Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sheet material fixture and a method for fixing a sheet material using the fixture.
In concrete structures such as coastal areas, it is known that the reinforcing bars in deteriorated concrete corrode due to the influence of salt that comes in.
In concrete structures that are placed in such a severe environment, a method of covering the surface with a highly durable coating to prevent intrusion of deterioration factors such as salt has been developed.
As one of the methods, a method of coating a concrete surface using a sheet material such as a resin sheet as a coating material is known.
In this construction method, since the sheet material is attached to the mold itself and the concrete is cast, the sheet material as the covering material is integrated with the concrete after the concrete is cured. Therefore, there exists an advantage that the application | coating process and pre-processing process of resin to the concrete surface after hardening can be skipped.
Although it is the attachment method of the sheet material to the concrete in that case, although the objective differs, the example is disclosed by patent document 1. FIG.
In this construction method, a water-permeable sheet is attached to a plate material by using a nail. (FIG. 7b of Patent Document 1)
When the construction method is diverted, if the sheet material has high rigidity, it cannot be bent at a right angle, and the edge of the plate material cannot be nailed from the outside.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3 of the present application, the sheet material is fixed from the concrete placing surface using a nail or the like.
The conventional sheet material fixing method as shown in FIG. 3 has the following problems.
A sheet material, which is a surface covering material, is attached to the formwork with nails, screws or the like (FIG. 4A), and concrete is placed on the other side of the sheet material. (Fig. 4 (b))
When the mold is removed from the outside after the concrete is hardened, the tip of a metal fixture such as a nail or screw penetrates the sheet material and is exposed to the outside from the surface. (Fig. 4 (c))
If a metal nail or screw is left exposed to the outside of the sheet material, rust will enter the concrete through the metal nail or screw, and thus a fixture such as a nail must be removed.
For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 4D, a part of the sheet material is cut out and a nail or the like as a fixture is pulled out and removed.
Then, the concrete is exposed to the outside at the trace of removal of the nail or the like, and a portion lacking the covering function is generated.
Therefore, a laborious work of filling the trace holes of the fixture with mortar or the like and applying the resin to the hole portions of the sheet material is required.
The sheet material fixture according to the first invention of the present application for solving the above-mentioned problems is a fixture for attaching a sheet material for protecting the concrete surface to the concrete placement surface side of the mold, A head member made of a non-corrosive material and a steel penetrating member that can be detached from the head member and protrude from one surface of the head member to penetrate the sheet material are used.
Moreover, the sheet material fixture according to the second invention of the present application is characterized in that the penetrating member is a steel needle.
In the sheet material fixture according to the third invention of the present application, the sheet material fixture is characterized in that the penetrating member is a steel screw.
Further, the sheet material fixing method according to the fourth invention of the present application uses the above-mentioned sheet material fixing tool, affixing a sheet material for protecting the concrete surface to the concrete placement surface side of the formwork, and hardening the concrete Later, the mold is removed from the surface of the sheet material, the penetrating member is detached from the head member made of a non-corrosive material, and the penetrating member is removed leaving only the head member in the concrete. It is a feature.
Since the sheet material fixture and fixing method of the present invention are as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
Before placing concrete, the sheet material is attached to the concrete placing surface side of the formwork, and then concrete is placed. Therefore, when the concrete is hardened and the formwork is dismantled, a surface-coated concrete structure in which the sheet material is integrally attached to the surface of the concrete is completed.
When the formwork is disassembled, the tip of the penetrating member is exposed from the surface of the sheet material, but the head member and the penetrating member in the concrete are configured to be detachable. It can be easily pulled out from the outside.
Then, only the head member of the fixture embedded in the concrete is exposed at the trace, but the head member is made of a non-corrosive material. Therefore, no concrete or steel material is exposed at the surface exposed to the outside air, and no weak spots due to rust are generated.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the sheet material fixture of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The non-corrosive material is a material that does not rust due to the influence of moisture and salt like a general metal, and a wide range of commercially available materials can be used.

Next, a method for using the fixture 4 of the present invention will be described.
A
The

Next, an embodiment in which the

Since the
By inserting the
Thus, if the

Then, the outer surface of the

In view of the certainty of the surface treatment and the beauty, it is possible to fill the opening with a material functionally similar to the
