Claims (22)
- インプラント送達デバイスであって、
第1の撮像要素を備え、開口部につながる中心管腔を画定する、伸長本体であって、前記伸長本体は、インプラントを前記中心管腔内に取り外し可能に保持するように構成され、前記第1の撮像要素は、前記インプラントが前記第1の撮像要素を通して展開可能であるように、少なくとも部分的に、前記中心管腔を囲繞するように構成される、伸長本体と、
前記伸長本体の中心管腔内に移動可能に配置可能である、内側部材であって、前記インプラントと係合し、前記開口部から、身体管腔の中にそれを展開するように構成される、内側部材と、
を備える、デバイス。 - 前記第1の撮像要素は、前記伸長本体の遠位端の外側表面上に位置付けられる、またはその一部として形成される、請求項1に記載のインプラント送達システム。
- 前記内側部材は、押動要素を備え、前記押動要素は、前記インプラントと係合するように構成される、請求項1に記載のインプラント送達システム。
- 前記内側部材は、第2の撮像要素を備える、請求項1に記載のインプラント送達システム。
- 前記第2の撮像要素は、前記内側部材の少なくとも一部が、前記開口部から展開されるとき、前記管腔表面の画像を得るように構成される、請求項4に記載のインプラント送達システム。
- 前記第1の撮像要素は、超音波アセンブリおよび光コヒーレンス断層撮影アセンブリから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のインプラント送達システム。

- 前記フィルタは、前記フィルタが前記伸長本体内に保持されるときの圧潰状態から、前記フィルタが前記身体管腔の中に展開されるときの拡張状態に拡張可能である、請求項9に記載のインプラント送達システム。
- インプラントを送達するための方法であって、
インプラント送達デバイスを身体管腔の中に導入するステップであって、前記インプラント送達デバイスは、
a)第1の撮像要素を備え、開口部につながる中心管腔を画定する、伸長本体であって、前記第1の撮像要素は、少なくとも部分的に、前記中心管腔を囲繞するように構成される、伸長本体と、
b)前記中心管腔内に取り外し可能に保持されるインプラントと、
c)前記伸長本体の中心管腔内に移動可能に配置可能である、内側部材と、
を含む、ステップと、
前記身体管腔の表面を前記第1の撮像要素を用いて撮像し、埋込部位を特定するステップと、
前記撮像ステップに基づいて、前記インプラントの展開のために、前記伸長本体を位置付けるステップと、
前記インプラントを前記開口部から前記埋込部位の中に展開するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記展開ステップは、前記内側部材を前記伸長本体に対して平行移動させ、前記インプラントを前記開口部から前記埋込部位の中に押動させるステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記内側部材は、第2の撮像要素を含み、前記方法はさらに、前記第2の撮像要素を用いて、前記身体管腔の表面と係合される際に、前記インプラントの少なくとも一部を撮像するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の撮像要素は、前記伸長本体の遠位端の外側表面上に位置付けられる、またはその一部として形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
