Description

The present invention relates to a mask covering a person's nose and mouth.

An example of a conventional mask is described in Patent Document 1. The mask described in the document includes a main body that covers the nose and mouth of the wearer, and an aluminum plate that is attached to a portion of the main body that covers the nose of the wearer. The aluminum plate has an elongated shape and extends in the left-right direction of the main body. This aluminum plate functions as a shape holding member capable of plastic deformation along the three-dimensional shape of the nose.

By the way, when using a mask together with spectacles, spectacles may become cloudy by the breath which leaks from the upper end part of a main-body part. In this regard, according to the mask described in Patent Document 1, the gap generated between the upper end of the main body and the face can be reduced by plastically deforming the aluminum plate along the three-dimensional shape of the nose. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a certain amount of breath leakage from the upper end portion.

However, even with a mask provided with such a shape-retaining member, it is difficult to bring the upper end of the main body into close contact with the face. In particular, a large gap is likely to occur between the main body and both sides of the nose, and the breath that leaked through the gap has become a major factor in clouding the glasses. Therefore, the conventional mask cannot sufficiently prevent the fogging of the glasses.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a mask having a structure suitable for preventing fogging of spectacles.

The mask according to the present invention is provided in a body part covering the nose and mouth of the wearer, and a part covering the nose in the body part, and is capable of plastic deformation along the three-dimensional shape of the nose. Two shape holding members, wherein the first and second shape holding members extend in the left-right direction of the main body, and the second shape holding member is more than the first shape holding member. Is shorter than the first shape holding member in the main body.

In this mask, a second shape holding member is provided below the first shape holding member. For this reason, also in the site | part in which the 2nd shape holding member was provided, the clearance gap produced between a main-body part and both sides of a nose can be made small. Thereby, even if a gap is generated between the main body portion and both sides of the nose at the portion where the first shape holding member is provided, the amount of breath flowing into the gap can be reduced.

And the breath which could not pass through the clearance gap between the main body part and both sides of the nose mainly flows in a region where the shape holding member is not provided in the main body part. This is because the area has a lower degree of adhesion to the face than the area where the shape holding member is provided. However, since the second shape holding member is shorter than the first shape holding member, the region where the shape holding member is provided spreads to the left and right sides as it approaches the upper end of the main body. This makes it easier for the breath to diffuse to the left and right sides of the main body, so that even if the breath leaks from the main body, the fogging of the glasses is less likely to occur.

According to the present invention, a mask having a structure suitable for preventing fogging of spectacles is realized.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same elements, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.
(First embodiment)

FIG. 1 is a front view showing a first embodiment of a mask according to the present invention. The mask 1 includes a main body 10 and a shape holding member 22 (first shape holding member), a shape holding member 24 (second shape holding member), and a shape holding member 26 (third shape holding member). ing. The main body 10 has a sheet shape and covers only the nose and the mouth among the eyes, nose and mouth of the wearer. The main body 10 is made of a material having air permeability. As such a material, for example, a nonwoven fabric, gauze, or paper can be used.

Shape holding members 22, 24, and 26 are provided at portions of the main body 10 that cover the nose. These shape holding members 22, 24, and 26 can be plastically deformed along the three-dimensional shape of the nose. As a material of the shape holding members 22, 24, 26, for example, metal or resin can be used. The shape holding members 22, 24, and 26 have an elongated shape, and extend in the left-right direction of the main body 10 (equal to the left-right direction in FIG. 1).

The length of the shape holding member 22 is preferably 80% or more, and more preferably 90% or more of the length of the main body portion 10 in the left-right direction. The shape holding member 24 is shorter than the shape holding member 22. The shape holding member 24 is preferably shorter than the shape holding member 22 by 2 cm or more. The shape holding member 24 is positioned below the shape holding member 22 in the main body 10. In other words, the shape holding member 24 is provided farther from the upper end of the main body 10 than the shape holding member 22.

The shape holding member 26 is shorter than the shape holding member 24. The shape holding member 26 is preferably shorter than the shape holding member 24 by 2 cm or more. The shape holding member 26 is located below the shape holding member 24 in the main body 10. In other words, the shape holding member 26 is provided farther from the upper end of the main body 10 than the shape holding member 24. As described above, the shape retaining member 26 is the shortest among the shape retaining members 22, 24, and 26. However, the shape holding member 26 has such a length that both ends thereof reach the face on both sides of the nose in a state of being plastically deformed along the three-dimensional shape of the nose.

The width w <b> 2 of the shape holding member 24 is smaller than the width w <b> 1 of the shape holding member 22. Further, the distance d <b> 1 between the shape holding member 22 and the shape holding member 24 is larger than the width of the shape holding member 22 or the shape holding member 24. In other words, the interval d1 is larger than the smaller one of the width of the shape holding member 22 or the width of the shape holding member 24 (the width when both widths are equal). In the present embodiment, since w1> w2, the interval d1 is larger than the width w2. The interval d1 is preferably 3 mm or more.

The width w3 of the shape holding member 26 is smaller than the width w2 of the shape holding member 24. Further, the distance d <b> 2 between the shape holding member 24 and the shape holding member 26 is larger than the width of the shape holding member 24 or the shape holding member 26. That is, the distance d2 is larger than the smaller one of the width of the shape holding member 24 and the width of the shape holding member 26 (the width when both are equal). In the present embodiment, since w2> w3, the interval d2 is larger than the width w3. The distance d2 is preferably 3 mm or more.

Further, a fixing portion 30 for fixing the main body portion 10 to the wearer's face is attached to the main body portion 10. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 30 is a string-like member that is hung on the wearer's ear. As this fixing | fixed part 30, a rubber string can be used, for example.

The effect of the mask 1 will be described. In the mask 1, a shape holding member 24 is provided below the shape holding member 22. For this reason, also in the site | part in which the shape holding member 24 was provided, the clearance gap produced between the main-body part 10 and both sides of a nose can be made small. Thereby, even if a gap is generated between the main body 10 and both sides of the nose at the portion where the shape holding member 22 is provided, the amount of breath flowing into the gap can be reduced.

Further, in the present embodiment, a shape holding member 26 is provided below the shape holding member 24. For this reason, also in the site | part in which the shape holding member 26 was provided, the clearance gap produced between the main-body part 10 and both sides of a nose can be made small. Thereby, even if a gap is generated between the main body 10 and both sides of the nose at the portion where the shape holding member 22 is provided, the amount of breath flowing into the gap can be further reduced.

And the breath which could not pass the clearance gap between the main-body part 10 and both sides of a nose mainly flows through the area | region in which the shape holding member in the main-body part 10 is not provided. This is because the area has a lower degree of adhesion to the face than the area where the shape holding member is provided. Hereinafter, an area where the shape holding member is provided is referred to as an “adhesion area”. As it is, the shape holding member 24 is shorter than the shape holding member 22 and the shape holding member 26 is shorter than the shape holding member 24, so that the close contact region spreads to the left and right sides as it approaches the upper end of the main body 10. Go. The outline of the contact area is indicated by a dotted line L1 in FIG. As a result, a flow of breath that spreads to the left and right sides is formed while approaching the upper end of the main body 10 along the outline of the close contact region. As described above, since the breath easily diffuses to the left and right sides of the main body 10, even if the breath leaks from the main body 10, the fogging of the glasses hardly occurs.

FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the flow of breath inside the main body 10. In the figure, solid arrows A1 to A3 indicate the flow of breath diffusing to the left and right sides of the main body 10, and dotted arrows A4 indicate the flow of breath passing through the gap between the main body 10 and both sides of the nose 90. The flow is shown. In the present embodiment, the amount of breath leaking from the upper end portion of the main body portion 10 through the gap between the main body portion 10 and both sides of the nose 90 by urging the breath to diffuse to the left and right sides of the main body portion 10 as described above. Can be reduced. Therefore, the mask 1 having a structure suitable for preventing the fogging of the glasses is realized.

Increasing the length of the shape holding member 22 makes it easy to diffuse the breath to near the left and right ends of the main body 10. From this viewpoint, the length of the shape holding member 22 is preferably 80% or more, and more preferably 90% or more of the length of the main body 10 in the left-right direction.

As described above, in order to promote the diffusion of the breath to the left and right sides of the main body 10, it is important to have a shape that spreads to the left and right sides as the contact area approaches the upper end. From this point of view, the shape maintaining member 24 is preferably shorter than the shape maintaining member 22 by 2 cm or more. Similarly, the shape holding member 26 is preferably shorter than the shape holding member 24 by 2 cm or more.

By the way, the human nose has a complicated three-dimensional shape on the lower side (side closer to the nostril) than on the upper side. Therefore, in the part where the shape holding member 24 is provided, the main body 10 is less likely to be in close contact with the face than in the part where the shape holding member 22 is provided. In this regard, in the present embodiment, the width of the shape holding member 24 is smaller than the width of the shape holding member 22. By reducing the width in this manner, the degree of freedom of deformation of the shape holding member 24 is increased, so that even more complicated three-dimensional shapes can be handled. Thereby, it becomes easy to make the main-body part 10 contact | adhere to the face also in the site | part in which the shape holding member 24 was provided.

For the same reason, in the portion where the shape holding member 26 is provided, the main body 10 is less likely to be in close contact with the face than in the portion where the shape holding member 24 is provided. In this regard, in the present embodiment, the width of the shape holding member 26 is smaller than the width of the shape holding member 24. Thereby, it becomes easy to make the main-body part 10 contact | adhere to the face also in the site | part in which the shape holding member 26 was provided.

The distance d <b> 1 between the shape holding member 22 and the shape holding member 24 is larger than the width of the shape holding member 22 or the shape holding member 24. By sufficiently securing the interval d1, it is easy to guide the breath that has flowed into the close contact area to the outside of the close contact area. That is, as indicated by an arrow A1 in FIG. 2, a part of the breath that has passed through the gap between the main body portion 10 and both sides of the nose at the portion where the shape holding member 24 is provided It can escape to the outer side of a contact | adherence area | region through the path | route between. Thus, from the viewpoint of sufficiently securing the distance d1 between the shape holding member 22 and the shape holding member 24, the distance d1 is preferably 3 mm or more.

The distance d2 between the shape holding member 24 and the shape holding member 26 is larger than the width of the shape holding member 24 or the shape holding member 26. By sufficiently securing the interval d2, it is easy to guide the breath that has flowed into the close contact area to the outside of the close contact area. That is, as indicated by an arrow A2 in FIG. 2, a part of the breath that has passed through the gap between the main body portion 10 and both sides of the nose at the portion where the shape holding member 26 is provided It can escape to the outer side of a contact | adherence area | region through the path | route between. Thus, from the viewpoint of sufficiently securing the distance d2 between the shape holding member 24 and the shape holding member 26, the distance d2 is preferably 3 mm or more.
(Second Embodiment)

FIG. 3 is a front view showing a second embodiment of the mask according to the present invention. The mask 2 includes a folded portion 40 in addition to the main body portion 10, the shape holding members 22, 24, 26 and the fixing portion 30. The configuration of the main body 10, the shape holding members 22, 24, 26 and the fixing unit 30 is as described in the first embodiment. The folded portion 40 has a sheet shape and is connected to the upper end portion of the main body portion 10. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the folded portion 40 is provided over the entire body 10 in the left-right direction.

As shown in FIG. 4, the folded portion 40 can be folded inside the main body portion 10. The figure shows the inner surface of the mask 2 (the surface facing the wearer's face). The folded portion 40 is configured to overlap the shape holding members 22, 24, 26 in a state where the folded portion 40 is folded inside the main body portion 10. Moreover, the lower end 40a of the folding | returning part 40 is located above a wearer's nostril in the state by which the folding | returning part 40 was folded inside the main-body part 10. FIG.

A fold 42 is formed in the folded portion 40. The fold 42 is for folding a part of the folded portion 40 in a state folded back to the inside of the main body portion 10 toward the front (the wearer's face side). Such folds 42 can be formed, for example, by pressurizing the folded portion 40 and attaching creases. In the present embodiment, the fold line 42 has an arc shape. Then, both ends of the fold line 42 are positioned at the lower end 40 a of the folded portion 40.

FIG. 5 is a rear view showing a state in which the folded portion 40 is bent along the fold line 42 in the mask 2. Moreover, FIG. 6 is a figure for demonstrating the structure of the end surface along the VI-VI line of FIG. As can be seen from these drawings, the nose 90 of the wearer is covered by the folded portion of the folded portion 40. 5 and 6, the shape holding members 22, 24, and 26 are not shown.

The effect of the mask 2 will be described. In the mask 2, a folded portion 40 is provided. By folding back the folded portion 40 to the inside of the main body portion 10, a space whose upper side is closed is formed between the main body portion 10 and the folded portion 40. Thereby, the breath which is going to leak from the upper end part of the main-body part 10 can be capture | acquired. Therefore, according to the mask 2, the shape retaining members 22, 24, 26 and the folded-back portion 40 combine to reduce the amount of breath leaking from the upper end portion of the main body 10 through the gap between the main body 10 and both sides of the nose. It can be further reduced.

The folded portion 40 is configured to overlap the shape holding members 22, 24, 26 in a state where the folded portion 40 is folded inside the main body portion 10. With this configuration, even when the breath passes through the gap between the main body 10 and both sides of the nose at the portion where each shape holding member 22, 24, 26 is provided, the breath is returned to the main body 10 and the turn-back portion 40. It becomes easy to capture in the space between.

The folded portion 40 is folded back to the inside of the main body portion 10, and the lower end 40a is positioned above the nostril of the wearer. As a result, as indicated by an arrow A5 in FIG. 6, it is easy to guide the breath that has come out of the nostril to the space between the main body portion 10 and the folded portion 40.

A fold 42 is formed in the folded portion 40. By folding the folded portion 40 along the fold line 42, the folded portion can cover the nose. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the breath from leaking between the folded portion 40 and the nose, and to easily guide the breath to the space between the main body portion 10 and the folded portion 40.

The fold 42 has an arc shape, and both ends of the fold 42 are located at the lower end 40 a of the folded portion 40. For this reason, the shape of the folded part in the folding | returning part 40 can be approximated to the solid shape of a nose. Thereby, it can suppress more effectively that a breath leaks from between the folding | returning part 40 and a nose.

The folded portion 40 is provided over the entire left and right direction of the main body portion 10. Thereby, in the whole upper end part of the main-body part 10, the breath which is going to leak from the said upper end part can be capture | acquired. The other effects of this embodiment are as described in the first embodiment.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made. In the said embodiment, the case where the width | variety of the shape holding member 24 was smaller than the width | variety of the shape holding member 22 was illustrated. However, the width of the shape holding member 24 may be larger than the width of the shape holding member 22 or may be equal to the width of the shape holding member 22.
