Description

The present invention relates to an air purifier having air purification, sterilization, and humidity control actions. More specifically, the present invention relates to an air purifier having not only an air purification action but also a bactericidal action, a humidity control action, a mental stability effect, and a relaxation effect by utilizing the characteristics of wood such as cedar and cypress.

Forests are known to have an air purification effect, but wood itself (especially cedar trees and cypress) has an air purification effect as well. That is, it is known that wood itself (cedar tree and cypress) effectively absorbs harmful substances such as air pollutants, formaldehyde and ozone contained in tobacco, and living odors. Furthermore, essential oil components contained in wood contain a lot of phytoncides (which have bactericidal action) beneficial to humans, and also have antibacterial and insecticidal effects. Furthermore, the sweet and rich fragrance of cedar is said to have a calming and relaxing effect by acting directly on the brain and autonomic nerves.

On the other hand, an air cleaner is a device for removing dust, pollen, house dust, etc. floating in the air, and is also called an air cleaner. Currently, many air purifiers distributed as general home appliances are in great demand as a countermeasure against hay fever and have a function of removing pollen, which is fine particles, and odor. The fan-type air cleaner is a method that is currently mainstream, and is a method in which air is forcibly sucked in by a fan, filtered through a filter, and the purified air is blown out like a fan or an air conditioner. The air cleaner collects and filters fine particles with a fine-woven filter, and absorbs odors with activated carbon.

It is characterized by.

The invention described in claim 4 of the present application is characterized in that, in the invention described in claim 1, the air passage function of the filter part is an air purifier in which a filter is formed by processing wood into chips. It is what.

According to the present invention, the action of purifying indoor air is achieved, air pollutants, and nitrogen dioxide (NO 2 ), formaldehyde, ozone, which are the main causes of respiratory diseases such as asthma affecting people with chemical sensitivity. PM2.5 is absorbed, and not only the indoor air is purified, but also the indoor humidity can be adjusted. Since the indoor humidity can be adjusted to 50% to 60%, it is possible to suppress the growth of Haemophilus influenzae and suppress the occurrence of mold and activation of ticks. In addition to the bactericidal action of phytoncide, it has become possible to expect a sedative effect and a relaxing effect as an effect of cedrol released from wood (especially cedar trees and cypress) and natural sexeterbens.

<Structure of air purifier>
Hereinafter, the air cleaner 10 according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a front view of an air purifier 10 according to the present invention and a top view of a filter unit 30.

As described in the front view of FIG. 1, the air purifier 10 according to the present invention includes an air intake unit 20, a plurality of filter units 30 processed from wood, and an air discharge unit 40. In the same manner as in the electric fan and the air conditioner 20, the air is forcibly sucked from the outside of the air purifier 10 through the air intake port by a fan. The fan used is not a propeller fan (fan such as a fan) suitable for pushing out air but a sirocco fan suitable for suction (used for a ceiling-mounted ventilation fan or the like).

As described in the top view (FIG. 1) of the filter unit 30, the filter unit 30 uses a cedar and cypress muzzle surface (a cross section obtained by horizontally slicing timber = the annual ring is visible in the top view of FIG. 1). . The cut surface of the temporary canal (length is about 3 mm, both vertical and horizontal widths are about several tens of μm), which is long in the axial direction of the tree, at the end of the wood and the grain plane (cross section obtained by slicing wood vertically) As a result of research, it has been clarified that the surface of the mouth is greater in air purification capability, and the fact of research on such a fine structure was taken into account when used as the filter unit 30 of the air cleaner 10 according to the present invention. In order to allow air to pass through the filter unit 30, holes of φ5 mm to φ6 mm are drilled at a plurality of locations (80 to 90 locations) as the air passage port 80.

The air cleaner 10 according to the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of filter parts 30 are stacked in a multistage manner (50 to 60 stages) with the space part 60 interposed therebetween. The air passes through the filter part 30, passes through the space part 60, and passes through the next filter part 30. In the space part 60, essential oil components of wood (cedar, cypress, etc.) are released and accumulated. By having the space 60, the air flow in the air purifier 10 is changed, the air is uniformly contacted over the entire mouth surface, which is said to have a large air purification capacity, and more cedar trees and cypress trees are made. It is possible to draw out the characteristics that it has. In short, when the circulating wind passes through a plurality of filter parts 30 composed of cedar trees, cypress, etc., the circulating wind has a large contact area with the wood, and is useful for people with trees such as cedar, cypress, etc. It is reborn into a new wind that contains ingredients and characteristics (such as adsorption of harmful substances, fragrance of wood, etc.).

The filter section 30 is a cut surface of a temporary canal (having a length of about 3 mm, both vertical and horizontal widths of about several tens of μm) having a structure that is long in the axial direction of the tree. It absorbs air pollutants, nitrogen dioxide (NO 2 ), formaldehyde, ozone, PM2.5, etc., which are the main causes of respiratory diseases such as asthma that affect people with chemical sensitivity. , Has a fixing function. Then, the purified air that has passed through the plurality of filter units 30 (about 50 to 60 stages) flows out of the air purifier 10 from the air discharge unit 40. At this time, it flows out of the air purifier 10 (inside the room) with a sweet and rich aroma of cedar (cedrol, natural sexterbene, etc.).

<Another embodiment of the air purifier>
Although the structure of the air cleaner 10 according to the present invention has been described above, another embodiment of the air cleaner 10 according to the present invention will be described below. FIG. 2 is a front view of the air cleaner 10 according to another embodiment (concave groove filter) and a top view of the filter unit 30.

The embodiment in FIG. 2 is characterized by the shape of the filter unit 30. That is, the upper surface and the lower surface of the filter unit 30 are processed with the groove 70. By processing the groove 70 on the upper surface and the lower surface of the filter portion 30, the surface area of the filter portion 30 increases. By increasing the contact area between the filter unit 30 and the air flowing through the air cleaner 10, it is possible to further bring out the characteristics of wood (particularly cedar and cypress).

Further, in the embodiment in FIG. 2, as the air passage function 50, two types of filters in which the position of the air passage port 80 is changed are alternately installed. That is, as described in the top view (upper) of FIG. 2, the air passage 80 having a diameter of 30 mm to 40 mm is installed in the substantially central portion of the filter unit 30, and as described in the top view (lower) of FIG. 2. In addition, air passage openings are provided at the four corners of the filter unit 30. These are laminated so as to be alternately repeated with the space 60 interposed therebetween. The air flow in the air cleaner 10 is changed, and the air flowing through the air purifier 10 is uniformly contacted over the entire cuff surface, which is said to have a large air purification capacity, and more characteristics of cedar and cypress are possessed. This is to draw out.

In the embodiment in FIG. 3, the filter unit 30 is made of wood processed into chips. Since the tip material itself has a low density in comparison with wood, the air flowing from the air intake portion 20 to the filter portion 30 can pass therethrough. That is, the filter portion 30 processed into a chip shape itself has an air passage function 50.
<Effect of air purifier>

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the filter unit 30 of the air purifier 10 using the cedar end. Since the filter part 30 of the air purifier 10 according to the present invention is a cut surface of a temporary road pipe (longitudinal width and lateral width of about several tens of μm) having a long structure in the axial direction of the tree, air purification. It uses wood (cedar and cypress) that uses the surface of the cedar and cypress that is said to have a greater capacity than the grain. The filter unit 30 of the air purifier 10 using the cedar / hinoki cypress surface absorbs and fixes nitrogen dioxide (NO 2 ) in the interior (fine structure), and adsorbs and fixes indoor harmful chemical substances (formaldehyde, etc.). Other than that, it releases cedrol, natural sexterbenes, etc., which have the function of absorbing and releasing moisture and acting on the brain and autonomic nerves directly, and are said to have a sedative / relaxing effect.

With these functions, it is possible to purify indoor air and reduce NO 2 , formaldehyde, ozone, PM2.5, etc., which are the main causes of respiratory diseases such as air pollutants and asthma affecting people with chemical sensitivity. Not only can it absorb and purify indoor air, but it is also possible to adjust indoor humidity. That is, the indoor humidity can be adjusted to 50% to 60%, which is considered to be the most preferable for human life, so that the growth of H. influenzae is suppressed (97% of influenza is killed when the humidity reaches 50%), and mold is generated. And mite activation (activated at a humidity of 70% or more). As a result, rough skin caused by atopy in infants, which has been attracting attention as a serious problem in recent years (due to overdrying) and atopic asthma ( (Due to high humidity) can also be suppressed.

In addition, a sedative effect and a relaxing effect can be expected as an effect of cedrol released from wood (especially cedar trees and cypress) and natural sexterbens (α-binene). Furthermore, there is also a bactericidal effect by phytoncide contained in essential oil components contained in wood (especially cedar trees and cypress). Since these effects are due to natural substances safe for the human body, it can be said that there is no concern about side effects.
