ケイ素原子に結合したヒドロキシル基またはアルコキシ基とケイ素原子に結合したエポキシ基含有基とを含むシロキサンオリゴマーとを、
総炭素数が4〜8のハイドロフルオロカーボンおよび総炭素数が4〜8のハイドロフルオロエーテルから選ばれる一種以上の溶剤に溶解してなる硫化防止コーティング剤。
