Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a dry blasting method for weight mortar, and more particularly to a dry blasting method for weight mortar in which a weight mortar capable of blocking or reducing the amount of transmission of radiation is installed.
Conventionally, when processing high-concentration radioactive waste, etc., a shielding wall made of heavy mortar has been installed between the human body and radioactive waste for the purpose of preventing or reducing radiation exposure to the human body. ing. At this time, as a weight mortar, a radiation shielding concrete composition containing small steel balls and large steel balls and having a density after curing of 4.0 g / cm 3 or more is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). ).
In addition, a dry-mix mortar is created at a position away from the construction position, transported to the construction position by airflow, and the spray nozzle installed at the construction position mixes and sprays the dry-mix mortar with water. It is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
The construction of the radiation shielding concrete composition disclosed in Patent Document 1 by the dry spraying method has the following problems.
In other words, when the distance from the dry mix mortar creation position to the spray nozzle is increased, a binder such as cement having a relatively low density and a steel ball having a high density are transferred into the transfer steel pipe during transfer by the air current in the transfer steel pipe. There is a problem that the mixing of the small steel balls and the large steel balls becomes uneven, resulting in clogging of the transfer pipe.
In addition, the dry spray method has the disadvantages that it generates more rebound and dust than the wet spray method, and it takes time to clean and clean, and it takes time to finish the surface. In this case, the density of the steel balls is large, so the force that falls from the spray layer is large due to its weight, and there was a problem that the target steel density could not be obtained with the composition of the normal dry-type spraying method. .
The present invention solves the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a dry blasting method for heavy mortar that can be transported by a long-distance air stream and that can obtain a desired high density.

(1) In the dry blasting method for weight mortar according to the present invention, the dry mix mortar mixed with the binder, fine powder and aggregate is air-flowed toward the spray nozzle, and the dry mix mortar and water are fed to the spray nozzle. It is a dry-type spraying method of weight mortar to mix and spray toward the spraying object,
The binder includes any one of cement, blast furnace slag fine powder, an admixture and an admixture,
The fine powder includes iron sand having a density of 4.0 g / cm 3 or more and a particle size of 300 μm or less,
The aggregate includes metal spheres having a density of 4.0 g / cm 3 or more and a particle size of more than 300 μm,
After the spraying, the dry mix mortar has a cured density of 3.0 to 6.0 g / cm 3 .
(2) Moreover, the amount (A) per 1 m 3 of the binder is 350 kg to 600 kg,
The amount of the binder per 1 m 3 (A), the amount of the fine powder per 1 m 3 (B), and the amount of the aggregate per 1 m 3 (C) are summed per 1 m 3 of the dry mix mortar. The total weight (D) is 3000 kg to 6000 kg,
The ratio (B / D) of the amount (B) per 1 m 3 of the fine powder to the total weight (D) per 1 m 3 of the dry mix mortar is 0.2 to 0.33.
(3) The ratio of the amount of 1 m 3 per the aggregate for an amount of 1 m 3 per the binder (A) (C) (C / A) is, that it is 3.0 to 10.7 Features.
(4) The metal contained in the aggregate is at least one of iron, steel, copper, zinc, lead, nickel, iron alloy, steel alloy, copper alloy, zinc alloy, lead alloy, and nickel alloy. It is characterized by that.
(5) Moreover, the said fine powder contains the atomized iron powder, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
(I) The dry spraying method for weight mortar according to the present invention is a mixture of dry mix mortar with aggregate containing iron particles having a particle size of 300 μm or less and metal spheres having a particle size exceeding 300 μm. Therefore, air transportation of a metal sphere having a large particle diameter is facilitated, and even when air transportation is performed over a long distance (for example, 100 m to 200 m), the transportation pipe or the transportation hose is not clogged.
In addition, since the fine powder and aggregate have a density of 4.0 g / cm 3 or more, the density of the hardened material (hereinafter referred to as “weight mortar”) should be 3.0 to 6.0 g / cm 3. Can do.
(Ii) In addition, since the blending ratio of the binder, fine powder, and aggregate is specified, adhesion to the sprayed object when sprayed is ensured as well as long-distance transportability. For example, a weight mortar having a thickness of 30 to 150 mm can be formed.
(Iii) Furthermore, since the aggregate contains at least one of iron, steel, copper, zinc, lead, nickel and alloys thereof, the weight mortar has a radiation shielding performance or transmission attenuation performance. In particular, when a metal having a heavy specific gravity such as lead, iron, or an alloy thereof is included, the ability to shield gamma (γ) rays becomes remarkable.
(Iv) Further, since the binder contains fine blast furnace granulated slag powder, and the fine powder contains atomized iron powder, the effects described in (i) to (iii) can be reliably obtained.

Further, for the six levels of the binder 1 and fine powder 2, the total weight (D) per 1 m 3 of the binder 1, fine powder 2 and aggregate 3 is 2500 kg, 3000 kg, 4000 kg, 5000 kg, 6000 kg, 7000 kg. The amount per 1 m 3 of the aggregate 3 (C = D−A−B) is calculated so that it becomes the standard, and the first digit of the test material number is “1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6”, respectively. "I have to.
Furthermore, as parameters for determining the characteristics, the amount of the binder 1, the fine powder ratio (E = B / D = B / (A + B + C)), and the aggregate binder ratio (F = C / A) are calculated.
Whether the
Adhesiveness is determined by the amount of the
In Tables 1 to 6, the following test results are shown.
(Result 1)
When the amount (A) per 1 m 3 of the binding material 1 was less than 350 kg, the adhesion was poor, and when it exceeded 600 kg, the viscosity was too large and the transportability was poor. Therefore, the amount (A) per 1 m 3 of the binder must be “350 ≦ A ≦ 600”.
(Result 2)
When the amount (B) per 1 m 3 of the fine powder 2 was too small, the adhesion was poor, and when it was too much, the mixing with water at the nozzle was poor and the transportability was poor.
Since the fine powder 2 has a small particle size and a large surface area, when it is sprayed on the wall, the adherability to the binder is improved.
From the experimental results, it can be seen that setting the value of the parameter E (= B / D) to 0.2 or more is necessary to ensure adhesion. On the other hand, when the
(Result 3)
Aggregate 3, the total weight per 1 m 3 of dry mix mortar 10 (D) is in the range of 3000~6000Kg, from the total weight (D), by subtracting the weight sum of the coupling member 1 and the pulverized 2 (A + B) When the value C (= D−A−B) was introduced, both the transportability and the adhesion were good.
(Conclusion)
From the above, when the total weight (D) per 1 m 3 of the
(Transportability)
The above experimental results are summarized as follows from the viewpoint of transportability and adhesion.
(I) When the absolute amount (A) per 1 m 3 of the binding material 1 exceeds 600 kg, the viscosity is too high when mixed with water, and it becomes impossible to spray from the spray nozzle 30 (A ≦ 600).
(Ii) When the parameter F (= C / A), which is the ratio of the aggregate 3 and the binder 1, increases, separation in the
(Iii) The parameter F (= C / A) which is the ratio of the aggregate 3 and the binder 1 is increased to increase the large aggregate 3 having a small surface area, and instantaneously with water in the
(Iv) When the fine powder 2 is too much, particles having a large surface area increase, and instantaneous mixing with water worsens (E = B / D ≦ 0.33).
(Adhesiveness)
(V) When the absolute amount (A) per 1 m 3 of the binding material 1 is less than 350 kg, the viscosity for holding the aggregate 3 is insufficient, and it is not fixed on the wall (350 ≦ A).
(Vi) When the fine powder 2 is small, there are not enough particles having a small particle size and a large surface area, and the fixing degree by the binder 1 is insufficient (0.2 ≦ E = B / D).
