Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shoe sole structure and a shoe, and more particularly to a shoe sole structure and a shoe that can stably and smoothly perform a tilting operation during walking.
The legs during walking and running perform a tilting motion that smoothly shifts the weight between the ground contact and the forward kicking. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the heel is in contact with the ground (HC: heel contact), the entire sole is in contact with the ground (FF: foot flat), and the entire sole is overweight. Repeatedly (MS: mid stance), with the heel off the ground, weight on the forefoot (HO: heel off), and kicked toe off the ground (TO: toe off) Yes.
At the time of this tilting motion, the center of gravity of the body passes through the outer side of the rear foot part (little finger side) after the heel touches down, as shown by the thick solid line in FIG. Move smoothly while drawing a curve so that it passes through the inside of the part (the thumb side) and finally reaches the thumb. At this time, the load is most applied to the
Conventionally,
In Patent Document 2, a recess is formed in a heel portion of a midsole member of a shoe, and a shock absorbing function is imparted to the shoe by accommodating a cushion body enclosing a small elastic body and gas in the recess. Is described.
Therefore, as described in
However, such bags and cushions have a function to relieve impact by compressing the internal fluid when a load is applied. In addition, there is a problem that it is difficult for the body weight to be smoothly moved when shifting to the next tilting operation while remaining depressed on the cushion body side.
In addition, since the foot must sink to the next tilting motion, the foot is wobbling in the shoe, making it difficult to stabilize, and making a series of tilting motions with the foot stable is difficult. There is also.
Therefore, the present invention not only has cushioning properties, but also a shoe that can promote smooth tilting movement by enabling the wearer's weight shift during walking or running to be performed smoothly in a stable state. It is an object to provide a bottom structure and shoes.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is an exploded perspective view of a shoe showing an example of a shoe sole structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a heel portion of the shoe shown in FIG.
A
The sole 6 is a shoe sole member in the present invention, and is composed of two layers of a soft
The
On the
The
Then, the soft
The size and shape of the deformation-permitting
The depth of the
The depth of the deformation |
Next, an example of the
The
Such a laminate is called a self-reinforced polymer composite (SRP), and is a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) in which an adhesive component and a reinforcing fiber are formed from the same resin component. . The same kind of resin component refers to a resin composed of the same kind of components such as polyolefin, polyamide, and polyester.
The present inventor has found that this laminate has high flexibility, high rigidity, quick return from a bent state, and high return elasticity. And by arranging the deformation |
This operation and effect will be further described with reference to FIGS.
4A and 4B are explanatory views of only the
In the state before the grounding shown in FIG. 4A, the load of the wearer's
At this time, in the portion of the
Therefore, in addition to the elastic force of the soft
Further, the portion of the
Further, after touching down, the weight starts to move from the
Due to the returning operation of the
Therefore, according to this shoe sole structure and
Next, the upper surface of the soft
A
As the
Next, the specific structure of the laminated body which comprises the
As shown in FIG. 3, the laminate is formed by laminating a plurality of cloth-
Here, the
Note that various additives suitable for use in shoes can be added to the
The cloth-
The laminated body is formed integrally by stacking a plurality of cloth-
The laminated body formed in this way is made into an
A non-woven fabric, crepe paper, or pulp paper may be bonded to one surface or both surfaces of the
6 is an exploded perspective view of a shoe showing another example of the shoe sole structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a plan view of the insole of the shoe shown in FIG. Since the site | part of the same code | symbol as FIGS. 1-3 is a site | part of the same structure, these description uses the said description in FIGS. 1-3, and abbreviate | omits here.
In the
The
In the present embodiment, the
Each of the
According to the shoe sole structure and the
Accordingly, the downward pressure that bends the
Moreover, since the
From the viewpoint of facilitating weight movement during the tilting motion and promoting the tilting motion, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, it corresponds to the foot sole 100, the
Further, the
Further, the deformation allowing portion is not limited to being formed in a sealed shape, but may be formed so as to open to the outside. In the example of FIG. 8B, the
The configurations shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B can be similarly applied to the
The
