An object of this invention is to provide the member connection structure which the connection operation | work at the time of connecting the members which consist of board | plate materials, and forming a structure becomes easy.

The member connecting structure according to the present invention connects the first member and the second member made of a plate material so as to form a right angle to each other, and the first member receives the second member. The second member has a main body portion arranged at a right angle to the first member, and a bent portion formed at an end of the main body portion and applied to the receiving portion, A claw is cut and raised in the receiving part, and an opening through which the claw is passed is formed in the second member, and the claw is bent at a root part that rises at a right angle from the receiving part, and is bent like a hook from the root part, The claw is extended so as to line up with the cut-and-raised hole of the receiving portion remaining after being cut and raised, and after the claw is passed through the opening, the bent portion is sandwiched between the claw and the receiving portion. Part
The bent portion has a protruding portion that protrudes toward the sandwiching portion, and has a screwing mechanism that connects the first member and the second member.

In the member connection structure having the above-described configuration, it is preferable that the sandwiching portion is separated from the receiving portion toward the tip.

In the member connection structure having the above configuration, it is preferable that the sandwiching portion has a shape that protrudes in the direction of the raised portion.

In the member connection structure having the above-described configuration, it is preferable that two screws are arranged so as to sandwich the claw.

In the member connection structure having the above-described configuration, it is preferable that a plurality of the claws exist in one first member.

According to the present invention, the first member has a receiving portion for receiving the second member. The second member has a main body portion arranged at a right angle to the first member, and a bent portion formed at an end of the main body portion and applied to the receiving portion. A claw is cut and raised in the receiving portion, and an opening through which the claw is passed is formed in the second member.
<First Embodiment>
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1st Embodiment is implemented about the component of the outdoor unit of an air conditioner. First, the outline of the configuration of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner will be described with reference to FIGS.

The outdoor unit 10 of the air conditioner includes a rectangular parallelepiped casing 11. The housing 11 is configured by combining a bottom plate 11D with a front plate 11F, a left side plate 11L, a right side plate 11R, and a top plate 11U. The materials of the bottom plate 11D, the front plate 11F, the back plate 11B, the left side plate 11L, the right side plate 11R, and the top plate 11U are all plate materials, in this case, rolled steel plates. The rear surface of the housing 11 is open to expose a heat exchanger described later.

A circular exhaust port 12 is provided on the left side of the front plate 11F. A circular grill 12 a is attached to the exhaust port 12. The grill 12a is made of synthetic resin and has a configuration in which a plurality of concentric annular ribs are combined with a plurality of radial ribs. As shown in FIG. 2, the left side plate 11L is formed with a left side intake port 11LS composed of a plurality of rectangular openings, and the right side plate 11R is formed with a right side intake port 11RS composed of a plurality of rectangular openings. Yes.

The interior of the housing 11 is partitioned into left and right compartments by a vertical partition wall 20. The left compartment is the heat exchanger chamber 21, and the right compartment is the machine chamber 22. A heat exchanger 24 is accommodated so as to extend over both the heat exchanger chamber 21 and the machine chamber 22. The heat exchanger 24 has a planar L-shape so as to face the left side air inlet 11LS and to be exposed on the back surface of the housing 11. A blower 30 is disposed in front of the heat exchanger 24. The blower 30 generates an air flow with a propeller fan, and this air flow flows into the heat exchanger chamber 21 from the left side intake port 11LS and the rear surface of the housing 11 and is discharged from the exhaust port 12. When the air flow passes through the heat exchanger 24, heat exchange is performed between the heat exchanger 24 and the air flow.

In the machine room 22, a compressor 40 for circulating the refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle is disposed in the lower part, and the electrical component 50 is disposed in the upper part. The electrical unit 50 includes a circuit board (not shown) for controlling the operation of the outdoor unit 10.

The two objects shown in FIGS. 3 to 5 are the objects of the present invention. The first is a bottom plate 11D, and the second is a motor angle 60 that supports the motor 30a of the blower 30. The bottom plate 11D corresponds to the first member in the claims, and the motor angle 60 also corresponds to the second member.

The bottom plate 11D is formed by pressing a rolled steel plate and has a flat rectangular tray shape. A rising wall 70 is formed on the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 11D, and various shapes are press-molded for various purposes in the region surrounded by the rising wall 70. A pair of left and right grounding legs 71 are welded to the lower surface of the bottom plate 11D.

The material of the motor angle 60 is also a plate material, in this case, a rolled steel plate. The motor angle 60 is connected to the bottom surface plate 11D so as to form a right angle with the bottom surface plate 11D. That is, the motor angle 60 is set up vertically on the upper surface of the bottom plate 11D arranged horizontally. In the present specification and claims, the terms “horizontal” and “vertical” include a state slightly deviated from strict “horizontal” and “vertical”.

The motor angle 60 has a rectangular main body 61 that is long in the vertical direction. A bent portion 62 is integrally formed at the lower end of the main body portion 61. The bent portion 62 projects horizontally forward from the lower end of the main body portion 61. The bent portion 62 serves as a grounding leg of the motor angle 60. The upper end of the motor angle 60 is connected to the housing 11 via a stay member (not shown).

The motor angle 60 is connected to the bottom plate 11D in a state where the motor 30a is attached to an intermediate position in the vertical direction of the main body 61. A motor shaft protrudes horizontally from the motor 30a, and a propeller fan is fixed to the motor shaft.

On the bottom plate 11D, a pedestal 72 for installing the motor angle 60 is formed at a location in front of the heat exchanger 24. The pedestal portion 72 has a horizontal surface on the upper surface, and the horizontal surface serves as a receiving portion 73. The bent portion 62 of the motor angle 60 is applied to the receiving portion 73.

As shown in FIG. 8, the claw 74 is cut and raised at a position slightly closer to the front in the center of the receiving portion 73 in the left-right direction. After the nail 74 is cut and raised, the cut and raised hole 75 remains. As shown in FIG. 7, the claw 74 has a root portion 74 a that rises at a right angle from the receiving portion 73, and a pinching portion 74 b that bends from the root portion 74 a in a hook shape and extends forward so as to be aligned with the cut and raised hole 75. The sandwiching portion 74b faces slightly upward so as to be farther from the receiving portion 73 toward the tip.

As shown in FIG. 8, two cut-and-raised pieces 76 are formed at positions near the rear in the receiving portion 73 at symmetrical positions with the front and rear axes passing through the claw 74 as the symmetry axis. The cut and raised piece 76 is for fixing the motor angle 60 with a screw, and a tapping hole 77 for screwing the tapping screw is formed. The cut-and-raised piece 76 having the tapping hole 77 and the tapping screw screwed into this constitute a screwing mechanism. The cut-and-raised piece 76 is angled so that the front surface thereof faces obliquely upward. The combination of the tapping hole and the tapping screw is an example, and other types of screws may be used.

In the motor angle 60, an opening 63 is formed in the bent portion 62. The opening 63 is for passing the claw 74 from here. After the nail | claw 74 is passed through the opening part 63, the bending part 62 is pinched | interposed between the receiving part 73 by the clamping part 74b. The bent portion 62 is formed with a raised portion 64 that protrudes toward the sandwiching portion 74b at a position facing the sandwiching portion 74b. The raised portion 64 is orthogonal to the central axis of the claw 74, extends along the left-right direction of the housing 11, and has a width that is slightly smaller than the width of the bent portion 62.

A slope portion 65 is formed at the lower end of the body portion 61 of the motor angle 60. The slope 65 has substantially the same angle as the cut and raised piece 76. Therefore, when the motor angle 60 stands on the pedestal portion 72, the front surface of the cut-and-raised piece 76 and the rear surface of the slope portion 65 become parallel, and the cut-and-raised piece 76 and the slope portion 65 can be overlapped. A through hole 66 for a tapping screw is formed in the slope portion 65 at a position aligned with the tapping hole 77 of the cut and raised piece 76.

When the motor angle 60 is assembled to the bottom plate 11D, the bent portion 62 of the motor angle 60 is set on the receiving portion 73 of the bottom plate 11D placed horizontally, and the claw 74 is inserted into the opening 63. The motor angle 60 stands on the receiving portion 73. When the motor angle 60 is shifted rearward in this state, the bent portion 62 enters under the pinching portion 74b of the claw 74, and the bent portion 62 is pinched between the receiving portion 73 and the pinching portion 74b. Since the pinching portion 74b is farther from the receiving portion 73 toward the tip, the bent portion 62 can be easily pinched when the motor angle 60 is shifted rearward.

When the bent portion 62 is sandwiched between the receiving portion 73 and the pinching portion 74b, the motor angle 60 is reduced in wobble, and the posture in which the bent portion 62 is brought into contact with the receiving portion 73 is stably maintained. For this reason, the positioning of the motor angle 60 with respect to the bottom plate 11D is facilitated, and the subsequent screwing operation of the tapping screw can be easily performed.

The bent portion 62 is formed with a raised portion 64 that protrudes toward the sandwiching portion 74b, and when the raised portion 64 pushes up the sandwiching portion 74b, the bending portion 62 receives pressure from the sandwiching portion 74b. Work well. For this reason, the position and posture of the motor angle 60 with respect to the bottom plate 11D are further stabilized. The presence of the raised portion 64 improves the strength of the bent portion 62.

In a state where the bent portion 62 is sandwiched between the receiving portion 73 and the sandwiching portion 74b, the slope portion 65 of the motor angle 60 is close to the cut and raised piece 76 of the receiving portion 73, and the through hole 66 and the tapping hole 77 is almost aligned. Here, the tapping screw 80 is screwed into the tapping hole 77 through the through hole 66.

Since the tapping screw 80 is screwed in the normal direction of the inclined surface portion 65, the tapping screw 80 is moved on the receiving portion 73 and a vertical component force that the receiving portion 73 is pressed against the motor angle 60. The horizontal component force is generated. The motor angle 60 is moved in the direction of the cut-and-raised piece 76 by the horizontal component force. Along with this, the edge of the opening 63 is drawn toward the base portion 74 a of the claw 74, and at the same time, the bent portion 62 cuts and raises the hole 75. Since the bent portion 62 cuts and raises the hole 75, entry of foreign matter from the cut and raised hole 75 is effectively prevented.

Two tapping screws 80 are arranged so as to sandwich the claw 74. For this reason, if one tapping screw 80 is tightened and the other tapping screw 80 is loosened, the motor angle 60 is slightly turned in the horizontal plane with the claw 74 as a fulcrum. Thereby, fine adjustment of the blowing direction of the blower 30 is possible.

After fixing the motor angle 60 on the bottom plate 11D as described above, other parts are assembled according to the procedure, and the outdoor unit 10 is completed.

Second Embodiment
A second embodiment in which the present invention is used to connect the bottom plate 11D and the motor angle 60 is shown in FIG. In the first embodiment, only one claw 74 is provided, but in the second embodiment, two claws 74 are arranged side by side on the left and right. Thereby, the force with which the claw 14 presses the bent portion 62 is further increased, the motor angle 60 stands stably on the pedestal portion 72, and the position of the motor angle 60 with respect to the bottom plate 11D is firmly determined. Screwing work becomes easier.

<Third Embodiment>
As a third embodiment of the present invention used to connect the bottom plate 11D and the motor angle 60, the pinching portion 74b of the claw 74 has a curved shape or a bent shape so as to protrude in the direction of the raised portion 64. Can be mentioned. If the pinching portion 74b is convex toward the raised portion 64 in this way, the elasticity of the claw 74 works well on the raised portion 64, and the position and posture of the motor angle 60 with respect to the bottom plate 11D are further stabilized.

<Application of invention>
It is also possible to apply the idea of the present invention to other member connection structures. As an example, the application of the idea of the present invention at the connection portion between the front plate 11F and the left side plate 11L will be described with reference to FIGS.

As shown in FIG. 11, the left side edge 11FL and the right side edge 11FR of the front plate 11F are bent at right angles toward the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R. At the front edge of the left side plate 11L, there is a stepped portion 90 formed so as to be retracted into the inside of the housing 11 more than the left side plate 11L, and the left side edge 11FL of the front plate 11F is superimposed on the outside of the stepped portion 90. . A step similar to the step 90 is formed on the front edge of the right side plate 11R, and the right edge 11FR of the front plate 11F is overlapped on the outside of the step. That is, the left side plate 11L, the right side plate 11R, and the front plate 11F form a kind of enamel fitting. Then, after engaging the left edge 11FL with the left side plate 11L by means described later, the front plate 11F is connected to the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R by screwing a tapping screw into the step portion of the right side plate 11R through the right edge 11FR. Is done.

As described above, when the front plate 11F is connected to the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R, the left edge 11FL of the front plate 11F is first engaged with the left side plate 11L. If the left edge 11FL is engaged with the left side plate 11L, the front plate 11F will not fall even if the operator releases his / her hand from the front plate 11F, and the right edge 11FR is screwed onto the step of the right side plate 11R with a tapping screw. The work to stop can be done easily. The following structure is adopted for the engagement between the left edge 11FL and the left side plate 11L.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, a claw 92 is formed on the left edge 11FL of the front plate 11F. An opening 93 through which the claw 92 is passed is formed in the step portion 90 of the left side plate 11L. A claw similar to the claw 92 is formed on the right edge 11FR of the front plate 11F, and an opening similar to the opening 93 is formed in the step portion of the right side plate 11R. Note that the positions of the claw and the opening may be reversed, and the opening may be provided on the front plate 11F side, and the claw may be provided on the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R.

Since the left side edge 11FL of the front plate 11F is first engaged with the left side surface plate 11L and then the right side edge 11FR is engaged with the right side surface plate 11R, the number of combinations of claws and openings is set on the left side surface side. Is more than the right side. In the illustrated configuration, the number of combinations of the claws 92 of the left edge 11FL and the openings 93 of the left side plate 11L is three. Between the right edge 11FR and the right side plate 11R, the number of combinations of claws and openings is one.

As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the claw 92 of the left edge 11FL is curved so as to be convex toward the inner surface of the left side plate 11L. The claw formed on the right edge 11FR is also curved so as to protrude toward the inner surface of the right side plate 11R. The left side plate 11 </ b> L is formed with a raised portion 94 that protrudes toward the claw 92. The raised portion 94 extends in the vertical direction. A similar raised portion is formed on the right side plate 11R.

When assembling the housing 11, the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R are assembled to the bottom plate 11D first, and then the front plate 11F is assembled to the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R. First, the left edge 11FL of the front plate 11F is overlapped on the outside of the step portion 90 of the left side plate 11L, and the three claws 92 are passed through the three openings 93. By placing the lower edge of the claw 92 on the lower edge of the opening 93, the opening 93 and the claw 92 serve as a hinge, and the front plate 11F can be rotated in a horizontal plane.

The front plate 11F is rotated, and the right edge 11FR is overlaid on the outside of the step portion of the right side plate 11R. Then, the claw of the right edge 11FR is passed through the opening of the right side plate 11R. Thereby, both the left edge 11FL and the right edge 11FR are supported by the combination of the claw and the opening, and the front plate 11F does not fall even if the operator removes his / her hand from the front plate 11F.

Thereafter, a predetermined number of tapping screws are screwed into the step portion of the right side plate 11R from the outside of the right edge 11FR, whereby the fixing of the front plate 11F to the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R is completed.

On the side of the left side plate 11L, the claw 92 and the raised portion 94 are pressed against each other so that the clearance between the front plate 11F and the left side plate 11L is narrowed, and the front plate 11F is held without rattling. The clearance between the front plate 11F and the right side plate 11R is reduced by pressing the claw and the raised portion on the right side plate 11R side, and the front plate 11F is held without rattling. Thereby, the fixing of the front plate 11F becomes stable, and it is possible to suppress chatter vibrations from being generated in the housing 11 due to the vibration of the compressor 40. Due to the presence of the raised portions, the strength of the left side plate 11L and the right side plate 11R is also improved.

If the raised portion 94 does not exist, in order to apply the same level of compression force as the compression force applied by the raised portion 94 to the nail 92, it is necessary to greatly extend the nail 92 to the outside of the left edge 11FL. The same is true for the nail on the right edge 11FR. If the claws are spread outward, more protective films for protecting the front plate 11 from being damaged are required, and the transporting tool for transporting the front plate 11F to the assembly site must be enlarged. If a raised portion is provided to suppress the spread of the nail, the protective film can be saved and the cost of the conveying tool can be reduced.

If the claws are spread outward, the front plate 11F must be greatly opened from the left side plate 11L when the claw 92 of the left side edge 11FL is passed through the opening 93 of the left side plate 11L. That is, a wide assembly space is required. If the raised portion is provided to suppress the spread of the claw, the claw 92 can be passed through the opening 93 without increasing the angle of the front plate 11F with respect to the left side plate 11L, and the assembly space can be saved.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
