Description

The present invention relates to a toothbrush.

At present, there are various types of toothbrush heads according to the user's preference and purpose. In terms of oral hygiene, a compact head that can be “polished one tooth at a time” is generally suitable, but people who lack the technique of polishing or who place importance on efficient polishing in a short time Therefore, there may be a case where a “wide head type” toothbrush having a wide head portion capable of simultaneously polishing the neck portion, interdental surface and tooth surface is suitable.

The problem with this “wide head type” toothbrush is that multiple cleaning parts can be wiped at the same time, so the cleaning efficiency is high. However, the “cleaning accuracy” of each part, especially the gaps between the teeth and the neck, etc. About cleaning of a part, it exists in the point inferior. This is because the tip of the toothbrush hits a peripheral part other than the place to be polished, and physical interference is likely to occur.

By the way, in the existing general size toothbrush, in order to improve cleaning efficiency, the structure which provided the height difference in the hair tip within the brush is proposed (patent document 1). This is advantageous in that the height of the central flocking is shorter than the height of the surrounding flocking, so that the teeth can be brushed across the dentition. That is, it is possible to polish three surfaces of the upper surface and both side surfaces of one tooth simultaneously.

Utility Model Registration No. 3142875

However, with a toothbrush of a general size as in Patent Document 1, it is difficult to polish the tooth neck, interdental surface and tooth surface at the same time, and those who place importance on efficiently polishing a plurality of cleaning parts in a short time Can not be satisfied. Moreover, since the cushioning property in the whole brush is not considered as important, it cannot be said that the contact feeling to the gums is good.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is capable of simultaneously cleaning a plurality of cleaning parts with a wide head specification, and provides high cleanability and gentle contact feeling even for individual gap shapes.
[First Embodiment]
Below, the toothbrush of 1st Embodiment which concerns on this invention is demonstrated.
Drawing 1 is a side view showing the whole toothbrush composition in a 1st embodiment. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the head portion showing an arrangement pattern of hair bundles. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a hair bundle in a flat straight hair type. FIG. 4A is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of the head unit in the first embodiment. FIG. 4B is a partially enlarged view showing the brush configuration of the head unit in the first embodiment. FIG. 4B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. Here, one direction in the width direction of the head portion (direction along the arrangement order of the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, b2,...) Is defined as + X direction, and the other direction is defined as −X direction. That is, FIG. 4B shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the toothbrush 10 of the present embodiment is obtained by integrally forming a handle body 2 and a head portion 3 extending from the handle body 2. The toothbrush of the present embodiment is a “wide head specification” toothbrush in which the head portion 3 is wide. In the “wide head specification” toothbrush, the width dimension (hereinafter simply referred to as the head width) of the head portion 3 in the direction (X direction) intersecting the extending direction (Y direction) of the handle body 2 is 13 mm or more. A toothbrush. The head width of a general toothbrush is 9 mm to 11 mm, and it is a brush having a wider head width than this.

The head portion 3 of the present embodiment has a head width of 13 mm and a head length of 25 mm.
As described above, in the toothbrush of the wide head specification, the head width is set to 13 mm or more, for example, 13 mm to 16 mm.

On the other hand, the head length is, for example, 15 mm to 26 mm. If the head part 3 is too long, the operability in the oral cavity is liable to be impaired. Therefore, the length dimension of the head part 3 is set within the above range.

As the thickness of the head portion 3 is thinner, the operability in the oral cavity can be improved, but if it is too thin, the strength of the head portion 3 tends to be insufficient. Therefore, the thickness of the head part 3 can be determined in consideration of the material of the handle body 2 and the like, for example, preferably 1.5 mm to 5 mm, and more preferably 2 mm to 3 mm.

As shown in FIG. 2, the one surface side of the head part 3 is made into the hair transplantation surface 3a, and the several hair | bristle bundle is planted. The hair transplantation surface 3a of the head unit 3 of the present embodiment is provided with a brush 4 constituted by a hair bundle having three height differences.

The brush 4 of the head unit 3 has a plurality of outer hair bundles A made of hairs having an arbitrary height, and the hair having the highest height in one hair bundle has the highest height in the outer hair bundle A. It is comprised by the step-shaped hair | bristle bundle which consists of the inner hair | bristle bundle B which is the height lower than the hair to have.

The plurality of outer hair bundles A are provided so as to surround the inner hair bundle group 12 by being implanted in each flock hole 5 provided on the peripheral edge of the flocked surface 3 a, and constitute the outer hair bundle group 11. Yes.
The plurality of inner hair bundles B are implanted in a plurality of flock holes 6 provided at the center of the flocked surface 3a to constitute an inner hair bundle group 12. In the present embodiment, the flocking holes 5 and 6 are arranged in a lattice pattern.

In the toothbrush 10 of the present embodiment of the wide head specification, the distance L between the outer hole edge to the hole edge in the two outermost flocking holes 5 and 5 existing on both sides in the width direction of the head portion 3 is 11 mm, or That's it. Preferably it is 12 mm or more.

Moreover, the flocked area | region enclosed by connecting each hole edge of the several flocked hole 5 provided in the periphery of the head part 3 is 1.5 cm < 2 > or more. Preferably 2.0 cm 2 or more, further preferably 2.2 cm 2 or more. When the flocked area is less than 1.5 cm 2 , the effect of polishing the cleaning portion over a wide range cannot be obtained.

The outer hair bundle A has a half-hair bundle portion a1 and a half-hair bundle portion a2 having different hair lengths. The inner hair bundle B also has a half-hair bundle portion b1 and a half-hair bundle portion b2 having different hair lengths.

In the brush 4 of the present embodiment, the hair length of the half hair bundle portion a2 of the outer hair bundle A and the hair length of the half hair bundle portion b1 of the inner hair bundle B are equal to each other, and the hair height difference in three stages as a whole. Is provided. In this way, in both the outer hair bundle group 11 and the inner hair bundle group 12, the hair length is different in one hair bundle, that is, the half hair bundle portion a1 is more bristle than the half hair bundle portion b1. Since the length is long, generally, a concave shape that is recessed toward the one surface side of the head portion 3 toward the center is formed.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3, the outer hair | bristle bundle A provides the height difference in one half-hair bundle part a1 and the other half-hair bundle part a2 which respectively sandwiched the flat wire 7. It is composed of planted hair. Further, each of the plurality of inner hair bundles B is composed of hairs planted with a difference in height between one half-hair bundle portion b1 and the other half-hair bundle portion b2 across the flat wire 7, respectively. Yes.

Specifically, the flat wire 7 is sandwiched between the hair bundles folded in half, and the flat wire 7 is driven into the flocking hole 5 (flocking hole 6), so that the flock is applied to the flocked surface 3a of the head portion 3. It has been planted. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, all the flat wires 7 are driven into the flocked hole 5 (flocked hole 6) while being inclined obliquely at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3. Yes. The direction of each flat line 7 is unified.

The angle of the flat line 7 is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0 ° or more and 45 ° or less with respect to the head length direction. In the case of 45 degrees or more, it is difficult to form a fine step having a hollow shape from the outside in the head width direction to the inside of the head portion 3.

Of the hair bundles folded in the inner hair bundle B, one half when the flat line 7 is used as a boundary is a half hair bundle part b1, and the other is a half hair bundle part b2 (FIG. 3). The half-hair bundle portion b1 and the half-hair bundle portion b2 are formed with the flat wire 7 interposed therebetween. As described above, the half-hair bundle portion b1 and the half-hair bundle portion b2 have different hair lengths, and the half-hair bundle portion b1 is longer than the half-hair bundle portion b2 (see FIG. 4).

In the outer hair bundle A, one of the folded hair bundles with the flat line 7 as a boundary is a half hair bundle portion a1, and the other is a half hair bundle portion a2 (FIG. 3). The half hair bundle part a1 and the half hair bundle part a2 are formed with the flat wire 7 interposed therebetween. As described above, the half-hair bundle part a1 and the half-hair bundle part a2 have different hair lengths, and the half-hair bundle part a1 is longer than the half-hair bundle part a2 (see FIG. 4).

The hairs constituting the inner hair bundle B are 8.5 mil end ST hairs (taper hairs whose diameter gradually decreases toward the hair tips), and the hair length t (b1) of the half hair bundle portion b1 is 10. The hair length t (b2) of the half hair bundle portion b2 is 9.5 mm.

The bristles constituting the outer hair bundle A are 7.5 mil end ST hairs, the hair length t (a1) of the half hair bundle portion a1 is 11.5 mm, and the hair length t (a2) of the half hair bundle portion a2 is 11.5 mm. It is 10.5 mm.

The relationship between the hair lengths of the half hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, b2 in the inner hair bundle B and the outer hair bundle A satisfies t (a1)> t (a2) = t (b1)> t (b2). The hair lengths of the half hair bundle part a2 of the outer hair bundle A and the half hair bundle part b1 of the inner hair bundle B are equal. The hair height difference M1 between the half-hair bundle portion a1 and the half-hair bundle portion a2 is 1 mm, and the hair height difference M2 between the half-hair bundle portion b1 and the half-hair bundle portion b2 is also 1 mm.

The hair bundle diameters of the respective half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2 are all 1.6 mm in diameter.

As shown in FIG. 2, all the hair bundles including the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B are planted at equal intervals in a lattice shape within the hair transplant region, and the width direction (X direction) of the head portion 3. 6 rows and 9 rows of hair bundles are arranged in the longitudinal direction (Y direction).

The wide head specification toothbrush 10 of the present embodiment is used for a part of the bristle (half hair bundle part a1) constituting the outer hair bundle A located on the outermost periphery of the head part 3 constituting the inner hair bundle B. It is longer than a part of the hair (half-hair bundle portion b1), and the outer hair bundle A is generally longer than the hair length of the hair constituting the inner hair bundle B. As a result, the center of the brush 4 is recessed in a concave shape, and as a result, the entire brush wraps teeth during brushing. For this reason, the specification is such that the bristles of the brush 4 easily reach gaps such as between teeth.

Specifically, among the hair bundles planted in the head portion 3, a portion 15 (a portion surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 2) of the outer hair bundle group 11 arranged in the head length direction is a portion of the tooth neck portion. The part 14 (the part surrounded by the broken line in FIG. 2) arranged in the head width direction of the outer hair bundle group 11 is responsible for cleaning the interdental part. On the other hand, the inner hair bundle group 12 supports the teeth and plays a role of cleaning the tooth surfaces.

In such a toothbrush 10 having a wide head specification, if the hair bundles constituting the brush 4 are provided with a three-step height difference, the hair bundles only come into contact with the cleaning site in the oral cavity over a wide range. In addition, it is possible to ensure high cleanability for each cleaning site.

Compared with the case where the difference in hair length in the brush 4 is a two-stage configuration, that is, the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B are each composed of a regular “equally folded” hair bundle. Since the toothbrush 10 having the form has three stages of hair length differences in the brush 4, the center of the brush 4 can be recessed while being smoother and having a cushioning property against pressure. For this reason, while being able to obtain a gentler contact feeling, it is possible to impart a hair tip fit property to fine irregularities of the cleaning site.

In general toothbrushes with wide head specifications, since the hair bundle also hits the peripheral part other than the place to be polished, physical interference is likely to occur in one head part 3, and it is possible to adjoin a plurality of adjacent gaps having different shapes. At the same time it is difficult to apply the hair tips.

On the other hand, according to the toothbrush 10 of the present embodiment, a plurality of cleaning parts can be simultaneously wiped with a wide head specification, and the hair tip fit property with respect to various gap shapes of the cleaning parts in the oral cavity. And high cleanability can be obtained.
As described above, the functional feature of the toothbrush 10 is that the hair bundle of the brush 4 hits a wide range with respect to the cleaning site in the oral cavity. It is a point that can be polished with high accuracy.

In the present embodiment, thicker hair than the outer hair bundle A is used as the hair constituting the inner hair bundle B. This is because the inner hair bundle B preferentially hits the tooth surface, and thus it is necessary to firmly support the flocked portion. On the other hand, since the outer hair bundle A needs to reach the gap at the cleaning site with more flexibility, the outer hair bundle A is configured by using hair that is thinner than the inner hair bundle B.

Although the brush 4 comprised by the hair | bristle bundle which provided the three-step height difference was provided in the flocking surface 3a of the head part 3 of this embodiment, it is not restricted to this. It suffices that at least three hair bundles having a height difference are planted on the flocked surface 3a, and four or more height differences may be provided.

In addition, the shape of the flock holes 5 and 6 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a circle such as a perfect circle or an ellipse, and a polygon such as a triangle and a rectangle. Moreover, the number of holes of the flocking holes 5 and 6 in the whole head part 3 is not specifically limited, For example, they are 40 holes-60 holes. However, in the present embodiment, the maximum number of holes constituting one row in the width direction (X direction) of the head portion 3 is five. That is, many of the hair bundle rows constituting the brush 4 in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the head portion 3 are rows having five holes in the width direction (X direction) of the head portion 3.

It should be noted that many of the plurality of bristle rows constituting the brush 4 in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the head portion 3 have six or more maximum holes constituting one row in the width direction (X direction) of the head portion 3. It is more preferable that When there are many rows in the head portion 3 in which the maximum number of holes constituting one row in the width direction (X direction) of the head portion 3 is four or less, the roles of the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B are ineffective. It becomes clear.

Moreover, the diameter of the flock holes 5 and 6 is determined according to the thickness of the hair bundle to be calculated, and is, for example, 1 to 3 mm.

Moreover, the arrangement pattern of the flock holes 5 and 6 is not limited to the arrangement pattern described above. Any arrangement pattern may be used as long as it can constitute the brush 4 having a concave shape in the head portion 3.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4A, in the configuration of the present embodiment, the half hair bundle portion a2 of the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B having the same hair length on the head width direction -X side. The half hair bundle part b1 of the inner hair bundle B has a hair length that is longer than that of the one half hair bundle part b1 of the inner hair bundle B. If long is secured, it is not restricted to this.

Specifically, there are three types of array patterns in the present embodiment in addition to the above. For example, the half hair bundle a1 of the outer hair bundle A and the half hair bundle b1 of the inner hair bundle B may be opposed to each other, or the half hair bundle a1 of the outer hair bundle A and the half hair of the inner hair bundle B may be used. The bundle portion b2 may be opposed, or the half hair bundle portion b2 of the inner hair bundle B and the half hair bundle portion a2 of the outer hair bundle may be opposed.

Among the half hair bundle part a1 and the half hair bundle part a2 of the outer side hair bundle A and the half hair bundle part b1 and the half hair bundle part b2 of the inner side hair bundle B, any half hair bundle part a1, a2, b1, It can be suitably selected whether b2 is made to oppose.

In the four arrangement patterns described above, since the half hair bundle part a1 of the outer hair bundle A is longer than the hair length of the half hair bundle part b1 of the inner hair bundle B, when viewed macroscopically, in the head width direction of the toothbrush The central part is recessed, and the teeth are covered with the entire brush during brushing, so that the hair tip can easily reach the gap. Therefore, there is no clear difference in usability and function between the faction patterns.

In addition, the hole diameter (hair bundle diameter) of the flock hole is not particularly limited. However, since the outer hair bundle A needs to have high penetration into the gap, it is desirable that the diameter of the flock holes be 1.0 mm to 1.6 mm. Moreover, since the inner hair | bristle bundle B needs to support a tooth surface while supporting a tooth surface, it is desirable to make the diameter of a flock hole into 1.4 mm-2.0 mm.

Although the hair diameter for each hair bundle is not particularly limited, the outer hair bundle A needs to have high penetration into the gap, and is preferably 4 mil to 8 mil, which can ensure flexibility. Moreover, since it is necessary for the inner hair | bristle bundle B to support a tooth surface cleaning and a tooth | gear, 6 mil-10 mil which can ensure rigidity more is desirable.

Further, the step in the same hair bundle should be 0.5 mm to 3 mm, more preferably 1 mm to 2 mm. If the level difference is too small, the cushioning property is lowered and it is difficult to obtain a gentle contact feeling against the gums. If the level difference is too large, it is difficult to ensure the rigidity of the hair ends entering the gap, and the cleaning performance is deteriorated.

The difference in hair length between the half hair bundle part a1 of the outer hair bundle A and the half hair bundle part b1 of the inner hair bundle B is preferably 0.5 mm to 2 mm. If the hair length difference is too small, the formation of the recesses from the outer periphery to the center of the head portion 3 becomes shallow, and the tips of the outer hair bundle A cannot be delivered to the gap by wrapping the teeth. On the other hand, when the hair length difference between the half-hair bundle portion a1 and the half-hair bundle portion b1 is too large, the formation of the recesses becomes too deep, and the fit of the hair tip along the tooth shape is lowered.

[Second Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 2nd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The basic configuration of the toothbrush 20 of the present embodiment shown below is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, but is different in that the height difference of the brush is four stages. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-4.

本実施形態では、各半毛束部a1,a2,b1,b2の毛丈t(a1),t(a2),t(b1),t(b2)が、t(a1)>t(a2)>t(b1)>t(b2)の関係を満たしている。
FIG. 5A is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of the head unit in the second embodiment. FIG. 5B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 5A and shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion.
As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the toothbrush 20 of the present embodiment includes a half hair bundle part a <b> 1 and a half hair bundle part a <b> 2 that constitute the outer hair bundle A, and a half that constitutes the inner hair bundle B. The bristles b1 and the bristles b2 have different hair lengths. In the present embodiment, the hair lengths t (a1), t (a2), t (b1), and t (b2) of the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2 are t (a1)> t (a2). The relationship of> t (b1)> t (b2) is satisfied.

Specifically, as in the first embodiment, the hair length t (a1) of the half hair bundle part a1 constituting the outer hair bundle A is 11.5 mm, and the hair length t (a2) of the half hair bundle part a2 is set. It is 10.5 mm. On the other hand, the hair length t (b1) of the half hair bundle portion b1 constituting the inner hair bundle B of the present embodiment is 9.5 mm, and the hair length t (b2) of the half hair bundle portion b2 is 8.5 mm.

As described above, the hair height differences M1, M2, and M3 between the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2 are all equal, and here, the hair height difference is 1 mm.

Cushion against pressure load compared to the toothbrush 20 of the first embodiment by making the hair lengths of all the half hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, b2 constituting the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B different. As a result, the toothbrush 10 having a more gentle contact feeling can be obtained.

In addition, the cushioning property of the brush 4 formed by offset flocking in which a step is provided in one hair bundle is improved as the number of steps increases. Therefore, even if the hair tips of the hairs constituting each hair bundle do not match the shape of the cleaning site, the flexibility of the brush 4 to move and the cushioning properties can be used to flexibly at the time of brushing. It is possible to fit the hair ends.

[Third Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 3rd Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The basic configuration of the toothbrush 30 of the present embodiment shown below is similar to the second embodiment in the height difference of the brush in four stages, but the inner hair bundle B is more than the half hair bundle portion a2 of the outer hair bundle A. The half hair bundle portion b1 is different in that the hair length is longer and the difference in hair length within one hair bundle is 2 mm. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-4.

FIG. 6A is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of the head unit in the third embodiment. FIG. 6B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 6A, and shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion.
In the toothbrush of the previous second embodiment, the difference in bristle length in the outer bristle bundle and in the inner bristle bundle is 1 mm, whereas in the toothbrush 30 in this embodiment, the bristle height difference in each bristle bundle. Are 2 mm differences.

すなわち、各半毛束部a1,a2,b1,b2の毛丈t(a1),t(b1),t(a2),t(b2)が、t(a1)>t(b1)>t(a2)>t(b2)の関係を満たしている。   As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the inner hair bundle B has a shorter hair length than the outer hair bundle A as a whole, but the half hair bundle portion b1 of the inner hair bundle B is the outer hair bundle A. The half hair bundle part b2 of the inner hair bundle B is shorter than the half hair bundle part a2 of the outer hair bundle A. That is, the hair lengths t (a1), t (b1), t (a2), and t (b2) of the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2 are t (a1)> t (b1)> t ( The relationship of a2)> t (b2) is satisfied.

Specifically, the hair length t (a1) of the half hair bundle portion a1 constituting the outer hair bundle A is 11.5 mm, and the hair length t (a2) of the half hair bundle portion a2 is 9.5 mm. On the other hand, the hair length t (b1) of the half hair bundle portion b1 constituting the inner hair bundle B of the present embodiment is 10.5 mm, and the hair length t (b2) of the half hair bundle portion b2 is 8.5 mm.

Thus, in this embodiment, the hair height difference M1 between the half hair bundle portions a1 and a2 of the outer hair bundle A is 2 mm, and the hair height difference M2 between the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 of the inner hair bundle B is also 2 mm. Although the hair lengths of all the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, b2 are the same as in the second embodiment, the height difference within one hair bundle is as long as 2 mm.

Thereby, since the protruding amount of the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 in the inner hair bundle B is large between the half hair bundle portions a1 and a2 in the outer hair bundle A, the degree of freedom of movement of the hair tips in the entire brush 4 and Cushioning property increases, and the cleanability to the gap and gentle contact comfort are improved.

[Fourth Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 4th Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The basic configuration of the toothbrush of the present embodiment described below is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment described above, but the height difference of the brush is three stages, but is different in that the bristles of the outer hair bundle are all equal. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-4.

具体的には、各半毛束部a1,a2,b1,b2の毛丈t(a1),t(a2),t(b1),t(b2)が、t(a1)=t(a2)>t(b1)>t(b2)を満たす関係となっている。
FIG. 7A is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of the head unit in the fourth embodiment. FIG. 7B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 7A, and shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion.
As shown in FIGS. 7A and 7B, in the toothbrush 40 of the present embodiment, all the hairs constituting the outer hair bundle A have the same hair length, and the hair lengths of the half hair bundle portions a1 and a2 are the same. It is the same. That is, the hair bundles are planted in equal folds. Specifically, the hair lengths t (a1), t (a2), t (b1), and t (b2) of the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2 are t (a1) = t (a2). The relationship is such that> t (b1)> t (b2).

Specifically, the hair length t (a1) of the half hair bundle portion a1 constituting the outer hair bundle A and the hair length t (a2) of the half hair bundle portion a2 are both 11.5 mm. The hair length t (b1) of the half hair bundle portion b1 constituting the inner hair bundle B is 10.5 mm, and the hair length t (b2) of the half hair bundle portion b2 is 9.5 mm.

As described above, in the toothbrush 40, the outer hair bundle A of the head portion 3 is configured by straight hair, but the half hair bundle portions a 1 and a 2 of the outer hair bundle A are each half hair bundle of the inner hair bundle B. Since it is longer than the parts b1 and b2, when viewed macroscopically, the central part is depressed in the head width direction. For this reason, the characteristic that the tooth | gear is wrapped in the brush 4 whole at the time of brushing, and a hair tip reaches | attains a clearance gap easily is ensured.

[Fifth Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 5th Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The basic configuration of the toothbrush of the present embodiment described below is different in that the height difference between the brush and the first embodiment is three, but the inner bristles are all equal in hair length. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-4.

具体的には、各半毛束部a1,a2,b1,b2の毛丈t(a1),t(a2),t(b1),t(b2)が、t(a1)>t(a2)>t(b1)=t(b2)を満たす関係となっている。
FIG. 8A is a diagram schematically showing the configuration of the head unit in the fifth embodiment. FIG. 8B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 8A, and shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion.
As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, in the toothbrush 50 of the present embodiment, the hair lengths of all the hairs constituting the inner hair bundle B are equal, and the hair lengths of the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 are the same. It is the same. That is, the hair bundles are planted in equal folds. Specifically, the hair lengths t (a1), t (a2), t (b1), and t (b2) of the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2 are t (a1)> t (a2). > T (b1) = t (b2) is satisfied.

Specifically, the hair length t (a1) of the half hair bundle part a1 constituting the outer hair bundle A is 11.5 mm, and the hair length t (a2) of the half hair bundle part a2 is 10.5 mm. The hair length t (b1) of the half-hair bundle portion b1 constituting the inner hair bundle B and the hair length t (b2) of the half-hair bundle portion b2 are both 9.5 mm.

The toothbrush 50 has a hair length of the half hair bundle portions a1 and a2 of the outer hair bundle A that is longer than a hair length of the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 of the inner hair bundle B. In the width direction, the central portion is recessed. For this reason, the teeth are covered with the whole brush at the time of brushing, and the feature in which a hair tip tends to reach a clearance gap is ensured.

[Sixth Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 6th Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The toothbrush of this embodiment shown below is different from the arrangement pattern of the hair bundle in the first embodiment in that the inner hair bundle group is divided into two by the central hair bundle group. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-4.

FIG. 9 is a plan view showing the configuration of the head portion 3 of the toothbrush of the sixth embodiment. FIG. 10A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB ′ in FIG. 9, and is a diagram schematically showing the configuration of the head portion in the sixth embodiment, and FIG. ) Is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line, and shows a hair bundle located on one side (+ Y side) in the width direction of the head portion. 10A is slightly different from the accurate cross-sectional view along the line BB ′ in FIG. 9, but the relationship between the outer hair bundle and the half hair bundle portions in the inner hair bundle (hair length difference). ) Is easy to understand.
11A is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ of FIG. 9, and FIG. 11B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. The hair | bristle bundle located in the direction one side (-X side) is shown.

As shown in FIG. 9, the toothbrush 60 of the present embodiment has a central bristle bundle group 13 that separates the inner bristle bundle group 12 into two in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3.

The head part 3 includes an outer hair bundle group 11 arranged on the outer periphery of the head part 3, a central hair bundle group 13 arranged in a row in the head width direction at the center position in the longitudinal direction, the outer hair bundle group 11 and the central hair. And two inner hair bundle groups 12 and 12 surrounded by the bundle group 13. The hair bundle configuration of the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B is the same as that of the first embodiment.

The central hair bundle group 13 is composed of a plurality of central hair bundles C having the same configuration as the outer hair bundle A, and as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) and 10 (b), the half hair bundle portions c1 and c2 The hair lengths t (c1) and t (c2) satisfy the relationship of t (c1)> t (c2). Specifically, the hair length t (c1) of the half hair bundle portion c1 of the central hair bundle C is 11.5 mm, and the hair length t (c2) of the half hair bundle portion c2 is 10.5 mm.

In this way, the central hair bundle group 13 connects the two outer hair bundles A located on both outer edge sides in the head width direction and forms a row between them, so that the inner hair bundle groups 12 and 12 This is the same as surrounding the outer hair bundle group 11. Thereby, two concave-shaped depressions are formed in the longitudinal direction of the head portion 3. Therefore, at the time of brushing, it fits so that each hollow part may wrap the circumference | surroundings of one tooth | gear.

According to the toothbrush 60 of the present embodiment, the central hair bundle group 13 increases the number of hair bundles responsible for interdental cleaning, and the outer hair bundle group 11 shrinks the recessed area to about one tooth so that there is more clearance. The hair end fit to the hair will increase.

In the present embodiment, only one row of hair bundle groups constituted by a plurality of central hair bundles C is provided, but a plurality of rows may be provided.

In addition, the structure provided with the center hair | bristle bundle C of this embodiment can be applied suitably also in other embodiment.

[Seventh Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 7th Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The basic configuration of the toothbrush of the present embodiment shown below is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, but the hair constituting the outer hair bundle is ST hair, but the hair constituting the inner hair bundle is straight hair. It is different in point. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-3.

FIG. 12A is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of the head unit in the seventh embodiment. FIG. 12B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 12A and shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion.
As shown in FIGS. 12 (a) and 12 (b), the toothbrush 70 of the present embodiment uses tapered bristles whose diameter gradually decreases toward the hair tips as the outer hair bundle A, as in the first embodiment. However, as the inner hair bundle B, straight hairs having substantially the same diameter except for the rounded portion of the hair tips are used.

According to the toothbrush 70 of this embodiment, since the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 of the inner hair bundle B are both constituted by straight hair, the contact area with the tooth surface of the hair tip increases, and the tooth Surface cleanability is improved.

[Eighth Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 8th Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The basic configuration of the toothbrush of the present embodiment shown below is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, but the outer hair bundle is composed of straight hair and ST hair, and the inner hair bundle is composed of straight hair. Are different. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-3.

FIG. 13A is a diagram schematically showing the configuration of the head unit in the eighth embodiment. FIG. 13B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 13A and shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion.

As shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, in the toothbrush 80 of the present embodiment, only the half hair bundle a1 of the outer hair bundle A having the longest hair length among the hair bundles constituting the brush 4 is ST. The other half-hair bundle portions a2, b1, and b2 are straight hairs. That is, the half hair bundle part b1 and the half hair bundle part b2 of the inner hair bundle B are both composed of straight hairs. The outer bristle bundle A is planted with one end ST bristles sharpened on only one side folded in two and sandwiching a flat wire 7 therebetween.

According to the toothbrush 80 of the present embodiment, the hair tip of the half-hair bundle part a1 having the longest hair length is sharpened, so that high clearance cleaning is ensured. On the other hand, since the other half-hair bundle portions a2, b1, and b2 are all straight hair, the contact area with the tooth surface is increased, and the cleaning efficiency of the tooth surface is improved.

[Ninth Embodiment]
Next, the toothbrush of 9th Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated.
The basic configuration of the toothbrush of the present embodiment shown below is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, but differs in that all the hair bundles constituting the brush are composed of straight hairs. Therefore, in the following description, different points will be described in detail, and descriptions of common parts will be omitted. Moreover, in each drawing used for description, the same code | symbol shall be attached | subjected to the same component as FIGS. 1-3.

FIG. 14A is a diagram schematically illustrating the configuration of the head unit in the ninth embodiment. FIG. 14B is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a broken line in FIG. 14A and shows a hair bundle located on one side (−X side) in the width direction of the head portion.

As shown in FIGS. 14A and 14B, in the toothbrush 90 of the present embodiment, all hair bundles constituting the brush 4 are straight hairs. That is, all of the half hair bundle portions a1 and a2 of the outer hair bundle A and each of the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 of the inner hair bundle B are composed of straight hairs.

According to the toothbrush 90 of the present embodiment, since all the half hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, b2 in the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B are formed of straight hair, the contact area with the tooth surface is increased. Thus, the cleaning efficiency of the tooth surface is further improved. Further, since the toothbrush 90 has a shape in which a central portion is depressed when viewed macroscopically, the toothbrush 90 wraps teeth with the entire brush during brushing, and the feature that the hair tip easily reaches the gap is ensured.

As described above, according to the toothbrush of the wide head specification in each embodiment, it is possible to polish a plurality of cleaning parts with a large number of hair bundles, so that it is excellent in cleaning efficiency and obtains a gentle contact feeling against the gums. Can do.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention in detail, this invention is not limited by the following description.

Specifically, the half hair bundle portions a1 and a2 of the outer hair bundle A are each 11.5 mm, and the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 of the inner hair bundle B are each 10.5 mm.
In the toothbrush E3 of Comparative Example 3, the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B have the same configuration, one half hair bundle portion a1, b1 is 11.5 mm, and the other half hair bundle portion a2, b2 is 10.5 mm. 5 mm.
The toothbrush E4 of Comparative Example 4 is based on the configuration of Example 1 (1), has a head width of 12 mm, and has four rows of bristles arranged in the head width direction and nine rows in the head length direction.

Here, each of the toothbrushes D1 to D9 of Examples 1 to 9 and the toothbrushes D1 to D4 of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were evaluated for interdental and cervical cleanability and gentle contact with the gums.

The evaluation was performed by 10 monitors who cleaned the oral cavity with the toothbrushes of each case, and evaluated the evaluation based on the following criteria.

The average score of 10 monitors is ◎ + if it is 6.0 or more, ◎ if it is 5.5 or more, ○ + if the average score is 5.0 or more, ○ if the average score is 4.5 or more, ○-if the average score is 4.0 or more An average score of 3.5 or higher was evaluated as Δ, an average score of 3.0 or higher as Δ-, and an average score of less than 3.0 as X. The evaluation criteria are as follows.

When compared with Comparative Example 1, “feeling of removing dirt between teeth and neck” was evaluated.
7 points: feels very strong, 6 points: feels strong, 5 points: feels, 4 points: equivalent, 3 points: does not feel so much, 2 points: does not feel, 1 point: does not feel at all (same for other evaluations) )

The results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.

As shown in Table 1, when the conditions shown in Example 1 were used, the evaluation was better than the comparative example with respect to the interdental and cervical cleanability and gentle contact with the gums. When all the patterns (1) to (4) are viewed macroscopically, the hair length of the half hair bundle part a1 of the outer hair bundle A (> the hair length of the half hair bundle part a2) is half of the inner hair bundle B. Since it is longer than the bristles of the bunch portions b1 and b2, the central portion is recessed in the head width direction. Therefore, the characteristic that the tooth | gear is wrapped in the whole brush at the time of brushing, and a hair tip reaches | attains easily to a clearance gap is ensured. Therefore, there is no clear difference in usability and function between the derived patterns.

Under the conditions shown in Example 2, the interdental and cervical parts were easy to clean, and good results were obtained for the feeling of hitting the gums. The toothbrush D2 of Example 2 has a different bristle length between all the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2, thereby increasing the cushioning property against pressure load as compared with Example 1 and providing a gentle contact feeling. Improved. There is no clear difference in usability and function between the derived patterns in the second embodiment.

Under the conditions shown in Example 3, particularly good results were obtained regarding the cleanability of the interdental and cervical parts. Also, good results were obtained with respect to gentle contact with the gums.
The toothbrush D3 of the third embodiment is the same as the second embodiment in that the hair length is different among all the half-hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, and b2, but the half-hair bundle portion b1 is more than the half-hair bundle portion a2. The length of the hair is long, and further, the difference in level within the same hair bundle is as long as 2 mm. In particular, the latter has a difference in terms of use and function, and since the protruding amount of the half-hair bundle part is large, the degree of freedom of movement of the hair and the cushioning property are increased, the cleaning property to the gap and the gentle contact feeling are provided. improves.

Under the conditions shown in Example 4 and Example 5, better results were obtained than in the comparative example with respect to the interdental and cervical cleanability and gentle contact with the gums.
The toothbrushes D4 and D5 are configured such that either the outer hair bundle A or the inner hair bundle B is planted by “equal folding”, and there is no step in each hair bundle.
When viewed macroscopically, the hair length of the half hair bundle portion a1 (> the hair length of the half hair bundle portion a2) is longer than the hair length of the half hair bundle portions b1 and b2 in the entire brush. The central part has a recessed shape. For this reason, the teeth are covered with the whole brush at the time of brushing, and the feature in which the brush tip easily reaches the gap is secured.

Under the conditions shown in Example 6, the interdental and cervical neck cleaning properties were particularly good, and good results were obtained with respect to gentle contact with the gums.
The toothbrush D6 has a center bristle bundle C in addition to the outer bristle bundle A and the inner bristle bundle B. The central hair bundle C increases the hair bundles responsible for interdental cleaning. Moreover, the hair-tip fit property to a clearance improves more because the hollow area | region of the inner side hair | bristle bundle B divided | segmented into two in the head length direction shrinks to about 1 tooth | gear.

Under the conditions shown in Example 7, the interdental and cervical parts are easy to clean, but the contact feeling against the gums is slightly reduced. The toothbrush D7 is because the inner hair bundle B is composed of straight hairs at both ends, but a step is provided in the brush by offset flocking, and the hair bundle is a part responsible for tooth surface cleaning. The gentle contact with the gums is ensured from the comparative example.

Even under the conditions shown in Example 8, the cleanability of the interdental and cervical parts is good, but the contact feeling on the gums is slightly reduced. In the toothbrush D8, only the half hair bundle part a1 of the outer hair bundle A is ST hair, and the other half hair bundle part a2 and the half hair bundle parts b1, b2 of the inner hair bundle B are both straight hairs. . Therefore, compared with the toothbrush of the other Example by which all the hair ends were comprised with ST hair, the approach property to a clearance gap and the gentle contact feeling to a gum are inferior. However, the hair tip of the half hair bundle portion a1 of the outer hair bundle A having the longest hair length is sharpened, so that the penetration into the gap is high as compared with Comparative Examples 1 to 4.

In the conditions shown in Example 9, on the basis of the conditions of Example 1, all the half hair bundle portions a1, a2, b1, b2 in the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B are configured with straight hairs. The cleanability of the gap is reduced. However, since the toothbrush D9 has a shape in which the central portion is depressed when viewed macroscopically, the toothbrush D9 wraps the teeth with the entire brush during brushing, and the feature that the hair tip easily reaches the gap is ensured.

Under the conditions shown in Comparative Example 1, the hair length of the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B is the same, so the interdental and cervical cleanability and gentle contact with the gums are inferior to the examples. It was.

Under the conditions shown in Comparative Example 2, the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B have different hair lengths, but are planted in equal folds, so that the step formation of the entire brush is in two stages. Therefore, although the clearance cleaning property and the contact feeling against the gums were improved as compared with Comparative Example 1, the results were inferior to those of the above Examples.

Under the conditions shown in Comparative Example 3, the hair bundle configuration of the outer hair bundle A and the inner hair bundle B is the same, and the half hair bundle portions are planted with the same step width, so the step shape of the entire brush There are two stages. Therefore, in the inner hair bundle group, the formation of the concave portion is insufficient, and the clearance cleaning performance and the contact feeling against the gums are improved as compared with Comparative Example 1, but the results are inferior to those of the above Examples.

In the condition shown in Comparative Example 4, only the head width is reduced based on the condition of Example 1. Specifically, the hair bundle in the head width direction was arranged in four rows, and the head width was set to 12 mm. In this case, since the number of hair bundles is small, the cleaning efficiency cannot be improved. Moreover, cushioning properties are also lowered. For this reason, the cleaning performance of the gap and the contact feeling on the gums were considerably inferior to those of the above examples.
