Description

The present invention relates to a slope structure that assists a wheelchair to get on and off a vehicle entrance.

Patent Document 1 describes a slope plate that is rotatably attached to a floor surface of a vehicle entrance / exit by a hinge. The slope plate is folded and stored in the passenger compartment, and is reversed when the wheelchair gets on and off and is laid on the road surface. The state of such a slope plate is detected by a limit switch.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-316584

In the above-described conventional configuration, it is assumed that a fall prevention wall is erected on both sides of the slope plate to prevent the wheelchair from falling. In this case, a wall receiving groove into which the fall prevention wall is inserted when the slope plate is stored is formed on the floor surface. However, it is conceivable that foreign matter such as pebbles enter the wall housing groove on the floor surface. In this case, the foreign matter obstructs the insertion of the fall prevention wall, so that the fall prevention wall cannot enter the wall accommodation groove. Therefore, the slope plate cannot be reliably stored.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a slope structure in which the entry of the fall-preventing wall into the wall housing groove is difficult to be hindered by foreign substances when the slope plate is stored.

In order to achieve the above object, a slope structure according to a first aspect of the present invention is a slope structure that assists a wheelchair to get on and off a vehicle entrance, and includes a vehicle floor, a slope plate, a hinge, a sensor, and a cover. Prepare. The slope plate has a landing surface. The hinge rotatably connects the floor surface and the slope plate around a rotation axis extending in the opening width direction of the entrance at the passenger compartment side of the entrance. The sensor is fixed with respect to the floor surface. The cover is fixed to the floor surface to protect the sensor.

The slope plate extends from the entrance / exit to the outside of the passenger compartment and is bridged on the road surface. The development position is such that the entrance / exit surface is exposed upward, and is reversed from the deployment position around the rotation axis and accommodated inside the entrance / exit. The storage position can be set to face the floor surface with the getting-on / off surface facing downward. A fall prevention wall for preventing the wheelchair from falling from the slope plate at the unfolded position protrudes from the edge portion of the ramp board. The floor is provided with a bottomed wall receiving groove into which a fall prevention wall of the slope plate that opens upward and tilts to the storage position is inserted from above. The sensor is a contact-type sensor that is fixed in a state where it is inserted through the sensor mounting hole and detects that the slope plate has reached the retracted position by being pushed down by the fall prevention wall that enters the wall housing groove. At least a part of the periphery of the sensor mounting hole forms a gap between the sensor and the sensor so that foreign matter in the wall housing groove can be discharged downward. The cover is disposed below the sensor mounting hole, has an opening at least at one end, and is formed in a bowl shape whose lower surface is inclined downward toward one end.

The slope structure according to the second aspect of the present invention is the slope structure according to the first aspect, wherein the wall receiving groove extends upward from the groove bottom surface portion where the sensor mounting hole is formed, and both end edges of the groove bottom surface portion. And a pair of groove side surfaces. The sensor mounting hole is formed from the groove bottom surface portion to the groove side surface portion.

In the above configuration, even when a foreign object enters the wall housing groove on the floor, the foreign material moves to the bowl-shaped cover through the sensor mounting hole formed in the bottom of the wall housing groove. Since the lower surface of the cover in which the foreign matter has moved is inclined, the foreign matter can be easily discharged out of the vehicle.

Moreover, since the sensor mounting hole formed in the bottom of the wall housing groove on the floor surface is protected by the cover, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering from the outside of the vehicle through the sensor mounting hole.

According to the slope structure of the present invention, entry of the fall-preventing wall into the wall housing groove is less likely to be hindered by foreign matter when the slope plate is stored.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the front-rear direction means the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the left-right direction means the left-right direction (the left-right direction along the vehicle width) when facing the front of the vehicle.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, the vehicle 1 is a route bus that employs a slope structure that assists the getting on and off of a wheelchair with respect to the entrance / exit 50 in the vicinity of the entrance / exit 50 in the center of the front-rear direction. The vehicle 1 includes a frame 3 that is fitted and fixed to a floor plate 2 that is notched in a channel shape toward the outside of the vehicle, a receiving plate 4 that is fixed to the frame 3, and a bridge 52 that extends from the receiving plate 4 to the road surface 52. A slope plate 5 having a boarding / alighting surface 5a to be passed, a hinge 6 that rotatably connects the receiving plate 4 and one end of the slope plate 5, a contact-type sensor 20 that detects the position of the slope plate 5, and a sensor 20 The cover 30 etc. which protects are provided. The upper surface 4 b of the receiving plate 4 constitutes the floor surface 51 of the vehicle 1 together with the upper surface 2 a of the floor plate 2.

The frame 3 is made of metal or the like, and extends from the front side of the entrance 50 to the left and right, the front frame 7, the middle frame 8 that is bent from the vehicle inner end of the front frame 7 and extends rearward, A rear frame 9 that is bent from the end portion to the vehicle outer side and extends in parallel with the front frame 7 is integrally formed. The front frame 7 has a front inclined surface 7a that is inclined downward from the front toward the rear. The middle frame 8 has a middle inclined surface 8a that slopes downward from the vehicle inner side toward the vehicle outer side. The rear frame 9 has a rear inclined surface 9a that is inclined downward from the rear toward the front. Each inclined surface 7 a, 8 a, 9 a constitutes a slope between the floor plate 2 and the receiving plate 4.

The receiving plate 4 is composed of a plurality of long plates extending in the front-rear direction arranged in the left-right direction, and has a rectangular shape surrounded by the frame body 3. A plurality of elongated plates constituting the receiving plate 4 are spanned across a plurality of channel members 10 that are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction and extend in the front-rear direction. Each of the plurality of channel members 10 has a channel shape that opens downward, and is disposed on an L-shaped angle 11 that extends in the front-rear direction at the left end of the vehicle 1. The L-shaped angle 11 is bridged between the lower portions of a pair of channel members 12 and 13 extending left and right before and after the frame 3. The ends of the front and rear channel members 12 and 13 inside the vehicle 1 are fixed to a channel-type main frame 14 that extends in the front-rear direction inside the vehicle 1 of the frame 3. The receiving plate 4 is set to be lower than the floor plate 2 by the thickness of the slope plate 5 in consideration of storing the slope plate 5. Such a receiving plate 4 constitutes a floor surface 51 when the slope plate 5 is used (when deployed), and faces the entrance / exit surface 5a of the slope plate 5 when the slope plate 5 is stored.

Between the front end portion of the receiving plate 4 and the front frame 7 and between the rear end portion of the receiving plate 4 and the rear frame 9, there are a pair of front and rear wall receiving grooves 4a each extending linearly in the left-right direction. Is formed. The front and rear wall housing grooves 4a are bottomed grooves into which a fall prevention wall 5c (described later) of the slope plate 5 that opens upward and tilts to the storage position is inserted from above. That is, the left and right fall prevention walls 5c are inserted into the left and right wall housing grooves 4a when the slope plate 5 is stored.

The slope plate 5 can be set at a deployment position (position shown in FIG. 1) and a storage position (position shown in FIG. 2). The slope plate 5 in the unfolded position extends from the entrance / exit 50 to the outside of the passenger compartment and is bridged on the road surface 52, so that the entrance / exit surface 5a is exposed upward. The slope plate 5 in the retracted position is inverted from the deployed position around the rotation axis (not shown) of the hinge 6 and is accommodated in the passenger compartment side of the entrance / exit 50, and the upper surface of the receiving plate 4 with the entrance / exit surface 5a facing downward. Faces 4b. The slope plate 5 is composed of a plurality of elongated plates arranged in the left-right direction and extending in the front-rear direction, and has a rectangular shape that overlaps the receiving plate 4 and is surrounded by the frame 3 at the storage position. One surface (upper surface at the unfolded position) of the slope plate 5 constitutes a boarding / alighting surface 5a, and the other surface (lower surface at the unfolded position) 5b is continuous in substantially the same plane as the upper surface 2a of the floor plate 2 at the retracted position. To do. Further, the slope plate 5 has a pair of front and rear fall prevention walls 5c that stand up from both sides of the front and rear surfaces 5a and extend in the left-right direction. That is, a pair of front and rear falling prevention walls 5c are projected from the end edge portion of the ramp surface 5a of the slope plate 5. The front and rear fall prevention walls 5c prevent the wheelchair from falling from the slope plate 5 at the deployed position. The slope plate 5 is rotatably connected to the vehicle 1 by a hinge 6, is unfolded when used, is bridged from the floor surface 51 to the road surface 52, is folded when stored, and overlaps the receiving plate 4 from above.

The hinge 6 has a rotation shaft extending in the opening width direction (front-rear direction) of the entrance / exit 50 on the passenger compartment side of the entrance / exit 50, and the receiving plate 4 and one end of the slope plate 5 are connected to the rotation shaft (not shown). As a center, it is connected rotatably.

The sensor 20 is disposed under the floor of the vehicle 1 (below the wall housing groove 4 a located behind the frame 3) and is fixed to the receiving plate 4 by an attachment piece 21. The sensor 20 has a push button 20a on the top thereof. A sensor mounting hole 22 is formed at the bottom of the wall housing groove 4a behind the frame 3 so as to penetrate in the vertical direction and through which the push button 20a is inserted from below the floor. The wall housing groove 4a is partitioned by a groove bottom surface portion (reference numeral omitted) in which the sensor mounting hole 22 is formed and a pair of groove side surface portions (reference numeral omitted) extending upward from the groove bottom surface portion. Are formed from the groove bottom surface portion of the wall housing groove 4a to the groove side surface portion. The push button 20a is inserted into the sensor mounting hole 22 from under the floor and is disposed so as to protrude from the bottom of the wall housing groove 4a on the rear side of the frame 3. At least a part of the peripheral edge of the sensor mounting hole 22 through which the push button 20a is inserted forms a gap between the push button 20a and the foreign matter in the wall housing groove 4a can be discharged downward. The sensor 20 is fixed in a state in which the push button 20a is inserted through the sensor mounting hole 22, and the slope plate 5 reaches the retracted position when the push button 20a is pushed down the fall prevention wall 5c entering the wall housing groove 4a. Detect that. The push button 20a is pressed by the fall prevention wall 5c when the slope plate 5 is stored, and the push by the fall prevention wall 5c is released when the slope plate 5 is deployed. The sensor 20 outputs a signal when the push button 20a is released, and stops outputting the signal when the push button 20a is pressed. This makes it possible to detect the position of the slope plate 5 at the signal output destination.

The cover 30 is disposed below the sensor mounting hole 22 formed in the wall housing groove 4a behind the frame body 3 (under the floor of the vehicle 1) and covers the sensor 20 from below. The cover 30 has a bowl shape that opens upward, and extends in the vehicle width direction. Bolt holes 30 a are formed at the four corners of the upper end of the cover 30, and the cover 30 is fixed to the receiving plate 4 by a plurality of bolts 31 and a plurality of nuts 32. The cover 30 has openings 33 and 34 at both ends in the vehicle width direction, and the lower surface 35 is inclined. The opening 33 is located below the inclined lower surface 35, and the opening 34 is located above the inclined lower surface 35.

Next, the case where the slope board 5 is used for getting on and off a wheelchair will be described.

When the slope plate 5 is used, the slope plate 5 stored in the frame 3 is rotated, and the slope plate 5 is bridged from the vehicle 1 to the road surface 52. As a result, the push button 20a of the sensor 20 that has been pushed down by the fall-preventing wall 5c of the slope plate 5 in the wall housing groove 4a is released, and the sensor 20 is a signal (development signal) indicating the pressed release state. Is output.

When the getting on and off of the wheelchair is completed, the slope plate 5 spanned from the vehicle 1 to the road surface 52 is rotated, and the slope plate 5 is stored in the frame 3. As a result, the fall prevention wall 5c of the slope plate 5 is inserted into the wall housing groove 4a and presses the push button 20a of the sensor 20, and the sensor 20 stops outputting the deployment signal.

As described above, in the present embodiment, even if a foreign object enters the wall housing groove 4a between the rear end portion of the receiving plate 4 and the rear frame 9 constituting the floor surface 51, the foreign object is Then, it moves to the bowl-shaped cover 30 through the sensor mounting hole 22 formed in the bottom of the wall housing groove 4a. Since the lower surface 35 of the cover 30 to which the foreign matter has moved is inclined, the foreign matter can be easily discharged out of the vehicle.

Further, since the sensor mounting hole 22 formed at the bottom of the wall receiving groove 4a between the rear end portion of the receiving plate 4 and the rear frame 9 constituting the floor surface 51 is protected by the cover 30, the sensor mounting hole Intrusion of foreign matter from outside the vehicle through 22 can be prevented.

Therefore, it becomes difficult to generate a non-retractable state in which the entry of the fall prevention wall 5c into the wall housing groove 4a is hindered by foreign matter when the slope plate 5 is stored.

In the above embodiment, the case in which the openings 33 and 34 are provided at both ends in the vehicle width direction of the cover 30 has been described as an example. However, only the opening 33 positioned below the inclined lower surface 35 is provided, and the inclined lower surface is provided. The upper end of 35 may be closed. In other words, the cover 30 only needs to have an opening 33 at least at one end, and the lower surface 35 may be formed in a bowl shape inclined downward toward the one end.

In the above embodiment, the sensor 20 outputs a signal in a state in which the push button 20a is released, and can detect the unfolded state of the slope plate 5 at the output destination. A signal may be output in a state where is pressed, and the storage state of the slope plate 5 may be detected.

As mentioned above, although the embodiment to which the invention made by the present inventor is applied has been described, the present invention is not limited by the discussion and the drawings that form part of the disclosure of the present invention according to this embodiment. That is, it should be added that other embodiments, examples, operation techniques, and the like made by those skilled in the art based on this embodiment are all included in the scope of the present invention.
