addition, the map can use the integrated value of the deterioration degree, temperature, and discharge current of the lithium ion battery as parameters. Further, when combining the actual measurement value and the estimation result by the map, weighting may be performed according to the estimation accuracy of the map.
