Abstract

Claims (24)
- 近位端と遠位端とを有する細長い本体と、
前記細長い本体の前記遠位端に配置された先端と、
第1の切断部と第2の切断部とを有する切断ユニットであって、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部は、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部との間の血管を捕獲するために前記細長い本体に対して長手方向に移動可能であり、少なくとも一方の切断部は、捕獲された血管を切断するために前記先端の周囲で他方の切断部に対して回転可能で、かつ、前記他方の切断部に向けて付勢されている、切断ユニットと、を含む、手術装置。 - 前記切断部が互いに離れている開状態から、前記切断部が互いに接触している閉状態へ、前記切断部を動かすように構成された付勢部材を更に含む、請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記切断部を前記閉状態から前記開状態へ動かすために、回転制御カラーが前記細長い本体の近位端に配置されており、前記付勢部材は、前記切断部を前記閉状態へ戻すために、前記回転制御カラーに結合されている、請求項2に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部とは、捕獲された血管を封閉し、切断し又はその両方のためにエネルギーが与えられるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第1の切断部は鋭利な縁部を有しており、前記第1の切断部の前記鋭利な縁部に対向する前記第2の切断部の縁部は平坦である、請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第1の切断部は固定されており、前記第2の切断部は前記第1の切断部と離れるように前記先端の周囲で回転可能である、請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第2の切断部は前記先端の周囲で両方向に回転可能である、請求項1に記載の手術装置。
- 前記先端は、切欠きを有する硬質の遷移要素を含み、前記切断部はそれを通って延伸可能である、請求項1に記載の手術装置。

- 前記第1の切断部は固定されており、前記第2の切断部は前記先端に対して回転可能である、請求項9に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第2の切断部は前記先端の周囲で両方向に回転可能である、請求項9に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第2の切断部は前記先端の周囲で両方向に回転可能である、請求項9に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部とは、互いに対して長手方向に略3mmから略5mm移動可能である、請求項9に記載の手術装置。
- 前記先端は、切欠きを有する硬質の遷移要素を含み、前記切断部はそれを通って延伸可能である、請求項9に記載の手術装置。
- 前記第1の切断部は、外側チューブ部材の遠位端に配置され、前記第2の切断部は、外側チューブ部材の内側に摺動自在に配置された内側チューブ部材の遠位端に配置されている、請求項9に記載の手術装置。

- 移動する工程において、前記第1の切断部と前記第2の切断部とは、各々接触する閉状態であると共に互いに向けて付勢されている、請求項19に記載の血管採取方法。
- 前記第1の切断部によって支持された第1のRF電極と、前記第2の切断部によって支持された第2のRF電極とによって、血管を封閉する工程を更に含む、請求項19に記載の血管採取方法。
- 回転する工程において、前記第1の切断部は固定されており、前記第2の切断部は前記先端の周囲で両方向に回転可能である、請求項19に記載の血管採取方法。
