Description

The present invention relates to a thin paper package.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a thin paper packaging body is known in which a laminate in which thin paper such as kitchen paper is laminated is wrapped with a flexible film, and the thin paper can be taken out from a take-out port by a pop-up method. However, in the case of such a thin paper package, there is a problem that when the remaining amount of the thin paper is reduced, the take-out opening is widened, and the thin paper does not get caught in the take-out opening and falls down, which makes it difficult to take out.

Therefore, it is known to install an auxiliary tool on the package for the purpose of maintaining ease of taking out even if the amount of thin paper is reduced.
For example, it is a thin paper take-out assisting tool or the like that includes a thin paper passage portion for taking out the thin paper and that descends at the same time as the thin paper is taken out (see Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent No. 5546181

However, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, an auxiliary tool must be installed every time when opening a new thin paper package, which is troublesome.

An object of the present invention is to provide a thin paper package that can stably hold the thin paper in the package even if the remaining amount of the thin paper is low without requiring the installation of an auxiliary tool and is easy to take out smoothly to the end. .

In order to solve the above problems, the invention described in claim 1
A thin paper package comprising a packaging bag made of a flexible film and a laminate of thin paper housed in the internal space of the packaging bag,
The packaging bag is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a top surface portion, a bottom surface portion, a pair of first side surface portions, and a pair of second side surface portions,
In the substantially central portion of the top surface portion of the packaging bag, provided with a take-out port for taking out the thin paper,
60-100% of the length of the top surface portion in the short direction and 62-100% of the length in the longitudinal direction, and symmetrical in the front-rear direction from the substantially central portion of the top surface portion. And the reinforcement part which raised the intensity | strength rather than the other part is provided, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

The invention according to claim 2 is the thin paper packaging body according to claim 1,
The reinforcing portion is provided on the entire top surface portion.

The invention according to claim 3 is the thin paper packaging body according to claim 1 or 2,
The reinforcing portion is characterized in that a reinforcing film is attached to the portion of the top surface portion.

According to the thin paper package of the present invention, the top surface portion is reinforced by the reinforcing portion, so that a folded portion is generated on the ridge line between the top surface portion and the longitudinal side surface portion of the packaging bag, and the top of the packaging bag is formed. Since the distance between the surface portion and the top surface portion of the thin paper laminate is shortened, the thin paper in the packaging bag can be stably held even when the remaining amount of the thin paper is reduced, and can be smoothly taken out to the end.

It is a perspective view which shows the example of the thin paper packaging body of this embodiment. It is sectional drawing in the thin paper packaging body II-II line | wire of FIG. It is a figure which shows the difference in the mode of the thin paper packaging body by the presence or absence of a reinforcement part when thin paper is few.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the scope of the invention is not limited to the illustrated examples.
As the thin paper according to the present embodiment, general kitchen paper, paper towel, and the like are assumed.

A packaging body 1 as a thin paper packaging body of the present invention includes, for example, a packaging bag 10 made of a flexible film formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape as shown in FIGS. And a thin paper laminate 20 in which a plurality of thin papers P are folded and stacked in a pop-up manner.
As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging bag 10 includes a top surface portion 10a, a bottom surface portion 10b, a pair of short side surface portions (first side surface portions) 10c, 10c, and a pair of long side surface portions (second side surface portions) 10d. 10d, a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape is formed. Note that the packaging bag 10 is gusset-folded at the pair of lateral side portions 10c, 10c of the packaging bag 10, and a seal portion 10e provided at the end in the width direction is sealed with a heat seal or the like.

A take-out port 12 is formed in the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10, and the thin paper P stored in the internal space can be pulled out one by one by putting a fingertip into the take-out port 12 and picking it. The take-out port 12 is, for example, a slit formed by breaking a perforation provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction at the substantially central portion in the short direction in the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10 having a substantially rectangular shape. is there. The “single sheet” referred to here includes a set of a plurality of stacked sheets such as two stacked (ply) and three stacked (ply).

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the reinforcing portion 30 having a higher strength than the other portions is provided over the entire top surface portion 10 a of the package 10, but is a part of the top surface portion 10 a. As described later, the top surface 10a has a length of 60 to 100% with respect to the length in the short direction and a length of 62 to 100% with respect to the length in the longitudinal direction. The form provided symmetrically in the front-rear and left-right directions from the substantially central portion of the surface portion 10a can be employed.
In the present embodiment, a reinforcing film made of a flexible film is pasted from the inner space side by heat welding or the like to form the reinforcing portion 30.
Here, the reason why the ratio of the reinforcing portion 30 to the length in the longitudinal direction and the short-side direction of the top surface portion 10a is 62% or more and 60% or more, respectively. This is because the drop rate increases and the take-out property deteriorates.

As a thin paper, a general thing can be used, it is 1 ply or multiple plies,
One ply has a basis weight of 10 to 70 g / m 2 and a paper thickness of 150 to 500 μm. In addition, the US tsubo is based on the US tsubo measurement method of JIS P 8124 (1998). In addition, the paper thickness is measured by sufficiently adjusting the humidity of the test piece under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998) and then using the dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring instrument) “PEACOCK H type” (manufactured by Ozaki Seisakusho) under the same conditions. ). Specifically, confirm that there is no dust, dust, etc. between the plunger and the measuring table, lower the plunger on the measuring table, move the memory of the dial thickness gauge to adjust the zero point, and then Raise the plunger, place the sample on the test bench, slowly lower the plunger and read the gauge at that time. At this time, only the plunger is placed. The terminal of the plunger is made of metal so that a circular plane having a diameter of 10 mm is perpendicular to the plane of the paper, and the load at the time of measuring the paper thickness is about 70 gf. Note that the paper thickness is measured with 1 ply for 1 ply, and with multiple plies for multiple plies. The measured value is an average value obtained by performing the measurement 10 times.
As general dimensions of the thin paper laminate 20, the length in the longitudinal direction is 100 to 300 mm, the length in the short direction is 60 to 130 mm, and the length in the vertical direction is about 30 to 110 mm. The dimensions of the thin paper laminate 20 are also within this range. The perforation length of the take-out port 12 is 100 to 120% with respect to the length in the longitudinal direction of the thin paper.

As the flexible film forming the packaging bag 10, a general-purpose film used for this type of packaging bag can be used. For example, it is desirable to use a film made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyethylene terephthalate. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and a film made of polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride alcohol, polyvinyl chloride, or ethylene / vinyl acetate polymer may be used. Moreover, the laminate film which laminated | stacked several films may be sufficient.

Although the thickness of the flexible film which forms the packaging bag 10 is not specifically limited, It is preferable that it is at least 20-60 micrometers. If the thickness of the flexible film forming the packaging bag 10 is less than 20 μm, the strength for holding the thin paper is insufficient, and problems such as tearing of the fused portion due to heat fusion arise. On the other hand, if the thickness exceeds 60 μm, the workability such as heat-sealing is deteriorated, and the productivity is greatly reduced. The thickness of the flexible film is measured by the same measurement method as the paper thickness measurement method.

As a material of the reinforcing film used as the reinforcing portion 30 according to the present embodiment, a flexible film made of the same material as the packaging bag 10 described above can be used. In order to reinforce the entire or part of the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10, one or a plurality of reinforcing films are attached by heat welding or the like from the inner space side.
Examples of the flexible film include polypropylene and polyethylene terephthalate.
In addition, although it was set as the structure which affixes a flexible film to an applicable part as a reinforcement part, you may form a reinforcement part by thickening the thickness of an applicable part. By doing in this way, the process of sticking a flexible film can be skipped.

In FIG. 3, the difference in the shape change of the packaging bag 10 by the presence or absence of the reinforcement part 30 when the remaining amount of thin paper becomes small is illustrated. FIG. 3A shows the packaging bag 10 that is not reinforced, and FIG. 3B shows the packaging bag 10 in which the reinforcing portion 30 is provided on the entire top surface portion 10a.

As illustrated in FIG. 3A, when the top surface portion 10 a of the packaging bag 10 is not reinforced, the top surface portion 10 a is lifted together with the thin paper P by taking out the thin paper P. As a result, when the remaining amount of the thin paper P decreases, the distance L1 between the top surface portion 10a of the package 10 and the top surface portion 20a of the thin paper laminate 20 becomes long, so that the thin paper P to be taken out next becomes the take-out port 12. It does not get caught and falls.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the top surface portion 10a of the package 10 is reinforced by the reinforcing portion 30, when the thin paper P is taken out, the top surface portion 10a and the longitudinal side surface portion 10d The fold 13 is always generated on the ridge line between the two. Thereby, since the distance L2 between the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10 and the top surface portion 20a of the thin paper laminate 20 is shortened, the thin paper P to be taken out next is caught by the take-out port 12 and can be taken out smoothly. Since the thin paper P continues to be used and the distance L2 between the top surface portions is short until the end, in this embodiment, it can be smoothly taken out to the end.

(Comparative example)
Next, the effect of the package 1 according to the present embodiment will be clarified by showing a specific example. The implementation conditions are as follows.

First, the take-out property of the thin paper in the packaging body 1 not provided with the reinforcing portion 30 was examined.
As a thin paper, embossed two-ply kitchen paper with a weight of 24 g / m 2 , a paper thickness of 350 μm, a length in the longitudinal direction of 230 mm, and a length in the short direction of 210 mm. Evaluation was performed using 100 sets of 200 sheets.
The packaging bag 10 is made of polyethylene and has a thickness of 40 μm, the top surface portion 10a has a length in the longitudinal direction of 210 mm, and a length in the short direction of 120 mm. Used 240 mm. As a procedure for taking out the thin paper,
1) Adhere two 15 mm × 110 mm double-sided tapes (“Nystack (registered trademark) NW-15” manufactured by Nichiban Co., Ltd.) so that wrinkles and slack do not occur on the bottom surface portion 10 b of the packaging bag 10.
2) Remove the release paper of the double-sided tape of 1) and attach it to a laboratory bench with a smooth surface.
3) The thin paper P is taken out vertically from the take-out port 12 of the packaging bag 10 with a force of 0.1 to 0.3 N.
Of 100 sets of kitchen paper, the number of sheets and the order that could not be taken out were evaluated. The order of the thin paper that could not be taken out is shown in parentheses.

Figure 2016069018
Figure 2016069018

From the results of Table 1, it was found that when the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10 was not reinforced, the thin paper to be taken out at least 6 pairs fell and could not be taken out.
(Example)

Subsequently, the change in the take-out property and the reinforcing area by the reinforcing film attached to the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10 were examined.
The reinforcing film used for the reinforcing portion 30 is a polyethylene film having a thickness of 30 μm, a length of 58.3 to 100% with respect to the length in the short direction of the top surface portion 10a, and the length in the longitudinal direction. On the other hand, about the film which has a length of 61.9-100%, what was affixed back and left and right symmetrically on the basis of the approximate center part of the top | upper surface part 10a was evaluated.
About the package which has said form, the number of sheets which could not be taken out and the order were evaluated. The order of the thin paper that could not be taken out is shown in parentheses.
Further, based on the result of Example 1, when the number of sheets that could not be taken out was 5 or less out of 100 sets, it was determined that the take-out property of the thin paper could be maintained.

Figure 2016069018
Figure 2016069018

From the results in Table 2, the area of the reinforcing film provided on the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10 was 130.2 to 210 mm in the length in the longitudinal direction and 72 to 120 mm in the length in the short direction, and the thin paper could not be taken out. It was found that the number of sheets was 5 or less.
Therefore, the length in the longitudinal direction and the short direction of the reinforcing film is 62 to 100% of the length in the longitudinal direction of the top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10, and the length in the short direction of the top surface portion 10a. It was found that the extractability could be maintained at a ratio of 60 to 100% of the length.

As described above, according to the packaging body 1 of the present invention, the packaging body 10 is provided with the packaging bag 10 made of a flexible film and the thin paper laminate 20 in the inner space thereof. The central portion is provided with an outlet 12 and a reinforcing portion 30 having increased strength is provided on the entire top surface portion 10a of the packaging bag 10 or a part thereof. When the length of the top surface portion 10a of the bag 10 is 62 to 100% and 60 to 100%, respectively, the length of the top surface 10a is the last even if the remaining amount of thin paper is reduced. Can be taken out smoothly.
