Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a medical sheet and a balloon catheter set.
For example, in percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA), a balloon catheter having an expandable / deflatable balloon is used. The balloon catheter is stored in a bag body in an unused state and packaged as a medical device set (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the medical device set described in
However, in the medical device set described in
An object of the present invention is to provide a medical sheet and a balloon catheter set that are easy to use even when a medical sheet is mounted on a holder tube that houses a balloon catheter.

The medical sheet is the medical sheet according to any one of the above (1) to (10).
According to the present invention, even when a medical sheet is attached to a holder tube that houses a balloon catheter, the medical sheet can be easily detached from the holder tube, or the medical sheet can be easily detached from the holder tube. At least, the operation of the holder tube is prevented. Therefore, since it becomes easy to use, for example, another medical worker who has inserted the balloon catheter from the medical worker holding the holder tube can easily pull out the balloon catheter from the holder tube. Thus, the delivery of the balloon catheter can be performed stably.
Hereinafter, a medical sheet and a balloon catheter set of the present invention will be described in detail based on preferred embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded plan view showing an embodiment of a balloon catheter set of the present invention provided with the medical sheet of the present invention. 2 and FIG. 3 are views showing a gripping state of the balloon catheter set shown in FIG. 4 to 9 are each a plan view showing an example of a process of designing the medical sheet shown in FIG. FIG. 10 is a plan view of a balloon catheter provided in the balloon catheter set shown in FIG. In the following, for convenience of explanation, the upper side in FIGS. 1 to 9 is referred to as “upper”, the lower side is referred to as “lower”, the left side is referred to as “left”, and the right side is referred to as “right”. Further, the left side in FIG. 10 is referred to as “base end”, and the right side is referred to as “tip”.
The balloon catheter set 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is used for, for example, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) or percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). The
As shown in FIG. 10, a
The
The total length of the
The
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1 (the same applies to FIGS. 2 and 3), the
The
The
The
In addition, as a constituent material of the
Four holding
Each holding
A
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper
The left
The left small arc-shaped
The lower
As described above, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the portion where the
Further, the mounting
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the grasping
In the present embodiment, it is preferable that the thumb is most distal to the winding center O 23 in the tube juxtaposed
The
In addition, between the
Then, in a state where the four fingers are inserted into the
Further, another medical worker who has pushed out the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
On both the left and right sides of the
For example, when the
Next, an example of a process for designing the

Then, as shown in FIG. 4, a center O 43B is determined on the
