Description

The present invention relates to a stamping belt feeding structure and a stamping device effective in preventing consumption due to volatilization and evaporation of ink.

In recent years, the traceability of processes has been tightened and subdivided from the viewpoint of emphasizing quality control even in production sites for manufacturing products and parts.
Accordingly, it is required to print the lot number, the date of manufacture, the date of processing, the mold, etc. on the part itself in the production line of products and parts.
In a stamp apparatus used for such a purpose, a belt type stamping machine is employed so that the display of the lot number, date, etc. can be easily changed.
Further, as a method for directly printing (printing) on parts and the like, water-soluble inks are slow to dry and have problems in workability, so that highly volatile inks using a solvent called so-called immortal ink are used.
However, when highly volatile ink is used, the life of the ink cartridge is short, and there is a problem that the ink cartridge must be frequently replaced.
Therefore, the present applicant has proposed an ink pad seal structure of a stamper in Patent Document 1 in order to extend the life of the ink.
In particular, in a stamping device in which a plurality of marking portions are connected to the belt feeding method, if the belt feeding accuracy is poor, this sealing performance and printing stability are affected.

An object of the present invention is to provide a stamping device that has high feeding accuracy of a belt-type marking part, has a long ink life, is easy to perform a stamping operation, and has excellent printing stability.

The stamp device according to the present invention is a stamp device in which the stamping device is reversed when pressed toward the surface to be marked, and the stamping device stretches an endless printing belt between the piece member and the drum. The print belt has a plurality of stamped portions on the outer peripheral side at predetermined intervals and a plurality of feed protrusions on the inner peripheral side at predetermined intervals, and the drum has a feed bump of the print belt. And a belt piece that regulates a feed pitch of the print belt inside the print belt.
Here, the vertical direction of the stamping device is expressed in a state where the stamping device is pressed from above against the surface to be marked such as a component and is stamped.
Accordingly, when marking is performed in the horizontal direction, the vertical direction corresponds to the horizontal direction.

In the present invention, the mechanism for reversing the stamper closes the ink pad opening when the stamping part of the stamper is facing upward, reverses when the stamping is performed, and abuts against the surface to be printed such as a component. Any mechanism may be used as long as it is expressed upside down for convenience in this specification, but the direction of the opening of the ink pad and the direction of the imprinting part at the time of imprinting may be reversed in the horizontal direction, In addition, for example, a state in which the ink pad is rotated by a predetermined angle such as a right angle direction and the opening state of the ink pad is switched and the stamping state is switched is included.
As a reversing mechanism consisting of a simple structure, the vertical reversing mechanism has a reversing tool that moves up and down along the holder, the reversing tool has a rotating groove and a guide groove for reversing the stamp around the rotating pin, The stamping device may have a rotating pin holding groove having a vertically long hole for moving the rotating pin up and down and a guide pin moving up and down along the guide groove.

Not only is the sealing portion of the stamping device abutted against the opening portion of the ink pad so as to block the opening portion, but the sealing property of the opening portion of the ink pad is not sufficient.
Therefore, in the present invention, when the convex marking portion of the stamping device is positioned at the opening of the ink pad, the sealing portion of the ink pad portion is improved by sandwiching the marking portion from both sides with a pair of sealing members, and volatilization of the ink is performed. It may be suppressed.
In the present invention, the ink pad and the ink case are separated from each other, and the stamp has a holder that is reversibly supported, and the holder has an ink pad for applying ink to the printing portion of the print belt and the ink pad. An ink guiding member for supplying ink to the ink guiding member, and a cartridge type ink case for replenishing ink to the ink guiding member is detachably provided in the holder. The guide member may be urged in the separation direction so as to be in a separated state, and the ink replenishing portion and the ink guide member may be in contact with each other by a marking operation.
This prevents the ink pad from being replenished more than necessary and improves the ink life.

Depending on the shape of the part, the surface to be marked is not necessarily flat but often has an uneven surface.
Therefore, in the present invention, the marking portion is supported by the inclined piece, but a plurality of sliders are provided for detecting the recesses and projections of the marking surface by contacting the tip portion with the marking surface before marking. The amount of tilt may be adjusted with this slider.

In the stamp device according to the present invention, since the feed pitch of the endless print belt is regulated by the belt piece, the feed pitch of the stamped portion is stabilized, and the positional accuracy of the stamped portion during printing is improved.
This also stabilizes the position where the opening of the ink pad is closed.

An example of the structure of the stamp apparatus according to the present invention is shown in FIG.
FIG. 5 shows the inside of the case before and after the holder 2 as a perspective view, and the display of the ink replenishing portion is omitted.
The stamp device has a stamper 1 supported by a reversing tool 3 inside a holder 2.
A fixture 2b is provided on the upper part of the holder, and this shaft portion can be used to attach to a tool gripping tool or a robot hand of a machine tool.
The reversing tool 3 is pressed by the main spring 4 so as to protrude downward from the holder 2.
A well-known method can be widely adopted for the inversion structure of the stamper 1.
An example is shown in FIG.
When the stamping device is pressed toward the surface to be printed such as a part, the stamping portion 22 of the stamper 1 is separated from the opening of the ink pad, and the stamping portion 22 is inverted downward by the reversing tool 3 and when the stamping device is further pressed, the stamping device is pressed. Mark on the printing surface.
As shown in FIG. 16, the reversing tool 3 has a rotation pin 3b that rotatably supports the side portions on both sides of the stamper 1, and a guide groove composed of a first straight portion 3a, an arc portion 3c, and a second straight portion 3d. Have.
As shown in FIG. 16, the stamper 1 has a rotation pin holding groove 1 b that holds the rotation pin 3 b so as to be slidable in the vertical direction and a guide pin 1 a, and the guide pin 1 a extends along the guide groove of the reversing tool 3. By moving in the up-down direction, the stamping device guides the revolving pin 3b around the rotation pin 3b and moves along the arc portion 3c to be reversed.
Note that the guide pin 1a is supported by the holder 2 by a left / right elongated hole or an L-shaped guide pin support hole 2d that allows the guide pin 1a to move in the left / right direction and restricts the moving range within a predetermined range in the up / down direction. Yes.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, an ink pad 7a for attaching ink to the marking portion 22 of the stamper 1 is provided inside the holder 2, and has an ink case 6 for replenishing ink from the outside.
The ink case 6 and the ink pad 7a are connected by the ink guide member 7, and the ink supply structure will be described later.
A pair of left and right or front and rear seal members 9 is provided at the opening of the ink pad 7a.
A gap is slightly formed between the opening of the ink pad and the stamped portion only by the stamped portion of the stamper coming into contact with the ink pad 7a.
Therefore, in the present invention, the pair of seal members 9, 9 has a structure in which the side portion of the convex marking portion 22 is sandwiched from both sides and the space between them is sealed.
In addition, the sealing member of a present Example opens and closes in the front-back direction.

Examples of the structure of the stamp 1 are shown in FIGS.
When the dial 11 is turned by hand in the direction of the arrow, the drum 10 that rotates at the shaft portion 12 and a piece member that supports the marking portion 22 from the inside when the marking portion 22 presses the surface to be printed such as a product, An endless print belt 20 is stretched between the two.
The print belt 20 has a plurality of marking portions 22 provided at predetermined intervals on the outer peripheral side of the endless belt 21, and a feed protrusion 23 for circumferentially feeding the print belt 20 at predetermined pitches on the inner peripheral side. A plurality.
The drum 10 has a recess-shaped feed portion 10 b that engages with a feed protrusion 23 provided inside the print belt 20 and feeds the print belt 20 around.
Further, the drum 10 has a stopper 10a made of inclined teeth whose diameter increases on the rear side in the rotation direction of the drum 10 so that it can be easily understood that the drum 10 is circumferentially fed every predetermined pit, and is in contact with the stopper 10a with a predetermined pitch. A restricting member 13 made of an elastic material that gives a click and a feel to each other is provided.
Thereby, the rotation direction of the drum by the dial 11 is regulated by the stopper 10 a and the regulating member 13.
As shown in FIG. 4, the piece member includes a guide member 32 having a guide groove portion 32 b that guides when the print belt 20 is circumferentially fed, and an inclined piece 30 that supports the guide member 32 from the inside.
The guide member 32 has a central groove portion 32a that supports a plurality of feed protrusions provided inside the print belt 20 in addition to the guide groove portion 32b that supports the inside of the endless belt 21 of the print belt 20, and lifts the print belt 20 up. In order to prevent this, there is a claw portion 32c protruding in a claw shape with the upper portions of the side walls on both sides of the guide groove portion 32b facing inward.
The guide member 32 is supported by the inclined piece 30.
The inclination piece 30 is freely inclined in a direction orthogonal to the circumferential feed direction of the print belt 20.
Thereby, even if the printing surface is a concave or convex inclined surface or curved surface, the stamped portion is inclined according to the surface.
In this embodiment, the print belts 20 are arranged in three rows. As shown in FIG. 15, support members 30b made of an elastic material are attached to both sides of the inclined piece 30, and the support members 30b and the vertical direction are arranged. A pair of sliders 35 are connected to each other.
The slider 35 is urged in the projecting direction and hits the print surface. When the slider 35 moves backward, the tilting piece 30 tilts due to the backward movement difference between the left and right sliders.

The inclined piece 30 that supports the belt guide portion 32 is supported by a piece receiving member 31 as a housing.
As shown in FIG. 3, the frame receiving member 31 is attached to a cylindrical support member 41 while being biased upward (in the direction in which the print belt is stretched) by a spring 31b.
The piece receiving member 31 has a mounting pin 31a for a spring 31b.
The support member 41 is connected to the base 40.
The three printing belts 20 are attached to the connecting shaft 40a so that three of the printing belts 20 are arranged side by side, and at both ends of the connecting shaft, there are pin members 40b connected to the guide pins 1a.

As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of left and right belt pieces 33 are pivotally attached to the housing of the piece receiving member 31.
The belt piece 33 is a polygon whose outer diameter is a substantially square, and has an engagement recess 33 a that engages with the feed protrusion 23 inside the print belt 20 on each surface.
The distance around the outer periphery of the engagement recess 33 a provided on each surface of the polygon is equal to the pitch of the feed protrusions 23 of the print belt 20.
Further, the piece receiving member 31 is provided with a belt piece receiving 34 which comes into contact with one surface of the polygon while allowing the belt piece 33 to rotate.
The belt piece receiver 34 is biased by a spring 34 a so as to press and support one surface of the belt piece 33.
Thereby, the precision of the feed pitch of the print belt 20 is high.

Next, the seal structure of the opening of the ink pad 7a will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 8, in a state where the stamper 1 is housed in the case of the holder 2 and the protruding portion of the marking portion 22 is in contact with the ink pad 7a, a pair of seal members whose perspective view is shown in FIG. The outer peripheral portion of the protruding portion of the marking portion 22 is positioned in a circular opening 9a provided between the nine and nine, and the seal members 9 and 9 on both sides are attracted by the magnet 8a, and the opening of the ink pad 7a The part is sealed.
The magnetic force of the magnet 8a is ON / OFF controlled by a magnet switch 8 provided in the magnet case 8b.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the pinion 8 d is rotated by the rack 8 e attached to the holder 2 side, and the rotation gear 8 c connected to the gear is rotated.
Since the magnet switch 8 is connected to the rotating gear 8c, as shown in FIG. 10, when the contact end portion of the reversing tool 3 is brought into contact with the surface to be printed and the holder 2 is lowered, a lock claw made of an elastic piece. 5b retreats along the inclined surface 2c of the holder 2.
The lock claw 5b is configured to retreat inside a slide cylinder member 5a provided inside the auxiliary spring 5.
Further, the tip end portion of the slide cylinder member 5 a is biased in a direction in which it abuts on the stepped portion 2 e of the holder 2.
When the stamp device is further lowered, the reversing tool 3 relatively rises inside the holder 2.
At this time, the elastic force of the auxiliary spring 5 is weaker than the elastic force of the main spring 4.
Thus, the relative movement of the rack 8e causes the rotation gear 8c to rotate via the pinion 8d, the magnet switch 8 is turned off, and the seal pressure of the seal member 9 supported by the opening / closing member 9b is turned off. Then, as shown in FIG. 12, the stamping portion 22 of the stamper 1 is separated from the opening of the ink pad 7a.
When further pressed, the auxiliary spring 5 is compressed as shown in FIG. 13, and the stamper 1 rotates in the reverse direction.
Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the pressing portion 2a provided inside the holder 2 pushes the ink case 6 from the side surface so that ink is supplied.
The supply structure is shown in FIGS.
Inside the ink case 6, there is a core material 6b partly immersed in the ink 6a, and a pin-shaped supply pin 6f is provided at the outer tip of the core material 6b.
The replenishment port 6h of the ink case 6 is slidable while being sealed by the seal members 6c and 6e, is urged outward by the spring 6d, and is separated from the replenishment portion 7b of the ink guide member 7 connected to the ink pad 7a. It has become.
The ink guide member 7 is housed in a sealed housing 7c.
Accordingly, the pressing portion 2a on the inner side of the holder 2 is lowered by the marking operation, and the side protrusion 6g on the outer side of the ink case 6 is pressed against the spring 6d, so that the replenishing portion of the replenishing pin 6f and the ink guiding member 7 is obtained. It comes in contact with 7b.
This prevents the ink 6a in the ink case 6 from being excessively replenished to the ink pad 7a due to capillary action.
