Description

The present invention relates to a moving table structure.

At a coffee shop (cafe) or restaurant, tables for placing food and drink to be provided are installed. For example, it is necessary to change the arrangement of the table during normal business hours and during a private party. To carry the table, it was necessary to lift and carry the table by two people.
Conventionally, there is a table that is provided with casters at four places on the bottom so that the heavy table does not need to be lifted, and the casters roll on the floor (see Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-2251124

However, the table described in Patent Document 1 has a heavy load on the caster, and depending on the floor surface, a large force is required to move the table. Also, because it can run freely in the front and rear, left and right directions, it may collide with the inner wall and damage the table when moving the table, and it may cause the chair or planter placed on the floor to be knocked down. there were. Also, when fixing the table at a fixed position, it is necessary to lock each of the four casters with a stopper, and it is troublesome to operate four stoppers to fix one table. There were drawbacks.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a moving table structure that is highly safe when moving a table and can be easily and quickly switched to a brake state.

A moving table structure according to the present invention includes a suspension member having a pair of U-shaped pipe members arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction at a predetermined interval, and a pair of left and right sides that suspend the suspension member and guide it so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. A rail member and a table fixed to the lower side of the suspension member, the table having a brake member that can be raised and lowered, and a brake state in which the brake member is pressed against the floor surface; and the brake member Is configured to be switchable to a floating state free from the floor surface.

The table includes a base that is held between the lower sides of the U-shaped pipe member, and a top plate that is attached to the upper surface of the base. FIG.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings illustrating embodiments.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the moving table structure of the present invention includes a suspension member 4 having a pair of U-shaped pipe members 2, 2 disposed in parallel in the front-rear direction at a predetermined interval, and a suspension member 4. A pair of left and right rail members 1, 1 that are hung and guided to be movable in the front-rear direction are provided.
The pipe members 2 and 2 are made of pipes having a round cross section, and the left and right ends of the straight lower side 2B are bent upward with bent portions 2C and 2C. The upper ends of the pipe members 2 and 2 are connected to and suspended from suspension wheels 3 and 3 provided in the rail members 1 and 1 via connecting rods 33 and 33. The suspension wheels 3 and 3 have a support 31 having connecting rods 33 and 33 fixed to the front end and the rear end, and four wheels 32, 32, 32, and 32 pivotally attached to the support 31. The guide rollers 34 and 34 are attached to the connecting rods 33 and 33 so as to roll in the slits under the rail members 1 and 1, respectively.

As shown in FIG. 1, a table 5 is fixed to the lower side of the suspension member 4, and the table 5 includes a base 15 held between the lower sides 2B and 2B of the U-shaped pipe members 2 and 2, and a base. 15 and a top plate 14 attached to the upper surface of the base plate 15, and a braking member 6 that moves up and down so as to protrude below the base 15.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the base 15 includes a plurality of gears 20, 23, and a plurality of rack members 11, 12, 13 that mesh with the gears 20, 23 and that are linked to the braking member 6. The elastic member 8 that elastically biases the rack members 11, 12, 13 in a direction in which the braking member 6 is pressed against the floor surface G is housed in the casing 40. In other words, the table 5 has a rack and pinion mechanism in the base 15 for automatically operating the brake function of the braking member 6.
Two gears 20 and 23 are provided, and one of the two gears 20 includes a two-stage gear, and has a pair of large-diameter gear portion 21 and small-diameter gear portion 22. The other two gears 23 are spur gears, and can be manually rotated by attaching a manual handle 24 from the outside of the casing 40.

The plurality of rack members 11, 12, and 13 are connected to the braking member 6, and the first rack member 11 in the vertical direction that meshes with the small-diameter gear portion 22 of the two-stage gear (gear 20) and the two-stage gear (gear 20). A second rack member 12 in the left-right direction that meshes with the large-diameter gear portion 21 and is elastically biased by the resilient member 8, and a third rack member 13 in the left-right direction that meshes with the large-diameter gear portion 21 are provided. doing. The third rack member 13 is provided with a locking portion 13a in the vicinity of the tip, and has a pair of extending rack portions 13b arranged in steps in the vertical direction. The extending rack portion 13 b meshes with another gear 23.
The resilient member 8 is composed of a gas spring, and is configured to constantly push out the rod by the gas pressure filled in the cylinder. The bullet member 8 pushes the second rack member 12 in the right direction in the figure by the bullet biasing force F, and applies a counterclockwise rotational force to the gear 20. By rotating the gear 20 counterclockwise, a downward force is applied to the first rack member 11 that meshes with the small-diameter gear portion 22, and the braking member 6 is pressed downward to press against the floor surface G. In this way, the elastic urging force F in the left-right direction of the elastic member 8 is configured to be converted into a vertical pressing force by the gear 20, and the elastic member 8 is disposed sideways, The base 15 of the table 5 is made compact.

Table 5, as shown in FIG. 5, a brake state for pressing the braking member 6 by the elastic force F of the elastic member 8 is lowered to the brake operating position P 1 to the floor surface G, as shown in FIG. 4, and is configured braking member 6 as freely switched to a floating state liberated from stopping and holding braking member 6 the floor G in the brake release position P 0. Incidentally, the base 15, the brake member 6 is stopped at the brake release position P 0, and a brake releasing means 10 for holding the table 5 in a floating state. The brake release means 10 has a swing piece 16 pivotally attached to the inner surface of the casing 40 so as to be swingable about a vertical axis (in the front-rear direction).
FIG. 6 is an enlarged plan view showing the swing piece 16. The rocking piece 16 is provided with a locking claw 16a that can be engaged with the locking portion 13a of the third rack member 13, and a coil spring is provided between the rocking piece 16 and the casing 40 (the inner surface thereof). An elastic member 38 made of is interposed. A tapered surface is formed on the distal end side of the locking claw portion 16a, and when the locking portion 13a is pressed against the tapered surface (from the distal end side), the swing piece 16 is extended while the elastic member 38 (coil spring) is extended. It swings, and the latching claw portion 16a gets over the leading edge of the latching portion 13a. As shown in FIG. 6A, the swing piece 16 is elastically biased by the elastic member 38, and the locking claw portion 16a is inserted into the locking portion 13a to be locked. A push button portion 16b that can be pressed from the outside of the casing 40 is provided at the end of the swing piece 16 opposite to the locking claw portion 16a. As shown in FIG. By pushing the portion 16b, the swing piece 16 swings while extending the elastic member 38 (coil spring), and the locking state of the locking claw portion 16a and the locking portion 13a is released. As shown in FIG. 6C, if the hand is released from the push button portion 16b with the locking claw portion 16a and the locking portion 13a detached, the swing piece 16 returns to the original state.
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 4, the manual handle 24 is attached to the gear 23 and the gear 23 is rotated clockwise, whereby the third rack member 13 is pulled and moved from the left to the right in the drawing. When the third rack member 13 moves from the left to the right, the locking portion 13a swings the swing piece 16 while slidingly contacting the tapered surface of the locking claw portion 16a, and the locking claw portion 16a and the locking portion 13a are moved. It becomes a locked state. In the locked state, the third rack member 13 is restricted from returning from the right to the left in the drawing. That is, the brake release means 10 stops and holds the braking member 6 at the brake release position P 0 by restricting the movement (in the left-right direction) of the third rack member 13.

As shown in FIG. 1, the base 15 is provided with a brake actuation operation unit 41 and a brake release operation unit 42. The brake actuation operation part 41 has a push button part 16b of the swing piece 16 so that it can be manually pressed. As described above, by pushing the push button portion 16b, the latching state of the latching claw portion 16a and the latching portion 13a is released (see FIG. 6B), and the braking member 6 is moved as shown in FIG. lowering the brake applied position P 1. The brake release operation portion 42 is provided with an insertion hole for attaching the manual handle 24. The manual handle 24 may be directly inserted into the shaft of the gear 23, or may be configured to transmit power to the gear 23 via another gear or a loop-like chain. The surface of the casing 40 is processed into a mirror surface.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, on the inner surface of the casing 40, lifting guides 17 and 17 that support the reciprocating movement of the braking member 6 in the vertical direction are provided.

As shown in FIG. 2, the front-rear maximum width dimension (front-rear width dimension of the suspension member 4) w 1 of the pair of pipe members 2, 2 arranged in parallel is the maximum front-rear width dimension w of the top plate 14 of the table 5. It is set smaller than 2 . The thickness dimension T in the front-rear direction of the base 15 is set to the same size as the width dimension w 3 of the interval between the pipe members 2 and 2. In this way, a large space is secured below the top plate 14 of the table 5, and the legs of customers who use the table 5 while sitting on a chair do not hit the pipe members 2, 2 or the base 15. Improved.

As shown in FIG. 1, a cooling / heating air blower pipe 30 is connected to a bridge portion 9 extending in the left-right direction on the upper ends 4A and 4A of the suspension member 4, and the air blower pipe is connected to the air-conditioning equipment not shown in the figure. Cold air and hot air are alternatively supplied to the bridging unit 9 via 30. For example, the blower pipe 30 is formed of a flexible pipe suspended from a ceiling frame member or the like (not shown) so as to be movable back and forth. The bridging portion 9 is formed as an upper and lower two-layer structure having a partition wall 27 at an intermediate portion in the vertical direction, and has an upper flow path 28 and a lower flow path 29. Both ends of the upper flow path 28 communicate with the internal flow paths 25 and 25 of the pipe members 2 and 2, and air can be sent from the bridging portion 9 (upper flow path 28) to the internal flow path 25 of the pipe member 2. In addition, the lower side 2 </ b> B of the pipe member 2 has a number of foot outlet holes 19, and the air fed into the internal flow path 25 is discharged from the foot outlet holes 19. The bridging portion 9 has a large number of overhead blow holes 18 on the lower surface 9 </ b> B, and the air fed into the lower flow path 29 is discharged from the overhead blow holes 18.

The bridging unit 9 includes switching means 26 that blocks an inlet of either the upper flow path 28 or the lower flow path 29 and switches the air flow. As shown in FIG. 1, the switching means 26 has a cylindrical blocking wall 35, and operates the knob 36 protruding from the lower surface 9 </ b> B of the bridging portion 9 in the vertical direction to raise and lower the blocking wall 35. One of the upper flow path 28 and the lower flow path 29 is configured to be shut off.
That is, the switching means 26 sends the air from the blower pipe 30 to the lower flow path 29 and discharges it from the head blowout hole 18, and sends the air from the blower pipe 30 to the upper flow path 28 and the internal flow path of the pipe member 2. It is possible to switch to the foot blowing state of discharging from the foot blowing hole 19 via 25.

The use method (action) of the moving table structure of the present invention described above will be described.
As shown in FIG. 4, to hold the braking member 6 is stopped at the brake release position P 0 of the table 5 in a floating state. In the floating state, the suspension member 4 and the table 5 can be moved along the rail members 1 and 1 with a small force in the front-rear direction. Since the suspension member 4 is suspended by connecting the upper ends of the pair of front and rear pipe members 2 and 2 to the suspension wheels 3 and 3, the suspension in the front and rear direction is prevented and the table 5 can be moved stably. Can do. Even if the suspension member 4 collides with a person or a placed object on the floor during movement, the risk of damaging the person or the placed object is low because the pipe members 2 and 2 have no corners.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the table 5 is stopped, the braking member 6 is lowered to the brake operating position P 1 by the elastic urging force F of the elastic member 8 and is brought into pressure contact with the floor surface G, To do. At this time, since the elastic urging force F of the elastic member 8 is transmitted to the braking member 6 via the two-stage gear (gear 20), the force (pressure contact force) that presses the braking member 6 against the floor surface G. Increases from the original bullet urging force F and holds the table 5 stably. Note that switching from the floating state to the brake state can be completed simply by pressing the push button portion 16b of the brake actuation operation portion 41 provided on the base 15 of the table 5, and can be easily and quickly performed with one touch.

In coffee shops (cafes) and restaurants, air conditioning facilities are installed on the ceiling side. To cool the entire store during the hot summer months, if you blow strong cold air from the outlet, only the seats near the outlet are available. Was too cold. On the other hand, even if hot air was blown out from the ceiling in an attempt to turn on heating in the cold winter season, the feet were cold and the heating efficiency was poor.
As shown in FIG. 1, warm air is supplied from the cooling and heating equipment to the blower pipe 30, and warm air is sent to the internal flow path 25 of the pipe member 2 through the upper flow path 28 of the bridge portion 9. The pipe member 2 discharges the air fed into the internal flow path 25 from the foot outlet hole 19. This foot blowing state is suitable for supplying warm air to the feet of customers who use the table 5 and heating from the feet in the cold season of winter.
In the hot summer season, the cool air is supplied from the cooling / heating equipment to the blower pipe 30 and the wind direction is switched so as to flow into the lower flow path 29 of the bridge portion 9. Thus, it is set as the overhead blowing state which discharges cold air from the overhead blowing hole 18 of the bridge | bridging part 9, and cold air is supplied from the upper part of the customer who uses the table 5 at a hot summer time. At this time, since the cold air is discharged from a large number of overhead blow holes 18, it pours down like a shower from above the table 5, and the area around the table 5 is not cooled too strongly, so that it is appropriately cooled and cool. Table 5 can be used.
In a coffee shop (cafe) or restaurant where air conditioning facilities are provided on the ceiling side, it is possible to appropriately cool the periphery of the table 5 without being overcooled in the hot summer season. In addition, warm air can be blown out from the feet of the table 5 in the cold winter season to efficiently heat the table.

The design of the present invention can be changed. For example, the upper flow path 28 of the bridging portion 9 only needs to be communicated with the internal flow path 25 of the pipe member 2 at either one of the left and right ends. It is also preferable to attach an elastic member having a high coefficient of friction to the lower end of the braking member 6 so as to perform buffering when pressing against the floor G and improve the braking force.

As described above, the moving table structure according to the present invention includes the suspension member 4 having the pair of U-shaped pipe members 2 and 2 arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction with a predetermined interval, and the suspension member 4 suspended from the front and rear. A pair of left and right rail members 1 and 1 for guiding the direction of movement freely and a table 5 fixed to the lower side of the suspension member 4 are provided. The table 5 has a braking member 6 that can be moved up and down. On the other hand, the table 5 is supported by the suspension member 4 so that it can be switched between a braking state in which the braking member 6 is pressed against and a floating state in which the braking member 6 is released from the floor surface G. Since it moves only in the front-rear direction, the risk of hitting a wall or other obstacles is low, and the table can be moved safely and easily with a small force. The pipe members 2 and 2 have no corners, and are not damaged even if they are hit against a person or a chair during movement, and even a small child can use the table with peace of mind. By raising and lowering the braking member 6 of the table 5, it is possible to easily switch between the brake state and the floating state, the operation is simple, and the table 5 can be fixed quickly.

The table 5 includes a base 15 held between the lower sides 2B and 2B of the U-shaped pipe members 2 and 2 and a top plate 14 attached to the upper surface of the base 15. 15, a plurality of gears 20, 23, a plurality of rack members 11, 12, 13 that mesh with the gears 20, 23 and interlocked with the braking member 6, and the braking member 6 are pressed against the floor surface G. And a brake release means 10 for holding the brake members 6 in the floating state by stopping the brake members 6 at the brake release position P 0. Since it is provided, the operation is simple, the braking member 6 of the table 5 can be raised and lowered, and it can be easily switched between the brake state and the floating state. The base 15 of the table 5 can be made compact, so that it does not get in the way of customers who use the table 5, and convenience can be improved.
