Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle, and in particular, includes a hydraulic drive device and a hydraulic oil tank that stores hydraulic oil for driving the hydraulic drive device, and can detect an abnormality in the amount of hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank. It relates to vehicles.
Some vehicles include a hydraulic drive device that is driven by hydraulic oil, such as a hydraulic cylinder or a hydraulic motor, depending on the application. For example,
Here, when damage occurs in any of the parts on the flow path through which the hydraulic oil circulates, the hydraulic oil leaks from the damaged portion, and the hydraulic oil collected in the reservoir tank decreases. As a result, the amount of hydraulic oil stored in the reservoir tank is reduced, and the amount of hydraulic oil that can be supplied to the hydraulic drive device is also reduced, which causes a problem that normal hydraulic pressure cannot be applied to these devices. . In addition, when hydraulic oil exceeding the volume of the reservoir tank is further recovered as the hydraulic drive device is driven after the hydraulic oil is supplied to the reservoir tank during vehicle maintenance work, etc., the hydraulic oil is stored in the reservoir tank. The problem of overflowing from the fluid and the problem of hydraulic fluid not flowing in the flow path arise.
In addition, some hydraulic oils can have an adverse effect on the environment. From the viewpoint of environmental protection, it is required to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing out of the vehicle. Therefore, when there is a possibility that hydraulic oil may flow out of the vehicle, it is necessary to detect an abnormality at an early stage and notify the driver.
With respect to these problems, in a vehicle including a conventional hydraulic drive device and a hydraulic oil tank, generally, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank is not measured by using a float sensor, an ultrasonic sensor or the like (volume acquisition means). The height of the oil surface (volume of hydraulic oil) is measured and abnormality of the hydraulic oil is detected. Specifically, a case where the measured volume of the hydraulic oil changes beyond a certain range is detected as an abnormality, and notification to the driver is performed. Since the hydraulic oil circulates in the flow path including the hydraulic oil tank, it is generated in either the hydraulic oil tank or the flow path by detecting an abnormality in the volume of the hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank. It is possible to detect a failure such as a leak as an abnormality.
However, the conventional method of measuring the volume of hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank and detecting an abnormality based on the volume can correctly detect the abnormality when the hydraulic oil undergoes a volume change due to thermal expansion. There is no problem.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle capable of detecting an abnormality in the amount of hydraulic oil while suppressing the influence of volume change due to thermal expansion of the hydraulic oil. To do.
In order to achieve this object, a vehicle according to
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle according to the first aspect, at least one of the hydraulic drive devices has a volume of hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank between a start time and a completion time of driving. It is characterized by.
The vehicle according to claim 4 is the vehicle according to any one of
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the vehicle according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, at least one of the hydraulic drive devices is hydraulically operated by changing a volume of the hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic oil tank. A steering device for steering the wheel by changing the steering wheel, a steering amount detecting means for detecting a steering amount by the steering device, and a reference steering for storing the steering amount by the steering device when the reference volume is determined as a reference steering amount Based on the difference between the steering amount detected by the amount storage means and the steering amount detection means and the reference steering amount, the volume of the hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank accompanying the steering of the wheels by the steering device A second increase / decrease value calculating means for calculating an increase / decrease value, wherein the change amount calculating means includes an increase / decrease value calculated by the first increase / decrease value calculation means and an increase / decrease calculated by the second increase / decrease value calculation means; And a correction by a, and calculates the variation amount based on a comparison of the volume obtained by the reference volume and the volume acquisition unit.
A vehicle according to a sixth aspect is the vehicle according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the abnormality detecting means is in a state in which a change amount calculated by the change amount calculating means is not within a predetermined range for a predetermined time. It is characterized by delaying the detection of an abnormality until it continues.
According to the vehicle of the first aspect, the increase / decrease value due to thermal expansion with respect to the reference volume stored in the reference volume storage means by the first increase / decrease value calculation means is the temperature acquired by the temperature acquisition means and the reference temperature storage means. It is calculated based on the difference from the stored temperature. In the change amount calculation means, when calculating the change amount from the reference volume of the volume of hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank acquired by the volume acquisition means, correction by the increase / decrease value calculated by the first increase / decrease value calculation means is performed. Done. In the abnormality detection means, when the change amount calculated by correcting the influence of thermal expansion is not within the predetermined range, that is, when the volume of the hydraulic oil changes beyond the predetermined range, it is detected as an abnormality. . Therefore, there is an effect that the influence of the volume change of the hydraulic oil due to the temperature change can be suppressed and an abnormality in the amount of the hydraulic oil can be accurately detected.
According to the vehicle of claim 2, triggered by the completion of the drive of the hydraulic drive device that causes a difference in the volume of hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank between the drive start time and the drive completion time, The reference volume is updated to the volume acquired by the volume acquisition unit, and the reference temperature is updated to the temperature acquired by the temperature acquisition unit. Therefore, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the change amount calculated by the change amount calculation means is suppressed from being affected by the change caused by the drive of the hydraulic drive device, so that the abnormality in the amount of hydraulic oil can be accurately detected. There is an effect that can be detected well.
According to the vehicle of the third aspect, the abnormality detection means does not detect abnormality while the selected hydraulic drive device is driven. Some hydraulic drive units do not need to detect an abnormality based on the volume of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank during driving for reasons of specifications, etc., and the abnormality detection means while the hydraulic drive unit is driven Can prevent abnormalities from being detected. Therefore, in addition to the effect of the first or second aspect, there is an effect that it is possible to suppress an erroneous detection due to the drive of the hydraulic drive device that does not need to monitor the volume of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank. .
According to the vehicle of the fourth aspect, since the reference volume and the reference temperature are not updated while the vehicle is running, the reference volume can be prevented from being updated with an inaccurate value. This is because when the vehicle is traveling, the oil level of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank is not stabilized due to the influence of vibration or the like, and the volume of the hydraulic oil acquired by the volume acquisition means becomes inaccurate. Therefore, in addition to the effect of any one of
In addition, since the reference volume is updated to the volume acquired by the volume acquisition means when the vehicle starts traveling, the accuracy acquired at the latest timing when the oil level of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank is stable Therefore, it is possible to detect an abnormality during traveling with a good volume as a reference volume, and to improve the accuracy of detecting an abnormality in the amount of hydraulic oil.
According to the vehicle of claim 5, the steering amount by the steering device is acquired by the steering amount acquisition means, and based on the difference between the steering amount and the reference steering amount acquired by the reference steering amount acquisition means, An increase / decrease value of the volume of the hydraulic oil stored in the hydraulic oil tank generated by the steering of the wheel is calculated by the second increase / decrease value calculation means. In the calculation of the change amount by the change amount calculation means, correction by the increase / decrease value calculated by the second increase / decrease value calculation means is performed. Therefore, in addition to the effect of any one of
According to the vehicle of the sixth aspect, detection of the abnormality by the abnormality detection unit is delayed until a state in which the variation calculated by the variation calculation unit is not within the predetermined range continues for a predetermined time. For example, the oil level of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank becomes unstable due to vibration of the vehicle, etc., and a volume including a large error is temporarily acquired by the volume acquisition means, and the value including the error is changed by the change amount calculation means. Although it may be calculated as an amount, an abnormality can be prevented from being detected based on a variation that occurs only temporarily in the amount of change calculated by the amount-of-change calculating means. Therefore, in addition to the effect of any one of
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, the schematic structure of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The loading platform 2 is provided above the
Further, two
The hydraulic oil control by the
The
In the
An
An
In addition, a

Next, the contents of the hydraulic oil monitoring process performed in the

Next, the CPU 71 acquires the oil temperature t from the oil temperature sensor 62 (S14), and updates the reference oil temperature T in the reference oil temperature memory 73b to the acquired oil temperature t (S15). The CPU 71 acquires the oil level height h from the oil level sensor 61 (S16), and updates the reference oil level height H in the reference
Next, the monitoring process S100 will be described with reference to FIG. The monitoring process S100 is one of processes executed by the CPU 71 to control the
In the monitoring process S100, first, the CPU 71 determines whether or not the loading platform 2 is moving up and down based on a signal input from the loading platform operating device 63 (S101). As a result, when it is determined that the loading platform 2 is moving up and down (S101: Yes), the loading platform lifting flag memory 73h and the wheel lock flag memory 73i are each updated to 1 (S130, S131), and the monitoring process S100 is terminated. It should be noted that the update to the wheel lock memory 73i in the process of S131 is convenient because the traveling of the
Based on the determination in S101, the CPU 71 can perform control so that the abnormality determination process S200 is not performed while the
On the other hand, if it is determined that the loading platform 2 is not being lifted (S101: No), the CPU 71 acquires the oil level height h from the oil level sensor 61 (S103), and acquires the oil temperature t from the
Next, the CPU 71 determines whether the loading / unloading flag memory 73h is 1 (S106). When the loading platform lifting flag memory 73h is 1 (S106: Yes), since the lifting of the loading platform 2 is completed, the CPU 71 sets the loading platform lifting flag memory 73h to 0 (S107), and then the reference oil temperature memory The reference oil temperature T of 73b is updated to the oil temperature t acquired in the process of S104 (S120), and the reference oil level height H of the reference
As a result of the processing of S106, when the CPU 71 determines that the loading platform lifting flag memory 73h is not 1, that is, it is not immediately after the lifting of the loading platform 2 is completed (S106: No), the CPU 71 receives the input from the
When the CPU 71 determines that the
On the other hand, if the CPU 71 determines in the process of S108 that the
According to the monitoring process S100 described above, the height H of the reference oil level and the reference oil immediately after the lifting / lowering of the loading platform 2 is completed (S106: Yes) and immediately before the start of traveling of the vehicle 1 (S109: Yes). The temperature T is updated (S120, S121). In other cases, the reference oil surface height H and the reference oil temperature T are not updated except for the startup processing S10. Therefore, the reference oil level height H is updated using the oil level height h acquired when the oil level is not stable, for example, when the
Next, the abnormality determination process S200 will be described with reference to FIG. The abnormality determination process S200 is a process called from the monitoring process S100.
In the abnormality determination process S200, the CPU 71 first executes the reference oil level correction process S300, and updates the corrected reference oil level height H ′ stored in the corrected reference oil level memory 73d on the RAM 73. The reference oil level correction process S300 will be described later with reference to FIG.
(S202)。 Next, the height H ′ of the corrected reference oil level stored in the corrected reference oil level memory 73d is subtracted from the height h (see FIG. 4) of the oil level acquired in the process of S103, and the oil level A change amount Δh of the height h is calculated (S202).
Next, the CPU 71 compares the calculated absolute value of the change amount Δh with the allowable change amount X of the allowable
On the other hand, when the CPU 71 determines that the absolute value of the change amount Δh is larger than the allowable change amount X (S203: Yes) and the change amount Δh is larger than 0 in the processing of S203 and S204 (S204: No), it is excessive. Time processing S206 is executed. The excess processing S206 is processing that is performed when the hydraulic oil in the
Further, when the CPU 71 determines that the absolute value of the change amount Δh is equal to or less than the allowable change amount X as a result of the process of S203 (S203: No), it sets 0 to the abnormality flag memory 73e (S207), The abnormality determination process S200 ends.
By executing the processing from S203 to S207 by the CPU 71, it is possible to identify whether or not the hydraulic oil in the
Next, the reference oil level correction process S300 will be described with reference to FIG. The reference oil level correction process S300 is called from the abnormality determination process S200, and the corrected reference oil level is corrected by correcting the volume change due to thermal expansion with respect to the reference oil level height H stored in the reference
(S302)。 First, the CPU 71 calculates the temperature change Δt by subtracting the reference oil temperature T in the reference oil temperature memory 73b from the oil temperature t (see FIG. 4) acquired in the process of S104 (S302).
Next, the CPU 71 calculates an increase / decrease amount ΔHt due to thermal expansion with respect to the height H of the reference oil level stored in the reference
Next, the CPU 71 calculates the corrected reference oil level height H ′ by adding the above-described increase / decrease amount ΔHt to the reference oil level height H of the reference
Next, the timer interrupt process S400 will be described with reference to FIG. The timer interrupt process S400 is a process executed by the CPU 71 every 5 milliseconds. In the timer interrupt process S400, an abnormality in the hydraulic oil is detected and notified.
First, the CPU 71 checks whether or not the abnormality flag memory 73e is 1 (S401). When the abnormality flag memory 73e is 1 (S401: Yes), the CPU 71 determines whether or not notification has already been performed by the notification flag memory 73g (S402). When the in-notification flag memory 73g is 1 (S402: Yes), the timer interruption process S400 is terminated assuming that the notification by the
Next, the CPU 71 determines whether or not the abnormality counter memory 73f is 400 or more (S404), and if not 400 or more, the timer interrupt process S400 is terminated (S404: No). On the other hand, when the abnormality counter memory 73f is 400 or more (S404: Yes), 1 is set in the in-report flag memory 73g and control is performed so as to start notification to the speaker 66 (S405), and timer interruption processing S400 ends. Accordingly, it is possible to delay the notification of the abnormality by the
As a result of the process of S401, when it is determined that the abnormality flag memory 73e is not 1 (S401: No), the CPU 71 updates the abnormality counter memory 73f to 0 (S407), sets 0 to the notification flag memory 73g, and the speaker. 66 is controlled to stop the notification (S408). Thereafter, the CPU 71 ends the timer interrupt process S400.
According to the
In the monitoring process S100, the abnormality determination process S200 is executed even while the
Further, in the timer interrupt process S400, notification by the

The monitoring process S1100 is repeatedly executed by the CPU 71 while the

Further, when the loading platform 2 is not being lifted (S101: No) and the loading platform lifting flag memory 73h is 1 (S106: Yes), that is, immediately after the lifting of the loading platform 2 is completed, the CPU 71 detects the reference oil temperature. T and the reference oil level height H are updated (S120, S121), and the reference steering angle S in the steering angle memory 73c is updated to the steering angle s acquired in the processing of S1105 (S1122). Further, when the
According to the monitoring process S1100 described above, when the reference oil surface height H and the reference oil temperature T are updated (S120, S121), the reference steering angle S of the reference steering angle memory 74c is also updated. (S1122). The reference steering angle S updated in the process of S1122 is referred to by the CPU 71 in a reference oil level correction process S1300 described later.
Next, reference oil level correction processing S1300 in the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing the process of the reference oil level correction process S1300 in the second embodiment. The reference oil level correction process S1300 is obtained by adding the processes of S1306 to S1309 to the reference oil level correction process S300 of the first embodiment. The reference oil level correction process S1300 is a process called from the abnormality determination process S200 in place of the reference oil level correction process S300 of the first embodiment.
First, as in the first embodiment, the CPU 71 calculates an increase / decrease amount ΔHt due to a temperature change with respect to the height H of the reference oil level stored in the reference
Here, the steering angle coefficient β stored in the steering angle coefficient memory 74c will be described in detail. The steering angle coefficient β is a value indicating a change in the height h of the oil level in the
Returning to FIG. 9, the reference oil level correction process S1300 will be described from the process of S1307. The CPU 71 multiplies the steering angle change Δs by the steering angle coefficient β described above to calculate an increase / decrease amount ΔHs of the oil level height h in the
Next, the CPU 71 adds the increase / decrease amount ΔHt calculated in the process of S303 and the increase / decrease amount ΔHs calculated in the process of S1307 to the reference oil level height H of the reference oil level memory 73c to correct the reference oil level after correction. The surface height H ′ is calculated, and the corrected reference oil level memory 73d is updated with the calculated value (S1309). The reference oil level height H ′ of the corrected reference oil level memory 73d is referred to in the abnormality determination process S200 shown in FIG. 5 as in the first embodiment.
According to the
In the flowcharts shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the processing from S1306 to S1307 corresponds to the second increase / decrease value calculation means described in claim 5.
The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It can be easily guessed. For example, in each of the above-described embodiments, the
In each of the above-described embodiments, it has been described that the present invention is applied to the
In each of the above-described embodiments, the
In each of the above embodiments, it has been described that the reference oil level height H ′ is calculated by correcting the reference oil level height H ′ using the increase / decrease amount ΔHt caused by the temperature change. The correction method using the amount ΔHt is not limited to this. For example, the actual change amount may be calculated by subtracting the reference oil level height H from the current oil level height h, and the change amount may be corrected by the increase / decrease amount ΔHt. This is because if the finally calculated change amount is corrected by the increase / decrease amount ΔHt, it is possible to detect the abnormality of the hydraulic oil while suppressing the influence of the temperature change. The same applies to the correction by the increase / decrease amount ΔHs caused by the steering in the second embodiment.
In each of the above embodiments, it has been described that the values stored in the reference
In each of the above-described embodiments, it has been described that the abnormality detection condition is that the absolute value of the change amount Δh of the height h of the hydraulic oil in the
In each of the above embodiments, the
In each of the above-described embodiments, it has been described that the influence of the temperature change is corrected by adding the increase / decrease amount ΔHt to the reference oil level height H, and the corrected reference oil level height H ′ is calculated. However (FIG. 6), the method of correcting the height H of the reference oil level is not limited to this. For example, based on the difference between the reference temperature T and the oil temperature t, the ratio of increase / decrease that occurs in the reference oil level height H due to temperature change is calculated as the increase / decrease value, and the increase / decrease value that is the ratio is calculated as the height of the reference oil level. It is of course possible to correct the height H of the reference oil surface by multiplying the height H. Similarly, for the increase / decrease amount ΔHs in the second embodiment, the ratio of the increase / decrease occurring in the height H of the reference oil level is calculated as the increase / decrease value based on the difference between the reference steering amount S and the steering amount s. The height H of the reference oil level may be corrected by multiplying the increase / decrease value as a ratio by the height H of the reference oil level.
In each of the above embodiments, in the timer interrupt process S400 that is repeatedly executed every 5 milliseconds, the notification is not made until the abnormality counter memory 73f that is incremented by 1 reaches 400, thereby notifying the abnormality. The delay of 2 seconds after the abnormality flag memory 73e is set to 1 has been described, but the time for delaying the notification can be set as appropriate. In addition, it is naturally possible to delay the abnormality notification by measuring the elapsed time from the time when the abnormality flag memory 73e is first set to 1 by a device such as a timer or a clock.
In the second embodiment described above, the increase / decrease amount ΔHs of the height h of the hydraulic oil in the
