The present invention relates to an air cleaning mechanism with a cleaning function.
In the past, air conditioners as shown in the following conventional examples have been proposed (see, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-97014).
(Conventional example)
An air conditioner equipped with a cleaning unit that removes dust adhering to a filter,
The cleaning unit is
A support having a filter rail through which the filter moves;
A dust collection box that is detachably attached to the support and has a dust scraping portion and a dust collection box that is attached below the dust scraping portion, and is attached to the front portion of the air conditioner in the left-right direction. Assembly, and
The dust scraper has a shaft that engages with the mounting hole of the support at one end in the left-right direction, engages with the fixing hole of the support at the other end in the left-right direction, and advances and retracts in the left-right direction by a spring. Has a possible stopper,
A chamfered portion that abuts against the abutting portion of the support is formed on the surface of the stopper at the tip of the stopper, and the chamfered portion is abutted against the support when the stopper is pushed toward the support. The air conditioner is characterized in that the spring shrinks in contact with the stopper, the stopper moves inward, and then engages with the fixing hole of the support.
By the way, in the air conditioner as shown in the above conventional example, in order for the user to remove the dust collection box assembly from the support in order to throw away the dust in the dust collection box, the user puts his finger into the fixing hole. It is necessary to pull the dust collection box assembly forward by inserting the stopper against the elastic force of the spring and moving it to the spring side so that the tip of the stopper 7 is positioned inside the fixing hole. That is, in order to remove the dust collection box assembly from the support in this air conditioner, it is troublesome for the user to perform a relatively complicated operation with both hands. Moreover, since the indoor unit of an air conditioner is normally installed in a comparatively high place, the operation | work which requires both hands is comparatively dangerous.
An object of the present invention is to allow a user to remove a dust storage box (corresponding to the “dust collection box assembly” described above) more easily and safely than before even when installed at a relatively high place. It is to provide an air cleaning mechanism capable of

The dust accommodating part is for accommodating the dust collected in the dust collecting part. The locking part can be locked to the locked part of the main body. Only one pair of the locked part and the locking part may be provided, or a plurality of pairs may be provided. Further, when the locking portion is locked to the locked portion, it may be flexibly locked. The operation portion includes at least a downward component in the operation direction in a state where the locking portion is locked to the locked portion. Note that the operation direction of the operation unit may be composed of only the downward component. Further, the number of operation units is preferably two or less, more preferably one. And when this operation part is operated along the operation direction in which this downward component is included, this dust storage box will be in the state which a latching part remove | deviates from a to-be-latched part, and can detach | desorb from a main body.
An air cleaning mechanism according to a second aspect of the present invention is the air cleaning mechanism according to the first aspect, and the locked portion has an opening. The locking part is a rod. Then, when the operating portion is operated along the operation direction including the downward component in a state where the locking portion is locked to the locked portion, the locking portion comes out of the opening and is engaged. Remove from the stop. In the air cleaning mechanism according to this aspect, it is preferable that there are at least two pairs of locked portions (openings) and locking portions. In such a case, it is preferable that the locking portions exist on both side surfaces of the dust container.
The air purification mechanism according to the third aspect of the present invention is the air purification mechanism according to the second aspect, and the locking portion is biased toward the outside of the dust container box. And the front-end | tip of this latching | locking part inclines inside as it goes to the attachment direction to the main body of a dust storage box.
An air cleaning mechanism according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the air cleaning mechanism according to any one of the first to third aspects, and the dust container further includes a dust removing unit. The dust removing portion faces the dust collecting portion in a state where the locking portion is locked to the locked portion. The dust removing unit is, for example, a roller with a brush or a suction device, and removes dust from the dust collecting unit by moving the dust collected in the dust collecting unit to the dust containing unit. Is. And the latching | locking part is located above a dust removal part in the state in which the latching | locking part was latched by the to-be-latched part.
An air cleaning mechanism according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the air cleaning mechanism according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, and the main body further includes a bottom support portion. The bottom support portion supports the bottom of the dust accumulation box in a state where the locking portion is locked to the locked portion. The bottom support portion is provided with a notch so that at least a part of the bottom surface of the dust accumulation box opposite to the main body facing side is exposed.
An air cleaning mechanism according to a sixth aspect of the present invention includes a dust collection unit, a dust removal unit, a driven body, a support unit, and a drive source. The dust removing unit is disposed so as to face a part of the dust collecting unit. In addition, this dust removal part is as having demonstrated in description of the air purifying mechanism which concerns on a 4th situation. The driven body is connected to the dust collecting unit. In addition, it is preferable that this dust collecting part is detachable from the driven body. A support part supports a to-be-driven body so that attachment or detachment is possible. The drive source is detachably connected to the driven body. And this drive source drives a to-be-driven body so that a dust removal part may face a part of dust collection part continuously.
An air cleaning mechanism according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is the air cleaning mechanism according to the sixth aspect, and the driven body is a roller having an engaging portion. Here, the “roller” is a roller with a brush, for example, and is a roller for removing dust collected by the dust collecting unit from the dust collecting unit. The drive source is detachably connected to a first shaft portion that is a shaft portion on one side of the roller. The support portion detachably supports a second shaft portion that is a shaft portion opposite to the first shaft portion.
An air cleaning mechanism according to an eighth aspect of the present invention is the air cleaning mechanism according to the seventh aspect, wherein two rollers are arranged such that their rotation axes are on the same line and the second shaft portions face each other. It is installed. And only one support part exists and supports the two second shaft parts together.
The air cleaning mechanism according to the ninth aspect of the present invention is the air cleaning mechanism according to the eighth aspect, wherein the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion are in a symmetrical relationship.
An air cleaning mechanism according to a tenth aspect of the present invention is the air cleaning mechanism according to the ninth aspect, wherein the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion each have a support shaft portion and a connecting shaft portion. The connecting shaft portion is formed on the distal end side of the support shaft portion. The support shaft portion is formed at a position closer to the main body portion of the roller than the connecting shaft portion.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the operation unit is operated along the operation direction including the downward component, the locking unit is detached from the locked unit and the dust container box. Becomes removable from the main body. For this reason, the user can remove the dust container from the main body simply by placing the other hand on the operation portion and pulling it downward or diagonally forward and downward while supporting his body with one hand. Therefore, even when this air cleaning mechanism is installed at a relatively high place, the user can remove the dust storage box more easily and safely than before.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the operation unit is operated along the operation direction including the downward component in the state where the locking unit is locked to the locked portion. In addition, the locking part comes out of the opening and comes off the locked part. For this reason, in this air purifying mechanism, the subject of this invention can be overcome with a comparatively simple structure, and the increase in cost can be suppressed.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the third aspect of the present invention, the locking portion is urged toward the outside of the dust storage box, and the tip of the locking portion is attached to the main body of the dust storage box. It is inclined inward as it goes in the direction. For this reason, in this air cleaning mechanism, when the user attaches the dust storage box to the main body, the user attaches the dust storage box to the main body simply by pushing the dust storage box into the mounting position of the main body without operating the operation unit. be able to.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the locking portion is positioned above the dust removing portion in a state where the locking portion is locked to the locked portion. For this reason, in the air cleaning mechanism, the dust removing unit is stably locked as compared with the case where the locking unit is located below the dust removing unit. Further, in such a case, it is preferable that the locking structure is further provided below the dust removing unit, because the dust removing unit is locked more stably.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the bottom support portion of the main body supports the bottom of the dust accumulation box in a state where the locking portion is locked to the locked portion. The bottom support portion is provided with a notch so that at least a part of the bottom surface of the dust accumulation box opposite to the main body facing side is exposed. For this reason, in this air cleaning mechanism, when removing the dust container from the main body, the user can move the operation unit in the operation direction with another finger while supporting the bottom of the dust container with the thumb, for example. Therefore, in this air cleaning mechanism, the user can remove the dust container from the main body while holding the dust container.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the support portion removably supports the driven body and the drive source is detachably connected to the driven body. For this reason, in this air cleaning mechanism, the driven body can be removed and washed with a washstand or the like. In addition, in the conventional air cleaning mechanism (for example, refer to JP 2010-249358 A, etc.), the user cannot remove the driven body, and in order to clean the driven body contaminated with dust, The user had to go up on a chair and wipe the driven body with a wet cloth.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the drive source is detachably connected to the first shaft portion that is the shaft portion on one side of the roller, and the support portion is the first shaft portion. The second shaft portion, which is the shaft portion on the opposite side of, is detachably supported. For this reason, in this air cleaner, it is possible to remove the roller and perform cleaning or the like.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the eighth aspect of the present invention, the two rollers are disposed such that the rotation shafts are on the same line and the second shaft portions are opposed to each other. In this air cleaning mechanism, there is only one support portion, and the two second shaft portions are supported by the support portion. For this reason, in this air purifying mechanism, there are three operations, that is, an operation for mounting one roller to the drive source, an operation for mounting the other roller to the opposite drive source, and the above-mentioned two rollers as the support section. By performing the mounting operation, the two rollers can be mounted on the main body. For this reason, in an air purifying mechanism, a user's effort of roller mounting can be reduced.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the ninth aspect of the present invention, the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion of the roller are in a symmetrical relationship. For this reason, in this air cleaning mechanism, the user can easily attach the roller to the support portion and the drive source without considering the mounting direction of the roller.
As described above, in the air cleaning mechanism according to the tenth aspect of the present invention, the first shaft portion and the second shaft portion each have the support shaft portion and the connecting shaft portion. For this reason, in an air purifying mechanism, the freedom degree of design of a roller and its receiving part becomes high.

The vertical
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 13, the
As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the
First, when the user does not apply a downward force to the
On the other hand, when the user depresses the
The
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the
(3-4) Filter Drive Roller As shown in FIG. 16, the
(3-5) Drive Motor The drive

-Second Embodiment-
The indoor unit according to the second embodiment is different from the indoor unit 1 according to the first embodiment only in a mechanism for realizing the protrusion and withdrawal of the
