本願発明者の実験によれば、本発明の管据付位置誘導装置4及び水圧ジャッキ5を用いてヒューム管1を敷設すると、それらを用いない従来の施工法に比べて、熟練工ではない経験の少ない者であっても約半分の作業時間で施工することが可能になった。

敷設すべき溝の底部に打設された基台上にヒューム管を敷設するに際して、前記ヒューム管を前記敷設溝内の所定の据付位置に誘導するために用いられる管据付位置誘導装置であって、
水平面内で且つ前記ヒューム管の軸方向に垂直な方向に延在する板状の基盤と、
前記基盤を高さ方向に調整可能とする高さ調整手段と、
前記基盤に設けられ、前記基盤を前記基台上に仮固定する仮固定手段と、
前記基盤の中央部の両側にそれぞれ設けられた一対の案内手段であって、吊り下げられて溝の底部に下降する前記ヒューム管の外周面に当接してヒューム管を所定の据付位置に誘導するための一対の案内手段と、
前記基台と前記敷設されるヒューム管との間に介在し、前記ヒューム管を前記基台から所定間隔離れた状態に保持する保持部材と、
を備え、
前記一対の案内手段は、敷設されるヒューム管の径に応じて前記基盤の延在方向に移動調整可能に構成されていることを特徴とする管据付決め位置誘導装置。
