Abstract
Description
本発明は、35USC§119(e)下において、2013年7月10日出願の米国仮特許出願第61/844,743号明細書(「MANUALLY POWERED,REGULATED,NEGATIVE PRESSURE PUMP WITH ADAPTER FOR EXTERNAL PRESSURE SOURCE」の利益を主張し、これをあらゆる点において本願明細書に援用する。
Claims (38)
- 減圧療法を行うための手動作動式ポンプにおいて、
閉鎖端部を有するチャージ室と;
調整室と;
前記チャージ室と前記調整室との間のレギュレータ通路と;
前記レギュレータ通路を通した流体連通を制御するように適合されたバルブ本体と;
前記バルブ本体と係合して、前記バルブ本体を、前記調整室内の圧力と周囲圧力との間の差圧に抗して付勢するレギュレータバネと;
前記調整室に結合された出口ポートと;
前記チャージ室に結合されて、前記チャージ室の前記閉鎖端部を通る流体の流れを可能にするバルブ組立体と

を含むことを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。 - 請求項12に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記バルブ組立体が、前記チャージ室内の前記圧力を下回る供給圧力に応答して、前記チャージ室から前記バルブ組立体を通る流体の流れを可能にすることを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項13に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記供給圧力が、約−125mm Hg〜約−600mm Hgの範囲にあることを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項13に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記供給圧力が約−125mm Hgであることを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項13に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記供給圧力が約−600mm Hgであることを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項12乃至16の何れか1項に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記バルブ組立体がダックビルバルブを含むことを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項12乃至16の何れか1項に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記バルブ組立体がバタフライバルブを含むことを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項12乃至16の何れか1項に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記バルブ組立体がアンブレラバルブを含むことを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項12乃至16の何れか1項に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記バルブ組立体が吹出しボールバルブを含むことを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。
- 請求項12乃至16の何れか1項に記載の減圧治療装置において、前記閉鎖端部がアパーチャを有し、および前記バルブ組立体が:
前記アパーチャ内に配置されかつ室フランジおよびバレルフランジを有するバルブアダプタであって、前記室フランジは前記チャージ室内に配置され、および前記バレルフランジは、前記閉鎖端部に隣接して前記チャージ室の外部に配置される、バルブアダプタと;
前記バルブアダプに結合されかつニップルを有する高圧アダプタと;
コネクタおよび平坦な端部を有するバルブであって、前記コネクタは前記高圧アダプタの前記ニップルに結合される、バルブと
を含み、および
前記平坦な端部は、前記チャージ室からの流体の流れを可能にするように構成されたスリットを有することを特徴とする、減圧治療装置。 - 請求項12乃至21の何れか1項に記載の手動作動式ポンプにおいて、前記バルブ組立体が、外部減圧源に流体的に結合されるように適合されていることを特徴とする、手動作動式ポンプ。
- 減圧治療システムにおいて:
組織部位に位置決めされるように適合されたマニホールドと;
前記マニホールドと流体連通しておりかつ前記組織部位に所望の治療圧を送達するように適合された調整室と;
閉鎖端部を有しかつ前記所望の治療圧を下回るチャージ圧力を蓄えるように適合されたチャージ室と;
前記調整室と前記チャージ室との間に流体連通をもたらすように適合された通路と;
前記通路に動作可能に関連付けられたバルブ本体であって、前記調整室内の圧力が前記所望の治療圧以下である場合、前記通路を通した流体連通を実質的に低減させ、および前記調整室内の前記圧力が前記所望の治療圧を超える場合、前記通路を通した流体連通を可能にする、バルブ本体と;
前記チャージ室の前記閉鎖端部に結合されかつ外部減圧源に流体的に結合されて、前記チャージ室内の前記圧力を下回る前記外部減圧源によってもたらされた供給圧力に応答して、前記チャージ室からの流体の流れを可能にするように適合されたバルブ組立体と
を含むことを特徴とする、減圧治療システム。 - 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記供給圧力が、約−125mm Hg〜約−600mm Hgの範囲にあることを特徴とする、システム。

- 請求項23乃至26の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バルブ組立体がアンブレラバルブを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項23乃至26の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記バルブ組立体が吹出しボールバルブを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項23乃至26の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記閉鎖端部がアパーチャを有し、および前記バルブ組立体が:
前記アパーチャ内に配置されかつ室フランジおよびバレルフランジを有するバルブアダプタであって、前記室フランジは前記チャージ室内に配置され、および前記バレルフランジは、前記閉鎖端部に隣接して前記チャージ室の外部に配置される、バルブアダプタと;
前記バルブアダプに結合されかつニップルを有する高圧アダプタと;
コネクタおよび平坦な端部を有するバルブであって、前記コネクタは、前記高圧アダプタの前記ニップルに結合されている、バルブと
を含み、および
前記平坦な端部は、前記チャージ室からの流体の流れを可能にするように構成されたスリットを有することを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記外部減圧源が壁面吸い込み源であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項23に記載のシステムにおいて、前記外部減圧源が電動ポンプであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 組織部位に減圧治療を行う方法において、
外部減圧源を用いて、チャージ室内にチャージ圧力を蓄えるステップと;
所望の治療圧を調整室から前記組織部位へ送達するステップと;
前記調整室内の圧力が前記所望の治療圧を超える場合、前記チャージ室と前記調整室との間の流体連通を可能にすることによって、前記調整室内の前記圧力を低下させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項34に記載の方法において、前記外部減圧源が壁面吸い込み源であることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項34に記載の方法において、前記外部減圧源が電動ポンプであることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項34に記載の方法において、チャージ圧力を蓄えるステップが、前記外部減圧源を前記チャージ室の閉鎖端部に結合すること、およびバルブ組立体を開放して、減圧の流れを可能にすることを含むことを特徴とする、方法。
