Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for generating electricity by ocean waves.

Patent Document 1 proposes a wave power generation device that can generate power efficiently with a simple structure.
This wave power generation device includes a shaft portion having a rod-like permanent magnet, and a conductive coil through which the shaft portion is movably inserted in the longitudinal direction, and a float is connected to one of the shaft portion and the coil. Thus, the shaft portion and the coil are repeatedly reciprocated relative to each other in the longitudinal direction of the shaft portion by vertical movement due to the wave of the float to generate electricity.
Thereby, the vertical motion of a wave can be directly converted into electric power, the inclusion which produces an energy loss can be decreased, and electric power generation efficiency can be improved. Moreover, since the structure is simple, the cost can be suppressed.

Further, Patent Document 2 proposes a wave power generator that maximizes power generation so that a floating body can resonate with a wave of a wave or vibrate in a state close thereto.
In this wave power generation device, an elastic member is attached to one end in a casing of a floating body having a predetermined shape and weight floating in a semi-submersible shape in a wavefront, and a heavy object and a magnet side member of a power generation unit are attached. The elastic member is configured to be connected to one side of the elastic member so as to be movable up and down in a casing and supported or suspended, and the coil side member of the power generation unit is fixed to a fixed seat in the casing of the floating body.
As a result, the magnet and the magnet side member of the power generation unit are vibrated in a state where the vertical motion due to the wave of the floating body resonates with or close to the frequency of the wave vibration, and the coil of the power generation unit is caused by the resonance vibration due to the wave of the floating body. To generate induced electromotive force.

Patent Document 3 proposes a wave power generation system.
This wave power generation system is a system that linearly moves a magnet in an induction coil, or a system that converts the vertical motion of a floating body lifted by water waves into a circular motion of a generator that generates electricity.

Patent Document 4 proposes a pendulum power generation device that uses a small, inexpensive, and maintenance-free wave in a relatively simple manner.
This pendulum type power generator is provided with a pendulum that is actuated by wave motions in a housing that has the shape of a rising lawyer, and a number of magnet plates that are arranged by that movement are rotated left and right, via a pair of fixed coils. It is the structure which generates electric power.
Thereby, small electric power is obtained.

Japanese Patent No. 4902143 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2007-2778) 特開2007−132336号公報JP 2007-132336 A 特表2010−537099号公報Special table 2010-537099 gazette 特開2006−304583号公報JP 2006-304583 A

However, the wave power generation devices of Patent Documents 1 and 2 and the wave power generation system of Patent Document 3 are merely devices that directly convert the vertical movement of waves into electric power, and further improvement in power generation efficiency is desired. It is.

The vertical movement of the wave height is at most about 0.5 to 1.0 m when there is no wind. Since the vertical movement is small in this way, the vertical movement is greatly increased by using a synchronization control technique etc. using a spring or the like. However, for example, it is too expensive to fix the floating body.

Further, the pendulum type power generation device of Patent Document 4 is provided in a hobber-shaped casing that rises, and generates power by rotating a magnet plate left and right by the movement of a pendulum operated by a wave to generate low power. Not too much.

An object of the present invention is to significantly increase power generation efficiency by converting a vertical movement of a wave into a large horizontal movement in a power generation device using the wave.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 shows a wave height type as a schematic configuration of an embodiment of a wave power generator to which the present invention is applied. 1 is a floating body, 2 is a pendulum body, 3 is a permanent magnet, 4 is a coil body, and 5 is an anchor member. is there.

As shown in the figure, the wave power generation apparatus includes a floating body 1 on a trolley floating on the sea, a substantially arc-shaped pendulum body 2 that is suspended and supported on the floating body 1, and a permanent magnet 3 provided on the pendulum body 2. The coil body 4 is fixed to the floating body 1.

The floating body 1 has a long and substantially circular arc shape, and includes a support column 11 built on the center thereof, and a pendulum body 2 is supported by being suspended from the upper portion of the support column 11 via a rotary shaft 12 so as to be swingable.
A pair of supporting members 13 are installed between the front and rear sides of the floating body 1 and the upper side of the column 11.

As the pendulum body 2 moves up and down due to the waves of the floating body 1, the pendulum body 2 moves in an arc around the rotating shaft 12 that is a support portion on the floating body 1.
A pair of connecting members 21 are installed between the front and rear sides of the pendulum body 2 and the rotary shaft 12.
An elongated substantially arc-shaped permanent magnet 3 is fixed along the lower portion of the pendulum body 2.

The lower part of the permanent magnet 3 is formed in a substantially arc-shaped part 31 centered on the rotary shaft 12.
In the illustrated example, the upper portion of the permanent magnet 3 is also formed in a substantially arc shape, but the upper shape of the permanent magnet 3 is arbitrary.

Further, on the floating body 1, an elongated substantially arc-shaped coil body 4 is fixed along the approximate arc-shaped portion 31 of the permanent magnet 3.

The upper portion of the coil body 4 is formed in a substantially arc-shaped portion 41 that approaches the substantially arc-shaped portion 31 of the permanent magnet 3.
The coil body 4 is fixed along the lower portion of the support 11 and the lower portions of the support members 13 of the floating body 1.
In the illustrated example, the lower portion of the coil body 4 is also formed in a substantially arc shape and is supported on a support base 14 provided on the floating body 1, but the lower shape of the coil body 4 is arbitrary.

The floating body 1 is moored at the central rotation shaft 15 via anchor members 5 (plural in the drawing) driven into the seabed ground.
The mooring method of the floating body 1 is not limited to the seabed, and may be arbitrary such as a quay, a mooring pile, a pier, and a floating pier.

Next, the operation of the wave power generation apparatus including the floating body 1, the pendulum body 2, the permanent magnet 3, and the coil body 4 will be described.

As shown in the drawing, the wave height rises and falls with an arc, and the floating body 1 rolls around the rotation shaft 15 at the center where the anchor member 5 driven into the seabed ground is anchored by the arc motion of the wave. As a result, the rotating shaft (supporting portion) 12 of the pendulum body 2 with respect to the support column 11 of the floating body 1 always moves in the horizontal direction, and the pendulum body 2 always performs a reciprocating arc motion around the rotating shaft 12.
The amplitude of the pendulum body 2 swings more finely than the amplitude of the wave, and the pendulum body 2 moves greatly in the horizontal direction by a small amount of horizontal movement of the rotation shaft (support portion) 12. And a long and substantially arc-shaped permanent magnet 3 fixed to each other, and a long and substantially arc-shaped coil body 4 fixed along the lower portions of the support column 11 and both supporting members 13 on the floating body 1 are relatively reciprocating arc motions. To generate electricity.

That is, the substantially arc-shaped part 31 below the permanent magnet 3 along the lower part of the pendulum body 2 and the substantially arc-shaped part 41 above the coil body 4 on the floating body 1 repeat relatively reciprocating arc motion in the approaching state. In the meantime, power is generated and efficient power generation is performed, and the power is taken out from the coil body 4 onto the floating body 1.
Moreover, since the amount of power generation is a derivative of speed, the longer the pendulum body 2 is, the larger the power generation is, that is, the longer the permanent magnet 3 and the coil body 4 are, the larger the power generation is.
Therefore, the power generation efficiency is significantly improved as compared with the prior art.

Thus, the large pendulum body 2 is effective for large-scale power generation.
Moreover, since the floating body 1 may be moored by driving the anchor member 5 into the seabed ground, it can be constructed near the coast, not offshore, and can be constructed even on land or shallow water, and construction costs can be kept low.

As described above, according to the wave power generation device of the embodiment, the pendulum body 2 performs an arc motion around the rotary shaft 12 that is a support portion for the upper portion of the support column 12 on the floating body 1 as the floating body 1 moves up and down due to waves at sea. Thus, the permanent magnet 3 provided on the pendulum body 2 and having a substantially arc-shaped portion 31 centered on the rotating shaft 12 at the lower portion thereof, and fixed to the lower portion of the support column 12 and the lower portion of the support member 13 on the floating body 1. Power is generated between the coil body 4 and the coil body 4 having a substantially arc-shaped portion 41 that is close to the substantially arc-shaped portion 31, and the power can be taken out from the coil body 4 on the floating body 1.
In this way, the vertical motion of the wave can be converted into a large horizontal movement by the circular motion of the pendulum body 2, and the power generation efficiency can be significantly increased as compared with the prior art.

Furthermore, as a countermeasure against typhoons and the like, by providing a cover that covers the entire facility by the pendulum body 2, the permanent magnet 3, and the coil body 4 on the floating body 1, inflow of seawater and the like can be prevented.

Further, by providing the sail with the heel or tip of the floating body 1 extended, the tip or heel of the floating body 1 can always face the swell.

Moreover, it is good also as a coil body arrangement | positioning ranging over the support | pillar 11 on the floating body 1, and the whole support member 13 as permanent magnet arrangement | positioning covering the whole pendulum body 2 and both the connection members 21 on it.

The floating body 1 may be a floating system that does not use the anchor member 5, and the construction cost is further reduced.

(Embodiment 2)

The rotating shaft 62 is assembled at the upper part between the two pile-shaped members 61 so that the height can be adjusted by the height adjusting unit 63.

In the illustrated example, the upper portion of the permanent magnet 8 is also formed in a substantially arc shape, but the upper shape of the permanent magnet 8 is arbitrary.

In addition, an elongated substantially arc-shaped coil body 9 that is close to the substantially arc-shaped portion 81 of the permanent magnet 8 is fixed to the lower side of the gantry 6.

The upper portion of the coil body 9 is formed in a substantially arc-shaped portion 91 that approaches the substantially arc-shaped portion 81 of the permanent magnet 8.
The coil body 9 is fixed along the lower side of both pile-shaped members 61 of the gantry 6.
In the illustrated example, the lower portion of the coil body 9 is also formed in a substantially arc shape, but the lower shape of the coil body 9 is arbitrary.

Next, the operation of the wave power generation device including the gantry 6, the pendulum-like floating body 7, the permanent magnet 8, and the coil body 9 will be described.

As shown in the figure, in the shallow water, the horizontal movement of the wave is large, and the pendulum-like floating body 7 floating on the wave always makes a reciprocating arc motion around the rotation shaft 62 on the gantry 6 driven into the seabed ground.
The swing of the pendulum floating body 7 causes the elongated permanent magnet 8 fixed along the lower portion of the pendulum floating body 7 and the elongated long magnet fixed along the lower side of the two pile-shaped members 61 of the gantry 6. The substantially arc-shaped coil body 9 generates power by relatively reciprocating arc motion.

That is, the substantially arc-shaped part 81 below the permanent magnet 8 along the lower part of the pendulum-like floating body 7 and the substantially arc-shaped part 91 above the coil body 9 below both pile-like members 61 of the gantry 6 are in an approaching state. Reciprocating arc motion is repeated relatively, and electric power is generated between them, and efficient electric power generation is performed, and the electric power is taken out from the coil body 9 onto the gantry 6.
In addition, since the amount of power generation is a derivative of speed, the longer the pendulum-like floating body 7, the larger the power generation, that is, the longer the permanent magnet 8 and the coil body 9, the greater the power generation.
Therefore, the power generation efficiency is significantly improved as compared with the prior art.

In this way, power is generated by the pendulum-like floating body 7 using a wave generated in shallow water and using a large amplitude.
Here, the wave by the shore is suitable for a relatively large pendulum-like floating body 7 in accordance with this amplitude at t≈10 seconds.
As a feature of the wave, the vertical movement is small energy, but the horizontal movement is large and suitable for the movement of the large pendulum-like floating body 7.
In addition, the wave becomes a self-wave when it becomes shallow about 1/3 of the wave height, and the horizontal movement increases quickly.

As described above, according to the wave power generation device of the second embodiment, the pendulum-like floating body 7 is centered on the rotating shaft 62 that is a support portion on the gantry 6 fixed to the seabed ground in the shallow water as the sea waves move up and down. By moving in a circular arc, the permanent magnet 8 provided on the pendulum-like floating body 7 and having a substantially arc-shaped portion 81 centered on the rotation shaft 62 and the substantially arc-shaped portion 81 of the permanent magnet 8 fixed to the gantry 6. Electric power is generated between the coil body 9 and the coil body 9 having the substantially arc-shaped portion 91 that is close to the upper surface of the base body 6.
In this way, the vertical motion of the wave is converted into a large horizontal movement due to the arc motion of the pendulum-like floating body 7, and the power generation efficiency can be significantly increased as compared with the conventional case.

Furthermore, as a countermeasure against a typhoon or the like, by providing a cover that covers the entire facility by the gantry 6, the pendulum-like floating body 7, the permanent magnet 8, and the coil body 9, the inflow of seawater and the like can be prevented.

Moreover, it is good also as a coil body arrangement | positioning ranging over the whole of both pile-shaped members 61 of the mount frame 6 as permanent magnet arrangement | positioning covering the whole pendulum-like floating body 7 and the both connection members 71 on it.
