Abstract
【解決手段】電力供給システムにおいて、電気エネルギーの供給を受けて充電し、充電された電気エネルギーを放電して直流/交流コンバーターに電気エネルギーを供給するバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システムを管理するバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置を開示する。バッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置は、前記バッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システムが備える直列に接続した複数のモジュールまたは複数のセルの充電状態を測定する測定部と、前記複数のモジュールまたは前記複数のセルの充電状態に基づいて、前記複数のモジュールのうち、いずれか一つのモジュールまたは前記複数のセルのうち、いずれか一つのセルに直流電力を供給する直流電力供給部とを備える。

Claims (10)
- 電力供給システムにおいて、電気エネルギーの供給を受けて充電し、充電された電気エネルギーを放電して直流/交流コンバーターに電気エネルギーを供給するバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システムを管理するバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置であって、
前記バッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システムが備える直列に接続した複数のモジュールまたは複数のセルの充電状態を測定する測定部と、
前記複数のモジュールまたは前記複数のセルの充電状態に基づいて、前記複数のモジュールのうち、いずれか一つのモジュールまたは前記複数のセルのうち、いずれか一つのセルに直流電力を供給する直流電力供給部と、を備えるバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。 - 前記直流電力供給部は、前記電力供給システムの構成の動作のために直流電力を供給する、請求項1に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記直流電力供給部は、前記電力供給システムが稼動しないとき、前記複数のモジュールのうち、いずれか一つのモジュールまたは前記複数のセルのうち、いずれか一つのセルに直流電力を供給する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記直流電力供給部は、スイッチングモードパワーサプライ(Switching Mode Power Supply、SMPS)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記直流電力供給部は、停電時に前記電力供給システムの動作停止を防止するための無停電電源供給装置である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記直流電力供給部は、前記複数のモジュールのうち、いずれか一つのモジュールまたは前記複数のセルのうち、いずれか一つのセルの充電状態が他のモジュールまたは他のセルの充電状態と基準範囲以上の差を見せる場合、直流電力を供給する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記測定部は、前記複数のセルまたは複数のモジュールの電圧を測定する電圧測定部を備える、請求項6に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記測定部は、前記複数のセルまたは複数のモジュールの電流を測定する電流測定部を備える、請求項6に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記直流電力供給部とバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システムとの間に設置されて、前記直流電力供給部から供給された直流電力の大きさを変換する直流/直流コンバーターをさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
- 前記直流/直流コンバーターは、大きさが変化した直流電力を前記バッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システムに供給する、請求項9に記載のバッテリーエネルギー貯蔵システム管理装置。
