The shoji 30 is attached to the hanging door side vertical frame 114 by three hinges 121, 122, 123 so as to be freely opened and closed. An outdoor handle 131 is provided on the outdoor side of the door side of the shoji 30.

The lighting unit 20 as an embodiment of the present invention includes a base member 21 and a lighting member 22, and extends along a door upper frame 111 that forms one side of the door frame 110. It is attached to the wall surface 11.
More specifically, the base member 21 is attached to the wall surface 11 of the building 1 in a state of being placed on the upper surface of the door upper frame 111, and the illumination member 22 is attached to the base member 21, whereby the illumination unit 20. Is attached.

Both ends of the base member 21 are closed with base member end caps 21L and 21R fitted therein.
Similarly, lighting member end caps 22L, 22R are fitted and closed at both ends of the lighting member 22.

As will be described in detail later, the base member 21 of the lighting unit 20 is a hollow prismatic member made of, for example, metal (aluminum or aluminum alloy) whose longitudinal dimension is substantially the same as or slightly longer than that of the door upper frame 111. It is. The illuminating member 22 corresponding to this has the same longitudinal dimension as the base member 21. The illumination member 22 extends in the longitudinal direction inside thereof, and is provided with a light source such as an LED, for example. The illumination member 22 is provided with a human sensor and an illuminance sensor.

Next, the lighting unit 20 will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 2 is a partial side sectional view showing the lighting unit as one embodiment of the present invention, that is, the lighting unit 20 of FIG.
FIG. 3 is a plan view of the illumination unit of FIG.
As described above with reference to FIG. 1, the lighting unit 20 is attached to the wall surface 11 of the building 1. First, the base member 21 of the lighting unit 20 is attached to the wall surface 11, and the lighting member 22 is attached to the base member 21 thus attached.
The base member 21 is mounted on the upper surface of the door upper frame 111 in a posture along the longitudinal direction of the door upper frame 111 and penetrates the siding 11a forming the wall surface 11 to be an inner trunk edge. The fixing is performed by the fixing member 141 that reaches the cross member 151.

FIG. 2 is drawn with the illumination member end cap 22R described above with reference to FIG. 1 being attached and the base member end cap 21R being removed.
As is apparent with reference to FIG. 2, the base member 21 has an upper hollow square member portion 211 whose outer shape is substantially a flat prismatic shape and a lower hollow square member portion 212 whose outer shape is a substantially prismatic shape with a certain vertical spacing. It is connected with the back plate portion 213 while being held, and the front side facing the back plate portion 213 is open.
The bottom plate portion 211a of the upper hollow square member portion 211 is slightly extended forward from the front plate portion 211b of the upper hollow square member portion 211, and a standing portion 211c is formed at the extended end thereof. For this reason, a groove-like structure is configured between the front plate portion 211b and the upright portion 211c of the upper hollow square member portion 211. This groove-shaped structure is a locking groove 214 that locks the corresponding part of the illumination member 22.

The bottom plate portion 212a of the lower hollow square member portion 212 is in contact with the upper surface of the upper plate portion 111a of the hollow rectangular columnar door upper frame 111. Since the upper plate portion 111a of the hollow rectangular columnar door upper frame 111 has an inclination that descends toward the front, the contact of the bottom plate portion 212a of the lower hollow square member portion 212 that is substantially horizontal is partial and slightly forward. The gap is produced.
The front plate portion 212b rising from the bottom plate portion 212a of the lower hollow square member portion 212 protrudes a certain height h above the upper plate portion 212d of the lower hollow square member portion 212, bends forward, and becomes horizontal. It continues to the plate part 212e.
As a result, on the upper surface side of the upper plate portion 212d of the lower hollow square member portion 212, a groove portion surrounded by the portion where the front plate portion 212b protrudes at the height h and the back plate portion 213 described above is formed. . This groove portion is a water storage groove 215 described later provided in the base member 21.

A terminal base 302 is provided on the back plate portion 213 of the base member 21, and a terminal base 303 is disposed on the terminal base 302. A terminal block 303 connects a cord 301 for electrical wiring.
Further, as described above, when the base member 21 is attached by the fixing member 141 that passes through the siding 11a forming the wall surface 11 and reaches the inner cross member 151, the fixing member is attached to the back plate portion 213 of the base member 21. This attachment is made to pass through 141.
As can be easily understood with reference to FIG. 3, a plurality of fixing members 141 are used at predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the base member 21.

The electric wiring cord 301 is inserted into the terminal block 303 and is drawn indoors through a wiring through hole (described later) provided in the back plate portion 213 of the base member 21 and a hole of the siding 11a corresponding to this hole. The electric wiring cord 301 passes through the heat insulating material 4 disposed on the outdoor side of the inner wall 3 between the pillars 2 and 2 and the cross members 151 and 152, and is connected to an indoor switchboard (not shown). .

On the other hand, as described above, the illumination member 22 of the illumination unit 20 is provided with a light source 221 such as an LED extending in the longitudinal direction therein. Corresponding to the light source 221, a light transmitting plate 222 is provided for protecting the light source 221 and projecting light from the light source to the outside such as the front surface of the shoji 30. The illumination member 22 is provided with a sensor module 223 in which a human sensor and an illuminance sensor are integrated. The sensor module 223 is accompanied by an area mask 224 for performing adjustment to enlarge or narrow the detection area.

A locking piece 225a is formed by bending the end of the portion where the upper plate portion 225 of the lighting member 22 protrudes rearward and extending substantially vertically downward. The locking piece 225a is fitted and locked in the locking groove 214 described above on the base member 21 side, whereby the upper side of the illumination member 22 is locked to the base member 21.
On the other hand, on the lower side of the illuminating member 22, the fixed piece 226 protruding rearward from below the rear end middle position of the illuminating member 22 has the above-described horizontal plate portion 212e from its lower surface side to its upper surface side. It is being fixed by the fixing member 142 which penetrates. In the portion where the bottom plate portion 227 of the illumination member 22 is extended rearward, a hole for passing the fixing member 142 which is a screw in this example is provided, and this hole is formed by the cover material 142a after the fixing operation by the fixing member 142 is completed. Blocked.

The door upper frame 111 in this example has a hollow prism shape as described above, and the lower hollow square member 212 of the base member 21 is in partial contact with the upper surface of the upper plate portion 111a.
The door upper frame 111 further includes a front plate portion 111b, a rear plate portion 111c, and a lower plate portion 111d, and has a substantially hollow prism shape. The lower plate portion 111d extends horizontally behind the rear plate portion 111c to form a fixed piece 111e. The door upper frame 111 is fixed by a fixing member 143 that reaches the cross member 152 from below to above at a portion of the fixed piece 111e.
In addition, the rear plate portion 111c of the door upper frame 111 extends vertically above the upper plate portion 111a, so that the fixed piece 111f is formed. The door upper frame 111 is also fixed by the fixing member 144 that reaches the cross member 152 with an inclination that slightly descends from the front to the rear even at the portion of the fixed piece 111f.

A backup material support portion 111g is formed so as to protrude downward from a portion closer to the base than the portion fixed by the fixing member 143 in the fixed piece 111e described above, and the backup material 30a is associated with the backup material support portion 111g. It is fixed.
A seal material 401 is filled in a gap where the lower end of the siding 11a approaches from the upper side behind the portion where the lower hollow square member 212 of the base member 21 partially contacts the upper plate portion 111a of the door upper frame 111. Blocked at 402. In this embodiment, since this sealing material 401 is covered with the illumination unit 20, the design is improved.

Next, the base member 21 of the lighting unit 20 will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 4, 5, and 6.
FIG. 4 is a front view showing the base member 21 of the lighting unit 20 of FIG.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a water storage groove 215 that is a main part of the base member 21.
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the base member end cap 21 </ b> L fitted to the end of the base member 21.
4, 5, and 6, corresponding parts to those in FIGS. 1 and 2 described above are denoted by the same reference numerals.

From the viewpoint of FIG. 4, the front plate portion 211 b and the upright portion 211 c of the upper hollow square member portion 211 of the base member 21 are viewed in front. Moreover, about the lower hollow square member part 212, the thickness part of the front board part 212b and the horizontal board part 212e is seen by the front. From this viewpoint, the back plate portion 213 that connects the upper hollow square member portion 211 and the lower hollow square member portion 212 between the standing portion 211c and the horizontal plate portion 212e is partially viewed from the front.
The back plate portion 213 is provided with a first wiring through hole 214a and a second wiring through hole 214b for inserting a wiring cord. The first wiring through hole 214a and the second wiring through hole 214b are provided with two wiring through holes in advance in order to cope with a situation in which the wiring cannot be made to the designated position on the building structure of the building 1, Either one can be selectively used. Wiring holes that are not used are appropriately closed by caulking or the like.
For example, when a vertical member (not shown) arranged on the indoor side of the wall surface 11 at a constant interval and the first wiring through hole 214a overlap, the second wiring through hole 214b that does not overlap the vertical member is selected. And insert the wiring cord. Since the interval between the vertical members is generally about 400 to 500 mm, it is preferable to provide a plurality of wiring through holes at intervals shorter than that. In this example, the first wiring through hole 214a and the second wiring through hole 214b are provided at an interval of about 200 mm.

In addition, a terminal pedestal 302 is provided on the back plate portion 213, and a terminal block 303 is disposed so as to overlap the terminal pedestal 302. For this reason, in the front view of FIG. 4, the terminal base 302 is behind the terminal base 303.
In the state of FIG. 4, the cord from the power supply side connected to the terminal block 303 through the first wiring through hole 214a or the second wiring through hole 214b described above is not wired.
A cord 501 for supplying power to the illumination member 22 is led out horizontally from the terminal block 303, and is clipped to the back plate portion 213 by a wiring clip 502 at an appropriate middle position, and a free end opposite to the terminal block 303. A terminal block 503 for connecting to the illumination member 22 is provided. A connector plug (not shown) at the end of the wiring cord on the lighting member 22 side is connected to the terminal block 503, and power is supplied to the lighting member 22.
The work of inserting and connecting the cord from the indoor power supply side to the terminal block 303 is electrical work, but the work of inserting and connecting the connector plug at the end of the wiring cord on the lighting member 22 side to the terminal block 503 is electrical work. It is a simple connection work that does not correspond to the above.

As shown in FIG. 5, at the end of the base member 21 (the right end in FIG. 5), the engagement is made near the right end of the back plate 213 connecting the upper hollow square member 211 and the lower hollow square member 212. A stop hole 216R is formed.
The left end portion of the base member 21 is also symmetrical with the right end portion shown in FIG. 5, and a locking hole 216 </ b> L is formed in the vicinity of the left end portion of the back plate portion 213.
Reservoir groove 215 formed by an extension of height h above the front plate portion 212b of the lower hollow square member portion 212 and a corresponding portion of the back plate portion 213 facing each other is formed in the longitudinal direction of the base member 21. It is provided over its entire length. That is, the depth of the reservoir groove 215 is h over its entire length.

A base member end cap 21L as shown in FIG. 6 is fitted to the end of the base member 21 in the extending direction as shown in FIG. 5 shows the right end of the base member 21, but for convenience of illustration, FIG. 6 shows the left end symmetrical to the right end.
The base member end cap 21L has an outer peripheral shape similar to the end shape of the base member 21, and is made of a material having elasticity such as resin. The base member end cap 21L is fitted so as to close the left end in the extending direction of the base member 21, and a locking piece 23L corresponding to the locking hole 216L of the back plate portion 213 of the base member 21 is formed. Yes.
The locking piece 23L always applies a resilient force that opens outward from the locking hole 216L while being fitted to the left end portion of the base member 21, thereby preventing backlash and the like in the fitted state. The end cap 21L is firmly locked and fixed.

As is clear from FIG. 6, the base member end cap 21 </ b> L is formed with a notch that communicates with the reservoir groove 215 inside the base member 21, and this notch drains the water accumulated in the reservoir groove 215. A drain outlet 24L is configured. A similar drain port 24R is also provided for the end cap 21R for the base member on the right end side.
Since the base member 21 is provided with the reservoir groove 215 and the drain outlets 24L and 24R as described above, even if rainwater or the like enters the base member 21, it drops from the middle position of the door upper frame 111 as it is. It is prevented. In other words, a small amount of the infiltrated rainwater or the like is introduced into the water storage groove 215, and the door vertical frame 113 on the door end side from the drain ports 24L and 24R at both ends of the base member 21 and the door vertical frame on the suspension side. The water is drained through 114. For this reason, the possibility of rainwater dripping from the base member 21 side to a person passing directly under the opening 10 (FIG. 1) is effectively avoided.
Further, since the water is appropriately drained, it is possible to avoid the possibility that the water level accumulated in the reservoir groove 215 is abnormally increased and overflows from an inadvertent place.

Here, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, focusing on the positions where the terminal base 302 and the terminal base 303 are disposed, the positions are the reservoirs of the depth h formed on the base member 21 as described above. The water groove 215 is located above the water level when it is full.
Therefore, in the lighting unit 20 of the present embodiment, even if water enters the base member 21, the possibility that the connection portion of the electrical wiring (the conductor portion of the terminal block 303) will be flooded is effectively avoided.

In the embodiment of the present invention described above, the following operational effects are obtained.
In the lighting unit 20 of the present embodiment, the lighting unit 20 is installed outside the door upper frame 111 of the door frame 110 as a frame provided at the edge of the opening 10 of the building 1 and adjacent to the door upper frame 111. And it is extended and provided along the door upper frame 111, The base member 21 attached to the wall surface 11 of the building 1 and the illuminating member 22 attached with respect to the base member 21 are provided.
Therefore, it is possible to implement a lighting unit that can be widely applied to door frames of various types and sizes.
Moreover, since the door frame (door upper frame 111) is not covered by the lighting unit 20, the design is not impaired.
Further, since it is not necessary to make a hole for wiring in the door frame 110 (the door upper frame 111), the workability at the site is good, and further, fire resistance is impaired at the location of the door frame 110. Essentially nothing happens.

Further, the base member 21 is attached to the wall surface 11 of the building 1 in a state where it is placed on the upper surface of the upper frame (door upper frame 111) that constitutes the frame (door frame 110).
For this reason, the attachment of the lighting unit 20 is stabilized via the base member 21.

Moreover, in the lighting unit 20 of the present embodiment, the base member 21 includes a water storage groove 215 formed along the extending direction.
For this reason, even if rainwater or the like enters the base member 21, a small amount is accumulated in the water storage groove 215 and is not dripped immediately, but the person who passes directly under the opening 10 (FIG. 1) is not The risk of rainwater dripping from the member 21 side is avoided.

Further, the base member 21 includes base member end caps 21L and 21R as closing portions for closing the end portions in the extending direction, and the base member end caps 21L and 21R communicate with the reservoir groove 215. Drain ports 24L and 24R are provided.
For this reason, even if rainwater or the like enters the base member 21, it is prevented from dropping from the intermediate position of the door upper frame 111 as it is. That is, the infiltrated rainwater or the like is guided while being collected in the reservoir groove 215 and drained from the drain ports 24L and 24R at both ends of the base member 21.

Further, the base member 21 includes a terminal base 302 on which a terminal base 303 as a terminal base used for wiring to the lighting member 22 is arranged above the water storage groove 215.
For this reason, even if water permeates into the base member 21, the possibility that the connection portion of the electrical wiring (the conductor portion of the terminal block 303) is flooded is avoided.

Further, the base member 21 is formed with a first wiring through hole 214a and a second wiring through hole 214b which are wiring through holes through which the electric wiring connected to the illumination member 22 is passed.
For this reason, even when wiring cannot be made to a designated position due to the structure of the building 1, such a case can be dealt with by selectively using any of the wiring through holes.

Moreover, the opening part apparatus 100 of this embodiment is equipped with the above illumination units 20 in the opening part 10 of the building 1. FIG.
For this reason, the opening part apparatus which can apply a lighting unit widely to the door frame of various types and sizes can be embodied.
Moreover, since the door frame (door upper frame 111) is not covered by the lighting unit 20, the design is not impaired.
