[実施例1]
図1のように、複合端板が構成された。電池板の環応力は、約12〜14MPaであった。円周応力の計算式によると、単純な環状構造が使用される場合、環応力は、80バールで24MPaになる。これにより、ポリマー要素および金属要素を結合させ係合させた複合電池板の構造は、円周応力を低減し、電気化学電池の寿命を延ばすことが分かる。
実施例1の複合端板に、0から30バールの圧力で50,000回を超えるサイクル試験を行った。端板に故障は出なかった。これは、約19年の耐用年数に相当し、本発明の端板の耐久性が非常に高いことを示す。
Claims (15)
- 弾性金属要素と複数の係合点で横方向に結合され連結されたポリマー要素を含む、複合電池板。
- 前記ポリマー要素が、前記金属要素の対応する穴と前記係合点で係合し連結する複数の突起を含む、請求項1に記載の電池板。
- 前記係合点が、前記端板の周縁に間隔をあけて配置されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電池板。
- 円形である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電池板。
- 中空リング状である、いずれかの請求項4に記載の電池板。
- 前記金属要素が、鋼、チタン、ニッケル、またはニッケル合金を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電池板。
- ガスケットが、前記ポリマー要素と前記金属要素との間に介挿されている、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の電池板。
- 前記突起が、前記ポリマー要素と一体化している、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の電池板。
- 各突起が前記ポリマー要素の差し込み部である、請求項2から8のいずれかに記載の電池板。
- 前記ポリマー要素が、エンジニアリングポリマーを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の電池板。
