Description

The present invention relates to a handrail for buildings composed of two handrail bodies that are connected so as to be adjustable in angle.

In general, when handrails are attached to walls such as bathrooms, toilets, entrances, etc., the angle between the two handrail bodies to be connected is set so as to correspond to the attachment position and direction (for example, horizontal direction, vertical direction, inclination direction, etc.). Handrails are used.

As this type of handrail, each end of the handrail bar constituting the handrail body is supported by a support base (bracket) fixed to the mounting surface, and the other end of both handrail bars is attached to one mounting base (bracket). An L-shaped handrail in which two handrail bars are installed in, for example, a horizontal direction and a vertical direction by tightening a bolt is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In the handrail set according to the second embodiment described in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 described in Patent Document 1, a support cylinder 24 is provided at each end of the two handrail rods 3 to form a cylindrical shape. Each support cylinder 24 is pivotally attached to the mounting base 20 so as to be rotatable by a bolt 29.

11)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-42365 (FIGS. 10 and 11)

However, in the handrail set according to the second embodiment described in Patent Document 1, irregularities are formed from the tube portion 25 to the bracket portion 28 in the support tube 24. Further, irregularities are formed from the bracket portion 28 of the support cylinder 24 to the support cylinder 21 of the mounting base 20. Thus, when the unevenness | corrugation is formed in the periphery of the connection structure of two handrail sticks, when a user grasps the periphery of a connection structure, there exists a possibility of feeling discomfort and a pain. Especially for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, there is a concern that the finger feels severe pain because the finger is moved according to the unevenness.

Further, when the user stands or sits, a load is applied to the handrail bar 3, but there is a concern that the bolt 29 gradually loosens and the handrail bar 3 becomes loose while the load is applied to the handrail bar 3 many times.

Furthermore, since the two support cylinders 24 are fixed to the mounting base 20 with the bolts 29, the mounting operation of the handrail set is troublesome.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to reduce the unevenness and gaps around the connecting portion that connects the two handrail bodies so that the angle can be adjusted, and to improve the strength. To provide a handrail for a building that makes it easy.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a building handrail that includes a first handrail body and a second handrail body that are coupled so as to be relatively rotatable, and is attached to a mounting surface of a building. The handrail body has a first handrail rod whose one end is supported by the first bracket, and a connecting bracket that supports the other end of the first handrail rod, and the second handrail body has one end supported by the second bracket. And a joint attached to the other end of the second handrail rod, and the connecting bracket projects forward from the attachment surface side and the front surface is the attachment surface. By configuring in this manner, a handrail for a building in which the first handrail body and the second handrail body rotate relatively around the connection screw is obtained, and the unevenness and the gap between the connection bracket and the joint are reduced. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent a finger from entering between the connecting bracket and the joint and a claw from being caught. In the connection structure of the first handrail body and the second handrail body according to the present invention, the first handrail rod is supported and fixed to the support portion of the connection bracket, and the second handrail rod is pivoted to the base portion of the connection bracket. Since it is worn, there is no concern that the first handrail body will rattle due to use, and rattling of the second handrail body can be suppressed. Furthermore, in the handrail for a building according to the present invention, the first handrail body can be first fixed to the mounting surface, and the second handrail body can be assembled to the first handrail body. It is easy to adjust the installation angle of the handrail.

Further, the building handrail according to the present invention is such that the inner corner side edge of the covering portion is the above-mentioned in the state where the angle formed by the first handrail body and the second handrail body is substantially perpendicular with the connection screw as a vertex. It is formed so as to be in contact with or close to a portion near the base end portion of the lateral peripheral surface of the connecting portion, and an inner corner side edge of the base wall of the base portion is in contact with or close to the lateral peripheral wall on the inner corner side of the pedestal portion. It is preferable.

By comprising in this way, when the internal angle of the connection structure of a 1st handrail body and a 2nd handrail body is a substantially right angle state, the unevenness | corrugation and clearance gap between a connection bracket and a coupling in the internal angle side of a connection structure are reduced. be able to.

Further, in the building handrail according to the present invention, when the second handrail rotates relative to the first handrail, the outer corner side edge of the cover portion moves relatively along the lateral circumferential surface of the connecting portion. In addition, it is preferable that the outer edge of the base wall of the base portion is formed so as to relatively move along the opposing curved surface of the lateral peripheral wall of the pedestal portion.

By configuring in this way, the second handrail body rotates around the connection screw, and the connection structure is established in any state where the inner angle of the connection structure of the first handrail body and the second handrail body is within a predetermined range. Irregularities and gaps between the connecting bracket and the joint on the outer corner side of the structure can be reduced.

Moreover, in the handrail for buildings according to the present invention, it is preferable that a concave edge portion continuous from the inner corner side edge portion is formed at the front end portion of the covering portion. Further, in the handrail for a building according to the present invention, the base portion of the joint is formed such that an inner corner side portion of the edge wall is formed in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the second handrail rod, and the outer corner side of the edge wall is The part is preferably formed in a concave curved surface corresponding to the opposing curved surface of the lateral peripheral wall of the pedestal portion.

Further, in the handrail for a building according to the present invention, the connecting portion of the joint has a front end side front surface located on the distal end side from the rotation axis and is formed in a substantially quadrangular shape, and on the base side from the rotation axis. The base-side front surface located is formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape continuous to the front-end-side front surface, and a first concave curved surface corresponding to the base-side front surface is formed in a portion on the inner angle side of the cover portion, and the cover A second concave curved surface corresponding to the front surface on the distal end side may be formed at a portion on the outer angle side in the portion.

According to the present invention, since it is configured as described above, it is possible to reduce the unevenness and gaps around the connecting portion that connects the two handrail bodies so that the angle can be adjusted, and to improve the strength. Installation work becomes easy.

As shown in FIGS. 10A, 10B, and 10E, the connecting portion 43 of the joint 40 has a front end side front surface 45 that is located on the distal end side from the rotation axis and is formed in a substantially quadrangular shape, and the base 41 side from the rotation axis. Is formed in a substantially semi-cylindrical shape that is continuous with the substantially quadrant-shaped front-side front surface 45. As shown in FIG. 9A, the connecting bracket 30 has a first concave curved surface 341 corresponding to the base-side front surface 46 having a substantially semi-cylindrical shape at the inner corner side in the covering portion 34. A portion on the outer angle side is a second concave curved surface 342 corresponding to the front side 45 having a substantially quadrangular shape. Here, the quadrant means a shape obtained by equally dividing the sphere into quarters, and the substantially quadrant is, for example, as shown in FIG. Including those formed in the quadrants.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the second concave curved surface 342 of the cover portion 34 covers a part of the front end side front surface 45 of the connecting portion 43. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 6, the first concave curved surface 341 of the cover portion 34 covers a part of the base side front surface 46 of the connecting portion 43, and the inner corner side edge portion 34 b of the cover portion 34 is The base portion side front surface 46 of the connecting portion 43 is in contact with a portion near the base portion 41. As shown in FIGS. 3, 9A, and 9C, a concave edge portion 34d that is continuous from the inner corner side edge portion 34b is formed at the front end portion of the cover portion 34. A first concave edge portion 34e located on the front end side of the first concave curved surface 341 in the concave edge portion 34d is formed in a substantially linear edge corresponding to the base side front surface 46, and comes into contact with the base side front surface 46. Yes. A second concave edge portion 34f located on the front end side of the second concave curved surface 432 in the concave edge portion 34d is formed in a substantially arc-shaped edge corresponding to the front end side front surface 45, and is in contact with the base side front surface 46. Yes. As shown in FIG. 4, the absolute wall surface 42 a of the base 41 covers a part of the opposing curved surface 32 d of the lateral peripheral wall 32 c of the pedestal portion 32, and the outer corner side edge 42 c on the concave curved surface 42 y side of the absolute wall surface 42 a is formed. Close to the opposing curved surface 32d of the lateral peripheral wall 32c. Further, the flat surface 42x of the absolute wall surface 42a contacts the flat surface portion 32e on the inner corner side of the pedestal portion 32, and the inner corner side edge 42b on the flat surface 42x side of the absolute wall surface 42a is the lateral peripheral wall of the pedestal portion 32 as shown in FIG. Close to 32c. Therefore, the unevenness | corrugation and clearance gap between the connection bracket 30 of the 1st handrail body 10 and the coupling 40 of the 2nd handrail body 20 can be decreased, and also a finger may enter between the connection bracket 30 and the joint 40. It is possible to prevent the nails from being caught.

As described above, in the connection structure of the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body 20 in the building handrail 1 of the present embodiment, the first handrail bar 15 is supported and fixed to the support portion 33 of the connection bracket 30. Since the second handrail rod 25 is pivotally attached to the pedestal portion 32 of the connection bracket 30, there is no concern that the first handrail body 10 will rattle due to use, and rattling of the second handrail body 20 can be suppressed.

Next, the outline | summary of the attachment procedure of the handrail 1 for buildings is demonstrated. First, the first handrail body 10 is attached to the wall surface 2. Here, the 1st bracket 11 and the connection bracket 30 are fixed to the wall surface 2 with a fixing screw so that the 1st handrail rod 15 may become substantially horizontal.

Next, the second handrail body 20 is assembled to the first handrail body 10. That is, the flat rear surface 43a of the connecting portion 43 of the joint 40 is brought into contact with the flat front surface 32a of the pedestal portion 32 of the connecting bracket 30 at a position where the inner angle between the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body 20 is equal to or greater than a right angle. At the same time, the second bracket 21 is brought into contact with the wall surface 2. Then, the connecting screw 50 is inserted into the screw insertion hole 44 of the connecting portion 43 with the seating collar 52 interposed therebetween, and the connecting screw 50 is screwed into the screw receiving hole 32b of the pedestal portion 32 in a temporarily tightened state. Thereby, the 2nd handrail body 20 is connected with respect to the 1st handrail body 10 so that rotation of the connection screw 50 to a rotation axis is possible.

When the connection screw 50 is temporarily tightened, the second handrail body 20 is at a position where the inner angle with the first handrail body 10 is at least approximately 180 ° from the position where the inner angle with the first handrail body 10 is substantially perpendicular (the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body). 20 can be rotated to a position substantially aligned with 20). In the present embodiment, the second handrail body 20 is moved to a position where the outer corner side edge 42c of the concave curved surface 42y of the wall surface 42a contacts the outer corner side flat portion of the pedestal portion 32 (the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body). It can be rotated (to a position where the internal angle with the body 20 exceeds 180 ° but does not reach approximately 270 °), but the rotation may be stopped at a position where it is approximately 180 °.

Next, the second handrail body 20 is fixed to the wall surface 2 so that the inner angle between the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body 20 is substantially a right angle, that is, at a position where the second handrail rod 25 is substantially vertical. . That is, the connecting screw 50 is tightened into the screw receiving hole 32b to be in a final tightening state, and the second bracket 21 is fixed to the wall surface 2 with a fixing screw. As described above, the building handrail 1 can be attached to the wall surface 2 with the inner angles of the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body 20 being substantially perpendicular.

Here, as shown in FIG. 11, the second handrail body 20 is placed on the wall surface so that the inner angle between the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body 20 becomes an obtuse angle, that is, at the position where the second handrail rod 25 is inclined. The case where it fixes to 2 is demonstrated.

When the connecting screw 50 described above is temporarily tightened, the second handrail body 20 is rotated to an arbitrary inclined position. At this time, the front side 45 of the substantially quadrangular tip side of the connecting portion 43 moves along the second concave curved surface 342 of the covering portion 34, and the concave curved surface 42 y of the absolute wall surface 42 a of the base portion 41 is the lateral peripheral wall of the pedestal portion 32. It moves along the opposing curved surface 32d of 32c. Further, the outer corner side edge portion 34c of the cover portion 34 and the second concave edge portion 34f of the concave edge portion 34d relatively move along the front end side front surface 45 of the connecting portion 43 (see FIG. 12), and the concave wall surface 42a is recessed. The outer-angle side edge 42c of the curved surface 42y moves along the opposing curved surface 32d of the lateral peripheral wall 32c of the pedestal portion 32 (see FIG. 13). Then, the base-side front surface 46 of the connecting portion 43 is separated from the first concave curved surface 341 of the cover portion 34, and accordingly, the base-side front surface 46 of the connecting portion 43 is the inner angle side edge portion 34 b and the first concave edge portion of the cover portion 34. It separates from 34e (refer FIG. 15). Further, the flat surface 42x of the absolute wall surface 42a of the base portion 41 is separated from the flat surface portion 32e on the inner corner side of the pedestal portion 32. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 15, the inner corner side edge 42b of the flat surface 42x of the absolute wall surface 42a is the pedestal portion 32. It is separated from the horizontal peripheral wall 32c.

And the 2nd handrail rod 25 is fixed to the wall surface 2 in arbitrary inclination positions. That is, the connecting screw 50 is tightened into the screw receiving hole 32b to be in a final tightening state, and the second bracket 21 is fixed to the wall surface 2 with a fixing screw. As described above, the building handrail 1 can be attached to the wall surface 2 with the interior angles of the first handrail body 10 and the second handrail body 20 being arbitrarily obtuse.

Thus, in the building handrail 1 according to the present embodiment, the first handrail body 10 can be fixed to the wall surface 2 first, and the second handrail body 20 can be assembled to the first handrail body 10. It is easy to adjust the installation angle of the second handrail body 20.

In the building handrail 1 according to the present embodiment, the first handrail body 10 is disposed in a substantially vertical direction (Z direction) with respect to the wall surface 2, and the second handrail body 20 is approximately in the horizontal direction with respect to the wall surface 2. You may arrange | position in (X direction). Moreover, the handrail 1 for buildings which concerns on this embodiment is used as installation surfaces, such as a toilet, a front door, a washroom, a dressing room, a stairs, a corridor, etc., and installation objects, such as a door provided in a building, for example.
