Description

The present invention relates to a bag-like holding tool for stably holding a small animal.

When a small animal such as a cat is treated at home or treated at a veterinary hospital, it is necessary to stably hold the small animal (keep it stationary). As a retaining tool for that purpose, for example, there is one described in Patent Document 1 below.

The retaining tool (animal container) described in Patent Document 1 includes a bag-shaped body housing part and a truncated cone-shaped head housing part communicating with the body housing part. The upper part of the trunk housing part is provided with a storage and part exposure fastener. Furthermore, a string is attached to the outside of the joint portion between the trunk housing part and the head housing part, and the neck of the animal is restrained by this string. In addition, an exposure fastener for each part (front foot, rear foot, abdomen, etc.) is also provided on the side and bottom of the trunk housing portion.

In the animal container described in Patent Document 1, the animal is restrained by the above string, and the string is wound around the outside of the container. For this reason, it is difficult to wrap the animal neck sufficiently tightly, so that a gap is easily formed between the neck and the container. When there is a gap around the neck, animals tend to retract the neck inward, push the forelimbs forward, or pull out the body and escape. If an attempt is made to adjust the tightness of the string according to the thickness of the neck so that there is no gap around the neck, the movement of the animal may be violent and it may take a long time to attach the string.

Further, in order to expose the back of the animal during treatment or the like, it is necessary to open more than half of the storage and part-exposure fastener from the front, making it difficult to stably hold the animal.

The present invention takes the above-mentioned points into consideration and can be safely and easily mounted without placing an unreasonable burden on the small animal, and prevents the small animal from coming out, and both the small animal and the caring side are safe and stable. An object of the present invention is to provide a small animal holding device that can be held while maintaining the above condition.

A small animal holding device according to the invention is a bag-shaped holding device that can accommodate a small animal such as a cat or a dog with its head exposed, and can open and close a portion along the back of the small animal. In the vicinity of the opening that exposes the portion, an inner fastener that is directly wound around the neck of a small animal is provided.

According to such a retaining device, the contained small animal can be relieved by wrapping the whole body (other than the head) with the bag-shaped retaining device. In addition, the inner fastener provided in the vicinity of the opening is wrapped directly around the neck without the use of a retainer cloth or the like to restrain the small animal, so that the contained small animal retracts its head from the opening to the inside of the retaining tool. Or slipping out to the outside together with the fuselage can be reliably prevented. Therefore, it is possible to stably retain small animals during home care or hospital treatment.

It is preferable that the above inner fastener can be adjusted in length and can be attached around the neck of a small animal by one operation.

With such a retaining device, the length of the inner fastener can be adjusted before mounting according to the thickness of the neck of the small animal to be accommodated. That is, it is possible to prevent the small animal's neck from being squeezed too tightly, or conversely too loose and the forelimbs and the like from coming out of the inner fastener or the head from slipping out of the inner fastener. Furthermore, since the inner fastener can be mounted around the neck of the small animal by a single operation such as connecting a pair of joint pieces by insertion, the small animal can be restrained quickly and without escaping. Accordingly, the small animal can be quickly restrained and accommodated in the retaining device without imposing an excessive burden.

The retaining device for small animals according to the present invention may further include a partition piece for preventing the forelimb of the small animal from coming forward from the lower edge of the inner portion close to the opening to the inner fastener ( (See FIGS. 2 and 5).

With such a retaining device, a small animal restrained and housed around the neck by the inner fastener cannot have the front limb forward from the opening because the partition piece is located below the inner fastener. As described above, since the inner fastener directly contacts the small animal and tightly restrains the neck, it is impossible to put the forelimb forward from the inner side of the inner fastener. Therefore, only the head is exposed before the opening, and the forelimbs do not come out. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the side to be cared from being scratched by the forelimbs from the small animal or being hindered by the movement of the forelimbs.

The small animal holding device of the invention is a bag-like holding device that can accommodate a small animal such as a cat with the head exposed, and that can open and close a portion along the back of the small animal. The portion along the back may be opened and closed with a slide fastener including three sliders. It is desirable that the fastener is opened between any two of the three sliders.

With such a holding device, when injecting an infusion solution into the back, only that portion can be exposed while the small animal is sufficiently held (see FIG. 7). In the case of a slide fastener having two sliders (hereinafter simply referred to as a fastener), both sides of the fastener can only be opened separately, but if there are three sliders, the middle part of the fastener (any of the three) It is also possible to open only between the two sliders.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, the slider S1, the slider S2, and the slider S3 are arranged from the side close to the opening (2a). The slider S1 and the slider S3 are provided so that the fastener is closed when the slider S1 and the slider S3 are moved toward the opening, and the fastener is opened when the slider S1 and the slider S3 are moved away from the opening. On the contrary, the slider S2 is provided so that the fastener opens when moved toward the opening, and closes when moved away from the opening. When all three sliders S1, S2, and S3 as shown in FIG. 4 or only the slider S3 (not shown) is moved to the end opposite to the opening, the fastener is fully opened. When the slider S1 alone or all of the sliders S1, S2 and S3 (not shown) are moved to the opening side end as shown in FIG. 1, the fastener can be closed over the entire length.

In the example shown in the figure, the fastener is closed between the slider S1 and the slider S2, and is open between the slider S2 and the slider S3. Therefore, when the slider S2 and the slider S3 are separated by an appropriate distance, the fastener is interposed between the two. It can be opened (see FIG. 7). In the conventional retaining device, when it is desired to expose the vicinity of the back or the like, the fastener has to be opened more than half, and the small animal may not be retained in a stable state. However, in this retaining device, three sliders S1 and S2 are used. -By moving S3 to an appropriate position, it becomes possible to open the fastener at a minimum at a desired portion, so that a small animal can be held stably even during care and treatment.

It is preferable that there is a gap for taking out the lead string to the outside at the opening side end of the portion along the back of the small animal.

With such a retaining device, the inner fastener is attached to the neck of the small animal with the lead string attached to the collar of the small animal (cat A) as shown in FIG. 8, and the fastener 3 is closed as it is. Thus, the lead string can be pulled out from the retaining device. That is, when the inner fastener is attached around the neck of the small animal, the small animal can be restrained within a certain range by the lead string, so that the operation of accommodating in the retaining tool is facilitated. In addition, since the lead string can be kept attached during the retention, it is possible to prevent the small animal from escaping during care and treatment or when taking out from the retention device.

More preferably, a necker is attached around the opening. The necker mentioned here is a truncated cone-shaped protective device also called a protective collar. It is worn around the animal's neck in order to prevent the animal from licking the scratched part or scratching its head with its nails.

With such a retaining device, even if it is intended to bite the side to be cared for by a small animal at the time of retaining, there is a necker, so that care and treatment can be performed safely. Moreover, since the small animal can be provided with a sense of security by surrounding the face of the small animal to be retained with a necker, the small animal can be retained in a more stable state.

Furthermore, it is also preferable that portions close to the forelimb, hindlimb and lower abdomen of the small animal can be opened and closed. With such a holding device, the front limbs, hind limbs and lower abdomen of a small animal can be easily exposed as necessary, so that care and treatment can be performed smoothly.

It is further preferable that the back belt for tightening the body part of the small animal from the outside is attached so that the position of the back belt can be adjusted in the front-rear direction. This is because even when the small animal is small like a kitten, the back belt can be reliably wound around the position of the trunk by moving the back belt in the front-rear direction, so that the small animal can be held stably. For example, it is conceivable that a loop having a size capable of moving the back belt in the front-rear direction is fixed to a retaining tool, and the back belt is passed through the loop.

According to the restraint device for small animals of the invention, when caring or treating a small animal, the neck around the small animal can be firmly restrained by an internal fastener, so that the small animal can put out the forelimbs forward and come out with the torso. Can be reliably prevented. It is also possible to realize quick mounting of the inner fastener.
If the fastener provided along the back of the small animal is provided with three sliders, a stable and maintained posture can be maintained even when a part of the back is exposed.
The necker surrounds the face, giving a sense of security to small animals, and the caregiver can safely perform care and treatment.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a small animal holding device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the small animal retaining device 1 has a bag-like main body 2 and a necker 4. The bag-like main body 2 has an opening 2a in the front, and the head of a small animal can be exposed from the opening 2a to accommodate the whole body other than the head. The necker 4 is for covering around the face of the small animal exposed from the opening 2a, and is sewn to the opening 2a. Here, “front” refers to the head side of the small animal, and “rear” refers to the buttocks side.

The bag-shaped main body 2 is formed in a three-dimensional, high-profile shape having a bottom 2b and a front surface 2c as shown in FIG. 2 using a thick cotton fabric. Since the bag-like main body 2 is three-dimensional and has a height, the shape does not collapse even when performing an intramuscular injection, a temperature measurement, or the like on the buttocks and is easy to handle. In addition, it is three-dimensional and has an excellent appearance.

As shown in FIG. 1, the bag-like main body 2 includes a slide fastener (hereinafter simply referred to as a fastener) 3 that can be opened and closed by three sliders S1, S2, and S3. Inside the fastener 3, an entrainment prevention piece 2d (FIG. 4) is sewn so as not to pinch the hair of a small animal. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, two front fasteners 31 are provided on the front side of the bottom portion 2b with a space left and right, and one rear fastener 32 is provided near the rear center of the bottom portion 2b. I have. When accommodating a small animal, the upper fastener 3 is opened as shown in FIG. When the front fastener 31 of the bottom 2b is opened, the forelimb of the small animal can be exposed, and when the rear fastener 32 is opened, the hind limb, the lower abdomen, and the like can be exposed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the bag-shaped main body 2 includes a back belt 8 that is passed in the circumferential direction in the middle of the longitudinal direction and passed through the loop 18 (FIG. 3). An annular pull string 9 is provided. The loop 18 is sewn to the bottom 2 b of the bag-like main body 2 to form a ring larger than the width of the back belt 8. The size of the back belt 8 can be adjusted according to the small animal individual, and the front and rear positions within the range of the loop 18 can also be adjusted. Accordingly, it is possible to securely tighten the periphery of the trunk while the small animal is accommodated in the bag-shaped main body 2, and the integrity of the small animal and the bag-shaped main body 2 can be enhanced.

Since the annular pull string 9 can hook a finger on the ring portion, the operation of moving the sliders S1, S2, and S3 of the fastener 3 in the direction of the opening 2a can be performed smoothly, and the fastener can be quickly opened and closed. The front fastener 31 and the rear fastener 32 can be easily opened and closed by hooking a finger on the pull string 9.

The necker 4 is made of a thick cotton fabric like the bag-like body 2 and is formed in a truncated cone shape that gradually spreads away from the opening 2a. Since the cloth is used as the material, the contact around the face of the small animal is soft, and for example, as shown in FIG. 7, when it is not necessary, it can be folded back to the bag-like main body 2 side so as not to get in the way.

As shown in FIG. 4, the bag-shaped main body 2 includes a strip-shaped outer fastener 5 along the opening 2 a. The outer fastener 5 can close the opening 2a around the neck of a small animal by overlapping a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners 5a provided in both ends.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIGS. 4 to 6, the inner portion of the bag-like main body 2 near the opening 2 a is provided with a belt-like inner fastener 7 that is directly attached around the neck of a small animal. And the partition piece 6 connects the lower edge part inside the opening 2a to the lower edge part of the inner fastener. The partition piece 6 is also formed separately from the bottom portion 2b and the front surface portion 2c of the bag-shaped main body 2 using a thick cotton fabric, like the bag-shaped main body 2 and the necker 4.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the inner fastener 7 is a pair of fasteners that can be attached and detached with one touch (one operation) at both ends of the belt 7a whose length can be adjusted by folding back one end. A tool 7b is provided. Therefore, if the length of the belt 7a is adjusted in advance around the neck of the small animal, the inner fastener 7 can be quickly mounted around the neck of the small animal with one touch. Since the length of the belt 7a is adjusted, the neck of the small animal is not tightly squeezed, and conversely, it is not too loose, so that the forelimb does not slip out of the inner clasp and the head does not slip through the inner clasp.

The small animal housed in the bag-shaped main body 2 is placed in a space in which the forelimb is surrounded by the bottom 2b, the front surface 2c, and the partition piece 6 of the bag-shaped main body 2 (see FIG. 2). Since the small animal is restrained around the neck by the inner fastener 7 and has the partition piece 6 and the front surface portion 2c, it is impossible to put out the forelimb forward of the opening 2a. Therefore, it is prevented that the care side is scratched by the forelimbs or the work is prevented. Of course, it is impossible for a small animal to move forward with its torso.

As described above, the fastener 3 of the bag-shaped main body 2 includes three sliders S1, S2, and S3 (FIGS. 1 and 7). The sliders S1 and S3 are provided so that the fastener 3 is closed when moved toward the opening 2a, and the fastener 3 is opened when moved away from the opening 2a. On the contrary, the slider S2 is provided so that the fastener 3 is opened when the slider S2 is moved toward the opening 2a, and the fastener 3 is closed when the slider S2 is moved away from the opening 2a. As shown in FIG. 1, when only the slider S1 is moved toward the opening 2a, the fastener 3 can be closed over its entire length. Although not shown, when all the three sliders S1, S2, and S3 are moved to the end of the opening 2a, the fastener 3 can be closed over its entire length. Also, as shown in FIG. 4, when all the three sliders S1, S2, and S3 are moved to the end opposite to the opening 2a, the fastener 3 is fully opened. Although not shown, the fastener 3 is fully opened even when only the slider S3 is moved to the end opposite to the opening 2a, but in this case, the vicinity of the opening 2a is closed.

The fastener 3 is closed between the slider S1 and the slider S2, and is opened between the slider S2 and the slider S3. For example, when the slider S2 and the slider S3 are separated by an appropriate distance as shown in FIG. The fastener 3 can be opened only with the portion. In the conventional retaining device, when it is desired to expose the vicinity of the back, the fastener has to be opened more than half, and the small animal may not be retained in a stable state. However, in the illustrated retaining device 1, three sliders S1 are used.・ By moving S2 and S3 to appropriate positions, it is possible to open the fastener 3 at a minimum at the desired part, so that small animals can be held stably even during care and treatment. .

Further, the slider S1 closest to the opening 2a is provided so as to leave a gap 3a between which the lead string can be drawn (see FIGS. 1 and 7). Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, when the small animal (cat A) is accommodated in the retaining device 1 with the collar B and the lead string C attached, the lead string C can be taken out from the gap 3a. That is, when attaching the inner fastener 7 to a small animal, the small animal can be restrained within the range of the lead string C, so that the operation becomes easy.

The above-described small animal holding device 1 is formed using a thick cotton fabric, but the material is not limited to this, and the material is not limited to this, and it is soft and can maintain a three-dimensional height. Anything can be used, for example, a nylon fabric. The outer fastener and the inner fastener are not limited to those described above as long as they have similar functions.

Hereinafter, a method for using the small animal retention tool 1 according to the present invention will be described.
1) The length of the belt 7a of the inner fastener 7 (FIG. 4 etc.) is adjusted in advance according to the circumference of the neck of the small animal.
2) Move all the sliders S1, S2 and S3 to the rear pulling cord 9 side to fully open the fastener 3, and open the outer fastener 5 (FIG. 4).
3) Wear the inner fastener 7 around the neck of the small animal, and store the small animal in the bag-shaped main body 2 with the head exposed from the opening 2a. At this time, the collar B and the lead string C may remain attached (FIG. 8).
4) Further, close the outer fastener 5 around the neck and move the slider S1 or all the sliders S1, S2, S3 to the opening 2a side to close the fastener 3 (FIG. 9). At this time, if the finger is put on the rear pulling string 9, the sliders S1, S2, and S3 can be operated smoothly. Thereby, since the necker 4 covers the circumference | surroundings of a small animal's face, it can give a small animal a sense of security.
5) If the lead string C is attached, take out the lead string C from the gap 3a.
6) Tighten the back belt 8 (Figs. 1 and 2) according to the size of the small animal and the position of the trunk. The size may be matched to the individual in advance. This makes it possible to stably hold small animals.
7) When care and treatment are required on the back side of the small animal, the position of the three sliders S1, S2, and S3 is appropriately moved to open the fastener 3 so that only the necessary part of the small animal's back is exposed ( For example, FIG. When it is desired to expose the front limb, the front fastener 31 (FIG. 3) of the bottom 2b is opened, and when the rear limb, lower abdomen and the like are to be exposed, the rear fastener 32 is opened.

As described above, according to the holding device for small animals of the invention, both the small animal and the caring side are safe while it is safely and easily attached without imposing an unreasonable burden on the small animal. It can be held while maintaining a stable state.
