Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a soap bar.
Bar soap has long been used as a skin cleanser. Solid soaps are roughly classified into mechanical soaps and frame soaps according to the manufacturing method. As mechanical kneaded soaps, there are known a production method in which natural fats and oils are saponified into solid soaps, and a production method in which natural fats and oils are converted into fatty acids and then neutralized to obtain solid soaps (Patent Document 1). In order to improve the foam performance of such soap, addition of a polymer has also been studied (Patent Document 2).
On the other hand, framed soap has a higher degree of freedom of formulation than the above mechanical soap, and can be combined with various surfactants, polyols, etc., for example, from the viewpoint of transparent soap, solidification speed, increased hardness, etc. (Patent Document 3).

In addition, the soap of Patent Document 3 has not been studied focusing on foam collapse on the skin at the time of washing and massage properties by foam.
The present invention relates to a solid soap in which foam does not collapse on the skin during washing, is excellent in massage properties by foam, and provides a moist wash.

For example, components (A) to (D) and other components as necessary are added, heated and stirred at 65 to 90 ° C. to melt or dissolve, and neat soap is poured as it is into a mold and cooled. It is manufactured by solidifying and drying.
Moreover, when setting it as a mechanical kneaded soap, it can manufacture by a normal method. For example, it can manufacture by adding and kneading a fatty acid salt, a fatty acid, and other components as necessary. Normally, this kneaded product (neat soap) can be processed into a so-called solid soap shape by stamping and used.
Examples 1-10, Comparative Examples 1-5
A framed soap having the composition shown in Table 2 was produced with the formulation shown in Table 1, and foaming, foam quality, foam amount, difficulty of crushing foam on the skin, and moist feeling after washing were evaluated. The results are also shown in Table 2.
(Manufacturing method)
The fatty acid, surfactant, and polyol were heated to 80 ° C. and dissolved, and then a neutralizing agent and an electrolyte were added. After stirring at 80 ° C. until uniform, a water-soluble polymer was added and stirred for a while to obtain a neat soap. The obtained neat soap was poured into a mold, cooled, solidified, and dried to obtain a framed soap.
(Evaluation method)
Each soap was rubbed 100 times on a towel (manufactured by Mana, nylon towel, material: 100% nylon, size: 30 cm × 105 cm) moistened with hot water (40 ° C.). Put 2 cups of hot water with one hand (about 40g). The towel was blown 50 times so as to entrain the air and foamed. At this time, “foaming” was evaluated. Thereafter, the whole body was washed with this foamed towel, and the amount of foam at the time of washing, the foam quality, and the difficulty of crushing the foam on the skin were subjected to sensory evaluation. Further, rinsing and towel drying were performed, and the moist feeling after washing was subjected to sensory evaluation.
One expert panel scored each item as 5: very good, 4: good, 3: normal, 2: bad, 1: very bad, and used as an evaluation index for each item.
In addition, the difficulty of the foam crushing on the skin was evaluated by visual observation of the amount of foam remaining on the skin before rinsing after the whole body was washed.
Also, the moist feeling after washing was evaluated based on the softness of the skin after rinsing, the smoothness of the skin after towel drying, and the lack of dryness.
