Description

The present invention relates to a residential distribution board, and more particularly, to a residential distribution board in which conductive bars arranged to connect branch breakers are extended in a strip shape.

2. Description of the Related Art In residential distribution boards, a configuration is widely used in which a conductive bar extends in the horizontal direction from the secondary side of the main breaker, and the primary side of the branch breaker is connected to the conductive bar extending in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the branch breakers to be assembled in large numbers are arranged in parallel with the conductive bars. At this time, the branch breakers are arranged on both the upper and lower sides of the conductive bars extending in the lateral direction. There is a form that is arranged only on one side (usually the lower side) of the conductive bar.

In the configuration in which the branch breakers are arranged on both the upper and lower sides, the conductive bars themselves are supported and fixed by the branch breakers because both sides of the conductive bars are closed by the branch breakers. Moreover, since there are few exposed parts, it was not necessary to separately provide an electric shock prevention member.
However, in the form arranged only on the lower side, the upper side surface of the conductive bar is in an open state, and therefore, a blocking member is provided and blocked in order to prevent bending and to prevent electric shock of the operator. For example, in patent document 1, the protective cover was assembled | attached and the upper part of the electrically-conductive bar was covered.

On the other hand, there is a branch breaker (hereinafter referred to as “thin circuit breaker”) configured such that the power supply side terminal bites the conductive bar with a reduced width, and this residential breaker panel can be assembled with this thin circuit breaker. Then, the conductive bar to which the branch breaker is connected is a plate having a uniform width, and in the case of a single-phase three-wire system, three conductive bars are arranged in an overlapping manner. Then, a plurality of thin breakers were arranged in a row and connected to the strip-shaped conductive bar (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

特開2002−291117号公報JP 2002-291117 A 特開2010−263682号公報JP 2010-263682 A

As described above, in the distribution board in which the thin breaker can be assembled, since the conductive bar is formed in a plate shape, it is easy to bend when it is extended. However, as described in Patent Document 2, branch breakers are provided on both sides of the conductive bar. It was possible to prevent bending by arranging.
However, even if a number of thin breakers are arranged, it does not require a width as in the prior art, so it is often sufficient to arrange them below the conductive bar. In this case, a protective member is required on the upper side. It was. Moreover, even if it considers the radiation | emission of the heat | fever which generate | occur | produces, the form arranged in a row only on the lower side is preferable.
In this case, it is conceivable to install a protective cover as disclosed in Patent Document 1 on the upper side where the conductive bar is opened. However, in consideration of heat radiation, heat is likely to stay and is not preferable. Since it is a shape which is hard to bend, it does not have a function which prevents a bend.

Therefore, in view of such problems, the present invention provides a bar fixing member that can prevent bending of the conductive bar and protect it without disturbing heat dissipation even if the branch breaker is arranged only on one side of the strip-shaped conductive bar. The purpose is to provide a residential distribution board.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention of claim 1 is characterized in that a main breaker and a plurality of branch breakers are housed and both are connected by a conductive bar. The branch breaker is a residential distribution board connected from the direction orthogonal to the strip-shaped conductive bar, and is formed by extending the strip and arranging a plurality of conductive bars in front and back. The breakers are arranged in parallel to one side surface of the conductive bar, while the other side surface of the conductive bar is fixed by a bar fixing member, and the bar fixing member is arranged on the side of the conductive bar arranged in an overlapping manner. A plate-like portion having a depth covering the portion and a certain width in the conductive bar arrangement direction, and a bar engaging portion for fixing each conductive bar is formed on the plate-like portion, and a plurality of openings It is characterized by being formed That.
According to this configuration, since the conductive bar is supported by the bar fixing member, bending can be prevented, and since the bar fixing member has a certain width, the conductive bar can be covered with a certain width to protect the conductive bar. An electric shock prevention function can be demonstrated. On the other hand, since a plurality of openings are formed even if it has a certain width, it does not disturb the heat dissipation of the branch breaker, and a plurality of conductive bars arranged in a stack can be easily formed with one bar fixing member. Can be fixed.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the configuration of the first aspect, the bar engaging portion is continuously formed over the entire width of the plate-like portion, and the openings are formed in a lattice shape in parallel with the bar engaging portion. It is characterized by being made.
According to this configuration, since the bar engaging portion is continuously formed with a constant width, the support range can be widened only by providing one bar fixing member, and the occurrence of bending of the conductive bar can be reliably eliminated. Further, since the openings are formed in a lattice shape, the heat radiation function can be sufficiently exhibited even if the bar engaging portions are continuously formed.

According to the present invention, since the conductive bar is supported by the bar fixing member, bending can be prevented, and since the bar fixing member has a certain width, the conductive bar can be covered with a certain width, and the conductive bar is protected.

FIG. 2 shows a right side view of the residential distribution board of FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the branch breaker 2 is connected from below to the conductive bars 3 (the first conductive bar 3a, the second conductive bar 3b, and the third conductive bar 3c) arranged in an overlapping manner. The branch breaker 2 is the thin breaker described above, and the power supply side terminal is formed by providing a U-shaped recess in the breaker casing, and is configured to sandwich and connect the inserted conductive bar 3. In addition, each conductive bar 3 is supported and fixed by a support column 11 that is appropriately placed on a gantry 5 so as to stand forward.
The power supply side terminal 2a of the branch breaker 2 sandwiches the three conductive bars 3, but two of them are selected and electrically connected.

FIG. 3 shows a plan view of the residential distribution board of FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the support | pillar 11 is provided so that the right-and-left end part of the electrically conductive bar 3 arrange | positioned by the horizontal direction may be supported, and has the length match | combined with the position of the electrically conductive bar 3 to be supported. The conductive bars 3 are fixed at predetermined positions by the support columns 11 and are arranged in a three-layer manner as a whole.

4 is an enlarged view of part A, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of part B, both of which are enlarged views of the bar fixing member 4. 6 and 7 show the bar fixing member 4 alone, FIG. 6 (a) is a front view, FIG. 6 (b) is a plan view, FIG. 7 (a) is a side view, and FIG. FIG. The bar fixing member 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. For convenience of explanation, the back portion that is in close contact with the gantry 5 is described as the bottom portion, and the portion disposed in front of the distribution board is described as the upper portion.

The bar fixing member 4 is made of synthetic resin, has a bottom frame 41 and left and right side frames 42, and a plate-like portion 44 having a lattice-like opening 43 is formed inside the bar fixing member 4.
The bottom frame 41 is a part for fixing to the gantry 5, and is formed in a plate shape and has a concave portion 41 a for being screwed to the gantry 5 at substantially the center. The side frame 42 is a member for increasing the strength of the plate-like portion 44, and is erected from the left and right end portions of the bottom frame 41.

A pair of sandwiching portions 45a as the bar engaging portions 45 that sandwich the second conductive bar 3b at the center and the third conductive bar 3c at the back are formed on the front surface to support the first conductive bar 3a at the foremost part. A mounting portion 45b as the bar engaging portion 45 is formed at the top. All are continuously formed in the left-right direction over both the left and right side frames 42 and the plate-like portion 44. A plurality of openings 43 are formed on the entire plate-like portion 44 excluding the portion where the bar engaging portion 45 is formed, aligned in the vertical and horizontal directions, and formed in a lattice shape as a whole.

In this way, since the conductive bar 3 is supported by the bar fixing member 4, bending can be prevented, and since the bar fixing member 4 has a certain width, the conductive bar 3 can be covered with a certain width. It can protect and exert the function of preventing electric shock. On the other hand, since a plurality of openings 43 are formed even if they have a certain width, they do not disturb the heat dissipation of the branch breaker 2, and a plurality of conductive bars 3 arranged in an overlapping manner are fixed to one bar. The member 4 can be easily fixed.
Further, since the bar engaging portion 45 is continuously formed with a constant width, the support range can be widened only by providing one bar fixing member 4, and the occurrence of bending of the conductive bar 3 can be surely eliminated. And the opening part 43 is formed in a grid | lattice form, and even if the bar engaging part 45 is formed continuously, it can fully exhibit a heat dissipation function.
Further, the second and third conductive bars 3b and 3c are fixed in the front-rear direction by the sandwiching part 45a, so that no bending occurs, and the first conductive bar 3a whose back is supported by the mounting part 45b is Therefore, contact between the conductive bars 3 can be prevented.

FIG. 8 shows another shape of the bar fixing member 4. FIG. 8A is a front view, and FIG. 8B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD, and shows a shape that does not require screwing to the gantry 5 and has a narrow width.
Although it has the clamping part 45a and the mounting part 45b similarly to the said form, while having the 1st latching claw 46a latched to the mount frame 5 in the lower part, it is related with the edge part of the 1st electroconductive bar 3a in the upper part. The second locking claw 46b to be stopped is provided and can be fixed without using a screw.
Note that a locking hole (not shown) for locking the first locking claw 46a is formed in the mount 5 using the bar fixing member 4.
Thus, it is good also as a simple structure latched to the mount frame 5 or the conductive bar 3. FIG. And the width | variety of the bar fixing member 4 is arbitrary, and if the bar fixing member 4 of multiple types of width is prepared, it can respond smoothly to the difference in the length which the electrically-conductive bar 3 arrange | positions. Moreover, if it forms or arrange | positions so that the exposed part of the electrically-conductive bar 3 may be covered, it can be favorably used also as an electric shock prevention member.

In the bar fixing member 4 of the above embodiment, the bottom frame 41 and the side frame 42 are provided around the plate-like portion 44. However, if the strength of the plate-like portion 44 is sufficient, the left and right side frames 42 are not provided. Also good.
Moreover, although the structure which attached one bar fixing member 4 is shown, the site | part which the conductive bar 3 exposes by installing in multiple numbers may be eliminated.
